Features:
Meltdown has a rather average build, a slim and simply, slightly blocky helmet with a red visor over his eyes, his Alt Mode tank sits on his back, the cage around it used to affix it to his back. Meltdown's cabin splits in two and becomes his forearms, allowing his weaponry to fix to his arms and Alt Mode seamlessly.
Meltdown's wheels are tucked into his upper arms and lower legs in Robot Mode, the two spare wheels (one shown in the image) tuck in flush to his shoulders. Meltdown's body is rather blocky and industrial in appearance altogether, to coincide with his Alt Mode. The cable in front of the Cabin in the Image above also functions as the hose from his tank to his Thermal Cannon.

Armor
Armor Description: Endothermic Alloy Armour
A heavy armour comprised of two separate layers of different alloys. The outer layer is a heavy, impact resistant armour, capable of withstanding extremely powerful physical attacks, including cutting, piercing, blunt force trauma and crushing. This gives meltdown excellent protection against melee users, allowing him to get enough distance to melt his foes from range.
The second layer, molecularly bonded to the first, is extremely resistant to heat, forming a proctective shield to stop any kind of heat-based weaponry from harming Meltdown's circuits. The molecular bonding process also allows the outerkayer to resist being metled as well, allowing him to keep his cheeky grin and fancy finish in perfect order, no matter how hot it gets. While not immune to Cryo Weaponry, this layer still allows a decent level of insulation against it's effects.

Primary Weapon : Thermal Cannon
Description: Arm-mounted weapon (seen on cabin in image above) connected to the tank on Meltdown's back through pipe running up his right arm. Fires a stream of molten metal, melting his opponents. Substance can stick or be cooled to create a solid metal cocoon to trap opponents.
Secondary Weapon : Twin Grenade Mortars
Description: Two 80mm Grenade Laucnhers stowed away in his shoulders (behind his cabin in Alt Mode). Can lob explosive rounds to attack crowds at medium to long range. Rapid-firing for large area of effect, individual grenades are relatively weak, effectiveness comes in saturation bombing.

Melee Weapon Description (Optional): Two large, curved claws that flip out from Meltdown's Right hand. The claws are very dense with a very broad design, allowing them to carve deep into all but the toughest armours and rip internal components to shreds.

Personality :
If there ever was a personification of "Insane Smartass", Meltdown would be it. Always with a cheeky grin or joke about his opponents, and even his own team at points, Meltdown takes great delight in using his Gallows humour to unnerve his opponents. If he isn't cracking jokes at the living, he'll often be engaging in casual conversations with the dead, talking to opponents he melts with his weaponry, either talking to a rapidly melting pool of former Autobot, or discussing the weather with a victim still screaming in agony as he melts alive.
No-one is sure if Meltdown is truly insane, or if he is simply playing mind games with his opponents, even his fellow Apocalypticons don't want to know (or don't care, that is also possible) and so Meltdown carries on, cheeky grin on his face and a murderous glint behind his visor. This demeanour makes Meltdown extremely cocky in speech and body language, making him insufferable for anyone not used to him, or the latest target for his jokes.
Courage:
6, with the caveat that he is a bit mad, and so whether or not he'll bail, cracking a joke all the while, or gleefully rush into the battle, is entirely up to his own whims.
Charisma :
7. Insufferable to a lot of people, but those who can tolerate his demeanour will love him. Describes himself as a lovable scamp, that melts people.
History :
Originally Sparked as a Construction worker, Meltdown spent his Functionism millennia as a welder for a large Construction firm. At some indeterminate point, Meltdown was incarcerated when he was found singing a happy tune to drown out the screams of the fellow worker whose face he was welding to a structural beam. No-one quite knows what caused this sudden turn of insanity, but the results are evident even to this day.
Refitted for combat and sent to the arena. Meltdown joined up with the Apocalypticons and Gained a reputation as the most unpredictable of the group, firing jets of molten metal left and right and psychologically scarring anyone who survived a fight with him with his flippant talks with the dead and (agonizingly) dying in the middle of the arena.
When the Apocalypticons became the Decepticon's personal Genocide Corps., Meltdown gained further renown as a torturer and an expert in harrowing groups of Autobots with his powerful area attacks.

Strengths :
Meltdown is extremely unpredictable, making him hard to prepare for in combat. No-one quite knows what he is going to do next (possibly not even himself), making him very good at getting the jump on people. His Alt Mode is rugged and allows him to drive on almost any terrain at a decent speed. This also has the added effect of making him very durable in combat, allowing him to shrug off most light blows.
Meltdown's armour makes him immune to Extreme Heat and Heat-based attacks, making him very dangerous against anyone that predominantly uses such a form of attack. His armour also allows good protection against Physical attacks, allowing him to withstand the assault, create separation, and then melt his opponents from range. Meltdown is quite adept at technology, making him the Apocalypticon's resident hacker.
Weaknesses :
Despite garnering good protection against Heat, Cryo and Physical attacks, Meltdown has rather standard protection against any other form of attack, especially Energy-based weaponry. While his durability is impressive, it can be overwhelmed quicker than Quaketread or Deathgrip, meaning he can be out-endured by heavier opponents.
Meltdown's Thermal Cannon is fed Molten Metal through a hose running up his Left Arm, this hose must be left in open air to work properly and as such, is vulnerable to being damaged, rendering his Thermal Cannon useless. The tank itself can also be blown open with a strong enough Energy attack, removing his ability to produce molten metal until repaired. Tires can be destroyed with enough force, limiting his ability to drive. Keep in mind though he has 8 of them, 2 on each arm and leg, so destroying at least two sets of tires will be necessary for any severe impact on his driving to occur.

The rapidly melting faceplate of his latest victim didn't respond, still locked in a silent scream as it was slowly reduced to molten metal, along with the rest of it's former owner. Meltdown's chatty demeanour would have seemed friendly were it not for the fact he was talking to someone he just tortured for four cycles and then murdered when he was out of information to give. The puddle's former partners could only look on in horror as the last traces of anything solid faded into the glowing hot substance that was once their friend.
"Seems our friend isn't too chatty anymore. Anyone else feel like sharing? I feel as though we're really bonding right now."
"Okay OKAY OKAY!! The convoy is heading to the old Mining Facility in the Chromium Plateau. The defences will be light, they aren't expecting an assault! We've told you everything, now please, let us go. Let us go you sick, twiste-"
The Autobot trooper's pleading was cut off with a single swipe of meltdown's claws, his head still rolling into the furthest corner of the room as the sole remaining partner was silent as the grave, staring wide-eyed into the visor of his tormentor. Meltdown shook the Energon off his blade and retracted his claws, pointing the Thermal Cannon right at the remaining Autobot.
"I do so hate it when someone cuts the conversation short, never any fun in that. Then we're all just sitting around waiting for whatever we're waiting for and no-one is having fun. I'm not having fun anymore, so I think I'll go find this convoy, see if anyone is more talkative than you three.
The Autobot's vision was flooded with glowing orange, and he was offline before his pain receptors even registered the searing pain.
