The day finally came. Cutting to the chase, it’s time for me to head out. My RL is too packed for this rp site, and I just don’t have it in me to post here anymore in the first place. I am sad to say it, but until I can find inspiration or time to come here, it’s going to be goodbye.
I am glad to say I’m leaving with no enemies, and no sob-story though. I hold nothing against the staff, the rpers themselves, or the community (okay. Maybe a tad, but really nothing much.) This rp site is competitive, and I’d say that’s its biggest pro and con. I’ve had my adventures here, and I’m content with where I last was, and my reputation. Really, it was a blast playing the anti-hero here, keeping some people on their toes.
Now to the ones that I drove absolutely nuts: I’m sorry about that. That counts you too, Thrasher, if you’re reading this.
As I was saying, I’ve been around this site for a few years now, and I’ve had lots of fun here. My characters went on most of the quests and underwent a decent amount of character development. Until I return, I’m content with what notes they’re being left on. But I will say, I feel I completed a goal I’d been aiming towards: making some vehicons look awesome. No, that wasn’t my true purpose here all along, but I took pride in having mine and other OCs alongside mine be vehicons and kick some butt. It was a blast. Again. I’ve had all the adventures here I need for the time being.

To Vampyricon:
Hey bro. I wish I’d had more adventures with you in the DJD. But, RL came and heck happened. I’m happy for you about developing your characters though. They’ve evolved from an army of character to people you could talk to, and character with more depth. I am happy that you took my advice. Let me tell you something: You might want to move out of here too. I’ve heard and seen lots of people shut you down. I’d recommend you trying out another site altogether, if you haven’t thought of that already. Sorry I couldn’t be there for you when things were rough for you. But you can find me in TFC.
To Shatterbeam:
My goodness. Where do I start? You were one of my best friends on here, and have been. You haven’t let any of the less desirable aspects of the community affect you it seems, and you were always a good sport. I admired that in you a lot. You also had some awesome interactions with my characters, and definitely influenced quite a bit of my character developments. You were one of few good reasons for me to stick around whenever I felt like I really wanted me to leave. I still wouldn’t mind rping with you actually, in fact, if you want to find me in a bit of a more relaxed rp site, you can find me here: (TFC link)
To RedOptics:
Welp. I’m heading off this place. This would be more dramatic if I didn’t speak with you reasonably often about the comic and all that, which, to those of you reading messages that aren’t meant for you, is still happening(one way or another).
Nonetheless Red, like Shatterbeam, credit’s due: You were also one of my best friends on here, and roleplaying with you was awesome. Your characters developed, and I am proud to say I helped you out on some of your rp ‘journey’. You’re rping skills have also developed, and your characters have also gone through quite a bit of change. I’m very happy to see it.
Slapfoot:
You are something else man. You’re one of two rpers who came into my little vehicon OC squad, and it was a pleasure to watch Slapfoot develop into a four armed gentle giant, protective of his kind. That is, before he got brainwashed. Really. I planned on doing something about that, but I was out of time and out of juice at that point. Still. I wish your vehicon OC luck until mine return. Kick some aft and keep making vehicons look awesome.
To Breech Loader:
Aaay, it was nice rping with you too. You were pretty fun, and I couldn’t be happier we resolved our little skirmish back in the day. Wish you luck on rping here with Kick-Start, Hotwire and Whirl. The latter of which, you play fine by the way. Your characters are diverse and unique, and I found pleasure with interacting with them.
To @kb:
We had some fun, the short amount of time we rped together. It was awesome having KB play a role in Taggon’s creation, and just getting to know KB. She’s a shifty femme, and a pretty darn cool character. I’d say she deserves any attention she gets. I’ll see you later if I come back here, or if you come to TFC.
To @feenixfire:
Hey, I’m leaving, and you left, but what the heck, I’m writing my goodbye piece to you now. Anyhow, Plexo had a fun time playing loyalist with Fee, and she was a good prime. I think you handled the job fairly enough, and it’s good seeing you didn’t leave in a dramatic fuss like some rpers here. You finished pretty well, in other words, and I’m glad to say I made a friend out of you.
AeroJet: You never really came back on man. But incase you do, here’s a note for you. Your character is one of the best seekers I’ve ever seen. He had something that most TFG characters didn’t have, and was very humane. Your posts were beautiful. I never got to know you personally, but by George, the adventures you had with Vaqus and Diamond, I sure wish I had.
@scaryfire:
You too have some diverse characters. It was a priveldge rping with you as well. I’d say you could get a little emotional sometimes, but hey, we all gotta blow off steam sometimes. Have fun with Three-vo and your mind-games. ^^
Skyspray (Aquahaze):
You and I talked about this, and have been talking about me leaving for quite a bit. I’m glad we settled our differences, and that things could go back to being peaceful between us. It was really fun playing the bad guy with both your IC gfs. You know, the whole torture thing….and then you killing Vos. It was a tragic loss for me, because I couldn’t conjure any other OC truly as wicked as my boy Vos, and resurrecting Vos just wouldn’t cut it. Cut-Up was going to be alright with the job, heck, blossom at it I think, but, RL came and stuffs happened. It was good to rp with you.
@thrasher:
You’ve said some harsh things to me, but incase you didn’t read the PM, I’d like you to know you’re forgiven. I’m not holding a grudge on you. And stop being hard on yourself, and avoid being Mr. Gloom. Easier said then done, but when you’re not being an rp critic, you’re a nice person.
@raiza:
Yup. You basically left, and now I’m off to see the wizard too, on that yellow brick road. Really. TFG had its age for us didn’t it? Yeah, good ol’ times, when drama dominated our character interaction-storylines. Aaaah, those Avacon days.
FireStar:
You really don’t have a lot of time on your hands. To put it bluntly, I’d say this site may not be the one for you. The apps a tad large for someone with your time, with all due respect to TFG, it might be somewhat too fast-paced and competative and I think you could use a more relaxed site. tfconvergence.proboards.com
sparkflare:
I’d say I regret not scheming or plotting with you more. I guess I was too shy. Well, you’re at TFC, so maybe we can do that sometime. But I want to say, you’re going to make a great mod, and you’re a fantastic rper.
@deathwish:
Back in the day, you had a nice calm about things that I found very admirable. I think things may have dimmed down on the competitiveness, but back when it was super high, or you were competing for Prime with Sky and I, you didn’t treat it as if your life depended on it, you treated the whole scenario as a game. I congratulate you for remembering that, and keeping your balance on that.
Backbeat: My fellow thinker-of-tons-of-ideas-and-half-or-less-work. Much like Deathwish, your mind seemed to be an endless stream of ideas. Now a lot of them could have or should have worked out well, but, this is an rp site, sometimes people just weren’t in for that kind of action. But. Good job for not letting that get you down.
@krovenan:
At first, I thought you were going to be a sarcastic, crusty and cynical moderator. But you’ve proved me wrong, and are doing a great job. I’m glad I didn’t declare that anywhere, or decide you still were after all this time. Good luck out there!
@gearchange: I owe you some credit as well. That battle back in TFU of Taggon vs Gearchange was awesome. It compelled me into entering duels with people for the fun of it. Thank you for your contributions to this site as well, and having a back-up place when TFU went down in the first place.
Astrinal: I did everyone else I know, so I’m doing you, even though you’re not here. On the big fat harry off chance you come back and see this note, I want you to know that I didn’t forget you in my fare-well address. You and I made great partners, and had our awesome moments. Like that time we went off to pound some Decepticon butt and fought our way to Shockwave’s lair, and then I g-modded our way out. Yeah. Fun times.
Sydrone: On the off chance you come back too, I’m gonna say something for you as well. I never got a chance to say good bye to you either. Heh. You fin to stick around with, and it was sad for me to see others beat you down or you tackle people back. Wherever you are, I hope you’re doing a lot better than you did here. However, you did make quite a few friends, on brighter notes.
Energon Vlada: Never got a chance to teach you how to rp. Which is a bummer, because you would’ve been the sixth person. Still. Never got to say goodbye to you either. I am happy to call you a friend. Fare-well!
@riptide: My good friend, you’re also on the ‘didn’t get to say good bye list’. When or if you come back, just know that I’ll remember our little TFU adventures, and our awesome duel. Your plan to take over the whole game back in TFU was totally going to work by the way. I have no idea what it was, but just know that I’ve looked into future alternate timelines, and I just know.
@ulti: You, me, Skyspray, Astrinal, and Stellene were the best gang ever back then. We were kicking aft and taking names, and we were a great circle of teammates. That little period was, well, short, and long behind us, but I haven’t forgotten ya, or the fun we had. Kidnapping Sky and his Gfs. Being evil with our OC uncles and daddies. Those were the days!
That being said, goodbye everyone, and newbies, have good luck!
