Current Use: Regenesis' Hanger Current Status of Regenesis: 3/3 Complete Cloaked Outside High Grand. This place has been reserved to be dug out 5x20x12km for the construction of the Sky Pod Regensis, a ship that measures in at 4x15x10km. This is a unkown operation among anyone not in Autobot High Command (save for the drone miners and construction workers). When construction is complete, the area will be changed and modified to be a hanger bay. (Think the hanger bay for the Black Bird in X-Men). tl;dr: Only Skyspray, Shatterbeam, Diamond, Ratchet (me), Taggon and Gearchange can post here atm. Will probably add more info on this.

Outside
The miner squadron walked out onto the open ground on the other side from the entrance of High Grand. Once they found out a good area to dig on, one of the miners set down a cloaking field in 30x20km area. To the outside eye and satellites in orbit, it would only be a little more mountain.
The miners then beagn to measure out the 28x18 area and began to dig down into the ground with their equipment starting from the west side of the area and went made their way to the east. They'd repeat this process for another 8km.

By now the digging of the construction site was complete. By now the scaffolding for the ships construction was in the area and being set up. Yet not much could be done with it right now with out the parts needed to build it.

3 carts, stacked full of energon, entered the construction site. The carts were being pushed by Protectobots. One for each cart. The protectobots carried the carts to a corner of the site and left them there and started to head back up to command centre to bring more through. One of the Protectobots stopped and shouted out to his cousins that the energon had arrived and it was time to start building proper.

The protectobots at the scene immediately sprung to action once the energon had been delivered. They knew that they had limited time to work. They had their directives and knew exactly what to do. The group of protectobots immediately ran over to the energon and began to haul them away to power up the machines. The group then split into two, one group working on a long hollow pole, indicating that it was a barrel. But the barrel wasn't tiny at all. When they were done with putting the many pieces together, it would reach 30m in diameter. That was almost 100ft. This cannon would become giagantic, and have an extreme stopping power. The bots were now putting together the base of the barrel, the actual barrel being over 100m long. They were right now putting together the first 20m, piece by piece. It was heavy work, but they were also a lot working at the same time.
The other half of the bots were working on the cannon breech, the function that allowed the cannon to fire at all. This was also extremely big, it had to be in order to support the size of the barrel. The base of that was situated on the ground now, as that was what was being constructed. The bots were busy welding metal pieces together and infusing it with energon, making it stick together and get more resistant towards recoil and the likes. The most of them were putting pieces where they should be and they had all used a total of two carts now..

Now that the previous parts had been built, the first group began to add another part to the barrel. It was just like the first one, except this one had a small hook on one end. The hook was meant for attachmet purposes as that was how far in the barrel would reach. A group of protectobots ran over with the huge metal plates, slowly welding them together so that they could put it together with the previous piece. Now you could start seeing that the combined form began to look like something other than a big cylinder.
The other group did nothing. The energon was out now so that couldn't do anything at all... what a shame..

The protectobots entered once again, this time with a double upload of the energon. They carted the carts off to the other group and dumped them there with them, allowing the Protectobots to go back up to the Autobot command centre to collect even more.

More energon, just what the protectobots needed. A good portion of both groups began to haul the energon that they had been given by their cousins. Not all protectobots were the same actually, these were builder class, bigger than the normal one but unarmed. The first group grabbed the first two carts and began to get to work. They started to fuse a third part onto the barrel, adding extra length and thusly extra accuracy. Three bots mounted a crane to lift the entire barrel up above the ground, allowing the protectobots to get under it and weld everything together on that side too. Now it was to add the last part.
At the end of the barrel, there were a larger circle added outside, with holes top, bottom, left and right. This was to add extra places that the fumes went out of after firing the bullet. This created decreased reload time and not to mention, it looked awesome. The ones in the crane waved at the bots down bottom thet thier job was finished now. Now they just had to wait.
The secon group grabbed three carts to make up for what they had missed before. They had to create the breech to make sure it could fire. They had finished the ground section and now build the upper part of it. It was a high pillar that was being built. It was hollow though, so that the barrel could fit in. It towered up above the protectobots, but it didn't stop them from actually building it. The bots were literally crawling over it to attach bits and pieces to it. This one was a lot more complicated than the barrel. This had technical parts that were required for manually firing it.
The big pillar drained a lot of enrgon to be built but all the computers were now functioning. The hole in the middle would make the barrel fit perfectly into it once it was inserted. The cannon was able to rotate in 360 degrees vertically and 180 horizontally. All was in working order, this was the first time in a long time that the bots built a gun of this size. Hopefully they wouldn't have to build a third one of this size, as a secons one was going to be built on Regenesis.

And the last cart finally rolled in. The last cart of energon was carted in and brought to the same place as all the other carst were brought in through. With this cart, it seemed like Regensis would be complete.

THe protectobots had now gotten the last carts of energon, meaning they could finally finish their project. The crane that lefted up the barrel moved, making the barrel slide into the breech, fitting perfectly as the cannon now was complete. The bots ran up to it, beginning to weld it together so that it didn't beak apart after firing, because that would be a real shame if it happened. The finished product was a massive cannon, bigger than any other that had been built for a long time, and not the last one of its kind. It would be alone for now though, they had no resources left to build the next one. This one would do however, as it packed a lot of firepower. A signla sounded and suddenly everyone jolted awake. It was a directive from high command, a target. They hesitated a brief moment before turning the cannon into the general direction that it was ordered to fire in. The sound of gears cranking was very loud as the giant cannon lined up and began charging up power. For this special occasion, a special bullet had been made. A hole in the back opened and allowed a bullet to be put in the slot. This was handled by two cranes as the massive bullet weighed a great deal.
With the bullet in place, the cannon charged for a few more moments before firing, creating a shockwave that sent all the protectobots tumbling to the ground, a big cloud of smoke erupting from the barrel as the projectlie exited at immense speeds, flying straight up to hit its target on the way down. When it hit, the result would be devastating as the bullet was armor piercing high explosive fragmentationl, or APHEF. This would be fun to watch..

After the cannon was fired, the construction workers began to get back to working right away once again. This time it was for the real deal. They were now constructing the Regenesis. The workers had set up more scaffolding and began started to wait for the other Protectobots to return from their raid. They arrived a few hours later with the engine in their grasp. The Protectobots saw the damage that had the others had sustained and how few of them there were. Something had gone wrong.
But the Protectobots that had returned (453 of them) were still in working condition to do the labour of constructing the ship while the other 100 went and split up in tens to find separate Groundbridges planted around the base so they could go to the resource mines that Ratchet had pointed out during his spare time when there were no patients to attend to. With this system in place, the Protectobots should be able to create a steady supply for the others so that Regenesis could be built without any further delay.

((I honestly have no clue how ships are made and I have no clue on how ro go into really strong detail. So this the next few posts on Regenesis's construstion are gonna be underwhelming. I just honestly can't. If there is anything that should be added please tell me.))
A few hours passed and the Protectobots came rolling in with two carts each between the 10 resource mines. This was a small start but it was an important start. The engines were in place as was the scaffolding. The carts that contained metal minerals were quickly transferred into sheets of metal that were thick enough to withstand the vacuum of space. Once that was done, the 453 Protectobots began to start proper production while the Protectobots that rolled in the carts walked out to collect more materials from the others and maintain a steady supply line.
Production of the ship was split up into three parts; The front, middle and back. Right now the Proctectobots were focussing on the back of the ship. With the engines now being here they might aswell start of there. First step was to build around the engines by building from the bottom up. It took 10 hours to build the the bottom floor and another 15 to work upwards.
At this point in time the ship looked like a cube. But the rest of the back had to be done. Two wings had to be built on two sides of this cube. This job did bot pay well. But orders are orders. More scaffolding was placed and moved so that the wings of the ship could be made. The wings were made to kind of look like a cross between a Y and a T on it's side. The wings were made in 7 hours seperatly. Making it 14 hours total.

The doors to the secret construction site opened up as Ratchet entered. The mech was impressed. The Protectobots were finished with the back of the ship and were now starting to begin production on the middle portion. The old medic smiled as he saw two Protectobots walked up to him.
"Good work on the rste you guys are building the ship at. But I doubt you summond me for simply praise?"
"Indeed. You found the energon deposit in the Uluru because of a beacon, yes?"
"Yes, go on?"
"We think we found out who placed it."
The two Protectobots parted to allow Ratchet the view of two Protectobots making their way up with a body. The two other Protectobots drop the bldy infront of Ratchet. The mech's smile soon turned to a frown. He recognised the Nyonian look. It was Sparkflare. And he was dead. The body was in grayscale tone. The body was beaten up quite badly. The chest blown open. Direct hit on the spark. No way of surviving.
"What should we do with the body? Present it to Skyspray?"
"N-no. Give me a berth and I'll out the body into the Morgue."
The protectobots nodded as one ran to the out to get a berth for Ratchet while the other three ran of to continue work on Regenesis.

Skyspray exited the main base, taking the tunnels underground as to not draw too much attention. There weren't that many bots around to see him, but he preferred keeping it a surprise anyways. The door to the tunnels was heavily guarded too, one of the few places where protectobots were situated nowadays. Five protectobots equipped with heavy duty blaster rifles stood guard, accompanied by two sentry guns with twin rotating 75mm cannons. After the incident with The Nemesis, they really didn't have too many protectobots to work with anymore and this took priority above all else. Without this, they had no hopes of survival, that much was for certain. They couldn't fail, not now. Sky would not allow it. His heavy steps echoed throughout the hallway until he finally arrived at his destination: The construction site.
The light from the setting sun just reached his optics as he stepped out of the tunnel. It wasn't the real sun, as he was underground, but it was an artificial sun on the roof indicating what time of the day it was. While there hadn't been much activity around the rest of the base, the same could not be said about this place. Everywhere you looked, there were at least one bot moving parts or building something. This was the place all their resources had gone to. Sky was also just standing on a small piece of ground in a giant hole, most of it covered by a huge frame, the frame of Regenesis. A lot of it had been built already, which made Sky nod in approval. However there was a lot more to be built. This wasn't the biggest autobot warship that had ever been built for nothing. He couldn't even see it all from where he was standing, but the part he did see looked promising. It didn't have the weapons online or mounted on and just the basics and essentials were there, but it still wasn't a bad job.
Hey, Worm! What's the status on Regenesis? I want to see her in all her glory.
A protectobot that had been checking a data-pad jerked his head up when called upon and went over to Skyspray. His real name wasn't Worm, it was Protectobot 23-15-18-13. The numbers just happened to be spelling Worm if you matched the number with the letter. The bot gave Sky a salute before beginning to speak.
Skyspray, Sir, Regenesis is going according to schedule. We have just mounted the engines we stole from Nemesis and getting all of that set up. Forward deflector shields are also almost complete. Weapons systems are functional but far from finished, Sir.
Good, good. Seems like you have it under control then. Now bring a dropship around so I can get a better look.
Right away, Prime.
Worm spun around and shouted something at a nearby bot who began to run away to get a dropship. It was remarkable how quickly these guys operated. It didn't take long for a dropship to arrive and when it did, Sky and Worm entered. The dropship took off when they were all inside and flew up high, above the entire site, providing a view over the project as a whole. It was a very deep hole, a very very deep hole that had been dug out for this. Now, Sky could see a lot more going on than before. Protectobots were right now focusing mostly on getting the hull together, the bridge had not yet been built. Soldiers were wielding parts together, placing giant parts down on the massive structural frame. Where the weapons would sit, there was currently not much on except for a few pairs of 25m cannons on the left side. These were some big cannons, except they were around the smaller ones equipped on this ship. A single pair of 75m cannons were placed on the top of the hull. This was a cannon worthy of recognition. And more pairs were planned to get built too, how glorious!
The dropship kept circling above Regenesis, letting them observe it as much as they wanted. Worm kept quiet for most of the journey, only talking to respond to questions Sky had. They estimated that they could be able to continue production just as they had done thus far, they did have plenty of energon and metal as the Ark was being dismantled to make way for Regenesis.

::Skyspray, I had been trying to get a hold of you at the base, but I have some information on con activity, we have a new con to deal with, and well, by the time Zenith and I got there, We were met with an unpleasant discovery, the femme that he was with, was not the problem, it was the fact that Tarn was there, I panicked, I fear he may be after me, I could be paranoid, but I do not wanna risk it, I also need to get a hold of Skidmark, after all, if I am on the list, he would know, as he would be the one to have done it.::
Nova sent, he did not want to put his life at any further risk, but if it comes to it, he would try and atone for his own actions, saying that he was going by what his spark told him and not what his processor should have told him.

They still circled around the construction site when Sky received the comm. At first there was no real reaction, but once Tarn was mentioned the atmosphere changed. Sky clenched his fists as he leaned back against the interior wall of the dropship. He vented heavily before flipping down his battlemask.
Worm, take us to those coordinates. We're going hunting.
Right away, Sir.
The dropship began to rise up, climbing higher and higher until it reached the ceiling. The ceiling split apart enough fir the dropship to pass and closed behind it. The doors on the ship closed as the ship picked up speed, blasting off towards the place where Tarn was last sighted.

Walking down the tunnels, Ratchet had finished looking through the files on the data pad. He found what he wanted to show. The old medic handed Hexcode, who should be following Ratchet, the data pad. The pad showed a picture of a ship that put the "war" back into Warship and other information such as sizes and function. Ratchet didn't expect Hexcode to know of the plans, or any other Autobot not affiliated with High Command. "The ship you see there is Skyspray's next school science project. He calls it 'Regenesis'. As you can see, it is a battleship with an excessive amount of weapons. For a while now, I was in charge of this projects construction. But I am a mere medic, not a ship engineer. So far the back of the ship has been built. The middle and font have yet to start. And this where you come. I knowing nothing about quantum physics. What Regenesis needs is someone who can do their job."

@ratchet
It was here, that Hexcode's mindset about the Autobots changed. The walk down the tunnel kept him pondering at first as he watched the bot before him. This didn't look like some council room, which is good. He isn't much for formal speech. Its when he was handed the data pad that his overall interest took flight. These diagrams, the blueprints, the analysis...it....was beautiful. The Decepticon side of him almost came back, from the eerie grin he flashed as his optics brightened. The ideas he could bring to this... Hexcode still observed the info before him for a few moments before he looked up at Ratchet whom was explaining his reason for being called. In the end of it all. He was pleased...
"Regenesis huh? Fancy name for something this extensive. I don't mind working on this...but I am one mech. A battleship of this caliber will need some extra hands, in which I can provide myself, but I'll need authorization to get the supplies. If so I can build more drones under a service code the Decepticons won't be able to understand or recognize. If not. Even with my help, it will be quite the journey for this thing to be built. Other than that, I'll work on setting up shop at wherever this thing is held. So in summary. Feel free to tell Skyspray this project is as good as ready for completion." He said flatly. His mind already racing on schematics. Now this is something Hexcode can get around. Most definitely.

Hexcode " Don't worry about the supplies. I've commisioned a handful of miners do the collecting since Skyspray held the meeting. Anyways, the Regenesis is one third of the way complete. So I'm afraid your own ideas are too late to add at this stage, but you can spot out any structural engineering and fix them. Besides, all we need is someone to look over the construction, make sure everything is done correctly. I can do it myself but I can't as my presence is mainly needed in the medibay. You'd be surprised by how many people have had to repair."Ratchet said to himself as he and Hexcode continued to walk along. Ratchet was liking Hexcode's enthusiasm so far. The old mech could only imagine that Hexcode's enthusiasm will double when he saw the current progress of Regenesis' completion. The wait for Hexcode's reaction would not be long however as now the two found themselves a very large room that was the construction site of Regenesis. "Well, there she is. Not much of sight to look at, but once the middle and front sections of the ship is complete, I safely say that this would give the Autobots an advantage over the Decepticons in terms of aerial and inter-galactic control."((sorry if the post is meh. concentrating on two things at once.))

@ratchet
A bit of a disappointment he couldn't add his own flair to this project, but he wasn't going to complain. It also seemed the supplies concern was taken care of as well. If keeping an eye on the construction is what he is assigned to do, then that works as well he supposed. As for structural issues, he can get around that as well. Laying sight on the very thing Hexcode could already tell he was taking interest beyond measure. They had a deal for sure.
Turning his attention back to Ratchet now, he'd speak his views on the matter. "Definetly sets its on guideline. I'll make sure the work on this stays moving, just hope the Decepticons don't bounce back before you guys can strike. You and I both know they don't take losing territorial control lightly." He's mention. After that his eyes trained back on the ship to be. Hexcode was beginning to think switching might not have been a bad idea after all...
