Burnout has enhanced relfexes, perception and senses due to his hybrid of Eukarian and Cybertronian CNA. Allowing Burnout faster movement and reflexes in battle.
Flight Tech
Intergrated into his systems is a set of twin exhausts on Burnout's back which serve as a Primary jetpack thruster, allowing the mech to fly or jump higher into the air, incorporated into his heels and wrist gauntlets are a set of flight adjusting thrusters, the latter also being used for a flamethrower.

ARMOR AND WEAPONRY
Reinforced Jacket
Armor Description: Burnout's jacket is has several chest pieces which use a more solid metal to protect his body, however the rest of the jacket uses a more fluid metal micromesh which gives it newtonian properties allowing it to solidify on hit, the coat has segmented tails allowing him to perform spinning attacks or to fall and soften his landing. Similar design to Crosshair from Transformers mixed with Star Lord from Guardians of the Galaxy. He can conceal his SMG's on the inside and has several pockets and sleeves for hiding blades, treasures and tools.
Body Armor
Armor Description: Burnout's armor is made from a middle weight Cybertronian/Eukarian Alloy mesh reinforcement . Burnout's armor is lightweight to allow him to move quickly however its strong and thick to allow him defence when in battle. His Arms and Pedes are shielded more with a stronger metal forming a set of wrist mounted tools. His torso is also slightly stronger to assist in one on one melee combat and to protect the sparkchamber.
His shoulder armor is a little more reinforced with similar designs to Gearchange, the spiked panels appar on the side of his shoulder rather than covering the entire shoulder, allowing for more side on attacks, however these spikes seem more for display than offensive purposes, but still provide a decent protection.
Weaponry
Twin Semi Automatic Guns:
A rapid fire weapon which Burnout relies on as his primary weapon, it comes complete with a laser sight and can be silenced for infiltration. Can fire armour piercing rounds or regular rounds.
Flamespitter / Flamethrower:
In Burnout's inbuilt arsenal is a set of flamethrowers, unleashing a hot lick of flame at his enemies should they come too close, Burnout can use the flamethrowers to keep enemies back and ignite flammable liquids.
Two handed Eukarian Sword.
A sword that has been handed down through Windwarrior's family, always from father to son. Although Windwarrior never had a son, he taught everything he knew in the mastery of the blade to his Grandson, Burnout, who he has deemed worthy of continuing the title of the Windwarrior. The two handed blade has unique properties that recognise its wielder and protects itself from those unworthy by heating up rapidly, a thermo energon edge and hilt.
When wielded by Burnout he requires two servos to defend and attack, a powerful energy wave can be created to knock back enemies once in battle to end it. It is stored on a hilt on his back, between his exhauts/flight tech.
Twin Katanas
A set of Katana blades hidden underneath Burnout's coat, used to fight enemies close up. His skill with the blade originates from his training from his Eukarian family.
Gadgets :
Holo-Orb: A device used to illuminate dark areas and provide tactical information and display and align schematics over existing objects, buildings or terrain in accordance to the data stored within a localised database (i.e. data tablet, ship's computer, personal computer). It can also be used for communications, through face time or audio only. The device is spherical and can levitate and move around through hand gestures, tablet control or voice command and can even follow or trace a target, including an orbiting pattern or just moving whenever its target/user moves.
Wrist Gauntlet - Grappling Hook: A common and useful tool for explorers, the grappling hooks are deployed from Burnout's wrist mounted gauntlets located over his servos. A metal prong attached to an extending rope is ejected and launched through pneumatics. When the prong meets its target, a rock surface or an edge of a surface, four prongs deploy and latch onto the surface which anchors Burnout, allowing him to scale, descend or swing freely. Burnout can also manipulate the grappling hook to form a claw to grab items from a distance.
The grappling hook attachment can also be replaced with an electromagnet, allowing him to latch onto metallic surfaces.
Avion Battlemask: A helmet which folds over and covers Burnout's face, in the shape of a bird's head with two blue lenses and optics to enable a wider range of peripheral vision, the user is given a Heads Up Display and can switch through many different modes, from a targeting system to EM, heat and Peripheral Alerts, the helmet augments Burnout's voice a little.
Throwing Knives/Weapons: Burnout likes to keep hidden kunai or throwing stars in the inside pockets of his jacket to launch at his enemies, these could also be used with a tracking device or an EMP pulse on enemies.
Gravity Field/Magnetic Pull Device: A Small device when deployed on the floor can create a magnetic pull to stop enemies from moving or to retrieve metallic objects. Burnout only carries two when he's on missions, if they aren't destroyed he can retrieve them.
Magnetic Pede Couplings: Allows Burnout to scale metallic surfaces and maintain his grip on the side of ships.
Computer Pad: A data pad used for computery things, tracking objects and messages.

Burnout is a fun loving adolescent Eukarian/Cybertronian Hybrid, his exposure to the outdoors and the environment of Eukaris has made him extremely adventurous. His passion is exploration and visiting the ruins of Eukaris to learn more about the planet's past, he hopes to one day visit Cybertron and find any rumoured relics or ruins which may rest on the war ridden planet.
He finds himself struggling to fit in among the Eukarian population, his lack of beast form means he finds himself lagging behind others often and tends to find that some Eukarians his age don't like him. This shaped his roguish attitude. Handling and dispatching those who believe they can pick on the "Hybrid".
He finds comfort in the confines of his home and finds company with his friends, often putting them first. He can often let his curiosity get the better of him, his adventures may often lead him into trouble.

Since the day he first opened his optics, his parents knew he would be special. Growing up, he didn't have the same features as the other Eukarian kids, but that didn't stop him, he was fascinated by the sword which his grandfather carried and learned how to defend himself against bullies.
Yearning to fly like his sister, Gearchange granted and created a Flight tech system to fit his frame, a jetpack on which he could soar the skies, As he got older and more educated, he became more fascinated in technology, old ruins and eukarian artifacts. Getting extra lessons from Windwarrios, his grandfather and listening to the stories Gearchange told him of the Wreckers and Cybertron.
Attending the academy on Eukaris with his sister Wildfire, Burnout Pursued more historical and technological paths of education, whilst his gifted sister trained in biology and medicine. Now he faces the most challenging time of his life, the trials, a series of tasks which a young Eukarian nearing adulthood must pass as is tradition. With Cybertron's War returning, he is unsure of his future, but is certain with his friends by his side, the trials will seem like simple house chore to him.

Strengths :
MINIMUM of four bullets ( Full sentences required ).
- Burnout's Eukarian side allows him to endure fights longer, his small arsenal makes him light on his feet and can often outwit enemies.
- Burnout has excellent Language skills, being both Eukarian and Cybertronian versed. He also makes a great talker sometimes, maybe liking the sound of his voice a little too much, but he won't hesitate to come up with some form of retort or insult for his enemy. THis also proves useful in relic hunting.
- Burnout finds comfort and courage when with friends and allies, especially with Wildfire, Systemcheck or Supernova. He won't hesitate to prove himself to an Autobot, especially a legend of the time... or the wreckers whom he adores.
- Burnout's air superiority over enemies can often mean he can make a quick escape in Vmode or in his robot form. Excellent in combat situations and for getting over large ravines or distances.
Weaknesses :
MINIMUM of four bullets (Full sentences required).
- Burnout would do anything to get his hands on artefacts and relics, often putting himself in danger and needing the help of his friends if he hasn't let them behind. He may be persuaded too, if the artefact is at risk of being destroyed.
- If angered severely, Burnout's primal side shows. Often fixating himself on an enemy He won't stop until he snaps out of it oris defeated in combat.
- Although he is educated, advanced mental challenges can be difficult for Burnout unless he has a means of deciphering a language.
- Burnout does have an Ego that can show from time to time, getting the better of himself sometimes which may result in him getting into more than he can chew off.
SAMPLE RP
Reaching into the pocket of his jacket, he brought out a small pale white orb, which illuminated to his touch. Lighting up the surroundings, everything was dusty and the technology seemed far far out of date. He blinked a little as his optics adjusted again to the artificial light of the orb in his hand, he raised it up and then let it hover. The orb sat in the air, lazily orbiting around Burnout as he walked through the chamber.
A smile came across his face, he couldn't wait to tell the others of a new place to explore.
