Once he sees something, he'll never forget it, whether he likes it or not. He can even describe what everyone was doing around him on that day, like if that femme in the corner had been flipping a coin (heads she wins) and if the bartender had been counting up his credits while Plexo had a conversation with the guy right in front of him. For example.
APPEARANCE
Optic ( Eye ) Color : Piercing Bright blue
Primary Paint Color : Pure white
Secondary Paint Color [ Optional ]: Dim Gold
Third Color [Optional]:
Height: 24.2 ft
Features:
Plexo is a mech who stands with the collected confidence yet forlorn iciness which can catch anyone's optic as easily as his cold stare can drive the stare away. The most distinct feature about Plexo is his optics. His piercing blue lanterns challenge those who look at him with a loathing or uninviting glare. To look into his optics is to be scolded firmly away, to be rejected instantaneously and never given a chance. To face him is to be judged, essentially to also feel hated as he stared back, in which you will sense an intense coldness emitting from him; go away. Plexo's despising optics can glow softly however, though they hardly do. They have a much more open gleam for sparklings, though even then he is not a hugs-and-high-fives kind of guy.
Plexo often keeps his face concealed behind a large mouthguard, which can extend over the rest of his face with a visor, obscuring his glare entirely, perhaps much to the relief of anyone looking at him. Even then, there is literally a frosty air rotating around him, seeping from his ventilation cracks as if to ward off anyone who might or might not have the potential to smile or ever grin. Plexo's helm is designed so that he has two long spikes protruding gracefully from where his audios would be, extending about a foot and half.
A Light Prussian blue visor is often found over his eyes, the assumption could be made he is sparing others the terror of looking into his eyes. A long vent-;like mouth guard covers most of where his mouth would be, permitting icy cold breath from leaving his mouth, as if he is 'smoking' mist.
Golden armor tops the robust and lean white armor, backing it up with a slightly bulky effect. Almost every surface of the dim and scratched golden armor is ancient runes carved into his armor, scripts of past judgments and council decisions engraved upon him. Poleax's wheels are positioned so that his arms cover them, and his back wheels are a part of his outer-thigh armor.
Plexo has no door-wings, instead, his worn white doors bend and shift into a broad part of his fore-arms, gracefully sliding into golden and sharp elbow spikes. Some of the window glass which would be made of the door is positioned directly over the fore-arm. Plexo’s legs, on the other servo, are constructed so that fomr the knees down there is a slight increase of bulk up to the ankles, his wheels splitting in have lengthways, a part of the wheel rounding out of the area below the knee joint, and the other half of the lower wheel forming a portion of the back of his shin.
Golden armor tops the curvy and lean white armor, backing it up with a slightly bulky effect. Almost every survive of the dim and scratched golden armor is ancient runes carved into his armor, sacred writings engraved upon him which translated tell of where he comes from, and that as an ambassador of ice itself, he will not hesitate quick to execute of he must. Plexo's wheels are positioned so that his arms cover them, and his back wheels are a part of his outer-thigh armor.
Alternative Mode:
ARMOR AND WEAPONRY
Armor
Armor Description: Plexo's armor is mainly white, and holds a vague majestic and rugged look of a Knight, as he is supposed to look like. This white armor is divided into many parts, for maximum flexibility, but it comes in two layer, the first being thicker, and overlapping the other. The second acts as an inter-locking layer of armor, to retain the flexibility feature, but also to keep Plexo's armor on more sturdily, and to act like, well, a second layer of defense against any incoming objects that may deal potential damage. This armor is meant to withstand more powerful Cybertronian weaponry, and can take a solid hit or two from the more powerful weapons before starting to crack, acting as a heavy-duty shell of armor. The first layer is linked to the second as the second is to the first. Not only this, but the first layer of armor's links also support a portion of the armor's own weight, assisting Plexo move in his heavy armor still fairly easily, acting almost as a very small second layer of muscle.
The golden part of Plexo, which is found on his shins, his shoulders, his chest, around his neck on on a great deal of his back plating, is what truly carries some of his vague majestic features. (VERY vague.) The Armor itself is melded to Plexo's very core, and is the same alloys as his blade: Extremely tough and hard to penetrate, even more-so that his white-armor. Being fused to his very core, as in the same metal grows into his spark-chamber down deep, electrocution can be fairly deadly...
Armor Perks ( optional ): Listed above.
Weaponry
Primary Weapon :
Expellers: Both of Plexo's servos can transform into blaster-looking weapons, when really, the expellers are more of a tool: These actually use laser-pointer technology to assist Plexo's visor to lock onto a target, and are actually more of a practice tool for Plexo's aim. He is savvy with them, though he'll never admit to needing assistance aiming a gun, as crude as they are to him. (this takes a post for Plexo's laser pointers to lock onto a target. These will improve not only the speed which his weapons are being fired, but how accurate he is.)
The next function of the Expellers are to assist Plexo overriding any kind of key-codes, including servo or optical scanners, frying the scanners by focusing the laser-pointers on the said device, should the second function be activated.
The third and less-used function is a counter to extra strange signals. Things that are unique in the way they function, and or are a part of an extra appendage, or assist with a machine's or sometimes person's abilities. Plexo can steady the target from his visor, and tune his Expellers to disable the ability temporarily--though it only lasts so long. (three-posts, though it takes two or more posts for Plexo to find right mixture of signals ad frequencies to send to interrupt the ability)
Secondary Weapon : Nucleon Charge rifle
Description: The classic sniper weapon is one which Plexo has reluctantly adopted, but nonetheless very occasionally uses since he can find it useful. This weapon is a deadly type of sniper rifle, but can be charged until the user of the weapon is ready to fire. The longer this weapon is charged, the more powerful the shot.
Other Weapons :
The Persecutor: Plexo's 'big heavy duty weapon' is a large eleven foot device which can extend from his back plating. This weapon covers the right side of his chest after combining with more parts which come out of the left and center part of his back; requiring him to plant his feet and hold the weapon by a handle to the left, and a thick handle beneath the gun-looking device. It's barrel is long, thick, and rectangular, but surprisingly thin in width. This is a giant disk launcher, which can shoot razor-sharp disks which vary between hardened disks that can cut straight through a solid three foot block of iron, to a disk with the same features, save a highly explosive after-effect.
The reason for these discs being able to fly from the gun's barrel at mach 1 six disks at a time, is because of a charge poleax can commence while in combat, being able to charge the weapon which is still folded in his back-plating. This weapon is extremely dangerous, able to send a disk about four feet and a half in length with extremely sharp edges at mach 1 after a charge, these disks meant to cleave through appendages at a time thus allowing Plexo to eviserate his opponents from a safe distance. This weapon has a large scope which is lined up for Plexo's optic, and also can be added to his visor's targeting system. this weapon is also very accurate and far ranged. This weapon is also technically not a gun---so Plexo uses it. (1 Charge equals 1 post per six disks. This is stackable, meaning Plexo can charge the weapon for four posts max, being able to send twenty four super-sonic disks at an opponent at a time.) This weapon is so powerful is requires its own power source, which is a power for within it's back.
Gadgets :
Grappling Hook: Plexo carries with him a Grappling Hook which is mounted within both servos, able to be employed when his arm armor splits apart slightly to reveal a thin tube which shoots out a thick wire with a sharp blade used for penetrating thick metals so that Plexo can either hoist himself upwards or latch onto objects and be able to drag them towards himself. These hooks are thick however, so that they can be used as whips with a very sharp spear-tip. This metal has titanium alloys, making the blade itself hard to break and able to easily slice into other surfaces.
Melee :
Sword: Ayre (For those of you who adore the Protoss, this sword's name is indeed named after their home-planet)
Melee Weapon Description (Optional): Plexo bears a ten foot long sword, a blade modeled after The Circle of Light’s Great Sword. It has a slightly thicker broadside though, and is more curved near the tip. Upside Ayre is written a few more ancient runes, as black as char-coal. Where the Blade meets the hilt, is a hand guard, similar to a cutlass, only thinner and given sharp edges, meant to cut along with the blade if need be. At the center of this piece is a octagon shaped gem. This gem is actually a miniature power source that can light the edges of the blade into a very white-ish blue, super heating the in case Plexo feels he must cleave through tougher metals. Even then, the sword is insanely sharp, and can go through most armors like a hot-knife through butter…especially with the super-heated effect. The hilt of the blade is a hand-length and a half, enabling Plexo to wield it effectively with both or one servo.
~(The reason for Plexo not always keep the super-heated feature always active is due to the limited power that the small gem holds for the sword, similar to a battery if not identical. This super-heated feature can only be applied for six posts before Plexo cannot use it in the current battle he is engaged in.)
Shield: In his possession, Plexo bears a shield as well, which can be adjusted from a small buckler, to something that he can hide half his body behind. This shield is also carefully and thoroughly crafted, and has it's own miniature ray-shield generators, to act as a first layer of defense for the defense. These ray shields basically take care of any kind of light-fire, such as sub-sonic repeaters, and most forms of machine-gun like weapons. This shield can be produced from Plexo's left arm, but only that, and it's handle extends into something that covers quite a bit of the users arm, so that if a missile need be deflected, Plexo's shoulder doesn't have to be dislocated. The disadvantage: He cannot simply throw it down, or flip it up, unless he's using it for a buckler. He has to make the buckler, then it can transform into the larger shield.
TECH SPECS
Note: This is based off a 1 to 10 scale. One is the lowest, then is the highest.
LIMITED TO 60 POINTS TOTAL.
Strength : 7 Plexo is a swordsman, though he is sleek and maybe bit thin, he is strong. One has to be if they are to cut clean through a while appendage with their blade yes? Intelligence : 8. Plexo thinks fast, able to be nimble in mind as well as he is in body. He is sharp when it comes to noticing details, estimating small things, or coming up with small plans. He isn't much of a team player however, though he is very self-sufficient.
Dexterity : 9 when Plexo engages in a close range combat fight, which involves extreme prowess, he is likely to show good talent in the area.
Speed : 6. Plexo's alternate form can be quick, but compared to a seeker, he is a bit slow. Plexo's alternate mode can reach about 180 mph at max.
Endurance : 7. Plexo has got good armor, applaudable skill, he is a conduit, but should he use his abilities too much, or if he absorbs/snuffs too much positive energy, or should his warmth generators in his systems be nullified, Plexo himself will freeze over, along with his energon.
Firepower : 5. Plexo doesn't often use guns; his Expellers don't do the kind of bullet-or-laser damage most guns do, since technically, they aren't. Plexo's weapons are still effective though, just in different areas. His Nucleon Charge rifle is something not very often used--often applied as a last resort, or only when he thinks he can't handle something up close--not likely.
Accuracy : 5. Plexo uses his visor to assist him aiming, and he is not a crack-shot with standard weapons, but he is capable of locking onto a target easily with his Expellers, and if he has a character targeted at the center of a scope, he can fire and he can hit them. However, poleax is dependent on his visor to assist his targeting system when it comes to guns...he does reject them after all. With melee, Plexo's servo-to optic coordination is astounding.
Melee : 9. Plexo has trained for decades, perfecting his skills with a blade and martial arts. Not to mention, his sword can cleave through just about anything an opponent has for armor thanks to the materials it is made out of and Plexo's own skill and strength combined.
Tech Skill : 3. Plexo is a mech who knows how to twist a few gears to his will. He only knows what's essential though..nothing too complicated.
OTHER
Personality :
Plexo is forlorn, hostile, and wintry in nature. He is not monotonous, yet he will always have an icy and blood-curdling glare, biting at his enemies and allies from behind his visor. Plexo rarely bothers to take time to understand his opponents, save looking up data and memorizing their tactics and moves. When Plexo is not watching his enemies, he’s watching Autobots. Watching and waiting, adding what he sees to his undying memory. He likes just doing that, simply ex-venting a cloudy cold breath from his visor, gazing from behind his visor in a general direction in a room, letting any seeing him wonder where he is really looking.
Plexo is not crazy, insane, or in the least a psycho-path, but he finds no guilt in breaking a few of the new Autobot rules, (perhaps classifying him as ‘morally questionable’) in order to bring Justice to a victim.
At times, he will even torment his fellow Autobots, though if he does it, he will give them ‘a lighter sentence’. Which means he’ll give you a death-stare more often, and put less checks in your status when he fills in his reports. Small amounts of sarcasm are only revealed when he is truly annoyed or amused. When Plexo does talk, or think on matters, he often answers his own question with questions. Logical thinking patterns is an old friend, not to the extent where he would say ‘because it is logical’ every other sentence though.
Plexo is not entirely judgmental, scheming, continuing on his negative side he does not like anyone. Or essentially, he won’t. Whether in combat or witnessing, Plexo will always find something wrong with the person he’s in front of. Perhaps it’s best he keeps his mouth shut, but he will never be one-hundred percent content with you unless you're a friend. Even then, you can’t be perfect.
Plexo finds the concept of making friends a rather strange one. Perhaps, but why waste time? Not only is friendship is a weakness, but it means he could gradually soften up, and perhaps prove to be inadequate for the position that he’s worked his life away to be good at.
Courage:
On a 1-10 numeric scale.
8. Plexo will running any fight, and will fight on until he has nothing more to fight with---most of the time. If he sees something as logically pointless, he will not bother.
Charismaa :
On a 1-10 numeric scale.
2. Plexo hates socializing, and trusts no body. He even discourages contact with his cold stare and body language.
History ( Optional as some like to make it up as they go along ) :
Once a sparkling called Jethro, Plexo was taught the basics of law and justice by his Sire, a firm Governor, and was enlightened on how to enforce such justice by his Carrier, a Policefemme. Jethro adored and was inspired by his family, both sides being able to boast of their generations keeping law on Cybertron. Jethro couldn’t have liked his family anymore than he did, but he grew up in a shadow, and as what was expected of him was indicated, Jethro knew his life’s path was already shackled to a duty supporting the senate. As solar cycles past by, the government came up with unusual and cruel punishment such as empurata, and developed a sense of racism. It would take mechs who were more stone-cold to perform acts that would be performing more the questionable acts for the senate, and an official found a small bit of opportunity shoving such a responsibility on an already duty-bound Jethro. Jethro’s family was offered the opportunity for extensive Police enforcement education, and Jethro felt he had little choice but to accept, as both his parents eyed him, waiting for him to say yes in the first place.
Sure enough Jethro was taken to the school to be educated, which was precisely what occurred. The child’s spark was hardened, layers of iron defense formed through his training, being taught alongside many other to-be-law-enforcers.
Competing for a high-ranking officer throughout his years became his life’s goal, throwing himself into his studies and combat teachings, praying to Primus that he would gain the rank that had drilled its way into his dreams. Jethro was only dismayed to find himself doomed as a the Secret Police Secretary. The mech’s breathing condition prevented him from getting farther up, and he found himself feeling like a rejected chess piece, caste off to the side. Jethro scythed with anger, though when His parents received the outcome they announced they were proud. Being stuck at a desk keeping track of files sounded like a rather dreary outcome for all he’d been through.
His small anger was not to last though. Working before and through overtime had it’s benefits…Jethro was granted access to countless government documents. Why should he pit himself against them? He was their puppet now, in their eyes. Jethro concluded that indulging in such studies would grant him knowledge, and though the hobby commenced as dull as his career, Plexo, soon came across a few files regarding the Knights of Cybertron, and the small organization that had also faded into the past. Jethro found great interest in The Knights of Cybertron, as he visited the files more and more was monitored, unbeknownst to him. Old battle tactics, old cobat methods were memorized.
Jethro grew less afraid of his superiors—in his small pride knowing he possessed more knowledge than his superiors, and finding himself superior to them in his own eyes.
Jethro underestimated the others around him, turning a blind eye towards the other secretaries, who found out about the mech’s projects and research, and after slightly altering what had occurred, and reporting Jethro to the higher government officials. Jethro suddenly vanished the same night, and was never seen or heard of again.
But in the darkness that Jethro’s shadow had once cast, another opair of optics opened in its place. Jethro, as idiotic as his pride had been, was too much of a valuable commodity to kill. His real combat skills were given to him as Jethro faded away in a stasis tube, information and instinct installed into his processor by the government, sweeping away some of their mistakes. Not replacing the mech inside Jethro, but Jethro was to never see the light of day again.
When the war commenced, the government officials who had adjusted the enforcer unleashed their newly created enforcer. He was modeled after a Knight of Cybertron, white and Gold, the colors of purity and light. What stepped out from beneath the basement of the Senate not Jethro, but Plexo. His body altered for combat, assassination, and more—extreme law enforcement. This including personally killing key Decepticons, and turning in more mechs and femmes for Empurata, and ultimately bringing those who wore the treacherous insignia of the Decepticons to Justice.
Plexo was given a sword that would suit him to eliminate---and eliminate was precisely what he did. Jethro had cried in anguish that night when he had disappeared, he had been scared and in shock of what was to become of him. No stasis or monotonos training could drain the memory, or any memory of Plexo’s.
For their own deception, and their crooked ways, the senate was indeed demonstrated the justice they had demanded from Plexo. In order to give fair judgment, one must remove any questionable judges or juries. Plexo the Decepticons were criminal scum, leaving his only Juries and Head Governors the Autobots, who, in time grew to be clichéd as the heroes of the war. The former secretary joined their faction, silently, only keeping to the side lines. Any Stray Autobots who believed in backstabbing, or turned out to be deserters began to mysteriously disappear, one by one…but their Justice was quick. A long decision was only cruel, so fast elimination was etiquette.
Family ( Optional, some just have none ) :
No friends so far.
Family: Etha (offline), Ordde(online?)
Strengths :
Keen reflexes
-Plexo has acute reflexes, his senses as sharp as his sword. He is able to move at very rapid paces, reacting extremely quickly to whatever occurs around him, be it a quiet conference, requiring listening, or a fast battle.
Reasonably good strength
-Plexo has good strength on his side when he swings his sword, extra powerful motors in his arms, enabling him to put up a fight with mechs larger or stronger than he for some time. While Strength is not his specialty, it is something that he exercises frequently in battle as a swordsman, capable of moving quickly and gracefully, yet wielding good strength behind each attack.
Agility
-Plexo is acrobatic, able to perform complicated maneuvers with ease, and his quick reflexes are also complimented by his ability to perform a variety of skillful and nimble maneuvers.
Endurance
- Plexo has quite the amount of endurance, part of what drives him is his will to do what’s right, or what is at least in his eyes. He has been trained to pull through many large blows.
Mental Strengths:
-Plexo is the type of mech who is willing to give a life to take life. Really, killing or sacrificing lives including his own is just an every-day thought.
-Plexo is a quick-thinker, when it comes to fighting that is. He could be considered a warrior at spark. He will without hesitation fight or engage, yet he isn’t too keen to cause a fight.
-Plexo can act perfectly monotonous, with or without his visor. He is not a liar, and does not fake any emotions, however, he will hardly ever reveal his true thoughts on a matter, no matter how dire, minor, or what condition.
-Plexo isn’t much for going straight on anywhere without a plan of some sort.
Weaknesses :
Physical Weaknesses:
Low Heat tolerance
-Plexo may be well armored and armed, but something that is definitely something difficult for his armor or for him to counter is missile related weapons. Perhaps not heat-seeking ones, but large explosions are not exactly what Plexo takes specialty in.
Aiming Assistance
-Plexo is has a reasonably fine aim, but is not a crack-shot, and though his weapons are quite powerful and hard to dodge, he requires his visor/HUD for guiding his aim. His distaste for guns can really play as a disadvantage, even if technically the Persecutor is not a gun.
Unfamiliar with other weapons
-Plexo is really only familiar with the ranged weapons he currently has, and a bit of the basics such as the rifle or pistol. Should he be given a machine gun, rifle, or any kind of advanced grenade launcher, he will not only reject because of his strong dislike of guns, but because he cannot wield it.
‘Cooler’ inner-working dependancy
-Plexo’s systems depend on coolant more, his internal systems colder than that of the regular Cybertronian, meaning that heat isn’t precisely what he likes either. Weapons such as Flamethrowers will not melt him easily, but they are a bad weakness, messing with his internal temperature. Or any large source of heat for that matter. Oh yes. Large lasers, as you can imagine, really don’t cope well as well.
Mouth Guard required:
-
Plexo often never spoke because he couldn’t, due to a throat disease Plexo’s voice is very low and quiet, and his his main ventilation system is quite delicate, and requires the mouth-guard to filter out all the nasties in the air. The mouth-guard permits Plexo to breath properly, and for this to be destroyed would hinder Plexo, even though he has other systems, the tearing of the mouth guard would cause focusing to be a bit difficult to Plexo, since you know. Breathing. (The Mouthguard does assist Plexo talk as well—not that that feature is used too much.)
Mental Weaknesses:
‘Leave me alone.’
-Plexo is a loner, and couldn’t dislike socializing anymore than he already does. He will hardly ever communicate anything on his mind to his fellow Autobots, but will rather discourage them with his glares. He really just isn’t a team player.
Few Allies
-Plexo criticizes too quickly to others inside his mind. Though he keeps his thoughts to himself, you could be an enemy of his before you open your mouth, or as you joke. Plexo has little patience or time for foolery.
Deaf to Conscience
-Plexo has really no problem with executing his enemies inside or outside of Autobot codes. He focuses mainly on ‘Justice’ and would perhaps even prolong the death of a victim before killing. Not psychotic, just a bit vengeful. This can get him tangled with his own faction, and maybe one day.
Paranoid:
-Plexo doesn’t trust anyone. Some would say practically waits for even someone with the likes of Optimus or Ratchet to turn out to be a sleeper agent. It is unlikely, but it is a possibility.
SAMPLE RP
Note that a piece of your history, your journey to Earth for example, could be used.
A cold, icy wind blew across the plain, even in the morning, broad daylight, it was becoming a bit chilly. Plexo walked through the broken trees, not far off from the crash site, kneeling and looking at the destroyed trees. He had a few of the trees leaves in his servo, and he closely peered at them from behind his visor. He had already seen the driving marks left by Soundwave, the shuttle, and everything that had lead to the attack. Yet it did not interest him at all, he simply occupied himself with the trees, thinking upon how they had been destroyed, even in a small skirmish. It was sad, how the war sometimes tolled nature with its weapons. Plexo collected some of the trees seeds, and with the tiny black-sih brown specs in his servo, Plexo used his other to shove one of the dead trees out of its place. Plexo planted two of the seeds in the ground after tossing the tree away, and the warrior stood up to do the same for the other fallen trees. He actually wondered if the seeds would survive his touch, since everything he touched turned cold, and he himself was cold.
Nonetheless, the mech repeated this process until eighteen of the new trees had been planted, and it was then that he heard the sounds of others just a few paces to the west. Plexo made sure that his cloak concealed his masked face, and that the dark brown fire-proof cloth was concealed most of his being. He was not really an Autobot or a Decepticon, but he was still interested in what activity was going on. He continued to silently step towards the group, with his visor's technology, he was able to track the signals of the Cybertronians, and then calculate where he could spectate them. Decepticons.
He found out their faction just by looking at the vehicons. The mechs were bigger then usual, but Plexo was unintimidated. Plexo began to walk just a few meters to the side of the group who seemed to be going ahead of the others, lead by a femme. He made his appearance as to signal he was not here to fight, but by the sword strapped to Plexo's back, anyone would be able to tell the mech was not afraid to. Plexo maneuvered through the trees, following the cons as if he usually did so. He was calm, collected, and very quiet, as usual.
