Bruiser Maximus Taggon Doctor ChiroWell done on getting far on the elections. I am glad to see some fresh faces in command. Now I ask this of you. What makes you worthy of being in my command ranks? And if you are worthy, do you have the time (which was a huge issue with previous rankers)?

What kind of healthcare benefits will you provide the Autobots with? Like will you introduce a free dental plan? Extra credit for Cyber-college for working for the Autobots?

And if you are worthy, do you have the time (which was a huge issue with previous rankers)? Thanks Fee. What makes Bruiser worthy to be in the command ranks is 1). He was in the head of engineering which is a very high ranking position. 2). During his time as HoE the core ( Watchman, you, and Gearchange) went on a long mission leaving the heads in charge on Earth. Bruiser was one of the most proactive among the Heads, trying to organize meetings and organizing the Autobots. 3). Has worked up his rank to Sergeant (( since the move to TFG)) the highest ranking position one could hold without being a commander or one of the heads. As for activity, I was off and on the last couple weeks due to a play I was in. With that winding down I will have more time to get on here. I also know the responsibility this position holds so I will at least be on checking in much more often. Thanks for the questions Fee.

I thank you as well Feenixfire, for the compliment.
(I suppose this is where I list all my achievements)
Well, I would like to say that if we're talking worthy, I will advertise my accomplishments as such: Eversincme I have joined the Autobot ranks, I have been putting the petal to the metal. I have been trying as good as I can to be realistic, have quality rp, and to be on top of all of my projects. I have rped as the Decepticon Head of Engineering, making advanced weaponry, one such well-known example being a flying fortress, and have lead a mining mission or two as the Head of Engineering, as well as boost security. Meanwhile, as a vehicon Autobot, I have executed over ten mining missions successfully, I have been training and helping a total of two people Ic'ly from the beginning via PM, Redoptics and Sydrone. OOC'y, I have organized and executed rescue missions, saving the following Autobots in total: Astrinal(x2), Skyspray(x3), Light Striker, Afterburner, Silvershot, Kryse (x2), and a few other of my Ocs, and played major roles in rescuing Feenixfire's son Helix when he was captured by Hotwire, as well as saving Stormgear form Darkmount.
Alongside with playing the rescuer, Taggon has also been able to execute operations perfectly, and has invaded and successfully rescued all captives within Darkmount. Or the one within the Decepticon threads in TFU. He played a pivotal role in the Battle for Tarn, and though his tactic failed, he was extremely close to eliminating 800 Decepticons, all the while would be rescuing even more Autobots and helping taking the city. Even though the plan did not work, Taggon was at the battle to back up his Autobot brethren, and lead protectobots to make a dent in the Decepticon enemies. He has also battled the Decepticon SiC Black Sun to a stand still. That was before Taggon really began to learn how to fight. As Taggon's battle strategies have improved over the years, this vehicon has been able to track down the Nemesis, rescue Autobots inside, spoil Decepticon plans of attack, and take off without as much as a scratch of a wound. Against the rules, but that's an achievement. Taggon has shown his capabilities in combat by almost killing Soundwave (our first one), sparing with Stalaken( another vehicon who had about ten Autobot characters at a stand still including Feexnifrie Primal herself) and being able to defeat him. Additionally, Taggon has sparred Astrinal herself, won, he has made Giants fall, like Tesarus, and has also outsmarted the Decepticon Lord Backbeat while Skyspray was in need of repair.
Some of what he did is because I've been keeping an eye on a lot of places, and have been paying attention to what is happening where. If there was a transmission for help, history has shown Taggon comes through, or will enter a fight often times if there is assistance needed. I have tried my best to get Taggon a place on this site, and I think we can all agree he's come this far.
As for time--should Taggon be elected, I always am on. I Post at least seven to ten times a week, and when I have free time, I come here. I am still trying to be a good per around these parts. I know that all that up there may sound like bragging, but I am saying you most of what Taggon has done. If there are any other questions of my leading capabilities, I have been the A19-Strike team's SiC for a while now.

What kind of healthcare benefits will you provide the Autobots with? Like will you introduce a free dental plan? Extra credit for Cyber-college for working for the Autobots? Medicine is something that I believe will need to be focused on if our numbers continue to deteriorate. Before we have had issues of too few medics and so I will keep a watchful optic, but for the time being I think the Autobots are doing fairly well on the field of medicine.

What are your opinions on warcrimes? Warcrimes are something the Autobots need to handle with haste with a fitting punishment. There are too many Decepticons who have commited atrocities that need to be captured and punished for their wrongdoing in a manner that is honorable and respectful. We also must be very vigilant that any Autobots do not commit warcrimes including the Wreckers. We have a higher moral standard to uphold and like it or not if we do not hold that higher moral standard then I ask this: what is the point of us? So we need to be very vigilant against those who commit warcrimes.

Ulti : Autobot medical care is something necessary, and though I do believe we are safe with the return of Stellene and the constant activity of Windchime as well, I have myself a medic character that is something that can be used by me in case medics become inactive. Medicines and cures for things can be created, as of now however, I have yet to discover (Ic'ly) any viruses and plagues. Skyspray (Aquahaze) : War crimes--That depends on the definition of war crime. I work specifically in the areas where there are shades of grey, and though recently I haven't been truly doing anything questionable,I would still have to define my term of 'war crime' in order to answer your question. To me, a war crime would be needless slaughter, killing and finding joy in it, or turning on your own faction. To me, those are the basic three war crimes. As for what I've done in the past, I believe as debates have shown, Black Ops folks do things others normally wouldn't, much like the Wreckers. They are a small handful of bots who do what must be done, though it would be harder to define what exactly needs to be done. This would branch out into another long debate,e but instead, I will simply state that Wreckers and A19-Strike team members simply do what is necessary in order for for their faction to win in the long run, and that includes punching the enemy in the weak spots earlier than others would. As for punishments for war crimes, there are those who do just what needs to be done, and then there's the guys who do overkill. Literally. These entities should be given just punishments: if you have taken lives that don't need to be taken, then you will pay with your own life. That sounds like a harsh punishment, but it is just, and has reduced negative activity many times before.

Post by Doctor Chiro on Nov 25, 2015 5:17:03 GMT
Thank you, Feenixfire LockheartWhat makes Chiro worthy of being in your command ranks is her loyalty and honor to the Autobot cause and the morals they stand for. As Head of Medicine, Chiro has personally saved many lives in the halls of the Medbay, Stormgear and Skyspray being some of the more difficult cases she has worked with in recent history. She has a working knowledge of many 'Bots and what they are capable of, particularly those who have come through the medbay. She also understands that for the Autobots to win, the full support of the medical staff is necessary, keeping everyone healthy day in and day out, battle after battle. That being said, she is not afraid to go out into the field of battle to provide immediate support to the warriors who are fighting for the cause. She is perceptive and observant, aware of most everything that is going on around her, except when she chooses to ignore pointless chatter that would detract from her work. While Chiro is not afraid to dish out orders -or lectures- when needed, she is also a good listener. She makes a point to provide information and advice to those who ask. If there is a question or problem, Chiro is more than willing to listen and then help come up with a solution. If they just need someone to listen to get thoughts off their chest, she will simply listen. As many people know, all of this is something I do both in and out of character on a regular basis. That being said, this also requires full support of the RPer. I know my recent track record for being online is not the greatest. However, with the craziness of my life settling down, I will have far more free time to dedicate to the site both in and out of character. I want to see this place succeed and for the Autobots to work together and support each other. For Ulti's question: Quality healthcare is a key factor for Chiro. As a long-lived and very experienced medic, she understands that healthcare is a major factor in and out of war. As it is a constant concern for many 'Bots, Chiro works to make sure that everyone who comes through the medbay doors is taken care of, be it by her own servos or by the care of our wonderful medical staff, like Stellene and Windchime. Due to this philosophy, free dental care is already included in the services the medbay provides. So, come down to the medbay if you need anything, be it for physical, mental, or emotional health. As for extra-credit for Cyber-college, if you're studying the field of medicine, Chiro would be happy to teach you. And now for Skyspray (Aquahaze)'s question: On the subject of warcrimes I have this to say: we are Autobots. We should be more than capable to handle the Decepticons without resorting to the atrocities that count as such. If Autobots were to commit war crimes without proper punishment, we become no better than those we fight. To turn a blind eye to war crimes committed within our own ranks would be to tarnish the cause of our fight and dishonor all those who have given the ultimate sacrifice for us to live on and end this war. Regardless of what is "necessary to win", to commit such crimes could lead to our own defeat as the morality that defines us so clearly from the Decepticons begins to blur until we are nothing more than a group fighting in vain to win under a flag of hollow ideals. Primus help us all if that is what the Autobots become, but I will not simply let that happen. We, the Autobots, can not let that happen. Thank you all for your time.

Now I would like to ask a sort of situation question. OK here is your predicament, you are in charge of a small force and you are surrounded. Your men have been fighting for days and are tired and scared. It is up to you to come up with a speech to inspire and rally your men to continue fighting and most likely die. Write up your speech and show off your skills at being inspiring and awesome.

I would like to ask, if any of you, as autobots, would inconporate a ethic code, of a serie of rules that every autobot should to follow? If the answer is 'yes' so, what kind of philosophy you would use to rule the autbots?

Look at how your brothers and sisters are at the brink. Then look up at your enemy, look at how they laugh at you, at how confident they are that in mere moments your brothers and sisters will go down. Then think of those who have fallen and how they gave everything they had to protect this planet and our own. Then, finally, think of the 6 billion humans on this planet who need you right now! I know that we are beaten and bruised, but I give you one last mission. I want you to take the hand of the one next to you and join up. I want you to come together as one and I want you to hold inside you all the memories you have and I want you to go out and give them everything you got! I want you to fight for the one next you, to honor the ones who have fallen, to protect those on this planet, and to stop these Decepticons and make sure they cannot hurt anyone else ever again! And when you are done, in life or death we will be victorious. Because we will have love in our sparks and forgiveness for our enemies. Because we are Autobots! And that is something they will never have. 'Til all are one!

I think we do need one, and it doesn't have to be complex, but just something that shows what an Autobot is about. I think this is something we have forgotten and need to remember and take hold of and it's something as the Magnus or Maximus that I will take as a personal mission of mine to bring back.

Okay Stalaken , well, that’s a tough one, but I’ll give this sorta an rp feel.
~Days had trailed on like months, as the endless battle proceeded. The cries of the dying echoed across the canyonside, their screams carrying with them the tale of their inevitable undoing. Ttiff and bleeding bodies of soldiers covered the terrain like a thick moaning chorus of carcasses, before the mechs sentenced to little more than slow and helpless deaths.
Taggon trudged into the camp, supporting another mech with his arm. Taggon’s back caused him to stoop down from his own weight, and from the mechs weight. Nonetheless, the vehicon would escort the protectobot to the group’s last field medic—laying the mech down, despite the protectobots mutterings of how he wouldn’t be able to get back up. Taggon’s visor beheld their small camp. The enemy had them surrounded on every flank, and could move in any moment. Yet morale had been taxed. Those who weren’t standing or trying to were sitting in the mud, begging for the earth to swallow their mutilated husks up. Taggon glanced at a lone sentry, who leaned heavily on his spear. The protectobot just shook his helm in a distinct response: No. There was not enough men to pull through. Taggon continued walking nonetheless, until he was exactly at the middle of the Autobot camp. He stared forward at the single mound that acted as the barrier between the Autobot forces and the enemy.
“Sentry.” Taggon spoke clearly, shifting to “What is your purpose, exactly?” The protectobot gave a small shrug,
“I was made to be the one doing things that others wouldn’t. I’m a grunt. It’s my duty to be.” The protectobot returned. Taggon gave a nod.
“That is precisely it. You, me—all of us were created with a purpose. A duty.” Taggon paused for a moment, “When we donned our drone armor, or were made into drones, we were sent into the grunt force of our armies. We were made so that we could carry a burden that the few could not; Let me reveal to you all our true purpose.” Taggon stated, the protectobots leaning in against their tools and listening.
“When our creation was issued, the ones we call superiors needed a force to preserve not them, but their ideals. The Autobots stand for something that all have desired: Liberty. A New Universe without corruption. Without a mighty force, our superiors would be incapable of keeping such ideals alive. They needed an army, one of might and will in order to hold the Autobot beliefs, and one which could accomplish feats that other armies could not. We have always been our faction’s first resort, the first to spill our enemie’s blood. We are the tip of the spear. But today my brethren, we play as our leaders’ last resort. We fulfill a role and we must not fail. When our leaders give us orders, we obey and fulfill them. When we are ordered to save lives, we obey and fulfill. When we are ordered to sacrifice, we obey and fulfill! Before this conflict, we were ordered to hold this point. So We shall obey! We shall fulfill! We shall sacrifice! Let every mech fight as ten, let our energies and efforts pour into the Decepticons like our gunfire, and as we fight until every drop of blood empties from our bodies, may our sparks burn in hope bright enough to drive as many of our blades into our enemy as possible.” Taggon’s voice was echoing across the camp, as warriors stirred, standing and lifting themselves from the ground at the sound of his words.
“We, my Brothers, are strong. We are capable. We are fighting force to always be reckoned with. We stand for what we know is right, we destroy what is wrong. We stand together, in unity, and in that we found our boundless energie, we always do what must be done, for We. Are. AUTOBOTS!” Taggon had a clenched fist in the air as he shouted the last part, before his forces rose up, each mech holding their weapons, supporting their wounded brethren---
--And into the valley the three hundred went.

If I were in the position of Maximus or Magnus @medicsplashbug , I would surely institute a moral code for the Autobots.
As Bruiser and Chiro indicate or say, The Autobots could always use a small reminder of who they are or what they need to be. The 'philosophy' Taggon would give would definitely be something like this:
'The Autobots are the continuation of a promise for liberty from corruption for every Cybertronian. Since the time Unicron and Primus battled, to the time when the Quintessons invaded, to now, chaos, slavery, and tyranny have been fought back. We (the Autobots) all assemble as a body to restore the broken and upgrade the weakened, we strive to fend back the iron fist of insanity and tyranny the Decepticons wreak upon Earth and all worlds. As this generation's liberty combatants, we must act as one, and deal effective blows to our enemies. Our strength is in our unity, and our purpose is in the ancient promise. Our cycles are ones in which inevitable evil shall always rise, from within, from afar, or from near.....but there will always be those who rise against it and conquer that evil. In this age, the Autobots are that designated force. '

Ah, the Frogs Who Wanted A King.
Once upon a time, there were some bored Frogs in a pond. Day and night they shouted, "We want a king! We want a king!" They caused quite the racket, annoying every other animal in the field. But one day, there was a big splash, and a log fell into the pond. The Frogs had never seen a log before, and they promptly jumped on the log and started shouting, "Hurrah for the king! Hurrah for the king!"
But after a while they realised that their new king didn't actually do very much. So they started up the cry again, "We want a king! We want a king!"
For days it went on, but finally there was another splash.
Sadly for them, this time they didn't have time to shout "Hurrah for the king!" Because this time their king was a big, hungry heron. And herons DO take action.
And within a few minutes it had gobbled them all up.

How would you aid in uniting the scattered masses that are the Autobots? It looks to me that nobody listens to command. It starts with organizing command first off. We have to get the core leaders as well as the heads of the departments set and ready to organize. If we do not have these things set, any one of these things, it leads to trouble. Next we need to gather everyone and get them in the ranks as members of the Autobots. Anyone who is new or is in the Autobots and does not have a rank needs to get one. Just like Aadil used to do for the old DHC we need to do for the Autobots and that is get everyone with a rank. Next we need to find positions for everyone in the ranks so that the heads will have people to look over and there we have a firm beginning for organizing ourselves to be much more successful.
