No sign of Tarn yet, pity. Did the old garbage can not want to kill him anymore? Technically that was great news as it meant Sky would live much longer, although he knew that was just an illusion. The real answer was that Tarn simply hadn't been able to reach him or something yet. It wasn't like him to abandon a target on the List, and especially not high-priority target, just like Overlord, or himself. There was a camera above him, focusing him with its lens. Sky raised up an arm, the one where his machinegun was still attached. The gun then targeted the camera and unleashed a salvo into it, rendering it completely useless and broken. Now we played the waiting game. Another battle group of Vehicons arrived shortly, blasting away at him. These ones actually aimed, something unusual when it came to vehicons. He wouldn't be speaking the truth it he said he wasn't surpried. He walked at them, letting their lasers hit him, he knew he could endure it. He took his Eraser LMG from his back and pointed it towards the enemy troopers, but didn't fire it first. If this confused the vehicons or not wasn't in his interest, as he just wanted to wait a little. He took another hit to the leg, but thanks to his armor it only made a small dent in his shin. That was when he began to fire, letting the muzzle flare light up the hallway even more. Bullets the size of cola bottles were spewed out, shredding the poor vehicons caught in the crossfire. The shots tore into them, breaking apart internal mechanisms and causing major leaks in their energon flow. Most of them were dead before their bodies hit the floor. The unlucky few who didn't, they had worse coming. Sky stopped firing once he was out of ammo, reloading it as he walked over to the piles of corpses covering the floor of the hallway. He bent down to each and one of them who displayed any sign of life and looked at them for a few moments each. He never wanted to do this, but it was best to finish what he started. After all, he was raised the way he was. Skyspray then proceeded to take his clenched servo and punch the helms of the downed vehicons, crushing them, all but one. There was one left, and that one got a special treatment. The last vehicon squirmed against a wall, a depressing display, if he was honest. Sky shoved his servo into the vehicon's chest, lifting him up in the air as he closed his servo around the lifeforce inside. With a pull, he ripped out the spark from the still living vehicon, watching as the life faded away beneath its visor. He could sense yet another one approaching him, but from behind. He turned around, still with the dead vehicon on his arm. Was this Tarn? Could it finally be him. His expectations rose one moment just to plummet the next one, as he realized it was not Tarn but some other random decepticon. He was not happy right now, not at all. He lowered his arm, letting the corpse slide down on the floor, energon pouring out from the multiple wounds. The spark was still in his servo but only for another second before he crushed it against the wall closest to him. His green optics shone through the mask, observing the newcomer. Nothing he deemed too serious of a threat, but it was best to be careful anyways. He couldn't risk weakening himself before Tarn arrived. He couldn't even bring himself to come here, instead you are here. Do you also with to die? If you do, I will be happy to grant you your wish. You know who I am, don't you?He said coldly, his cannons opinting straight at the newcommer, firing as soon as they had a lead. The two 450mm tank cannons sent two shells hurling at the con at breakneck speed, this time not meant to explode but to completely devastate their target by going through it. If they happened to miss, even though the distance was close and the speed high, they would both continue out in space through the shutters that had applied, hitting a flying bomber by accident. He also raised his newly reloaded Eraser and fired that too against the con, while his arm-monuted minigun began to wind up and more weapons began to activate, like the rocket pods in his shoulders. The one tesla coil crackled, this was going to be a fun fight. (( hargablarga ))

Wreckage unsheathed his axes and moved as silently as a 35-foot-tall robot could towards Skyspray. Perhaps he could get the drop on him, and- or not, it seemed. The hulking Autobot had turned around and smashed a spark against the wall. This one was not like other Autobots. This one was brutal. That would only serve to make the fight more enjoyable. He couldn't even bring himself to come here, instead you are here. Do you also wish to die? If you do,
I will be happy to grant you your wish. You know who I am, don't you?A fearsome threat, to be sure. Wreckage had no doubt about the Autobot's abilities. Skyspray was absolutely covered in weapons. However, most of them, it seemed, were not effective in close range, which evened out the field a bit. He glanced up slightly, noticing movement near Sky's head. His cannons were lowering. Wreckage prepared to dodge, his thrusters heating up. As soon as the salvos fired, his thrusters flared and he ducked as fast as he could. Moving completely on his own, he likely wouldn't have been able to dodge it like he did. Even then, one of the missiles flew by his head and straight through one of the horns on his helm. He swiftly moved from his position, firing a hole in the wall with his shotgun and jumping out of it. He flew through it and shifted into jet form. In a second, he was above the ship, and in another second, he nosedived straight towards it, roughly towards where Sky would be. He fired at close range, blowing a hole in the ceiling. He transformed and took out his axes shortly before crashing down on Skyspray. He brings the axes down with brutal force on Sky's shoulder cannons. If it hit, then the shoulder cannons would take heavy damage, or even be destroyed, but if it missed, Wreckage would land on the floor directly behind Sky. Let's do this, Autobot.(( Skyspray (Aquahaze)))

Shatter yelled out in pain as he was struck with a shot, flying across the room into a wall. He slowly picked himself up, and began to run out of the room, clutching his chestplate where he was shot. His window was shattered, yet he wasn't bleeding very much. It just hurt. He ran out of the room, and established a 1-1comm with several individuals. ::Shortstock, someone is attacking the engine room. You are close, head there now. Scatter and I are on our way.:: Shatter spoke through gritted teeth, the pain severely limiting his ability to speak in a normal tone. Next was the muscle.
::Scatter, I'm about to pass you, I need you to follow me to the engine room, it's under attack. :: They did as told, and the twins combined once more and returned to the hatch they came from, and after skating through a few halls to the engine room, the newly reformed Shortstock found himself staring at Shadowstrike. He offered no witty banter, no offer to leave without being attacked. He simply drew his lance and spun it, allowing his opponent the first attack.
Once Shatterbeam passed Scatterblast, the two set off to the engine room together, and found themselves alongside Shortstock. There were others in in the room. Shatterbeam and Scatterblast focused their attention on the Epsilon squad, taking opposite halves of the room to attempt to dispatch the saboteurs. They stuck to their melee weaponry, Shatter with his blades and Scatter with his axe. Shatter's rotors that made their home on his left servos began to spin, forming a shield against fire.
Windtalker flew alongside his comrade, easily keeping up and firing on any vehicon that showed themselves. They needed to finish this mission fast, or else the autobots' chances didn't look great. Windtalker had found the exact location now, and sent it to Dashside. They had the means to end this, now they only needed to implement them.

Methuselah kicked the chakram embedded in the ground into the air, in front of his chest. It exploded, sending Methuselah flying to the other side of the room. It damaged him, but not nearly as much as the cannon fire from Zeta team would have. It looked as though they'd successfully driven off Harbinger's assault with minimal damage, yet they were still in hot water. Worse yet, Methuselah's translator had died in the skirmish, leaving the autobots with few methods of communicating with the ancient mech. The mech rolled his hand, several chakrams appearing after the motion. Classic sleight of hand. He threw them at the ground in front of him, and slid his Peres in like before to keep himself from being ejected into the darkness of space.

All across the Autobot bridge the forces of Zeta squad and the Regenesis crew fought, their chaotic fight ravaging the environment around them as the armour plating around the room became pocketed with holes and savage marks from the shrapnel of their explosive weapons. With much of the cover around them whitling away two of the soldiers, previously hiding against large monitors found themselves forced to move as return fire pierced their former cover moments before they changed positions to the raised platform of one of the pilot systems. Even then such a position wasn't viable for long as they where quickly surrounded, their last moments where spent shooting down every mech in proximity until they laid dead.
Elsewhere, the other members of Zeta squad found themselves in similar states as they where overwhelmed and swiftly executed. While Harbinger found himself struggling as Vatimus Prime slammed into him, instead of attempt to throw the other warrior off him however the 37ft mech responded with further firepower. His weapon's ripped and shredded into the prime's shield even as his footing was shifted till he was only a few meters away from the hole made only a few seconds ago by his rockets.
In seconds the ground shifted, pieces that had anchored him in his lockdown mode slipping away, until a moment later it crumbled, causing Harbinger to tilt backwards and allowing him to be thrown as the brutish mech was pushed through the hole.
His heavy form became weightless with the force of the vacuum and nothing to keep him secure it didn't take long for him to be ejected into space. His weapons firing constantly even as his helpless form twisted around in space, the few unfortunate Autobot's who neared him exploding under an excessive assault.

Pulsewave was glad to hear from Livewire that he would be getting the reinforcements he needed, one of the medical teams he had requested arrived in no time, and the armoured vehicons did the same. They all marched towards the hallways surrounding the area of the thrusters. An unexpected, gigantic explosion shook then the medibay, knocking Pulsewave back and scaring the medical assistants. What the heck had just blown up?. The second medical team never made it... When he found himself on the ground and had to use his servos to pull himself up, Pulsewave saw them covered in energon from fixing all of the wounds, patching up all the broken joints and loose cables and sometimes, holding a vehicons servo while their spark flickered and faded, leaving a cold corpse behind. A corpse that had to be decomposed and broken apart for spare parts. It was caos. For a second, the realization of all the massacre that was happening, of all the death and turmoil that was going on in those instants, of all the lives he wouldn't be able to save, got to the medic. And it hit home, hard. He stood there paralised for a few moments until a cry of pain brought him back to reality and back to work. He focused on fixing them, ignoring the cried of pain and other thoughts for now. He didn't have time right then and there to stop and break down, so he bottled those thoughts away for a later date. He didn't notice the traumatised vehicons that came in from another zone, the few that had managed to escape and refused to go out again because of what they had seen Skyspray do to their fellow vehicon soldiers. They were completely and utterly terrified, and also allowed to stay in the medibay, guarding it and helping out, since they wouldn't go out again. Meanwhile, in the hallways where Dashside and her team were slowly making their way to the thrusters room... the explosion didn't go unnoticed. You could see the surprise and fear in the vehicons visors, trying to shoot him down before he made it past. The autotrooper was shoved, was kicked away, because even the sentries weren't stupid. There was surprise, that turned into fear, that turned into complete panic as they realised what was coming. But even then, he was tackled down by some heroes that would never be known nor remembered, to reduce the damage in its compatriots. Sadly, it was in vain, as those who didn't end as scrap on the hallways walls, fell through the breaches that the bomb caused in the structure, or were suffocated by the debris, or the ceiling. The suicidal autotrooper, a brave warrior, rest in peace, made it past the first enemy lines before the bomb was detonated, and it was an absolute massacre. The hallways lights were turned off completely, the whole place turning pitch black except for the red emergency lights. Bodies were thrown everywhere by the blast, pieces of bodies, dissected, brought apart by the explosive. Broken and useless. The walls and the vehicons who watched their comrades explode were soaked in their energon, it was a nightmarish view that induced nausea on first sight. Where the bomb had been detonated, the walls of the hallway that had survived were dripping energon pink, cables and broken parts. The guts of the brave soldiers that had imploded. Upon the emergency lights kicking in, the corridor went into total and complete lockdown due to the bomb. The hallway Highwire and the Pet were using was obstructed with guts and broken bodies, plus parts of the ceiling that had collapsed. The doors to the thrusters room were closed and reinforced, plus the amount of vehicons that kept coming in from the two corridors at the sides, and the ones that were left in front of the thrusters doors. The Autobots would soon realise that bulkier vehicons were going in, who didn't fall so easily and whose weapons were more powerful. More difficult to put down, Not so easily defeated. And also, that some of the exploded Vehicons bodies reached them and hit them due to the explosion. Highwire | LivewireDashside

Bluewing got inside his shuttle. They had to go destroy some cannons. A lot had happened since then, while Twitch and him planned everything. They started making their way to the Regenesis HUll, still inside the shuttles, spiraling around the Victory's spikes, going straight under the regenesis, in that direction. Empress

Another tremour erupted through the Victory as the two capitol ships made contact. Livewire had to hold onto his control console for support, flaring his wings so he didn't lose balance. He dug his heels into the ground, witnessing as the Regenesis made their next move. Their was no doubt about it- the ships were going to crash. It was an inevitability, and only a matter of time. Still, he would delay it as much as he could, and he would cause as much damage to the Regenesis as possible.
He flicked a switch up, and revealed another surprise. The end of each large spike the Victory possessed had small hatches that opened up, allowing smaller spikes to erupt from them. Okay, Highwire really piled it on with the 'stabby-stab' thing, but he appreciated it. When the Victory and Regenesis separated, the act of yanking the spikes out would deal heavier damage. What's more, the Regenesis was pressing down on the Victory's spike. While they were getting weighed down, at least the Regenesis was getting torn up. To counter it, he ordered his pilots to turn the thrusters in the opposite direction, hoping to push against the Regenesis. This kept them in a stalemate, but only for a short while.
It was time to pull out. The comm. he received from Compass was confirmation enough. ::Compass, Whiteflier, return to the Victory immediately. Split up so they can't chase both of you. I'm sending you a calculated map of the fastest routes out of there.:: His voice did not carry anger, nor vehemence. It was oddly neutral, in fact.
::Shadow-Strike, I suggest you begin retreating as well.:: He began, before switching to a faction wide comm. channel. ::To any and all Decepticons or Decepticon affiliates aboard the Regenesis: retreat. The Victory and the Regenesis are set to make emergency landings.:: His voice carried calmness; he would not become brash in the closing moments of the battle. ::This does not mean defeat. We have caused excessive damage to the Autobots, and we will fight another day.:: Ah, was that Pairblade... floating? Admittedly, that was pretty cool. However, she felt a bit annoyed she was getting ignored by her target. She didn't pay too much attention to that though. Highwire was more interested in the broken Autotrooper, dragging himself along. She squinted at him, raising an optic ridge in confusion. When he picked up speed, she instinctively took a step back, her heel strut clanging against the ground. She had spent enough time around her brother to identify explosives when she saw them. "We'll pick this up later!" She cried as she switched into her alt mode, the last pieces of her plating clicking into place just as the trigger was pulled. Her thrusters burst to life, and she was off. She shot off at incredible speeds, once again dragging the unfortunate turbofox with her. While she was fast enough to escape the brunt of the explosion, the shrapnel that spread in all directions caught up to her. It nicked her armour, but no major damage was caused. If she cared about the other's well being, she would have hoped that the Pet had fared just as well.
With the map she was given, she put together an alternate route pretty quickly, having been in tight situations like this before. "This way and that way-" She turned sharp corners, so sharp that her wings threatened to scrape against the metal walls of the Victory. Faster, faster, they were getting closer, she had to beat them. As Dashside's little troupe arrived at the doors to the thrusters, they slammed shut.
Blast doors closed on top of the regular ones, reinforcing the entrance. And right on cue, Highwire arrived, transforming to land in front of the doors. Her pedes thudded against the ground, and she stood with her back straight, emphasising her height against Dashside's. In an intimidating gesture, she fanned her wings out, creating at once an impression of massiveness. She wore a grin, dropping her previously calm appearance, and two swords extended from her arm. The sword on her right arm sliced through the chain she had been holding from the sheer force of it sliding out, and she finally released it. Twitch made it to the shuttle's controls after the nerve wracking occurrence of scooting past professional bombers. He may have stepped on a few pedes in the process and possibly a tail. The mech would worry about that later if given the chance to. The shuttle dropped from its docking station with a jerk before finally taking off.
Twitch's shuttle flew for the far side of Regenesis, firing at anyone or thing that dared threatened their mission. Once at the underside of the ship, Sigma Squad and Empress exited the shuttle. Using magnetized boots or claws, they kept themselves attached to the hull. Twitch remained in the shuttle so that he could provide cover for his squad.

Slapfoot would be more angry if he wasn't so dead inside. He might have ran if it weren't for the lack of anything to live for. But now, he moved steadily toward the combat area. Pulsewave wasn't noticing much then, and chances were they wouldn't realize it might be the last time they saw their friend. Skyspray was his target. He knew the others could be handled. He wanted blood for blood, the autotrooper died in his attack. His debt was paid. Skyspray's wasn't. When he arrived, the mech was already in combat with another Decepticon. Slapfoot dared not interrupt their duel. He waited for his chance. For Skyspray to dispatch his foe and focus on the bloodlusted lump of metal and rage behind him. Skywarp was barreling down towards Swindle, warping occasionally to cover distance faster. Skywarp didn't think this through, of course, as he had little effective ways of saving him. But even in his foolishness, Skywarp got his job done. He transformed as he drew near, and grabbed the decepticon. Grinning, their position in space radically changed as Skywarp teleported backwards, again and again until they were somewhat close to the Victory. Skywarp threw him in its general direction, then warped to catch him once more. For Skywarp's last warp, he grabbed Swindle and teleported him inside the ship, dropping him beside Pulsewave . Afterwards, he warped back out of the ship and made his way towards Wallplug (Planetron) .(( Skyspray (Aquahaze) hargablarga NotSwindle ))

There was no growl, no hesitation. Their only hope was that they could react fast enough to the bloodcurdling snarl that left the ravenous jaws of The Pet as he pounced at Dashside. He was for the most part unharmed by the kamikaze, since the creature was fast and had enough time to run in front of Highwire so that she was hit instead of him. But the second his chain was cut, things got a hell of a lot worse for the saboteurs. What The Pet did after pouncing at Dash was obvious: if he succeeded, he would attempt to bring his jaws closed over the femme's neck.Dashside Highwire | Livewire Shatterbeam

The decepticon moved out of the way, a fact that made Skyspray raise an optic ridge behind his mask. Not many were fast enough to do that. Had he perhaps underestimated his opponent? Or had he simply just been sloppy? Maybe there was a combination of both. He stopped firing once the con vanished, but that couldn't be for long. He could sense it around him. He quickly began to reload his LMG and prepare for round too. If he knew anything about cons, it was that they didn't know when to quit. He waited a moment before he heard the sound of metal getting shot apart above him and knew there was where the con was, no point in trying to avoid or make him miss, he was too big and slow for that. He let the con crash down on him and let the axes sink into his cannons. They could probably still fire after the hit, just not as effectively. They'd both fall on the ground, partly because the con's axes were stuck in him. He grunted a little as he hit the ground, his rage just growing and growing. While his shoulder cannons weren't optimal for use, the one remaining machinegun on his arm could. It targeted Wreckage and began to unload into him, as Sky regained his composure and began to rise up again, putting the Eraser against the damned con and pulling the trigger. This was more or less a distraction that the con would have to respond to, probably move away, to not get riddled. He used the wall as support to get up, making it looking as he was more wounded than he actually was. The question was of the con would notice. Energon was pouring out from the hole in his leg, and from a few other small holes. It wasn't very much though, not enough to slow him down but enough to be present. He could see another vehicon behind the con, a taller one. If a vehicon could lok sad, that was how they looked. Sky made a mental note that he'd take care of him too as he shifted his LMG from Wreckage and fired at Slapfoot instead. Sky had a lot of fight in him lately. (( hargablarga Slapfoot ))

Intrepid watched as Harbinger was immediately thrown out of the ship and into space. Perhaps it was delays like these that had led to the failures he had executed soldiers for in the past. Regardless, he had to retrieve Harbinger as per his orders. Turning to the Autobots again, he grunted and spoke.
You waste my time, Autobots, I would not do it again.
Intrepid quickly turned back to the breach in the hull, and in one quick motion, transformed and exploded his bubble shield. Shards of energy went in every direction and bounced off walls. These shards would begin to either embed themselves into armor or shatter on impact. They were not normally capable of lethal damage, but would serve to add chaos to the bridge as Intrepid left.
Now outside the Regenesis again, Intrepid swung over and tracked down Harbinger. The mech was no doubt in poor condition, and likely would have been left for dead if it were up to him. Intrepid shifted back out of his alternate mode and grabbed Harbinger. With small pulses of his thrusters, he angled himself back towards the Victory, and carried Harbinger inside to the Medbay. Once that was done, he reported to Livewire.
:: Harbinger has been secured, my Lord. ::

Even as Vehicon parts were littered about the hallways, the squad had to keep moving. Now without incoming fire from behind them, Iota squad could focus on pushing forward. Bullets and laser fire was exchanged, though Le Petit helped even the odds, and soon enough Dashside and her Autotroopers had made it to the Thruster room. One of the Autotroopers drew a cutting tool from his side, generating a laser that prepared to slice through the door. "Keep me covered!" He yelled, walking up to the door, only for blast covers to slam closed in his face. "Scrap! This is gonna take a lot longer now!" "Just get to work! The sooner you start, the sooner we can get in!" Another trooper replied, loading his rifle in preparation for some counter-attack, only to be met with more than he bargained for. The corridor they were in branched off to the sides, and now, down those smaller hallways, were yet more attack waves. But not only was it regular Vehicons, but the Bulkier ones too. "Open fire! We have to buy time!" Each Autotrooper nodded, as Le Petit spooled up once more, distributing a volley of bullets down one hallway, then moving to the next, even if he hadn't finished off all of the Vehicons hiding it. The only other autotrooper with a weapon did the same, taking turns with Le Petit's firing pattern. The bulkier Vehicons certainly didn't help, as their larger and more durable bodies provided ample cover for the other Vehicons, but even then said bulky Vehicons were problems in themselves. Dashside worked to cleave through any Vehicons that got too close, but was about have her hands full, as she heard the sound of thrusters rumbling down one of the hallways. Highwire and the Pet had caught up with them again, landing close to the squad. Dashside wasn't impressed, nor intimidated by the Decepticon's height, or how she flaunted it - instead readying her Greatsword whilst her Pairblade floated into it's shield position, hovering out in front of her. The Pet was the first to attack, and the femme's pairblade dealt with the Turbofox swiftly, deflecting his pounce - albeit at an angle that meant the Pet still flew towards Dashside, just not on target. The Pet snagged one of Dashside's ornamental winglets, ripping it in half, though it didn't compare to the large gash that his flailing claws and teeth left down the Autobot's back, exposing wiring and energon. With an anguished and angry cry, Dashside turned (though her pairblade remained in place, shielding her from potential counter attack from Highwire) and grabbed what remained of the Pet's chain, using it to lift him into the air in conjunction with one of her containment fields and toss the Sparkeater into a crowd of Vehicons - notably the one that was taking fire from Le Petit and Reekmaru. With the Pet dealt with for at least a few seconds, Dashside then turned back to Highwire, her pairblade moving out of a defense position to make a horizontal slash at the Decepticon. Even if this failed, it would be followed by a swing of Dashside's greatsword, in attempt to cleave through Highwire's torso and then the femme raising the sword above her head, trying to bring it down on her target's shoulder, all whilst the Pairblade made another attack low at Highwire's shin. And, all the while, one Autotrooper maintained his efforts to cut through the door, his laser cutter working tirelessly to sheer through the thick metal. Already he had made some progress, though it would take more time for him to make something of an entrance. (( The Pet Pulsewave Highwire | Livewire ))

The two combatants crashed to the ground in an avalanche of metal. Wreckage tugged on his axe handles. They were stuck in Skyspray's thicker-than-average armor. He put more force into it and yanked them free, then rolled off of his opponent. Wreckage could've stayed on top of the Autobot, but he knew that Skyspray was strong enough to toss him away if he tried to hit him while he was down. Wreckage elected to wait for Skyspray to get up. While the two were getting up, a sudden spray of fire opened up on Wreckage. It was a weak spray, so it hadn't penetrated Wreckage's exceptionally thick armor yet, but given a while, it would. At the same time, a small machinegun began shooting. Wreckage stifled a small laugh. The sheer amount of weapons Skyspray had was humorous. However, they would only serve to make the fight more challenging, and in turn, more entertaining. He jetted to the side. Wreckage had a suspicion about the small machine gun, a suspicion that was proved right when it moved to target him slowly. Generally, auto-targeting systems took about a quarter of a second or so to readjust to the change of their target's position. However, it was better than that. The damn things couldn't aim to the side! He leapt towards Skyspray, assisted by his thrusters. He noticed that as Skyspray got up, he aimed his gun at something to the left of Wreckage. It was that stupid Vehicon who had just arrived, and for some reason hadn't helped. Wreckage let out a guttural laugh. He flipped a sort of mental switch inside his brain, and his vision took on a light pinkish-red hue. He grinned under his helmet and hit Skyspray while he was distracted. Under the effects of the Berkserker state, he no longer felt the tiny stings of the bullets. He knew he had to be careful, however, because without pain to tell him what was happening, he would have to rely on his other senses. Wreckage hit Skyspray head on, intending to stagger him slightly. If he did, then he would bring one axe down on the auto-targeting machine gun, hopefully destroying it and rendering his opponent with one less weapon. He would bring the other axe down on Sky's LMG hand, attempting to cut the LMG in half. He would then let go of the axes and blast him in the chest and head with both shotguns respectively, then grab the axes back while Skyspray is disoriented. Wreckage would then attack in a flurry of Berserker-state-enhanced blows, hopefully causing major damage. (( Skyspray (Aquahaze) , Slapfoot ))

Windtalker screeched with the ferocity that only a bird of prey can muster, and dived down at The Pet in an attempt to latch onto a tentacle and pull it free of the sparkeater's body. The small mini on could only rely on hit-and-run, lest he die almost immediately by The Pet's jaws. He had to play careful, try not to get hit. One hit could be all it took, as Windtalker had little armor but high speed and agility. He just hoped that the two autobots could dispatch of them soon.

Whiteflier and Compass had been fighting a few autotroopers when they got new orders. Retreat?, just after they had made it in??. It was certainly upsetting, but he wasn't one to argue their commanders orders, and he must have had his reasons for doing so. He blasted the hatch again, after it closed after them and got rid of the broken shields on his left arm, product of one of the earlier missiles. They had cracked and broken the thing, and it had been rendered useless. His arm had also been affected. ::I'll see you later. Compass. I hope we both make it back to the Victory in one piece.::::Blue, where are you?. Were you sent outside?, I need to be picked up::Bluewing couldn't have been happier to hear about his partner, meaning he wa alright. ::Sure thing, Wingling. I'm out in a shuttle, where are you?.:: ::A blasted hatch on the- agh, let me just send you my coordinates and we'll be done sooner.::Bluewing waited to get said coordinates quietly. ::I'll be there in zero coma, just be safe for a few minutes::
Whiteflier sighed in relief, but was hit by an Autotroopers laser gun on the shoulder. He growled and jumped outside, turning on his cloaking, his heat signature cloaking and his radar deflectors until Bluewings shuttle came in. He wouldn't take long, so he just held onto the hatch until them, keeping himself out of sight, and out of fights. Looking around for enemies... Compass

Smokestack would admit sometimes that he wasn't the most fearless mech, in fact sometimes in his darkest moments he would admit he could be a bit of a coward. That was why when the Victory had assaulted the Regenesis and in doing so force the Autobot's to defend their position Smokestack found himself behind heavy duty blast doors, rather than on the frontlines. Well that and he was a rather good engineer, which was why he was currently in the room containing the ship's power core an important part that had to be constantly maintained as energy was consumed from a hundred different sources all to ensure the Regenesis fought at it's full capabilities.
In other words a perfect target for Decepticon sources, and one that would have left him worried to be near if not for the security it provided. After all when one considered how deep the core was located within the centre of the ship, to provide power to every section of the Regenesis and the defenses that put it behind hundreds of Autobot's, security systems and good old fashioned armour plating then Smokestack couldn't help but feel a little secure. That wasn't even considering the group that was currently inside the chamber with him.
The large form of Rimshaker, stood near the door his stalwart presence providing a calm to the room as one servo gripped lightly against the thirty five foot warhammer that was only a few feet smaller than the mech himself. On his right shoulder the armour casing of his alternative modes heavy machine gun only partially hid the barrel that promised not a single enemy would pass through those doors easily as long as he stood watch. Aside him the blinding neon green form of Shellshock stood, a slight smirk across his face probably from whatever joke had failed to make Rimshaker laugh. Smokestack hadn't heard the last one, after having heard a few others since he'd arrived here though he considered that a blessing. Shellshock was a child with more aft jokes than sense. On the plus side he hadn't aimed his thermo-rocket launcher at the core that was currently in the middle of the room. For now though Smokestack would assume that was more because Rimshaker was forcing him to look anywhere other than the big shinny orb of pulsing light.
Which was obviously annoying the sniper Swiftscope, if his persistent mumbling was any sign. As every time the light glittered off his pitchblack frame, the mech would retreat backwards trying to hide further into the darkness of the rafters until he decided to return back to his spot when the light shifted elsewhere. It was rather amusing the Autobot though if not for the fact his autobot emblem glowing red could be seen just a little clearer from his hiding spot. Smokestack decided not to mention it, after all it would probably anger the mech and it wasn't as if it was important at all.
"Sir Smoke, our vigilance is important for this mission please do pay attention or I shall have to report your inattentiveness to our lord." Called Chevalier, a mech who through some bizarre personality fault seemed to consider himself a knight in shining armour. He even looked the part with silver plating that sparkled in the light, and an ever present smile on his goody two shoe pretty face. Smokestack wasn't jealous, he wore his battlemask for safety, nothing to do with the fact he looked like he'd been mauled by a turbofox after falling out of a skyscraper soon after being sparked. Not jealous at all.
"I'm perfectly fine, Chevy. Just thinking deep thoughts." The mech replied back with a smile and a placating wave of his hand that may or may not have almost slapped Leviathan, a scout who'd been rather useful on earth due to his water resistant speedboat mode, but was unsurprisingly not that useful in a space battle. He was also rather small at 17ft, and though not proven Smokestack suspected he had height issues. He'd heard a rumor the mech's original name was Little Pond. Still Autobot's and freedom to their own name and all that jazz, Smokestack didn't ask.
Nor did he ask why Chevy was looking at him with a rather disgusted look he knew anyway. "I'd rather you didn't call me that."
Chevy also would tell him anyway. Either way Smokestack wasn't really all for that getting told off by Sir Knightly, so instead he stealthily began sliding away. Near to Aegis who was currently smiling at him, either that or the mech behind him. Obviously him, he wouldn't smile at Chevy, Aegis was a buddy like that. "Save me." Smokestack whispered.
"I can hear you from over here." The knight shouted, getting a glare from Tempest, a real firecracker of a femme who may or may not have threatened Smokestack with bodily harm on sixteen occasions so far. Some of these hypothetical threats that where in no way actually said where rather inventive too, Smokestack might just have a fear of energon now.
"Aegis you gotta do something, I'm gonna die here." The Autobot said as he leaped forward, practically jumping into Aegis arms as the other bot was forced to angle his shield out of the way of contact.
"There, there. I'll protect you from the hate you create." He said, a full sized grin on his face even as Smokestack reeled back in shock as more than a few in the room rolled their optics at the display.
"Betrayal, sparkbreak. I shall never trust again." Smokestack said even as he gripped his chest and stepped back, the doors of his frame almost hitting the giggling form of Stardust. An aerial femme who would have been outside if not for an injury to her wing that couldn't be repaired in time for her to deployed to the battlefield. Much to her own disapointment, and Smokestack's favour as he sent a wink in her direction. "Ohh my lady I did not see you there, let me show you my guilt so I may gain forgiveness."
Aegis slapped him on the helm. While on the other side of the room Grog seemed to be unsure whether to laugh or look at his fellow mech in contempt and disgust, he was a rather uncertain mech in that regard. His unfortunate name and thicc form didn't help with the femme's at all and with Tempest promising death and destruction for those who even looked at her funny, Stardust who seemed to find everything funny, and a silent femme in the corner he'd still not learned the name of well... he wasn't getting much interaction with the fairer form. Maybe Smokestack would take him to a bar after this, get the energon pumping.
Aside him Fletcher seemed to be looking anywhere but where the action was occurring. It was probably due to his proximity to Tempest and her aura of doom. Smokestack felt for the guy, but he also though he was a masochist since he couldn't think of another reason for why the mech hadn't moved. Either that or he was just waiting for the opportune time to test his shotgun against her personality matrix, Smokestack wouldn't even blame him. Then again he was probably more likely to blow himself up with one of his own grenades than say anything bad.
That was more likely to come from Centio, who just happened to be standing with Zion probably insulting each and every mech in the room with his oversized intake. Stupid mech had called Smokestack infuriating, and show his lack of personality in the process. Zion wasn't much better nodding his head like a bobblehead as he agreed with the fragger aside him. In a sign of maturity and great primeness, and patienceness Smokestack ignored them.
It was probably the only reason he out of those fourteen other soldier in the room heard the faintest of clicks coming from the blastdoor. For a second he ignored it, letting the sound pass over him like the consistent thrum of the power core that would have turned maddening if he didn't tune it out. Then he froze, the distinct sound of a magna-lock falling into place as it was followed by the faintest of beeps, Smokestack found himself turning without thought towards the door even as his voice modulator struggled to work. "Did anybody hear..."
Bang.
The explosion hit like a mule, as the door reinforced with tons worth of metal folded inwards allowing the heatwave to push through turning the temperature skyrocketing even as the force wave forced those unprepared to the floor, Smokestack included. His light form smacked harshly against the floor and rolled to the side, trying to pull itself back up even as his processor tried to make sense of what was happening. On hand and knees with his optics towards the door the smoke was almost overwhelming in it's attempt to cover everything even as air conditioning units around the chamber tried desperately to remove it. In the smog, Smokestack though he saw something move, a trick of the light like a mirage of heat that was ignored.
At least until it was behind Rimshacker. The firm sentinel had stood unshaken his weapon primed to fire at the first thing he spotted even as his warhammer stayed firmly planted on the floor. He looked untouchable like that and for a moment every Autobot in the room though so as well. Then the demon appeared.
From the rift in the air he came, blood red optics filled with hatred and the darkest desires of the pits. His form was sleek and honed like a weapon, but yet disfigured as sudden edges formed cutting edges changing a work of art into a machine made only for killing. He made no sound as he struck, the burning blade in his left servo slicing downwards towards Rimshaker's exposed right leg strut.
"WATCH OUT!!!" Someone screamed, it might have been Smokestack but he wasn't sure. He felt the failure regardless as Rimshaker started to turn only to see as the blade cut through without effort, his energon following the trail of the weapon before he stumbled backwards without the support of his leg. For a moment he looked like he would stand, his defiant form resisting the newly appearing nightmare but before he could it lifted it's arm and fired a fibre-corp wire that wrapped around the tip of his warhammer. With a yank then it fell, falling towards them as it smashed into Rimshaker and he landed with a mighty thump. His hammer embedded into the caved in form of his chestplate, a small light from his sparkchamber creeping through the gap. Before the assassin could finish him though Swiftscope fired, his bullet heading for the monster's centremass, and for a moment the mech was certain that would be the end.
He'd later come to realize how foolish such a hope was. In a flash the blade that had knocked the giant was flicked, changing direction midstrike as a ding filled the air followed by the tinker of a casing as it landed harmlessly on the ground behind the mech who wore no symbols. A second later in a movement that flowed like water his other arm raised, a rifle that Smokestack hadn't even seen sheathed fired. It's thundering crack followed by the sickening crack of pierced metal as a quick glance showed Swiftscope tumbling backwards, and over the balcony. His once shadowed form laid broken, the Autobot emblem on his chest flickered pathetically half destroyed by the bullet that ruptured his spark. The volley of fire that assaulted the monsters position this time felt a little less determined, as it's mocking form twisted and turned leaving the flightpath off the fire even before the trigger had been pulled.
In response Chevallier charged forward, longsword pulled from his backplate as he rushed forward. His downward swing with both servo's met the Decepticon's blade as it stepped back conceding it's position to weather the mighty blow for a second the tide of battle looked to shift in the battle of swords.
Then the gun fired, the horrible echo of it's discharge sounded like a mocking churchbell as Chevallier stumbled back. Another flick of the warrior's blade and his helm was removed from his shoulders so quick that Tempest was only rushing forward to support by the time of Chevallier's head's first disheartening bounce around the room. Behind her Flecher followed, his shotgun raised as he waited for the moment when the enemies guard would be opened while the femme provided a distraction with her shortsword.
A single step closer, the threat moved his blade rushing down to cleave her from shoulder to hip as in response she raised her blade to intercept. Like before his weapon flowed through the defence, gliding past the response and changing targets as it sliced straight across her abdomen causing energon to splatter the floor and add to the fallen knight's own gushing wounds. In the movement though he'd passed her, opening himself up to Fletcher as the shotgun prepared to fire. In the seconds afterwards Smokestack would know the monster had smirked behind his battlemask. Before the weapon fired, the silent horror reached back his servo gripping Tempest servo even as she fought to stay standing and dragged her spinning around like some twisted ballroom dance. Her head imploded against the impact of a dozen pellets, splattering the monster and Fletcher with energon and unrecognizable metal even as the mech let her go dropping the lifeless puppet without strings.
Fletcher didn't even see as the weapon that hit him deployed from the assassin's shoulder. It's powerful grenade launcher smashed into his shoulder sending him hurtling back, as the deadly orb embedded in his armour exploded a second later all that remained of the former Autobot was recognizable leg sturts's and a thousand pieces of shrapnel.
Still that did little to deter the rest as Stardust charged in her assault rifle hitting nothing but air as she moved recklessly, a moment later her remaining wing was clipped as her once angelic voice screamed in agony. A blade through her backplate ended such a pitiful sound. Even then the slaughter didn't end as Centio charged in with Zion behind him, the butcher ducked a shotgun blast and rolled to the side when a follow up with Zion's assault rifle clipped his right shoulder. His rising form found Centio ready to fire, until a blade through his intake sent him back allowing the assassin to drive the blade back further until Zion was caught his processor crunching with blow before the gauntlet fired the projectile to land a few centimeters behind Zion. It's grissly form holding up both of them embedded to a column behind them even as Centio tried to scream.
Behind the mech Grog charged forward, assault rifle barely missing as the monster fired a shot that clipped his knee and sent him tumbling forward, all while another blade appeared from the gauntlet again. It's appearance soon after proceeding to gut the mech, as his energon pump ruptured and bathed the floor in his life blood.
From nearby the door Shellshock responded, firing off his thermo-rocket launcher. It's deadly payload though missed as the abomination twisted out of the way and instead slammed into the silent femme, her dagger only centimeter's from it's target as her body exploded sending pieces everywhere and forcing the demon to the ground as shrapnel dug into his right side. This time Aegis was there swinging a punch that was only barely deflected before another was ducked under only for a follow up knee to the chest catching the monster. In response Smokestack fired, his until now frozen body responding as his assault rifle rattled with a satisfying sound. Already before he'd fired though the mech was moving twisting out of the way as a single shot clipped his left hip before rushing into Aegis's guard. The heavy shield that his friend covered blocking Smokestack's line of sight even as the Autobot waited for that perfect opportunity. A rush of movement and Aegis's shield arm was moving.
Bang.
He dropped. His shield arm falling to the floor as a second blast rang through the room and a gaping hole formed in his back. With the form of his friend down on the ground, Smokestack's response felt sluggish, almost like a personal failure as he fired. Not a single shot hit as they where sliced or stepped out of the way of. From above though movement caused the Autobot to drop as Leviathan appeared, jumping from the rafters to attack from above. Before anyone could react though the abomination moved again his blade slashing out as it cut off the mech's weapon arm and he landed harshly underneath, a second later his helm was crushed stamped on like an annoying nuisance.
The bellow of rage from Shellshock was ignored as he leaped forward trying to tackle the con to the floor even as the mech jumped, thrusters in his feet sending him flipping over before he landed with a kick against Shellshock's back that sent him hurtling towards the power core. The moment the two connected the core flickered, pulsing with energy even as the lights around the room flickered and died. For a moment darkness prevailed before the light turned on blindingly powerful, but not from the core nor from the lights above. With an ear piercing scream, Shellshock's form burned with devastating sparks of electricity running across his body even as he shook and spammed until he dropped his pathetic form burnt to a crisp with the optics melted while he laid silent without a joke to tell.
With a flicker of his optics, the Decepticon moved stepping towards the crippled form of Rimshacker even as his pede's squelched with the blood of thirteen Autobot's. By the time he stopped, his weapon was aimed and triggered easily as another life ended just as easily as the last.
In only a few minutes thirteen Autobot's where dead, and Smokestack felt useless. Now though the mech had stopped, he was tilting his head to the side listening to something Smokestack couldn't hear. A comm signal possibly, but more importantly a distraction. This was his chance, a moment of vengeance for those who had fell. All those who had deserved better. Smokestack raised his weapon...
Bang.
...and Smokestack died.
---
The Autobot's arrival wasn't unexpected by any means. After all with their position in the engines room and the grand importance of the location to the ships continued movement one would consider it to be heavily defended, though with the amount of Decepticon boarders some forces would have had to be moved naturally. Either way though the Autobot's where now in the engine's room as they charged the Decepticons. Each of them carrying melee weapons as the cons close proximity to the engines made ranged attacks too dangerous to try. For Epsilon squad it only gave them an advantage as they fired their weapons at the charging soldiers.
While in the middle of the room Shadow-Strike stood waiting, a smirk hidden behind his battlemask even as the comm message from his current contractor came in.
::Shadow-Strike, I suggest you begin retreating as well.::
::Thank you, I won't be long now.::
With a glance Shadow-Strike looked around the room, his optics trailing over the forms of all three Autobot's before he spoke just as Revenant appeared from one of the maintenance shafts. Then he moved stepped closer to Shortstock, his steps measured and filled with certainty. "You wish to stand against me alone, many have done so and those who do are considered foolish or have became legends of history. I shall do you the favor of removing any illusions of your success that you currently possess. You shall have no legend when this war is over, face me and you will die not even worthy of a footnote in history. Continue on your path and even those who fight alongside you shall die in due time. If though your men allow what is mine to retreat I may be inclined to let you live. For the moment."
In response Epsilon's members looked, turning their helms towards their current commander as they prepared to retreat or face the enemy in melee.

Slapfoot was incredibly agile for his size, and more agile than those smaller than him. In his primary arms, his stakes appeared as he rushed towards Skyspray's back, using his agility to avoid the LMG fire. Slapfoot made an attempt to stab the stakes into Skyspray's back, but of course they wouldn't pierce very much straightaway. Suddenly, Slapfoot's extra set of arms came into being and two sets of fists made powerful blows into the hilts of the stakes, and assuming they landed in the first place, would likely be enough to pierce the armor. The stakes acted not as blades, but more like a pointed wedge that had enhanced piercing capabilities compared to normal blades. If the stakes did indeed pierce the armor, Slapfoot would twist them around in a conical way, creating a larger hole and damaging whatever they came into contact with past the armor. If it happened, this would cause great pain.
