BASICS
Designation : C-1209
Nicknames: Cut-Up, Cuts
Gender : Mech
Age : Unknown
Home Planet : Jungle Planet
Home City State [ optional ]:None.
Faction : Decepticon
Occupation : Warrior, hunter, specialist, Body Guard.
Abilities : Cut-Up has a strange understanding for creatures, and can even talk back to them in their own languages, able to speak to a few species by mimicking their whistles or snorts. Cut-Up can also track relatively anyone quite easily, using very special techniques. Cut-up also has the ability of limited mind-reading.
Ability Description ( optional ) : Being Born in The Jungle Planet, Cut-Up was taught by his grandparents to understand wildlife more. Cut-Up was given first-hand experience of how both biological and mechanical creatures lived, and with his grandparents, he hunted down many a creature, including Shakticons when he grew up a little. As for his telepathic mode, after certain training in a particular gift, if Cut-Up focuses hard enough, he can tune his audios to a frequency which is the signals being transmitted and reacting with other signals in someone's processor, and depending on how fast a certain someone is thinking, Cut-Up can translate the movements of thought. Only when in deep concentration though, since he is somewhat rusty. Also in his 'listening mode, he is deaf to any other frequency, including normal talking.
Cut-Up can use this power to an advantage though, if he sits down and concentrates in a meditation type position, he can 'hear' all buzzes and 'sounds' of thought coming for his position.
Anatomy : Cut-Up, as a child, underwent a process which was to alter his insides as to make him the ultimate hunter. Special surgery was done on him so that his protoform, surprisingly, would be one of the toughest metals. The protoform is a solid dark grey form, which can grow it's own spikes depending on how Cut-Up's defensive and aggressive attitudes interact with his surroundings. Essentially, the protoform is almost impenetrable, preventing energon from spilling from it. His protoform only has a few openings, one small glowing whole on his back, right around the shoulder area, where his ventilation system lets off it's cooling system.
Like all power though, this titan like upgrade has come with a sad price for the vehicon. In order for the protoform to have undergoing such a surgery, Cut-Up's spark was weakened. If he fights too long, or if he does something for too long, he blacks out. His spark is constantly unstable, and his systems risk shut-down constantly. His days are numbered, though little know of this.
Cut-Up's spark chamber can open, around the area it can two bio-lights shine uncontrollably.
APPEARANCE
Optic ( Eye ) Color : A dark-ish sunset yellow
Primary Paint Color : A plain black and light grey,
Secondary Paint Color [ Optional ]: Cut-Up has long, yellow scar-like paintings on him, though whether he just painted them on his form for looks, or whether he really did paint scars over himself, is unknown.
Third Color [Optional]:
Height: 26 ft, 3''
Features:
Please put two Bullet Points listing notable features, a picture will account for this part of the app.
Cut-Up has long painted yellow scars. These are shiny, and mark his entire body. No one knows for sure if he was given the scars and he painted them over, or if he just painted himself as such for fun.
• Cut-Up's vehicon helm looks more sharp, and more of a 'hunter' look, having a visor which has a unique design:
Alternative Mode:
Cut-Up's alternate mode is that of a common vehicon jet, only with the same 'sharper' and combat ready look. Cut-Up also added extra speed to his alternate mode, with his more unique design, and thus can reach super sonic speeds if given the chance and time. Cut-Up's alternate mode looks vaguely like a flying car, with a more jet-like design added to it, it's cockpit similar to that of a vehicle, though the air-born jet is quite effective in flight.
Cut-Up is slightly taller then most vehicons, though he isn't extremely tall. His seeker wings are shorter and thinner then most, and can tuck in his back better. Cut-Up has blades that run along his lower fore-arm armor, the blades jagged, actually meant to be able to prevent other strikes. Cut-Up's feet have a different design as well, looking less thicker, and more meant for a good sprint. His armor has lots of sharp edges, just a run-into him might sever something on anyone.
ARMOR AND WEAPONRY
Armor
Armor Description: Describe your character's armor. Bullet Point at least two notable features.
- Cut-Up literally has sharper armor then most if not all vehicons, there is not one edge of him which does not look sharp.
- Cut-Up's armor looks very 'cut-up', hence the name, as well as the fact that he is quite willing to do the same to you. He also has additional spikes jutting out of his arms, and legs.
Cut-Up's outer armor is established in two layers. The first is made special, so that his armor actually has many individual pieces, granting him more flexibility, though perhaps less resistance to some weapons. Cut-Up's first layer of armor is designed to be able to take light hits, such as pistol, subsonic repeater, and small laser blasts. The armor is tough, sharp, so punching it would result in a slight cut at the very least.
Cut-Up's second layer of armor is similar to Taggon's 'Catcher' layer. The layer is actually two, held together by small little supports within, microscopically spring-like and clustered together in vast numbers this layer is meant to be able to take heavy blows, should a punch be brought to Cut-Up's armor which is heavy enough, the small tiny springs can give a small bounce to the hit, or slow it down so that it is reduced. This 'rebound' layer is also effective to more forms of gunfire, and perhaps even sniper shots. Mostly effective for heavy blows from things such as maces, fists, kicks, etc, etc...
Weaponry
There are a bunch of weapons listed here
Primary Weapon
Neutron Assault Rifle
Description: The average Neutron Assault rifle is a reliable automatic rifle fires hyper-piercing heated neutrons at 600 rounds per minute, which this one is, but with slight changes. Cut-Up has customized this weapon, so that it has two loading points, and two barrels. Each barrel is long like a sniper rifle, and the gun does indeed have a scope along with increased range and power. This gun's first barrel does indeed use more heavy hyper-piercing heated neutrons that can go about three hundred rounds a minute max. A large set back, but with much more power and range, this can be quite deadly. The weapons second barrel can fire electric bolts. Again, rapid fire was exchanged for range and power, making the electric bolts a more deadly mode. The gun can switch from these two modes, or do both simultaneously, with a certain lever on the gun which Cut-Up uses. He has named this gun the Phyre (pronounced fire) gun.
Secondary Weapon : Flak Canon.
Description: Cut-Up's left arm can transform into a Flak Canon, this weapon is a very powerful blaster which fires steel buckshot. This will knock the average Transformer off their feet, great for breaking down armor. He has also altered this so that it can launch more explosive shots.
Other Weapons :
-Nucleon Charge Rifle,
Nefarious for it's long range, accuracy, and deadly uses by professionals.
-Chaos-Rift Combustor
Fires a Choasmaster bomb that clusters out on impact or when manually detonated. Fine aim mode displays the bomb trajectory for persuasion aiming.
Description : All are stored in Cut-Up's subspace, along with a few grenades.
Gadgets :
In both arms, right under his wrist, are stored long grappling hook like weapons. These are exactly like grappling hooks, save the fact instead of actual hooks or grabbing hands, are spear blades, which can be shot to dig into substances or opponents. These also can be used as whips.
For a second gadget, Cut-Up has a heat vision and ex-ray vision installed in his helmet. The Heat vision is quite long ranged, enabling Cut-Up to see heat signatures easily on his visor, mixed with his ex-ray vision, he can also see heat signatures through objects, giving him an edge which tells him where things are.
Thirdly, Cut-Up had a device within him which scrambles signals in a large radius around him. AS long as you are within forty four meters of him, he can activate his signal scrambling device.
Lastly, Cut-Up has a shield installed within him, this forcefield is invisible, able to be brought up at a moment notice. This forcefield can take tremendous hits for Cut-Up, such as rockets, missiles, or a very heavy punch. The forcefield has a limited charge however. If it is either put on for too long or takes too many hits, it requires a long recharge. (6-10 posts)
Melee :
-Throwing Axes
-LongAxe
-Tomahawks
-Hatchets
Melee Weapon Description (Optional):
Throwing Axes: These axes have three categories: Axes, Hatchets, and Tomahawks.
Hatchets: Hatchets are the smallest kind of throwing axe Cut-Up has. These weapons have an explosive capability and a boomer-rang effect, being able to be thrown at angles, or just straight on before they cut into an opponent, and thus explode.
Tomahawks: These weapons are the second smallest, but more dependable in dealing damage then the normal hatchet. These weapons are meant for especially cleaving into the toughest armor, and even have a small heat generator installed so that their sharpened parts can be intensely heated, thus able to melt and cut through armor. These can only be thrown straight forward though.
Axes: These are the heaviest class of throwing axe Cut-Up has, he must throw these with some almost extreme force, but if used properly, these razor sharp double bladed weapons can cut threw whole appendages like a hot-knife through butter. These Axes can also had their edges super heated.
LongAxe: This weapon is not a throwing axe, but something else entirely. It is an actual combat Axe, which has a handle which can expand and retract, depending on what Cut-Up adjusts it to. This LongAxe can be used effectively in combat, since it also can have super heated edges, though it will heat up faster. The axe is relatively unbreakable, made form the same substance as Cut-Up's protoform.
Metallic net: Cut-Up's Choas rifter has an alternate mode, as in it does not transform, but can be used to launch a net instead of a large explosive object. This net has small metallic balls on each end, so that once the majority of the net hits something in body, it wraps around it tightly. That is not the only use of the net however. This net can electrocute the target with one thousand and five hundred volts. The net is meant to catch smaller prey instantaneously, and is not easily sliced through. It is infact made of linked and tough chains, but the chaos drifter has much power behind it, and can fire the net.

OTHER
Personality : Cut-Up believes in following orders strictly, and will do so as long as he knows some of the reasons behind it. Otherwise, he may or may not try to figure out why he is doing so. Cut-Up also likes to dish out what others dish in, paying people back in the battle which he may be in. Such as, if someone tries to 'cheat' he cheats. if they play honorably, he will play honorably. Cut-Up's honor has less limits though, giving him more of a the chance of being an opportunist, which eh often exploits. If he sees a golden opportunity, which he can deduct has more benefits then negative side effects, Cut-Up will grab is most of the time. Cut-up can be forlorn, and most of the time keeps to himself around strangers.
For friends, once someone is Cut-Up's friend, he is someone dependable, willing, and generous. He will practically do anything for his friend, including marching to the pits and back in a blind loyalty. Once he has a friend, he hardly ever has any suspicions of that person. To become thus is tricky, however.
Cut-Up enjoys jobs which he can steadily get done. He will always plan ahead for his missions, calculating on what he should and shouldn't bring. Cut-Up also likes to use some of his opponents strengths against them...if he can.

History ( Optional as some like to make it up as they go along ) :
On The Junlge Planet, two parents bore a sparkling. The two lived in a large tribe of Cybertronians, who had originated from Kaon, being related to a select amount of ancient warriors who had been known for their deadly skills at tracking, making good bounty hunters and spies. These two parents bore a small sparkling, and like all happy stories go, they all lived in harmony with their little boy. However, one day the small sparkling turned ten vorns old, thus signaling it time for him to undergo the seizure all little boys in the tribe underwent. To begin to prove if they could enter mech hood. The sparkling thus was given a surgery in which his protoform would be hardened over the years, becoming extremely hard to penetrate by gun or melee weapon means. This procedure had it's cost though. Only half the sparkling which underwent the process came out successful, the others who didn't pass were returned to their parents, and prepared to become something else in the tribe.
This surgery was actually more elaborate then it sounded. An ancient machine, with amazing technology yet a delicate design, would read the sparkling's spark and mind with unknown devices, thus it would upgrade the sparkling according to their personality, or needs. Being given a unique 'warrior' or 'hunter' upgrade was considered a shortcut to entering mech hood, other upgrades were considered a slower path to it.
Nonetheless, the sparkling was given this upgrade, and then trained by his parents and grand parents how to become a hunter, and how to understand and familiarize himself with eh creatures around him for years, after his grandfather had nothing left to teach him, the sparkling would move onto another teacher, and so on. The sparkling was educated, and even taught how to speak to some other species. Finally, the day came when the word reached the tribesman of the community that war was on their home planet Cybertron. The villages had managed to remain in contact with their Kaolin brethren, who bellowed for their help. The tribesman thus sent forth their own warriors, the former sparkling included. Being placed in a stasis pod, the now teenage-aged mech was sent off at a light-speed rate for Cybertron.
After around a decade of travel, the mech at last reached Kaon, his ship landing, and the reinforcements being greeted formerly. Most Deceptions didn't know what to think of the odd warriors who emerged from the stasis pods, though their skills were remarkable--so thus, these warriors were contained yet again, and transferred into vehicons. The mech was at last given the name 'Cut-Up' for his axe throwing skills, his scars, and his ability to thoroughly eviserate his enemies.
Family ( Optional, some just have none ) :
Blood related family: Taggon, Falleesh.
Friends: F-28, Stalaken, Chaff, Black Sun(?)
Strengths :
MINIMUM of four bullets ( Full sentences required ).
You may also write a paragraph consisting of five sentences revolving around 'strength'.
- Cut-Up has a protofrom which is almost impenetrable, adding yet another strong factor, perhaps one of the strongest facts to making it hard to kill him completely.
- Cut-Up is skilled in hunting, being able to track anyone from planets away, or use the most microscopic means of beginning a trail.
- Cut-Up has fast reflexes after the years of training he experienced. He has pushed his body to it's limit.
- Cut-Up will do anything to keep the reputation of dependable, skilled, and deadly.
- Cut-Up can disappear as fast as he can reappear to get targets, and he has erased all data on him in the Decepticon archive. What they have known or might have known about him is long gone.
Weaknesses :
MINIMUM of four bullets (Full sentences required). You may also write a paragraph consisting of five sentences. (Must mention five weaknesses)
- Cut-Up's protoform may be hard to penetrate, and he may be hard to take down, but hitting him right where his spark is on his protoform with a heavy enough blow will cause his spark to flicker, and if hit enough times, blackout.
- Cut-Up has a very good immune system, but poison, if it gets into his system, is a very bad weakness of his.
- Cut-Up may be good at hunting, but those he considers friends he will blindly try to protect if he thinks their in danger. He will also trust them with some future plans of his, making it ideal for someone to try to become his friend, and backstab him quite easily.
- Cut-Up believes in some forms of revenge. This can also be used effectively against him.
- Cut-Up can also get battle hungry, perhaps at times becoming reckless because of this.
SAMPLE RP
Note that a piece of your history, your journey to Earth for example, could be used.
I can do this...Guards walked through the archive, keeping close watch on the files. Cut-Up was atop on of the shelves, waiting patiently so that a guard wouldn't spot him. He knew a few tricks, such as his brothers hardly ever looked up. It was a big mistake on their part, but they did it. Cut-Up then leaped into the air, letting one of his grappling blades shoot into the ceiling with an almost silent whistle, as he swung his way upward, retracting the hook as he performed a flip, then following up by letting another one of his grappling hook-like gadgets fire from his wrist, into the ceiling again. Cut-Up swooped right behind a passing guard, who turned around briskly to see what had been behind him. Cut-Up was already gone, as he landed acrobatically and silently on yet another shelf. He enhanced his visor's vision, as he peered at another shelf in the distance. He was looking for fuel numbers. Let's see...C-1212, C-1211, C-1210....There it is. C-1209.
Cut-Up sprung forward from his shelf once more, above another passing guard, who was slightly disturbed by all the whirrs and whistles he was hearing previously. Cut-Up let his spear-tipped grappling hook dig into the ceiling once more before he swung once more, then yanked on his grappling device so that he would land right in front of his file. Cut-Up let one foot land first, as he outspread his arms to retain his balance. He was close now. Cut-Up grabbed hold of his file, slipping it into his servo as he quickly took out a chip from his belt, and inserted it into his file. The device was meant to hack into the main drive of the library, and allow Cut-Up to access and delete his files. It didn't mean though, that the guards weren't going to be on the prowl. Cut-Up could hear cautious footsteps coming from both ends of the shelf towards him, which made him frown. He had to get this done. With his spare servo, he pulled a small rock out of his belt and chucked it over his helm, knowing the guards would be coming up to look around the edges.
The rock hit the ground a few isles behind him, causing the footsteps of the guards who were coming up to stop, and then turn around to address the sound. Works every time. Cut-Up mentally thanked Primus though. On the screen, the data pad brought up the reed words 'Delete information?'. Oh yes. Cut-Up nodded, pressing the right button for his file information to be deleted. The mech then put the file back in it's shelf. That was done. Now to get out. Cut-Up slowly snuck his way across the isle into a few more, sneaking as stealthily as he could the guards had picked up the pebble, and as a result knew someone had been here. Cut-Up had known that the guards would realize someone was lurking about--vehicons could be very effective int heir patrols, so Cut-Up would have to delete a few more random files, to cover up his tracks. In the side he was in, he selected Jetstorm's file, and deleted the information on that one too.
A few more files were picked up and deleted, names not even being glanced at as Cut-Up stealthily navigated the library. At last, nine files had their data deleted. He had covered up his tracks well enough. Now out with it. Cut-Up told himself, the exit was just up ahead. He threw another pebble or two, everting attention elsewhere, before dashing into the entrance, and bolting off, being sure that no one was following him and being sure to avoid contact with his brethren until he reached the electrolounge.
