Monbetsu (紋別市 Monbetsu-shi) is a city located in Okhotsk Subprefecture, Hokkaido, Japan; on the Sea of Okhotsk. The name comes from Ainu Mopet (Quiet River). It is often called Okhotsk-Monbetsu to distinguish it from the town of Monbetsu in Hidaka Subprefecture (different kanji, but same reading).
Most of Monbetsu's economy is dedicated to fishing for cold-water species such as crab. The crab from Monbetsu is reputably the best in Japan, and is such a source of town pride that a sculpture of a crab claw nearly 10 m tall was built on the waterfront.
The city has an estimated population of 25,678.
Monbetsu is famous for drift ice, a yearly phenomenon which reaches the city every January or February from the northern Sea of Okhotsk. As such, the city has taken on the drift ice as its symbol and has become a center for research on sea ice generally, with an international conference held in February (usually the time of peak sea ice) each year. There is also a yearly Drift Ice Festival that coincides with the Sapporo Snow Festival. The festival features impressive sculptures built out of drift ice along with a large ice maze. Additionally, the Okhotsk Tower is a facility where one can observe sea ice from both high above, and from below the ocean. It is complete with an information center and aquarium. An icebreaker, the Garinko II, departs from nearby and makes regular sightseeing cruises through the drift ice during the winter. Mombetsu is also home to the newly built Drift Ice Museum, which covers all aspects of sea ice and features a sub-zero room and "frozen aquarium" of various fish preserved in ice.
During the summertime, when the sea ice melts, sailors from Russia are a common sight in the city. Some local businesses have banned Russian visitors for their supposed "unruly" behavior, which has led some activists to criticize Monbetsu as a hotbed of racial discrimination

Entering the city through the main road, a wide but seemingly empty patch of tarmac at this time of day, the large police APC passed through quite easily. The locals turned their heads as the dark blue vehicle passed, but didn't think anything of it, they simply assumed it was on patrol while the local police force assumed it had also been sent on patrol. Don't you just love assumptions? Turning at a set of traffic lights leading into the storage district, mainly housing large temperature controlled warehouses for the vast amount of crab collected by the fishermen, Soundwave turned sharply and ducked into an alleyway between two smaller buildings. Now that he found a suitable hiding spot to conduct his plan, he set about completing it.
Shutting off his engine as not to draw too much attention, he quickly selected his desired Mini-con and activated the winged creature. In the back of his alt-mode, normally for housing troops who needed to get into the middle of combat, the floor panels lifted up to reveal a large cassette-like device. With a shot of fresh Energon, the device lit up suddenly before groaning, then shifting form. Popping up from the floor and morphing mid-air, the surprising amount of plates and motors whirled into life as it turned into a mess of twisting metal, before finally settling and landing back on the floor with it's newly made talons. With it's metal wings folded up against it's side, yellow eyes on a constant swivel and thruster-pack emitting a low hum, the bird-like form of Lazerbeak was brought into being.
Lazerbeak, begin Operation: Location Sweep.
The disembodied voice, whom's tone was constantly shifting between low and high mid-letter, commanded it's pet. Letting out a squawk of acknowledgement, the thruster-pack roared into life as two small jets of fire shot out from the ports, propelling the little drone forward through the quickly opening doors in front of it. Leaving two purple trails from his wing-tips as he went, Lazerbeak pulled up sharply and span, banking around as he cleared the alleyway in little under a second. Now soaring freely through the cold air, the bird-drones beady little optics darted in their sockets as he took in the area, gathering any relevant information before moving onto the next area.
Meanwhile, back in the APC...
The floor panels remained open as the doors shut, another cassette rising up from the floor on an invisible track, similar to song in a playlist. Whereas the last one was mostly red with silver details, this one was black with hints of purple but almost identical to the last one in all other respects. With a pulse of Energon surging through his circuits, the cassette let out a low growl before shifting forms. Landing on four clawed paws, the sleek and curved form of Ravage appeared neigh-unspottable in the dim lighting provided by the cold interior. Baring his black fangs as he looked around, a command similar to the last echoed throughout the hold, causing the Mini-cons ears to perch up and listen intently.
Ravage, commence Operation: Transport Insurance.
With a roar of approval, the doors once again shot open and another form darted out. Dashing to the right and using his strong limbs to quickly scale up the sheer wall, leaving deep scratch marks and sending rubble plummeting towards the ground, Ravage climbed onto the roof in seconds. Padding over to the closest edge, he rested a steel claw on the stone lip as he panned his red opticed gaze across the city, searching for a suitable means of transport. Quickly his attention was drawn to the large docks, many smaller ships nestled around while much larger ships unloaded and loaded up on cargo. Deciding that was going to be Soundwave's way off this island, he took a couple paces back slowly, before exploding forward in a blur of movement. Vaulting over the raised lip and propelling himself over the street-sized gap in-between him and the other roof top, he cleared the distance like it was trivial. Landing with two sharp thuds, he wasted no time in recovering and instantly set off again, continuing on his non-stop course until he reached his destination.

It had been two days since Soundwave had arrived in Monbetsu and in that time he'd moved into a large warehouse, placing himself at the far right corner and hiding behind a three container high wall. He hadn't done any thing particularly challenging, save from distracting a couple nosy Humans who came in looking for a quiet place to do some disgusting organic thing, as small beep of his police sirens sent them running. No, instead he had left the hard work to his minions, who were more than happy to do his bidding. In the air above the city, Lazerbeak had mapped out the entire area, creating a fully interactive 3D map for Soundwave to review and plan from. On the rooftops, Ravage had been quietly surveying the docks, gathering information on all the ships that entered and left port through the use of some slight misplacement of computer files.
From what the two had gathered, Soundwave had been able to come up with a plan to get him off this island, without alerting any Human or Autobot forces before he was long gone at least. It was quite simple really, have Lazerbeak start a fire in the other side of town, distracting the Humans while he snuck aboard his desired ship, where he would then wait until it was out to see to commender it. With everything set, he called back his mini-cons and started his engine. Within seconds, almost like they had been waiting for the command, two blurred objects rushed into the warehouse, b-lining it for the right in which their master was located. Entering the APC's back through the open doors, the two transformed back into their cassette tape modes and connected to the rail. From there they were lowered down into the floor, where they were then covered by shifting floor plates for a short recharge.
Kicking it in reverse, Soundwave headed out of the warehouse and onto the main road, heading towards the docks while blending in as best he could. The locals once again turned their heads as the dark blue vehicle passed, once again remaining passive as not to anger the police force. But this time, the police didn't assume anything, sending out call after call to their APC's currently on the payroll, they grew exceedingly suspicious when nothing came up on the unknown APC. Deciding to send out two squad cars, with SWAT and the lark on stand by, they aimed to trap the rouge vehicle and question it's drivers, possibly making them, ''disappear''... The identical cars rolled out of the station, moving behind one another as they headed down the side roads towards the APC, aiming to sneak up on it and surprise it with a quick pin movement. Little did they know what they were really getting into...

The ground bridge opened and the white sports car drove its way through, almost out of range before it shut behind him to secure home from rogue travelers. He had decided to try a different location than the rocky foothills he had first transported to days before so that he was able to actually drive. While the locals were probably used to the giant robots at this point, having lived in such close proximity to Baku for who knew how long, Jazz didn't know about the new area so it was best to just keep himself as a vehicle to draw as little attention as possible. That plan was slightly off, though, considering the type of vehicle he was and the location he was in. Like most, value came on classics, and he hadn't gotten much of a chance to change his alt mode. Then again, he was used to what he was used to but eventually the mech knew he would have to scan something else to keep up with the times. Culture was all about change and blending in was what Jazz did best. Currently, he was doing the opposite. There were eyes everywhere as he drove from people who were either commenting about the old sportscar traveling through their location or wondering who had the amount of money to afford his model. He would have been a museam quality piece if not for the dent in his rear wheel well and the peculiar bullet holes in his hood.
Jazz just had to ignore the patrons around him, keep driving, keep his speed limit down to avoid being pulled over, and literally keep his head low. He was on a scouting trip and scanning the area for any signs of Decepticon signals. So far things were in the clear and Jazz was wondering if Soundwave had managed to get himself gone from the island. Things seemed to be in the all clear but the Autobot didn't trust that for even a minute. Soundwave was a sneaky 'Con and he had to be around here somewhere.
'Where ya hidin', Decepticon? I know you're around here somewhere...'
It would take several more minutes before Jazz would grind to a halt, his tires squealing a bit. His radar picked up a Decepticon signal not far from him, but off in the left direction off a turn he had missed. He reversed and turned around then sped in the direction the signal was coming from. Things seemed to be alright for the most part, but when he saw the squad cars moving at at a rather high rate of speed in the not so far distance, Jazz could only mutter incoherently to himself and put the pedal to the metal.
If they happened to be going after Soundwave, he had to beat them to him. If they weren't... well... he was going to be in for one heck of a speeding ticket that he would need to dodge his way out of.

With his attention firmly locked on the map provided by Lazerbeak, Soundwave didn't notice the Autobot's signal until it was rapidly moving towards him. It would be difficult to move in such a densely packed city, meaning his mace would have a hard time gaining any speed before impacting against one building or another. Deciding it would be in his best interest to avoid a fight for the time being, he put the peddle to the metal and shot forward with a roar of his engine. Literally driving over the cars in front of him, the sounds of shattering windscreens filled the area as yelling on-lookers shouted out towards the APC. Caring little for rocks pelting his frame, nor the crowd of people rushing onto the road to help those partially crushed beneath him, Soundwave barrelled over the traffic like it was nothing.
Noticing the APC's increased speed, the two cars immediately called for backup as they sped up, flying down the side road in an attempt to head it off at the pass. Flicking on their sirens, filling the street with flashing red and blue lights, they made no further attempt at hiding themselves. Meanwhile, at the station... Two large garage doors slowly opened, moved up by loud motors as the roar of engines threatened to take over. Flooring it out of the hanger, the two boxy SWAT cars turned onto the main road and flew down it. With sirens on full blast, they were given an easy way through as they headed for the rouge APC, armed troops ready in back.

There was already plenty of chaos happening by the time that Jazz got within range to see what was happening. The alerted sirens signaled to the Autobot that the situation was only going to get worse from here, but at least it seemed that Soundwave didn't notice him or else he probably would have transformed. Unless, of course, this escape maneuver was instead part of some ploy to lure his chasers out to an area where he could attack more freely. Jazz slammed on his brakes to avoid getting too close to the immediate action. People were rushing into the streets to assist those who had been injured which created a road block since Jazz, unlike Soundwave, was not willing to put people's lives at risk by plowing through and hoping they had enough sense to get out of the way. Instead he waited for his scans to pull up the area and he backed up quickly into a side-street and turned around, opting to take the long route around the chaos to perhaps intercept the enemy. Or, if all else failed, stop him from making more of a mess than what had already been done.
Jazz sped through the streets, no longer worried about being pulled over. Everyone was probably on route to report in on the crazy APC on the loose so they wouldn't even notice him in the slightest. He turned down different corners at such a high rate of speed that if it were just someone driving and not a mech with full control of every strut and panel on his frame he probably would have turned over. Instead he went on, pressing his engine to drive like he never had before. Going this route would have cost him time so he had to do whatever he could at whatever point to cut it in half. He turned down the final road in the series of the cross-hatched streets which connected with the main just on the other side. As he pulled out, ignoring the red light that he flew through with a left turn, he could almost hear the sirens in the distance coming towards him. The road he traveled down now would have him going in the opposite direction that the chase was traveling, towards instead of with. That meant that eventually he would be passed by them at which time he could either drive right into Soundwave's pathway and block him or make a very sharp U-turn and join the chase.
Either way, the two would be meeting up again soon, as told by the increased strength of the signal he had on his radar.

A groundbridge opened in the exact spot as the one Jazz had previously come though. Chiro drove out and the groundbridge closed immediately behind her. She found herself in a city. Chiro immediately thew her normal hologram passenger up. She needed to find him fast and didn't want to be slowed by the locals who were standing and gawking.
It was times like these where she was glad that she was an emergency response vehicle. She threw her sirens and lights on and sped down the road, keeping her scanners open for any sign of the Autobot she was looking for. If she found Decepticons, well, she hoped that Jazz or another 'Bot would be nearby. Despite looking so different from the local ambulances, the locals seemed to respect her authority as she made her way through the city.
Jazz, where ARE you? Chiro hissed in her own processor.

Violently spinning the wheel with a groan of the internal workings, the lead cop car sharply turned and floored it down the narrow road. Caring little for the rubbish bins (I'm Fragging British) colliding with his front bumper, a vile cloud of week old food splattering against the payment in his wake, the driver flew onto the main road. If by chance or careful planning, probably the latter considering the state of the passenger's seat, the moment the black and white vehicle exited the narrow side road, Soundwave's dark blue frame appeared in front of him. Ramming into the armoured APC's side with the force equal that to an elephant, possibly two at the right angle, the police car managed to knock Soundwave over onto his side, but at the cost of it's entire front, Humans along with it...
Sitting there on his side, wheels spinning wildly in the now open air surrounding them, the surprised Decepticon remained there for a moment or two, stunned by the fact a Human would throw away not just his but another life just to do something so meaningless. Refocusing himself on the current situation, he watched as the second car pulled out from behind it's leader, moving in front of him before stopping. The occupants quickly exited, one of those rushing for the totalled cop car while the other circled around to his back, weapon drawn and trained at his close doors. Shouting out something in the native language, gibberish to him, the lone police officer slowly approached him. Upon getting close enough, he reached over and grasped the door handle, twisting it slowly before sharply pulling...
Setting off what seemed like a chain reaction, the moment that door swung open the entire vehicle shifted. Becoming a whirling mess of twisting metal, the mind-numbing amount of times a panel folded around itself before connecting to an entirely different section baffled the stunned officer, loosing his grip and gun along with it. Beginning to back away slowly, a sudden slam of something punching the ground made him flinch as the figure pushed itself up into a standing position. Planting his newly made pedals under him, his blood red visor emitted a low hue as he ran a small check of his systems. The insane Human hadn't damaged him, only shaken his drivers slightly to the point where it caused a small pause, nothing serious. Flicking his gaze to his radar, he noticed that Autobot signal was getting increasingly close to him, it wouldn't be long before it was right on top of him. Turning to face the signal, he began the spin up process on his chain-gun, planning to greet the Autobot in the best way a Decepticon could...
But lady luck seemed to be favouring his enemies today, as the loud horn of a ship caught his attention, causing him to spin on his heel and face towards it. That was his ticket out of here, the last ship in port for at least another week! He couldn't allow himself to be stranded here, not even if it meant terminating an Autobot in return. Making a split decision, he acted quickly. Halting the spin on his shoulder gun, he set all available power to his motors as he set off at a full pelt sprint down the road. Crushing cars, and any stupid enough to remain in those cars, under foot without a second thought, Soundwave barrelled down the length of tarmac as screaming Humans ran in terror, fearful that they would be the next to be crushed. After composing himself, the officer ran over to his partially crushed cruiser and reached in through the smashed window. Grabbing the remains of his radio, he tried calling command but received no such luck, not that he was expecting much from a pancake sized transceiver...

A comm is heard on a secure Decepticon frequency
' To all Decepticons... I'm happy to report OUR NEW LEADER... Shockwave has joined the party! So I want everyone who is anyone to go down to the Nemesis and join the little meet and greet... When you ask? Why... NOW!
Also, I have a little advice to the vehicons who feel they are not being listened to... Try talking to a rock, or your helmet... It may talk back, shame it's not the crazy one... HAH HA HA HAHAH!
THAT IS ALL! '

Sounds of an erupting burst could be heard as what appeared to be a fighter jet soaring through the skies descended through the line of white clouds. By Alpha Trion's beard, this pathetic excuse of a rock was the planet Earth? How amusing.
Having recently finally pinpointed a transmission frequency setting off from the planet, Starscream had finally made his way to Earth and finally their was something to confirm his wish, Megatron was gone. Finally, it was true, that slagger was gone, now nothing would stop his path from taking his rightful place as the true leader of the Decepticons. That was until he listened to the sudden comm frequency transmitting through his link. No, him? Was this a joke? Who would in their honest minds even think about putting that cursed one optic freak logic bot in charge? Just when he thought his role was absolute, someone else already stepped in.
While continuing to hover across the city terrain, the seeker quickly pinpointed a familiar figure in the area, Soundwave. Boosting his speed, the engine roared out through the air as he begun to fly even closer to the surface, deciding he'd just hover above the other Decepticon to make his presence known.
Ah, Soundwave, how fortunate to see you again.

(Hun, before you play a character, you're supposed to make a character bio. That includes Canon characters. I guess your post is substantial but honestly, make Starscream's bio and ask to play him in that first. Otherwise people are gonna get mad.)
( Jazz- From an admin standpoint, I'll wave the 'cannon permission' thing. Cause I think the cannons can be pretty awesome. XD. Also, I have the support of the Forum Creator that it's okay (( Gearchange )). We still would like for you to fill out the bio, however. Otherwise, welcome to the forums, man! )

As Chiro made her way through the city, she picked up on some commotion farther into the city. Sirens, lots of them. Curious, she tuned her shortwave radio to the local emergency channels and managed to pick out a series of street names in all the rapid, panicked calls for backup. She subsequently pulled up her GPS and quickly located the intersections in question. The intersections were all in a line on a main road to her left. She pulled a high-G left turn on the next street. She made another left at the next and continued a couple blocks before making a right onto the main road as made her way towards the scene.
Not long after she had gotten on the main road, a signal popped up on the edge of her radar. Decepticon. Chiro hesitated a moment, letting her speed slow a bit, though she was still going at a good pace. She was not well equipped for battle and she'd prefer to avoid getting into a scuffle. But if this Decepticon was causing a scene and hurting innocent civilians, she had to do something. The search for Jazz would have to wait for later. If she was lucky, he or another Autobot might be in he area and able to help.
She picked up her pace again, her sirens still blaring, adding to the multitude that echoed off the buildings throughout the city in response to what was going on farther down the road. She couldn't see what was going on yet, but a traffic jam was forming just ahead of her, preventing her from continuing this path. She made a turn at the next light and continued her way via the side roads near the coast. Then she noticed the Decpticon signal changed directions. Then another signal appeared on her radar, this time Autobot and apparently heading for the same Decepticon signal from the other side. Somewhat relieved that she wasn't alone, she pushed her engine, hoping to be able to intercept the 'Con and sandwich him between the two 'Bots.

Jazz wasn't sure he was ready to face Soundwave again, not after the last meeting and the condition he was in with the quick patch-work, but he had no choice. The other 'Bots were busy and this was sort of his fight at this point. Clean up his mess, don't leave his toys laying around, all that fiasco. Jazz knew from what he had seen already that Soundwave was causing enough trouble as it was and he had to be stopped before more people were hurt. The sound of sirens hitting his hidden audio receptors only confirmed that fear.
Soundwave was on the loose, but that wasn't the only issue. Jazz had to focus, make sure that he wasn't getting the wrong information, and he had to catch up to the signal that was moving away from him. So he drove on and gunned it as much as his engine could take.
There was no mistaking it now. There were two... two pings on his radar carrying Decepticon frequencies and one carrying an Autobot one. Jazz wasn't alone and Soundwave had brought a friend. Though it didn't take someone too bright to know that on the Decepticon side, usually when there were two there was some inner bickering happening with them, unless it was Soundwave and his cassette army. ( Though even that was strained once in a Cybertron Sunrise. ) Who was this other Decepticon? Who was this Autobot? He only hoped it wasn't the medic coming after him, and he silently prayed to Primus that perhaps another 'Con had come to put Sounds in his place. Though it usually was the interference of an Autobot that kept that inner turmoil from boiling over. If they found the other Autobot...
Shifting panels, heavy thuds, and the sound of pistons and struts echoed on the streets. The Autobot was coming out of a near complete spin by the time his pedes touched the ground and he started to run after the fleeing Soundwave. He had him in his sights and he raised his photon rifle as his steps carried him on the same pathway, even though he were much more mindful of the patrons below and side-stepped whatever place he could to avoid them. He stopped running then, locked his pedes and raised to take aim at the retreating 'Con....
"Soundwave!" And he opened fire.
The shot was slightly off to the left at first but it didn't take long for Jazz to correct it and he fired multiple times in hopes of at least one shot hitting its mark. He wouldn't wait to check it out though and took off in a sprint after the Decepticon again. Though he did keep an optic out on that peculiar acting jet, even if it wasn't entirely out of place considering he expected the Humans to send in an army after the two battling Robots at this point. But something... seemed off about it. He was just too focused on Soundwave to be sightseeing at the moment so he just made sure to keep himself aware.
Probably a mistake on his part.

As he ran, the ever approaching Autobot signal a constant on his radar, a familiar voice filled his head. Maintaining his speed, Soundwave listened intently as Backbeat's voice informed him of Shockwave's takeover. Well, at least something went well today... The rest of the message was ignorable, the screw-loose mech rambling on about Vehicons or something. But what wasn't ignorable, was the sudden arrival of a Decepticon signal on his radar. Seconds later another voice rang through his helm, a particularly whiny and annoying voice at that. Slowing to a halt, he turned his gaze upward to the jet in the sky and paused. Of all the Decepticons to arrive... It had to be! Starscream...He briefly surmised the mech would be feeling fairly angry right about now, his chance at leadership snatched away at the most ironic time. Deciding against antagonising him for the moment, the arrival of another Autobot signal close by making the choice a tad obvious, Soundwave replied in his usual mix-tape voice. Affirmative. Your presence is.... Appreciated... His voice bounced from low and high notes on the fly, each letter a different tone entirely different from the rest, creating a barely understandable, yet fully comprehend-able tone. But before he could continue the melody turned voice, a series of blaster bolts impacted against his back, causing him to stagger forward and crush a poorly placed SUV. Feeling the sting of exposed wiring and leaking Energon, he reacted. Turning quickly, he felt a tinge of anger when he noticed the white and black Autobot charging towards him. Starting the spin up process on his chain-gun, a continuous white-flash of light appeared at the bottom-most barrel as a hailstorm of Cybertronian lead filled the air. With the Autobot suppressed for the moment, or hopefully dead, he turned his gaze back to Starscream. Starscream, I require your assistance. Fly to this location and await my arrival, I will not be long.Sending a stream of data up to the aircraft, containing the co-ords of a particularly tall building not too far away, Soundwave return his attention to the Bot. Slowly making his way across the street, continuing to send a dense stream of pointy things towards him, he twisted and took cover behind a building, resting his back against as he let his shoulder cannon cool. Expecting to hear the roar of engines over-head, his Decepticon comrade moving to his desired location, Soundwave returned his attention to Jazz. Peeking out from his corner cover, he panned his gaaze across the street, looking for any means of distracting him long enough to make an escape...

Jazz was familiar with the weapons Soundwave carried, especially now that he had already engaged him not long before, so before the taller mech had turned to acknowledge his presence Jazz was already surveying the area around him. The Autobot prepared himself as he charged forward towards the Decepticon to cut the distance between them and pushed on with his own blasts for as long as it was possible. When the first click of the chain gun carried into his audio receptors his field went crazy, feeding him the information of the incoming dangers. This was what he had expected and quickly the Porsche dove to the front left and rolled into a forward somersault to dodge the initial attack to get to his spotted shelter. Once he came out of the roll and was pede grounded he got up and ran into the side alley for the rest of the shots. He stood there with his back against the wall, photon weapon at the ready, until the shots finally stopped. That hadn't been too close but Jazz couldn't afford to get closer unless he could disable that shoulder weapon.
Once things had been quiet for more than a klik, Jazz turned around and pressed his back to the other wall so that he could face in the direction that Soundwave was in. He leaned out from the cover just enough to discharge his weapon a few more times, providing himself with some cover as he looked to see just where the Intel specialist had moved off to.

((It's alright, as soon as you do that and get confirmed, you're free to RP!))
Chiro was nearing the Decepticon signal on her radar when a second Decepticon signal appeared on her radar. Great, another one. Chiro got a sinking feeling about the upcoming clash, but she pushed it out of her processor. She needed to focus on her primary target.
As she neared the street the first Decepticon signal was located on, her audio receptors picked up on the sound of gunfire. She was forced to slow to make the turn onto the street, but she took it a touch slower to give herself time to react to whatever was coming her way. She was glad she was in vehicle mode as shots flew over her hood.
Now that the Decepticon was in front of her a couple blocks down, she was able to roughly identify who is was. Soundwave! No wonder Jazz was eager to get back out here! Doesn't excuse him though... She gunned it, waiting until she reached the last half of a block before transforming and letting her momentum carry her towards the 'Con. Whether she managed to outright tackle him or clothes-line him didn't matter. She spread her arms out, pulling out a small sticky bomb in each servo, making it hard for him to simply side-step. As she got within arms reach, she attempted to stick at least one, if not both, of the sticky EMP bombs to him in the process of her tackle.
Regardless of whether she successfully took him down and/or stuck an EMP bomb to him or not, she'd attempt to keep moving in the same direction. She knew better than to stick around when the small bomb went off, even with her own built in safety.

Acquiring the stream of data for the coordinates of a tall structure, he was at first hesitant on following with the request, because to him, the seeker felt as if the blue mix tape mech was trying to order a command on him. Well their was no point in arguing, Soundwave was after all one of those Decepticons he had to admit were valuable to the faction, he didn't want to fight with him, unlike a certain grey bucket helmed pretender to the throne.
Setting the given area path located in the north not to far from here, the F-15's jet engine released a loud burst of exhilaration, passing ahead from his other fellow Decepticon. While soaring just above ground level, his build in sonar radar pin pointed that their was two current identified Autobots, one in particular he knew all to well from memories past. Slowing down in his speed, he guided himself down a bit after hearing Soundwave's voice shouted out, their was no mistaking it, it was that short circuited bot, Jazz. He was now in sight of him, deciding he'd probably recognize him as well merely from the seeker's color scheme.
Ah, I was hoping to see you sometime again. I never had the chance to scrap you myself!
Giving out the response in his usual high pitched tone of voice, Starscream returned to the task, boosting his jet engines again back to the building, eventually reaching it and just like a hawk, he started to circle around it, a sign to Soundwave he made it.

A Ground Bridge opened in the same location Chiro's had, and Bo trotted through, the portal closing behind him. The horse stopped, raising his helm to look around and using his sensitive audio receptors to pinpoint the location of the fighting. His scanners alerted him to two Decepticon signals and two Autobot signals. They were quite a ways from him.
Pulling up a GPS in his visor, Bo took off at a fast trot, his long strides eating up ground. The pavement shook with each step, buildings groaning loudly as Bo's substantial weight left deep hoof prints in the streets. AS he got closer, a X24 Scrapmaker emerged on either flank as well as an Electro Ion Blaster on either shoulder.
Coming around a corner, he saw a tall Decepticon at the far end of the street. He skidded to a stop, but suddenly lunged forward. Why had he charged forward right after stopping? He had seen a flash of bright neon green, and knew who it was: Chiro.
Ground rumbling loudly, Bo barreled towards the fight. He was planning on running over the Decepticon, hoping it would stop him long enough to get Chiro out of danger. Also, he was aware of the circling F-15 jet above him.

(( Three on one?! Are you guys scared I'll beat poor old Jazzy again? Cuse I will, doesn't matter how many bodies you throw at me. ))
Quickly ducking behind his cover as a series of bolts shot towards him, he turned his helm away from the open space as small sections of wall were taken out by the Autobot's blasts. Returning his gaze back to the street, he stepped out and rattled off another stream of ammo towards Jazz's location. But his hail-storm of fire was cut short, as one of the Human's rescue vehicles came barrelling down the street at him. Moving his shoulder cannon to reacquire his aim, he couldn't help but be taken aback by it's sudden transformation, into a apparently suicidal femme.... Reacting quickly, he stepped back slightly before charging forward. Once he'd gained about as much speed as he could, he used his entire body to swing his right fist towards her face plate. Plating his front pedal on the ground, he used it as a pivot point to arch his body forward and deliver a devastating right hook. Unless the femme slid under him, or some other dodging tactic, he was almost certain he would floor her, cracking that visor of her's if it wasn't made of any special materials with a resistance to fist.
If the attack landed, he would step into a solid stance and fire another volley of shells at Jazz's cover, aiming to keep him pinned. But again! His volley was stopped short when a rather heavily armed car rounded the corner. Finding himself surprised by it's decision to try and ram him, he looked down at the hopefully groggy 'Bot and thought up a plan. Still holding her grenades, if they hadn't gone off at this point, he quickly reached down and grasped her with both servos by either shoulder. Positioning himself correctly, he twisted and lifted in an sharp spin before releasing her and sending her cartwheeling through the air towards the front bumper of the incoming vehicle.
If the punch didn't land, due to a dodging trick on the Autobot's end, he would quickly run forward, aiming to get some distance before she recovered and attempted to stick him. Realising he was running directly into the path of Jazz, and another appearing Autobot Hell bent on ramming him, he quickly bolted to the left and scaled the building next to him. Reaching up and grasping the ledge of the building, he would use his gathered speed to swing himself up in an rather impressive display of acrobatics for someone as bulky as him. Landing after a small spin to right himself, he felt the brick beneath him sink slightly as it struggled to support his weight, but it managed to, barely. Now out of their line of sight and free to make his getaway, he ran across the roof tops. Leaping from one to another with the cracking of rock following him after every landing, he managed to cut the time needed by driving to his desired location by just b-lining it. With the desired building in sight after only a couple hops and skips, jet circling it obediently, Soundwave doubled his efforts.
If the punch did land, and he was able to throw the downed Autobot at the arriving one, he would rattle off another quick volley before scaling the building next to him. Repeating the process in the last paragraph, beginning one line 4 and starting about half way through it, Soundwave would begin to near his target should the Autobot tend to their wounded rather than chase after him right away.
(( Ok, I lied. But not about the beating! Just who it was going to happen to... ))
