The Out-code Armory

The Out-code armory is an Autobot weapon storage area, which houses many forms of weaponry. The Out-code Armory was tagged thus by multiple Autobot Ex-Decepticons for the soul purpose of sill having access to their old forms of high-tech weaponry. It is here, that other Ex-Decepticons or traders can give smuggled Decepticon tech or any kind of weapon to the Autobots for whatever named price, and then be on their way. The Out-Code armory is set up, like the Autobot base, underground except that the armory is about a mile away from the base, and just as deep under ground. Special mechanics have created the miniature home and weapons area so that it can still have normal com systems, and a ground bridge control.
This post is a type of black market which is open to anyone in Autobot ranks, or any rogues who can find it and need some weapons. The weapons within are varieties of melee, ranged, old, new, and any sort of weapon the imagination of an Ex-Decepticon or particularly destructive Autobot (Whirl for example) could think of. Who founded this Out-Code armory is unknown, though the keeper seems to always keep his features hidden. Within the walls, are halls and halls of weapons, shelves cluttered yet organized according to uses in the field of combat.
Most superiors or pure-goody-two-shoe Autobots might disapprove of this miniature black market, but considering the fact that it is a new and more well equipped armory, some Autobots do not know of it. It's usefulness can stamp out how possibly outlawed the place is, but it is clear that for those who seek anything from a barbed knife to an anti-elemental gadget may find themselves at home here. As long as no one comes in to shut the place down, all are welcome.
Payment is another rule in the Out-code armory, for those who are not Autobots. If you are just an ordinary Autobot, who's been a goody-two-shoe and stayed with your faction, then you get less access to the place however. Xustimers who pay a small tribute of five credits may explore the every nook and cranny for fancy weapons, and may take one as long as they trade something of equal value to the keeper.
The keeper: The keeper of the place constantly has a hood on, and watches everyone who enters from the shadows. His features are hidden, and he stands like a wraith as you make your selection. Every customer who has walked in has walked back out, but the keeper himself constantly seems to have his own weapons ready, or is waiting for someone to make the wrong move.
Getting there: Simply come by ground-bridge, or find the secret entrance. Many secret tunnels lead to the area from around the whole state, but these entrances are hidden well, and some are voice activated. Most of these entrances haven't ever been used, so good luck finding them if you're a rogue getting away fro the DJD. Most if not all Autobot Ex-Decepticons know of this place, since it's birth was spread by small whispers through the ranks of the Autobots, or by some small messages.
