Designation : Hexcode
Nicknames: Hex, HC, "The Controlled Virus"
Gender : Mech
Age : 32
Home Planet : Cybertron
Home City State [ optional ]: Kaon
Faction : Decepticon
Occupation : Shotgunner, Technology/Comms Specialist/ Crowd Control
Abilities : Tech Wheel (Supplementary Ability),
Early Warning System
System that warns the user of danger allowing for faster reaction.
Long Range Scanner
High-powered scanner to detect things from further away. Great for tacticians, scouts and recon agents.
Enhanced Communications
Intercept radio signals of all frequencies, broadcast capabilities superior to average Transformers. Mainly for communication officers.
Tech Wheel info:
Effect: Enables a user to spawn useful items, utility tools, or grenade weapons instead of having to carry it on the body.
Drawback: Most be individually selected via the touch pad. So it is best to know what is needed before hand or right away so it can be equipped and, used as necessary. Not items such as grenades can be retrieved and reused. Grenade can either be materialized from the holo-storage unit (a hologram shows the user the currently selected item, name, and quantity available.) Or shot out from the grenade launcher tube on the side. However using the grenade launcher add-on makes noise and, can alert attention if not careful. (Hexcode wears this on his left forearm.)
Description: Hexcode wanted a way to scroll or, quickly grab important equipment without much of a hassle having to remember where it is and, scramble to get it correctly and prep it for use manually. So he developed a tool that allows solders to grab special tools, appliances, equipment, weapon parts, or whatever it is they need a lot quicker and in larger quantity storage, with the given practice. Of course knowing how to work it the hand held way, helps. This is not a comms device and does not have any such add-ons. Its strictly for utility storage and quick use.
Limit: May only have one at a time. When needed the touch pad pops out of the user's forearm like a flap and, shut itself after use. Only obtainable by and from Hexcode. In order to use such a device one would have to steal one, take it from Hex himself, or be nice and, just buy one....or ask. Your choice.
Tech Wheel: Hack Jack
Effect: When plugged into a terminal, door system, software, hardware, or most available electronics or other technology Hexcode can begin trying to hack into it given the needed time and concentration. Hexcode cannot do this instantly unless the technology he is tampering with is incredibly in safety.
Drawback: Limited to constant contact with the object in question. If trying to hack, control, or manipulate another cybertronian or human vehicle it takes longer to perform. (Time length of two-three posts. And MUST keep contact. if failed to perform the user MUST wait for the ability to recharge.)
Limit: Held continuous contact such as a grab when hacking cybertronians. Terminals and such can be plugged in via the built in cord.
Tech Wheel Items
Multitool: Various interchangeable tools such as a blow torch, torque wrench, needle nose pliers ect, for different tasks. Optimal for a skilled engineer bot or, technician.
Grenade Selection Menu- All Grenades except the healing one are on him.
A.T.R.D (All Terrain Recon Drone): Its a small little thing that can be ended with a simple stomp or such by a cybertronian. Human weaponry such as auto rifles or, pistols could put it down with a few shots if aimed towards its weak weakpoints such as ligaments and joints. However its a fast and stealth based drone. No weapons other than a bright light really. I can ride on tank like treads, turn into a spider like form to crawl on or into things like vents, or hover around. Its water resistant, minor heat resistance although not optimal. But when being shot at? Ehhh its best at dodging or, cloaking away for a few short seconds. It can record voices, take pictures and, when linked to Hex's Tech Wheel can give him and everyone listening in a real-time feed back of whats going on. Its nasty having one of these spying on you. Its engine servos are muffled so its kind of hard to hear it too other than a light whurring noise.
A.T.A.D (All Terrain Assault Drone.) Its like the A.T.R.D but, with no recon abilities. Instead its a fighter to protect stuff like that. A little more armoured but, Cybertronian can still easily knock these things out. For humans it would be best to use grenade launchers when it is in ground mode because of the compacted armour. In any other mode they could destroy it to a degree. But its best to not stick around when there are at least ten of these holding down an area. The have a decent submachinegun armament and, an concussion grenade for debilitating humans and then eliminate them. They work in single target and, have fair enough accuracy. However Hex made these for manly slowing down people for it takes a good number to really be a threat.

Personality :
He is a witty mech. He can be chillingly quiet or, talk up a storm but, when it comes to his personality its more of an observant one than anything. He likes to watch things go down even if its right in front of him. Being in the action or, back helping direct it from a comm station is all the same to him. When talking to other Cons he genuinely listens to them talk and, likes to dissect what he learns and, knows of for his on well being and, sometimes the well being of others. However his twisted to mantra to make new things no matter how crazy can fuel his desires past general standards and, in that case he can be sort of creepy. In other words lets put it like this. Most Cons or even Bots don't expect a mid-bulky Mech to be so...inclined about work that doesn't involve simply tearing someone limb from limb. Instead he spends his time daydreaming about his fantasy of ideas. A slugger that, actually tells the difference between his left and right foot if you will.

History ( Optional as some like to make it up as they go along ) :
Basic History:
Hexcode wasn't always the brainy powerhouse that he is known for today. He used to be a normal comms grunt on Cybertron. Doing nothing nobody else could do just the same. He never really paid much attention to people back then and always stayed within his research of things. Taking data from tons and tons of catalogs, taking after Soundwave and Shockwave just the same. He doesn't really hate the Autobots. But he doesn't exactly feel like he'd be comfortable around them either. Sometimes he has stood corrected in the past but, that was on the few times he had o end a Bot's life.
He was to himself and, never really enjoyed talking at first as he always felt like there was something better to do then hear Cons talk smack all day. In his own lab he would make countless and countless items. All in the hopes they could be use for something one day. He had a knack for blowing stuff up, so when it came to the destructive abilities he felt at home being with the Decepticons and, weaving weapons of terror. Other constructicons were always aware of this, and he knew that. But he never really showed anyone his stuff until he was put on the field on day. Had to retrieve a distress signal and, see what happened at a post. He was in a team of five whom ran into an Autobot trap.
Thankfully not wreckers or he wouldn't have had a change then the shots came. He recorded the footage and, battle from cover, taking pot shots at run and gunners trying to push them back. Nothing felt right about it as if it was a real fight the Autobots wouldn't let the Decepticons, hunker down at all. He knew this. So he tried to warn his teammates but, soon enough it was that moment he knew it was too later A wall behind them was fragged open and, soon enough he team was shot to pieces. Only a few made it to even the warning system mode as the firepower was too great.
Energon spilled on the metallic floors as the Autobots swept through the area finishing off any Con that was still functioning a bit. He was hurt, took a Path Blaster shots to his left chest an, dislocated his left arm, on the blast of a fuel tank. He was out of sight but, not for long. The last one alive at the moment. Ten no twelve Autobots around. Then he remembered...he remembered the tools he brought. Grenades would be too obvious but, he remembered a holo disk he swiped before he went. Using his good arm he gave it a good chuck to make some noise before it went off. Sounding as it reinforcements where coming. It was a recording of a drill practice he kept with him in case he ever needed reminders on deck. The Autobots fell for it and, went to prepare for the attack. With all of that happening Hex didn't even have to get out of the rubble that had pinned him as he stuck a few grenades on a recon drone and, activated it.
Only a minute later and, he'd be the only one left alive. From then on when he was retrieved and, repaired, Hexcode never took anything for granted. He was tired of being in the background not being anything more than an expandable voice in a mic. So he trained under a new class of a Shotgunner. Enhanced himself after every battle. Every mission. Adapting to victories and failures. Sealing up his weaknesses and, reinforcing those that went with him. Eventually Hex was known as the "Controlled Virus" between him and the other mechs and femmes that knew his name. His technology. His mental awareness. It all came into play of bringing more Cons home when in battle instead of having to make a body count. He was a single force that helped keep Cons from dieing out of only pure aggression and, helped keep the numbers in the Con's favor at certain moments.
Soon enough Hexcode designed his own play book and, would be able to go out on his own. An important lone wolf at the least. He is humble though and, only fights for the Decepticons on whims that some may not understand. But is past is a sound one. A past that not many need to hear in order to paint a clearer picture. But when it comes to Hexcode he was fine being known as he was. It gave him further purpose. And made sure others that aren't high ranking officers knew to stay clear when he was at work..
Family ( Optional, some just have none ) :
Skybird: She knew Hexcode since he learned how to make a background check. Very close friends and, allies that are nearly inseparable. They are normally in link all the time and, when working together its quite the sight to see.
BrickBreaker: He and Hexcode are like brothers to the end. Brick loves weapons. And Hex can make him some. Simple relationship after that. BrickBreaker makes an excellent test subject for new guns to be patented and, used for later so Hexcode has always liked him in that regard. But, when it comes to BrickBreaker as a whole he and Hexcode are always messing around but, in a way that makes Autobots skin crawl because when those two are working together its usually not a good thing. Then add Skybird into the loop and, you're in for a bad time.
Strengths :
-Quick Reaction Time, he likes to stay ahead and think of every possible outcome at a given moment.
-Versatile, his many uses of different items or, observation of a battlefield can keep him with the power of a battle.
-Hard nut to crack, he doesn't go down easy and its not because he is a brute. It is more that he is hard to get to or around often.
-Experienced from multiple angles: Either sitting at a terminal, lab, or on the field he has had his fair share of experience in most fields. All except medical stuff. Healing is not his forte and prefers holding drones that can do it for him. But his idea of the matter is, if he can fix it he can break it. And then fix it all over again.
Weaknesses :
MINIMUM of four bullets (Full sentences required).
-Indecisive, Sometimes having too many ideas makes him overthink a situation and, can leave him vulnerable to a surprise that can be clear as day.
-Better Strength in Numbers, He can turn a battle from best to worst in a heart beat but, by himself he is only sightly above average depending on the foe. If he can't control a battle by any means then he usually doesn't win it much.
-Alert but not fast, Fast paced battles can leave him in a bind and, cause a retreat. He is most dangerous in battles of attrition and, directing his or someone else's strength. He is no gladiator and he doesn't try to be.
-Biting his own medicine, Hex isn't one to immediately toy with a foe. He likes staying without bullet holes and such. But sometimes he simply likes showing off his new tricks regardless and sometimes that can fall back on him.
"Alright so run this through me again?" A voice would ask in Hexcode's office. Hex, would sigh and, put down the hyper extension cord he was manufacturing for a new, idea. Looking over at his screen as, he shook his head watching BrickBreaker hold the A.T.R.D upside down.
"You've got to be kidding me I been through this a bunch of times." Hex complained with a low grumble. Skybird would walk from behind Brick into the view of the drones camera. Looking at Brick fumble with it before she took it in her thin metallic hands and, set it up right leaving it in hover mode. "Like that...see BB?" She would say hoping the lumbering mech understood it now. BrickBreaker would shrug defensively as he, disregarded his team's disappointment and, looked over at the land in front of him from the cliff. They had a lot of ground to cover. "Hey look its not my fault I don't know this stuff. We got to hurry up and, move already before Megatron gets all pissy again. Why are we bringing your scary little drones anyway?" He complained.
"Its so it will be easier on you two. I still have work to do back at base so I can't help with much other than handing you my stuff. Besides I will be able to direct it easier if they are they are there." Hexcode explained to him.
"Right, and we can't afford to waste time on this so suck it up, an don't miss your shot on cue." Sky would remind rather sternly.
"Hehe, yeah you and that aim of yours needs a little oil buddy." Hex would tease right after.
"Hey... shut it. Making long range shots in vehicle form has always been odd for me. Its no different on this planet of munchkins so lay off and, lets get a move on already." He would defensibly say before grabbing the case of drones and, then jumping of the edge of the cliff to meet the dusty desert floor below. With a thundering boom he would land and, then transform into vehicle mode letting the case sit securely wrapped up by reinforced cable. Sky would laugh before taking the already active drone and, then transformed into her Helicopter form relaying over watch as they headed to an Autobot outpost that was discovered. Their mission was sabotage. It was quite the surprise that day when Hexcode's drone army proved its might once again.
