Pulsewave nodded, quite eager to start their first official task as the chief medical officer.
"As a matter of fact, i can and i will. I'll need you to transform for a moment, though, and then transform back into this form. Then I will start right away."
They assured Thundertread, the slow giant... he really was huge, though, and a little scary, but all decepticons were at least a little scary. Usually.

The tank began to growl. Effort, or annoyance, or both, were likely the cause. The unmistakable sound of transformation was heard, though it came slower than just about any other Transformer's. Similarly, Thundertread's transition into the massive, quad-treaded and gunmetal grey tank he used as his alternate form, was slow, too. It could be an issue with the Decepticon's T-Cog, or programming, or the mechanisms that performed the transformation process. But either way, it was startlingly slow. The end result, however, was an undeniably intimidating tank, it's engines growling constantly. <Transformation, complete. Proceed.> Growled the tank over shortwave radio transmission.

Slapfoot glanced over at the other mech, one of the few to rival his size. He looked to Pulsewave, and walked over, his x-visor staring down on the other cybertronian. It was a silent question, one that should be very obvious. "How can I help?"

Pulsewave watched as the already big decepticon in front of him transformed into a very imposing tank. It wasn't an uncommon alt mode choice at all. Quite the contrary, it was quite common. However, it never failed to cause a response from Pulsewave, who turned their helm to the side whenever violence was to happen and couldn't quite understand the wish to have so many devices to cause destruction and pain.
"I'm going to check on your transformation cog and your joints too, your transformation could be much swifter and silent. Okay?. " They asked. looking towards Slapfoot next.
"Ah yes, can you bring me those tools over there?, please?" The mech asked their assistant, if the other wished to stay, of course.

If the tank had shoulders, it could, and likely would shrug them. <If you feel it is warranted. This is your function, and not mine.> Thus, Thundertread remained still and silent, until it was required that he move or speak.

Slapfoot glanced to where Pulsewave had gestured, and proceeded to gather the tools he deemed were useful in two servos. When he stepped back towards the medic, he splayed the tools onto a table, organizing them from largest to smallest.

Pulsewave nodded at Thundertreads words and glanced towards slapfoot. Watching as the vehicon organized the tools over the table, just besides them.
"Thank you!" He told the other mech, taking a couple of tools and first deactivating Thundertreads pain receptors to be able to work freely without worrying about hurting him.
First he started to work on installing and removing the weapons the other had brought. Needing Slapfoots help ocassionally as the other was bigger and strongers to keep the devices in place until Pulsewave had fixed them. After they had finished with the weapons on Thundertreads alternate mode, Pulsewave would fix his transformation cog and perhaps lubricate the tanks joints.

With pain receptors disabled, the Tank took the opportunity to take something of a nap, only awakening when Pulsewave began tinkering with his T-Cog. It was only after he awoke that he recalled he had consented to this part of the operation. At some point, he heard Gnativ's message over the comms, and replied: <Is there tactical or strategic value to this location?> Tactical or strategic importance were the only things that Thundertread was interested in. Otherwise, he would likely return to the communication center to look for other locations of importance. Regardless, either course of action would have to wait until Pulsewave was finished with his work.

Slapfoot's servos were incredibly deft, and he, without being told, moved limbs and smaller parts of Thundertread so that's Pulsewave could do their work. After a while, he simply held up a light. In a previous life, before the assimilation, he was a blacksmith, creating intricate decorative items and armor, but never weapons, outside of the occasional mace or such as a display. The reason for this was simple: there was no war back then. He had no need to.

Pulsewave was grateful for Slapfoots assistance while he worked, it made things go smoothly and much faster than if he had been working by themselves. Once they were done fixing Thundertreads transformation cog, the only thing left to do was to lubricate his joints, which did not take Pulsewave too long either.
"Alright Thundertread, you are fixed and ready to go. Your weapons are in place and your transformation process should go much more smoothly from now on."
They explained, grinning under his permanent faceplate.

Without giving a warning, as he assumed it would be common sense what his next action would be... He transformed again. The process was indeed quicker, and less clumsy. But it still made the tell-tale sound. The weapons seemed to be in working order, each of which were at the very least activated- including the newly installed mortar cannon and battle pistol. Thundertread turned toward Pulsewave, both pairs of Riot cannons, both thermo rocket pods, the electro-bolter, mortar, pistol, and shotgun, all brought to bare upon the medical officer. "We appreciate your service," And then came what must have been a terrifying moment as each weapon cycled ammunition into it's chamber, or charged to full power. "And will now depart." Thus, Thundertread turned in his serial-killer slow fashion, and exited the room. He proceeded down the halls, through the ship, and to the command center. Weapons still active and ready. Many Vehicons were rendered terrified, especially when being growled at while the weapons bore down upon them. Bad day to be a Vehicon on the Nemesis.

Many vehicon a may fear Thundertread, but not Slapfoot. Slapfoot was dead inside, as a result of his recent epiphany. His friends were dead or gone, and life wouldn't seem worth living if not for the fact that he still had a cause to serve. Slapfoot didn't move out of the way, Thundertread bumping past him. He just stared blankly on.

Pulsewave waved Thundertread goodbye, but the huge mech didn't notice, not that it mattered. When he bumped into Slapfoot he approached the Vehicon to check he was alright, more than a little worried about the lack of reaction from his friend.
"Ey, Slapfoot, are you okay?, you seem a little... absent."
He asked, arching an optic ridge and resting his servo on Slapfoots shoulder.
