"I know- I apologize but I'm afraid my fellow companions may not trust you to be left unattended. But I will do my best to see that your sword-ehr-Fracture is not pried away from you. You have my word."
Stellene dipped her head and began to turn a crank that revealed a setup of wires behind the berth with a control panel behind them. She began to power the recharging machinery up while waiting for the femme to recline so she could easily insert the input cable.

She took a glance behind her to watch was she was doing after she had finished talking. She then sighed before turning back and laying down on the berth. Her blade laying on her chest, her grip one of death for both her hands for anyone trying to pry it away from her. She looked at stellar and nodded then closed her optics.

Lifting the Cons' helm, Stellene attached the wiring after taking a moment to figure out where they needed to go- The lenses closed as the ShadowWarrior was slipped into stasis. Grumbling about the mess she still had to tend to, Stellene made her way out from between the berths and moved across the bay to the pair that had entered not long ago. Her peds clicked against the hard floor and immediately her features lifted when she caught sight of the little mech that was plopped upon the berth. Her words drifted across the gap as if their presence had just relieved her of 7 tons worth of pressure.
"I am so delighted to see the both of you!"
It was work that had distracted her from remembering to take a moment to step back and enjoy the gifts of warm flooding emotions spread from family bonds that she was blessed with. So many soldiers and combatants seemed to have a casual side at times, but they were just whispers in the winds. Most didn't seem to have anyone to lean to, all they had was each other. Stellene had pride for her family- blood or not- and had she to cope without them, she would be simply driven to insanity and a sickening cold life like the heartless scientist she has heard so much about. This was something worth fighting, and living for.

But what if it is by acci.. acciacci? ((he doesn't know how to pronounce accident.))
The little sparkling had no intentions of causing trouble for anyone. However he didn't want to be in the medbay, as it meant that either he needed to be repaired or mommy needed to be repaired. He had learned that was bad. Once let fre from his mother let go of him, he rolled around on the berth, exploring its features. That kept him occupied for quite a while until he heard another voice. A familiar one. He looked up and once he saw Stellene his facial expression turned into one of pure joy.
Grandma! Hi grandma!
Aquahaze shouted at her happily, making his way down the berth. Once safely dowm he rushed over to her on his tiny legs to tive her a hug, his yellow optics filled to the brim with happiness and excitement.

The femme watched her sparkling get excited at the sight of her mother in law, but then a thought crossed her mind... did she know about-?
"Hm? What? Oh, yes, Sergeant Diamond." She stood at the same height as the mech, looking him stern in the optic as she could tell this was business. Her gaze did however waver over to her sparkling, a little uncomfortable that he simply ran away to another femme for trust issues. "What is it that you request my audience for... uh?" She left room for his name, trying to play as casual as she could.

Shadowfire moved away from the sparking since the loss of his left servo he could no longer hold one safety so he made sure to not hold one. "I have a few things to report since my scouting mission went to hell." he sighed before looking at her, where to begin? "I scouted out the Decepticon stronghold as requested, and they seem to be hurting on energon as a lot of them looked...well starved to say the least, don't know why that is as they should be having enough energon reserves for another stellar cycle or two, regardless I was caught by one of their seekers and damaged so I retreated sorry I couldn't get a better report.

"Ah, there's that bright little face I missed so much. You have really grow-- Oof"
Stellene's voice purred quite contently as she spoke and dropped to a knee with opened arms to embrace the sparkling. For being so young, she could tell he would be towering over her, nearly half of her height the way it was already. He was a little too energetic and sparked against her plates; nothing she couldn't buff out later. Her grip tightened around the youngster as she stood and twirled him once before setting him with a light plop back down upon his own two grounded peds. The older femme smiled happily down at him and folded her arms across her upper chasis, flicking her helm to the side and shooting the youngster with a slick smile.
"Have you been giving your parents much trouble since I've been gone?"
She was at the time partially paying attention to the conversation besides her between the taller femme and mech, the tone of Diamonds voice still held that serious click despite the more relaxed tone the medbay seemed to hold.
So he had been scouting- huh? And suddenly came across a ShadowWarrior and decided to drag her back home to disect and extract information from? This should be interesting.
She thought with a growl, but her outward expression was warm while she opened the plating to her abdomin where her more explosive canisters were kept. She removed a harder-plastice square, the material coating the energon made the liquid inside glow and slosh around. The plates shlinked back together and she handed it to Aquahaze with a light laugh.

He happily hugged the larger femme, giggling as he was twirled around. He was then set down, and proceeded to look up at her. It had been so long since they last had met, he hadn't been more than little over the equivalent of two years old. He remembered her though, she was family.
No, grandma! Daddy has been away for long, but mommy says he'll be back soon. And mommy is a very important person!
The young mech exclaimed, nodding to himself as he agreed with what he had said. His tiny tesla coils sparked slightly from the excitement of meeting Stellene again, sending some sparks flying. At first he didn't understand what the femme was doing, but he then saw the energon that was handed to him. This made him jump with excitement before accepting the gift, starting to drink it without thinking of pacing, which meant a lot came ooutside and made a mess instead.
Thanks, Grandma! I am a big mech now, I have an alt-mode!
He said proudly, turning so that she could see the tiny propellers on his elbows and back of his lower legs.

Dia listened to the mech, nodding and raising her helm high, placing her servos on her hips, ”It’s no secret that both factions are running low to the point of desperation, but if they’d gone bone dry, then perhaps we have finally gained the upperhand. I’d relay this report to Vatimus himself if I were you, since you’ve been behind enemy lines. But, thank you for reporting. That is quite valuable information.” The femme then faced her sparkling and mother in law, ”Now if you’ll excuse me...” She hummed, tapping over to the duo.
”Ma’am.” Diamond bowed her helm in respect to the older femme, who just so happened to be Skyspray’s adopted mother. ”I see you’ve been doing well since we last met.” She offered a kind yet subtle smile in her direction, clasping her servos together.

"Ah- I see... Well, hopefully whenever he returns he brings you a nice surprise."
She laughed lightly at the mess that was already splattered around the little mech- she had a feeling it was more or less so simply foreboding what was to become of the medbay... She was well aware what sort of chaos followed sparklings around. Her eyes lit up when Aqua turned around-
"A hovercraft of sorts? Wow, I haven't seen one of those in a while, you're a very special big boy now. We'll have to play around in the panels later so you can show me what your adult version will look like- I bet it's super cool!" She winked at him, then patted his helm. Being addressed brought her from the conversation with Aqua, leaving the femme to turn and look, a bit up, to her daughter-inlaw. She smiled warmly, her lenses closing pleasantly and returned the dip of her own helm- granted she preferred hugging. Yet with the status that Dia held, it'd be weird for her to greet her in such a way. Eventually.
"Yes- a bit... too well, actually. Somehow-" her lenses narrowed with irritation, "Somehow I ended up knocked out in stasis for quite a while.... but anywho." She was about to turn back to Aqua when suddenly her lenses snapped wider apart, her module had glitched for a second. "AH! Yes! I almost forgot! Ahem-" She returned her gaze to Dia, shaking her helm and rubbing the temple of her faceplate with a digit.
"Shadow? I believe that was his designation... Left out the whole, 'Oh and I brought a 'Con back to the Medbay-' part after he got torn up." She growled and tilted her helm in the direction of the KOd Con across the Bay still locked in unconsciousness.
"I put her into stasis- but I did say I would bring her out of it when Shadow returned... What are we going to do with her?! I can't keep her here in the medbay, as quiet as she is-, I have things to do- if an injured soldier came in they'd most likely have spark failure. If it came down to it, she'd just be wasting what little energon I have in here... I don't know- someone needs to take it up with Skyspray. Add another item to his list of things to do, but in the meantime- she can't stay here. She's not even a cybertronian."
It was apparent the older femme was nearly having a breakdown stressing over what in primus she was supposed to be doing with a Decepticon in the wing.

Shadowfire rolled his optics, “I was getting to that.” He sighed, this may get tricky. “Yay I brought a Decepticon Assassin to the base, we fought on the sea of rust and well, both of us ran into problems. I brought her back because, well you see, she has no spark, yet is still functioning.”he glared at the medic threw his battlemask, he was going to tell her, one bit at a time so she could properly absorb everything, before he broke the news, “and this last part is...concerning, I can’t get threw to Vatimus, it might be nothing but, worth noting.” He then looked at the medic, his claw clanking open and close, trying not to be rude to her “we have a holding cell to put her in, and I’m sure someone can stand watch to make sure she doesn't get into trouble, but I have to tell you that it is concerning that she isn’t from Cybertron, what if the cons make a new alliance with this race? We could hardly win the war then.”

He smiled proudly at the praise he got from his grandmother. He liked being praised, it was nice. Footsteps were heard behind him and he turned to look up at Diakond, smiling and waving at her. Now, what the adults said was confusing. A con, here? He didn't remember seeing one, so this opportunity made him curious. He decided to investigate. Aquahaze looked around to see if he could find it, but all he saw was medical equipment and a sleeping person. Maybe she knew where the con was. Maybe she was the con? Did they look like that? He skipped over to the berth she was on, trying to see as much as possible. Nothing too special, but it had no red symbol like he and the rest had. Weird.
Hello! Wake up, are you a "con"? Helloooooo....
Aqua asked the femme, trying to wake her up from what he supposed was her sleep. He didn't know the concept of stasis or death either. As he got no response, he grew frustrated, turning to the others.
Mommy, why is she sleeping? Wake her up!

The femme simply ignored the irritated tone the mech had brought with him, but got fidgety when Stellene spoke about Skyspray, a look of guilt and sadness on her face as she looked down at her sparkling, ”Honey, no,” Dia hissed, picking up her sparkling and moving him away from the sleeping con, consciously feeling her own scratched insignia on her crown as she stepped away from the Con.
”Go and play in the corner please, Aquahaze, the adults need to talk.” She cooed, kiising his forhelm gently as she stood and faced her in law. ”We’ll deal with her later. For now I have to tell you something, Stellene... it’s about your son...” She kept her voice low as to not attract the attention of the young one.

Shadowfire looked at Stelle, she had a kid? Guess it wasn’t to surprising, she was pretty old after all, not that he would ever say that to her face, common decency and all that, he turned his gaze back to Dia he was about to say probably the sparkling Shouldn’t be touching that Con, shaking his head he looked at the two of them, “Should I not be here for this?” He asked assuming this was a private conversation he had no business in, he would snoop around in cons business all he please but with fellow bots? He would rather not.

Her steel blue optics suddenly hardened in a cold layer of ice at the meh still trying to prod for further confirmation about the unconscious femme being "different." As far as Stellene could tell from the scanners, the only thing messed up was the lack of a spark and the few other components making up the 'Cons life force being more related to synthetic energon than actual energon itself. The mechanics themselves were quite similar to those of a Cybertronian, the only thing that stood out to her was the ability the weapon had to hack into any system it comes into contact with and relay a coding of words to be heard through the processors, a private voice in the head. It wasn't like this femme was some sort of turning point in the war, unless she could use her honor to turn red-eyed beast into a humble being, Stellene didn't see much else to be needed with the ShadowWarrior. Her own vocals normally would of have chipped in to flat out demand the soldier to remove the 'Con himself and drag it to the Magnus if he had to- but out of respect for the authority that Diamond held, she kept her annoyed thinner trap shut.
Dia simply pushed the pressing matter aside- quickly boggling the mind of the shorter femme as the main concern was thrown out the window. She watched as Aqua was dismissed in silence, the expression she was reading upon the taller violent hued 'bot made her spark drop a few decimels. Curious, but at the same time she almost didn't want to know why the youth wasn't allowed to listen in on their conversation. Her expression hardened until her faceplate was visibly emotionless, dipping her helm as she dropped her tone as well.
"Yes- of course."
it’s about your son
"...Skyspray..."
Skyspray of course... that is the only one mentioned this entire time... This is the reason why he has not responded to any form of communication that you sent. It wasn't the silly excuse you made up for him.
She was already piecing together what was about to drop upon her with the weight of a titan's hammer. Though, the medical unit simply stood there, already becoming disconnected from the conversation.
"Was it honorable."
That was all she wanted to hear about it. One last triumph to add to her pride of all the accomplishments the mech had tacked together in his painfully short life he had spent in the war. This was, War, after all. That bubble of hope and peace she had thinking about of her family simply shattered like a glass castle as the dawns of reality were quick to set in with the realist's mind. She didn't follow the dreams of peace... No, she followed the laws of science, the nature of beings- It was her job, after all. War was what they were built upon. What tears families, nations, worlds apart. Hiding behind the thick walls of the medicalbay was simply a facade that the pains occurring on the field outside managed to shred through. In her mind she only wished that when he went, that he felt no pain. That his goals were accomplished. She felt a twist in the center of her spark as if someone was slowly shoving a dagger through it.A sharp exhale of air filtered out through her vents and blew a draft of steam with it.

Aqua didn't like being told off, what had he done wrong? He couldn't understand what was so bad about waking her up. He groaned and struggled as he was picked up, but calmed down shortly after when it was clear he wouldn't get it his way. The sparkling wasn't pleased, but oh well, maybe next time.
He was set down and told to stay in the corner, prompting him to look at his mother with a very confused expression. Why couldn't he listen too? That was odd. He wouldn't question her authority though, so he instead sat there in the corner looking for something to do. He didn't find anything, so he resorted into drawing on the wall with some energon he found in s box next to him. How convenient!

”Just... give us one moment. I’ll be right with you again.” Diamond told Shadowfire, slightly agitated, turning to Stellene once more.
”He was killed in action... by Tarn. But he did so heroically, and managed to push off the cons to make our escape. The bastard still lives however...” Dia explained, getting increasingly angry quite visibly as she held up her claws and snarled at them, ”Just wait until I get my claws on him... I’ll avenge what he took, I’ll do anything to protect our sparkling and the future we could still have... I’ll kill him for taking my sparkmate, for taking his father.” It was clear she was still obviously grief stricken through the low but rage-filled growls she let off.

Shadowfire nodded and walked to the sparkling. “You do realize we are trying to clean this base up right?” He asked kneeling down next to him, but making no move to stop his drawing, just watching from under his blank battlemask. He was watching the kid, trying to do some good as he let the grief run it’s course, it sucked, and it was terrible how he had somehow managed to get used to the grief..thinking back it was probably after the outpost raid did he stop breaking down over the death of his comrades. Shaking his processor he looked down at the sparkling again...thinking of way to entertain him, in the old days he would be great at coming up with pranks then running away, now not so much. However there was one prank he might remember that was worth something. “Hey kid, what’s your name?”

Stellene listened to the bubbling rage increasing in the femme's darker tone. Her own expression softened, not pleased by this news but she held a reassuring note in the vocals emitting from her.
"What he did was selfless; even in death he makes me proud. In time Tarn will meet his pittiful end, surely an unpleasant one, whether it be by your servos or not- but please be wise in battle if you two ever cross paths- your little sparkling needs you to be that strong mother to keep him in line; especially if he turns out anything like Sky."
She smiled warmly, but the corners of her mouth hardened again when her optics fell uoon the little mech. There was a very noticeable twitch from her lenses as she watched him draw all over the wall...
"I take it then he doesn't know? Do you plan on telling him?"

The sparkling was focused on drawing on the wall, which made him not hear a single thing that happened between Diamond and Stellene. What he did notice however was the large mech coming over and kneeling down next to him. At first he was a little bit frightened, he didn't know this mech or why he was there. He slowly stopped the drawing and turned his helm slightly so that he could see Shadowfire.
Uhm... sorry..
He said carefully, as no not upset the unknown bot. He didn't like when people were upset with him. He glanced over at his mother and grandmother, noting that they were still there in case he needed help. Now he was asked for his name, that one he knew!
I'm Aquahaze... Who are you? You're big...
