"No need to worry; I just heard you were the new Chief of Medicine," Kick-Start replied cheerily. Splashbug was one of the few people in the base smaller than her; she was barely 14 feet herself, "I needed to check, since that used to be my position. Of course, now I'm head of DATA..." she continued, "I could see our departments working very closely."
She examined her hand closely, then smiled, "I'm a doctor, you're a doctor... people visit us for very much similar things."

He felt better at being close from one of those people who are considered 'small' in middle of this crew populated by giants. At leats he doesn't have use his suit to look more intimidating in front of others.
Well aparently we can spak the same language. care to take a seat, or we need to talk to another site. Well, that would depend of the kind of information you're going to share.
He replied with a soft smile. The only reason he was being nice with her is for being a femme. He looked around to see if is another femme around to see if he can act natural or not. He picked his dattaad and sat on the top of a table which hasn't been sterilized.
Ok, Now I'm all yours.

Kick-Start looks 14 feet, but under a lot of extra plating that is there for show and padding, she's really just 6 feet tall, being a former Cassetticon, so she knows what it's like to have to compensate for size.
"We're both medics," she told Splashbug, sitting on a regular seat so that they "We just happen to have different specialisations. I often find myself with a need for volunteers for my latest developments. And I have a few modifications placed around my own body. There must be ways our departments can work in conjunction."

OK... I'm now against colaborating with the other heads, but, what kind of conjuction are you talking about?...
His circles optics blink like a profesional camera would close and open. When Kick start said 'volunters', the fisrt thought on Splash mind was unlikely.
Wait, I think what do you mean. Are you trying to say to offer my patients as 'guinea pigs' for your experiemnts?

"Not to that precise extent," Kick-Start corrected Splashbug quickly, "No tricks. I have other things that will be preoccupying my time, and I have certain... things... that I need taking care of. Lord Death Wish wants a capital city built. One of the first things built will be some place in which to take care of medical emergancies."

Oh, I see, sorry for the misunderstanding. Ok. SO do you want me to be in charge of the medical section as you build the rest, right? Also, I guess you're looking to conect the medical services with the rest of the building. Dont see the medical bay as the place where the injured ones are fixed. Let's see in the probability to conect many areas in

"People get injured when places are built," Kick-Start stated, "That's why a medical bay needs to be one of the first things to be built. Right after the walls. I'm going to have enough tasks; a professional doctor to build the medical wing would be considerably appreciated. Can you do that?"

If I can do that? Oh, that question is offensive. I'm not medic or engineer for nothing, eh? Just give the location to start the bueprints of the medical bay. We need to have them ready before to get our soldiers working on it
He transformed and flew towards the suit cabine and starts typing the requeriments of the new medical bay. Since the cabine is opened, the minicon moved the exosuit towards Kick, at least enought to be seen by her.
I need things to be done, and I guess you are in the same condition. But if you need another kind of 'help', I'd like to cooperate. The Splash intetions were too obvious judging by his voice and gestures. He grins in his insecticon alt mode, something that people would find disusting since it looked like a beettle-roach face moving it's jaws with a bit of fresh venom stuck on them..

Kick-Start wasn't disturbed. In her time as a doctor and a scientist, she had seen sights a lot more gruesome than Splashbug's face, "The place is in the Russian tundra," she replied, "Situated around a cold, barely habitable wasteland by the name of Lake Yessey. There are humans in the area, but very few. TThese are the co-ordinates," she sent the numbers to Splashbug, and laughed, "I do swear that people must only live there so that the map-makers had something to mark in!"

Seems that is a call to Earth... again. If humans can live in there, I guess it wont be a danger to us.
He got the co-ordinates and uses the network to have a detailed description ot the place. Interesting... even humans don't have a big dattabase about such place as he expected.
I can predict that in there wont be humans to mark anymore. Once I'm there I'll send the topography data and a general description of the ground before to sent your people in there. Feel free to ask for anything, I wont bother at all.
He transformed into his robot mode and close the cabine before to walk to the control room

"Don't dislocate the humans yet. They'll be more likely to cause a fuss if they need to move to new homes," Kick-Start warned Splashbug, "There's no military presence locally and the village is hardly well-connected. The ground bridge is going up so that we can bring in materials more easily. There's plenty of room without relocating the humans straight away. The initial buildings will be disguised as warehouses. Soon we'll be building so quickly that the Russian government will be incapable of stopping us."
She nodded smugly to herself.
"I'll be going there to aid in the organising of the Vee-Twos myself, so we'll probably be working together."

A comm is sent to Kickstart.
Agreed. I have to say the citty wil be contructed some 30 km away from the human populated area. but I think with a bit of time the citty wi start to expand. Once we got that point the human will go away, or even being non existent. the best time to start with the building woud be in the nighht to dont get the cameras on us. I've been analysing the envyroment, ad the ground, and acording with the datta I got, I've made the next serie of blueprints to start building now, Once you get the best kind of structure. Send vehicons to start the phase 1.

Kick-Start settled at the smaller comm-link and started to type.
"Initial designs will not be so... flashy. We're talking Warehouses and basic buildings. The exteriors will be built for functionality so that we can get that part over with as quickly as possible."1
She sends some blueprints of the interiors of buildings. They're basically warehouses, yes, to store and conceal the building materials.
"Then I'll send you the blueprints for the Ground Bridge there. We can get the materials for building faster once the bridge is there."
She does so.

The doors to the medbay would spiral open, allowing Tarn to trundle in with Vos on his shoulder. Most of Tarn's shoulderpad was soaked in the other djd member's lifeblood. This said two things: Vos was very close to death, and Tarn was sure to but a foot down and get a medic to do there job. He was't about to his new recruit. Tarn approached the nearest berth and laid Vos onto it. He was in Stasis, meaning whatever injuries he had were taking there toll.

Literally a groundbridge would be opened from Yessey and Splashbug wearing his 38 fee mechanoid. He didn't asked to know the patient, with the sole act of looking the mech in the berth he has enought to start his job. For a moment he blamedall the dirt he got at building the new Groundbridge and the cloaker to the new citty. he best option he had was to use the small arms of his exosuit (wich relatively have the same size of a common cybertronian).
The first action was to clean the fisures on the energon pipes (at least, the main ones) and weld them to stop the loss of energon. Those actions were done with one mechanical arm, with the other one Splash deasctivaed the pain sensors tempraly and conected a source of medical energon to the vehicon with the purpose to keep him alive, the amount of it is almost minimal, enough to get the spark functional, but not enouh to make it leak from the still opened fisures.
If spash had time to clean his servos, he would be more quicly, but in there is no time that can be spent. He'd preffer to touch the keyboard of his exosuit and give voice commands than touch a patient with his dirty servos. Now with an energon sourcefeeding the vehicon, Splash would try to close the rest of the fisure from the rest of the energon pipes. Inside the cabine, Splash would look nervous at attemping to save this ive, but everything that Tarn can see from outside is a odd Mecha movingtools around Cut-tp, or as he call him: 'Vos'.
(is Vos has another injuries that are significant, Just tell me)

This wasn’t the first time he’d been sitting at death’s front porch. Throughout Vos’s experience, death was a good and faithful neighbor to be attending to, whether Vos was sending death guests or dropping by himself. His spark had been weak from the start of his vehicon career, and it had always fluctuated. He’d been able to erase from the records that he had a delicate power source, and he’d managed to keep the secret. His brothers knew of his weakness, though they never told a soul. They didn’t know the full story though.
Vos’s chasis was literally torn, though surprisingly the only area from which energon leaked was his arm. An arm which no longer had a distinct form, it was split, and then what may have been the layers of armor, just waiting to be peeled back like an ingrown fingernail. The layers of armor were twisted together, scrunched into something that made the area where a servo would have been was now a mutated deranged spike, a cluster of armor shards and fragments barely holding into Vos’s remaining protoform. Every other place, his protofroom was whole. It was badly scratched, yet not penetrated. But his normal vehicon armor as well as any additional layers were practically useless, crumpled like pieces of paper, full of lead and dirt from the battles he’d been through.
His visor was terribly cracked, have of it gone as well as the fore-helm guard, exposing some of Vos’s face. Not enough for all his features to be visible. His optic ridge was furrowed, his optics intense, as if he had been troubled by something before going into stasis lock. His protoform was covered with countless predicon claw-marks, places where swords had cut but failed. His protoform had but a few openings for energon lines to be linked into. They were easy to find, if Splashbug ripped away some of the useless armor layers.
In Vos’s only functional servo was clutched his Great Axe, firmly, as if it were the dear life his spark persisted for. While perhaps the medic of Tarn focused on him, Vos himself was elsewhere—dreaming.
- “You adopted a sparkling?” Cut-Up asked, looked slightly downward at his twenty five foot brother. Taggon had his arms folded, as the small mechling timidly poked his head out from behind Taggon’s heel. He was a small, runt of a sparkling, Cut-Up wasn’t sure if he’d seen anything more small in his life. The little lime green optics of the boy met Cut-Up’s yellow visor cautiously as well as curiously. “Believe it.” Taggon answered formally, never moving. “Oh, I do believe it brother.” Cut-Up chuckled, shaking his helm, “But---what does that mean? You’re gonna be a father for that little imp? You do realize that once command finds out you picked up a sparkling, they’re going to probably never take you for real. Heck, they might just throw you in a clean up crew, call your programming faulty beyond repair or-“ “Cut-Up, his name is Airwatcher.” Taggon stated calmly, “And he is not my son. He is my new little brother.” Taggon said without wavering. Cut-Up arched a brow. “How’s that really add up? Sure, we’re all not really related, but we’re brothers, but still, the Decepticons are gonna know about it, and they aren’t gonna like it.” Cut-Up replied. “Simple. We tell them we took it upon ourselves to indoctrinate this young one in the Decepticon ways. He evaded me and a whole troop of aerial vehicons. He has skill already, which means we’re cultivating that skill, so he’ll grow to be a great warrior.” Taggon stated. “They know that we know Decepticon doctrines like no other.” Cut-Up stroked his chin. “…Well, when you put it that way…” He took a few steps towards the sparkling, picking Airwatcher up, greeting his lime green gaze. “It might work. If F-28 hasn’t put up any fuss about it, then I bet this isn’t a minefield afterall. We could always fake some cortical psychic patch things with this little guy. Chaff and Graph are experts with that kind of thing.” “Cut-Up, it is when you say things such as that,” Taggon tilted his helm to the side, “That I worry for you. We vehicons play by the rules, and sometimes can choose which rules to play by, but we cannot lie like that.” Cut-Up put the sparkling down, “Really? According to the big-heads in command, we’re just a bunch of morons who know how to use guns and swords really well. They’d never see developed thought patterns coming. Heck, they don’t think we can really think.” Cut-Up answered, pride in his voice. “They don’t know yet Cut-Up. But if they do---“

Tarn was on the verge of loosing his scrap. By now, he'd placed Vos's new mask on counter next to the berth, and was pacing. He had two servos behind his backplate, in thought. How we he going to tell Helex and Kaon about the new Vos? Tarn was sure Helex would know it was Cut-up. The new Kaon, not so much. With a team of four, they could do most things. But they couldnt consider themselves a team until they found Tesarus...
When Splashbug entered through a groundbridge, he gave the medic some space to do his work. Tarn turned and walked to the other side of the medical by and sent out a comm link. Kaon and Helex were in Brisban taking care of a vehicon known as Taggon.
:: Kaon, Helex. I need an update on the Taggon pickup. ::

Holis c: what the hell are you reading this, focus in the text in green:3 Also, I gotta do something crazy
The medic would use a magnet to remove the broken pieces at once. It is strong to move small pieces, but wont miss with the rest of the organts. The bigger useless plates would be taken with the mechanic servos in the most delicae way he can, at knowinf those weren'this real arms. Splash is thinking in ways to be quicklier at knowing he can use is full capacity with is own small inmaculated servos. MAybe the next actions of Splashbug would look sugestive, but the medic knows what is he doing.
First he does a scan of his body to keep the digital picture of it. Splash would consider to build a never body to the the protoform attached to it, but it can't be possible unless he gets permission of it. Once he is done with that, the medic would remove everything above the protoform. Vehicon and aditional armour layers would be taken way to expose the protofrom in the most crude expression. Maybe in here isn't a lot of difference between the cybertronian protoforms and veicon ones, at least in appareance. They had limbs, digits, pedes, maybe some orans aren't he same, but maybe to would make someone think at whatching the insides of a predesigned soldier. Splash didn't had time to think about it. Layer per layer, component by component, those pieces where saying goodbay to Vos body in a luctuous way, and it would be see as how they ended to collape once Spash takes them off. He saddly had to take the axe off because it was making his job more dificult and places it beside the berth.
Now having the protoform fully exposed, Splash would focus to repair the splitted arm and make it be funtional again. The medic made it see easy, like if he were ony oining cables and meting pieses aain, but splash does it prescise, faiures can take a pace here or it would mean to the veicon a sighly different arm.
The rest of the leaks proceed to be welded, as the scratches would be filled with the same metal that the protoform is. Once he seals everything wron in the veicon body, with a sander disc he woud erease the lines left in such procedures and finallizes with ponishing the whole protoform, maybe it has never been that clean until now.
Everything he can do is to wait the patient to wake up, In the meantime he looks for some new materias to make a new armour.

Splashbug’s work was professional to say the very least. Vos’s arm was mended successfully, however, it would take a great concentration of a plasma torch to wield the metal together once again. Filling the holes of the body was regrettably impossible, if Spl;ashbug hoped to replenish the same persistent material Vos’s protoform was made of. It was a unique metal, it was a secret recipe of other alloys. It was an experimental body type as well, seemingly unique in how the ‘armor’ of the preform was positioned, despite how jagged and scratched it was. Vos had received the upgrade centuries ago, the only scientists who knew the detaisl of his armor were long gone…
It didn’t help the fact that Vos had erased everything from his vehicon file before his previous adventures. Any history of the mech was gone, his know abouts exclusive to himself.
Vos’s servo clenched tightly upon the axe being removed from its clutch, and with the servo movement, Vos’s optics came online from behind his mask. Vos blinked, looking down at his barren form. Nothing he wasn’t used to. He felt the new energy pulsing in his body, he felt the new waves of energy wash upon him. Vos didn’t bother speaking a word however. He held still, deciding to remain quiet for a time. His optics found his axe sure enough, a weapon fashioned with the same metals as his protoform; designed to cleave into the hides of the toughest of predicons.
Vos let himself recline, as if he never noticed the small jolts of pain. He hadn’t relaxed for weeks. Sitting back now was satisfying. Much to his chagrin, after a few luxurious minutes he found his mind quirking to different methods of fighting, how he was slightly bored, and the thirst for combat. Oh yeah. My mind’s still limited with that dumb programming… “Doctor. I have some barriers in my head. Mind removing those? I could use as much of my mind as I can now.” Vos asked softly. Surely, if he was to be Vos, that would be the case. If not, he’d just have to find a way…

Tarn Tarn's awaited reply came in as soon as the big-man called to check up on the situation with Taggon. He'd probably not be angry with him getting away, but Kaon's using words that would be associated with religion. But at least Kaon believed in the linage of the new- non-original 13- Primes were nothing more than fakes, trying to claim leadership. :: A bad omen- Tarn, sir. The Autobots sent reinforcements along with Skyspray. We moved our attention onto him, but he sent more cannon fodder to keep us distracted and to keep him safe. Although, there has been a good omen. There was this femme. A neutral. She was being harrassed by Autobots. I do believe she may become a useful affiliate to the DJD. Kaon out. ::
