A spy huh...
We should catch them, they're a threat to the Autobots.

"Well, duh."
Breech hadn't exactly expected Round Up to believe her. Especially since the only proof she had lay in the factor that there was always a spy, even if it was her. She'd said she didn't make for much of a spy but DAMN she could sell information by the Terabyte.
"I.... don't actually have any proof," she pointed out, before looping one arm around Round Up's shoulder. She drank from the cube deeply, "But then again, I never was the kind of person who needed it..."

I take the security of the base as paramount Breech, but I guess I could begin looking tomorrow.
The mech picks up his cube and drinks from it.

"We should probably head back," Breech smiles, feeling a little better. She crushes the empty cube in one hand and stares out at the ocean, "They might be missing you."

Yeah, we should get back.
The mech stands up, finishing the last of his energon and putting the cube away, then reaching to his belt he pulls out a small device with a button attached. Pressing down on it a groundbridge opens up which would lead them back to the base.

Breech holds on to Round Up tightly as they step back through to the Control Room. It's not often that she feels happy, but she feels happy with him.

Diamond had woken up and decided to go for a walk where battle hadn't littered the place and never will. Truth be told, she hated this place. It reminded her of her sister. She sat on the edge of a large rock, as if she were waiting for Halberd to push her in. The ex-con femme always did, just to joke around. All this water made her weary, for she couldn't swim at all. Running was her thing, and there was no solid ground to run or drive, so she just sat there. She thought about her friends and allies, and about Earth and it's indigenous species that made a pretty good living here. 70 percent water? Eesh, not her planet, but at least the continents were large and mostly dry, so she could run till her spark's content. Diamond coughed, her spark still ached. The bond in which had been recently broken with her sister at death did in fact make her ill, not the best feeling in the world.

When Diamond arrived she could see a mech with a device in his hands, working on it gingerly. The device was one of Ace's many attempts to build a portable system to allow the use of Groundbridging without an actual Ground Bridge. So far his efforts had been less than successful. Of course without Energon or some other substance to fuel it his efforts would not even work in the slightest. The lack of raw materials was also a problem he needed to resolve. Eventually he'd have to pick a side in the war unfortunately. Whether it was Autobots, Decepticons or Avacons, he didn't know. But what he did know was he needed more Energon for himself personally.
As Ace noticed Diamond enter the bar he put down what he was doing and approached her. "Hello. Come to seek my services in building weapons or gadgets or bombs?"

The blue femme looked behind her, gripping the rock so she wouldn't slip off. I didn't know there was a forgery here. She said flatly but with the slightest hint of humour, I just came for a breather, to enjoy the night. Her biolights and bright optics illuminated her faceplate as her expression was stoic but kind at the same time. Services in building weapons eh? That could come in handy. Why do you ask? She turned her body entirely to hug her knees on the stone, watching with a slightly interested expression. Her cloak was getting wet at the bottom from the water lightly lapping on it, and made it feel almost as if it were heavy.

The kind expression of Dia helped to relax Ace somewhat, even though he didn't know who she was at all. She seemed like a very nice Femme. Since she was sporting the autobot faction marker today, he'd help her out some. "In all honesty a Forge is not present here, but I am. Usually I go outside and forge whatever weapon a person wants, come back in and they pay me with raw materials and/or Energon, depending on which they have the most access to. My name is Ace. I was an autobot previously, and am considering what side of the war to back. Preferably I'd like to rejoin the Autobots, but I'm not entirely sold on either side presently. Do you have any suggestions?"
The reason Ace was not sold on either side was one he could not fix. It was his temper which some in the Autobots had discovered, and it was one of the reasons he had gotten court martialed right out of the Autobots. The other reason was a deeper more personal reason and that was that his dad had been a Decepticon. "So what is your name?"

Diamond listened to him then his first question, Like me, I carry no insignia, but I'm on the Autobots side, it's not as dramatic as the Decepticons.... She shrugged, My name is Diamond by the way. Her tone was strong but gentile. The femme brought the end of the material that draped across most of her armor and squeezed the water out of it. The stars twinkled and reflected off the water, and parts of her armor, but the moon was waning, and pretty much a crescent. You're lucky to not have a place in war... you aren't a potential target. Unlike me and my sister.... She wanted to stop reminding herself, but couldn't since memories couldn't be erased entirely.

"So Diamond, you are on the autobot side?" Ace paused for a moment to think about this. The Femme before him probably had suffered a tragedy of some sort that made her upset. But to the Femme it would be obvious that Ace was low on Energon and had spent all of his credits attempting, and finally succeeding at building something.
There was a strange device on his arm unlike anything that the decepticons or the autobots possessed. It was something that might warrant some investigation anyway. The device was a wrist band or so it would appear to the untrained eye, but it was actually more than that. This device that he wore could open up his own portals through which he could travel. Yet at the same time, it did have it's limits. It was also highly detectable. "Why do they let you go without an insignia?"
Weakened by the amount of time since he had consumed Energon, Ace asked. "Do you have any spare Energon cubes?"

Diamond tilted her helm, Ace was the first mech she had met to ask so many questions. Of course I am. They let me go because it's not how you look to signify your status, its how you act. She did in fact glance at the wrist band, haven't seen anything like it before and it made her wonder. Hearing his last question, she took out the cube she had subspaced and tossed it towards him, making sure it was an easy catch. He wasn't that of a Decepticon, which was good news for her since she didn't plan on talking to their side.
Her biolights would pulse softly, being more at ease with his presence. And since her friends were being patched up, she couldn't talk to anyone at the moment back at base, so she guessed it was a good thing that she came here.

Slowly Ace took the cube and savored it as he devoured the entire cube. Right now he was kinda low on Energon given most had been used to build the device on his arm. When he noticed her staring at it, Ace decided she must be somewhat curious about the device, and so he decided to be nice.
"You are probably curious about what the device on my arm does. Well as a neutral I lack the capability to Ground Bridge, due to not having access to one. It took me a few failed attempts, but I was able to create the device you see on my arm. The portal it creates is detectable, even more so than a Ground Bridge. It's a problem I'll be working on. As of yet, it is not stable enough to use in combat conditions. I call it a Portal-Band, or Port Band for short. You know, eventually I plan on completing the design for the Port-Band, Diamond. Would you like it if I were to give you one once I complete it?"
Ace offering to share his technology without payment was not often done. But she had paid technically, by giving him the Energon Cube he had just scarfed down. It was just a matter of honor. She had helped him, and he would help her. "I'd be happy to attempt to upgrade a weapon for you for free, or make you a new weapon. You did after all give me an Energon Cube, so I think I should repay your kindness."

The femme watched him take in the Energon cube, slightly amused at how somebot could be so in need. Then again, this was war, and being that they were on a planet that didn't produce Energon so much didn't help the fact. She listened to him explain the device, and it sounded like cool tech. As much as I am tempted to say yes, you must know that I am already provided by with a ground bridge back at base. But I fear soon I'll break from them if events such as a recent one occurs again and again to save me the pain of loss. Her tone referred back to when she obtained her scythe, and to be honest she couldn't use it to be as lethal as Halberd did. Then she heard what he said next, and that made her have an idea.
She reached to her back and brought out a small poll, she activated it and it lengthened and two curved blades slid out from being tucked away at the ends, facing different directions. The weapon then contracted as if showing him how to make it ready for use again, Think you could do something with this? Diamond tossed the stored weapon in the same manner she tossed to cube at him.

Looking over the scythe when he caught it Ace examined it. The weapon was the work of a master-craftsman but could do with some improvements. Since Diamond had asked him to improve upon the weapon, he would. Several ideas for potential modifications came to mind, and Ace smiled. These ideas could work, even if he applied all of them. "There are several modifications I could make that would improve upon your scythe. A biometric locking mechanism for one would prevent bots or cons other than yourself from using said weapon. Another feature I could do is replace the blades with ones of pure energy if you want, but it would take me a while to do that. I could also try to rig it to where the Scythe flies back to your hand or something, but don't know how successful I'll be."
Ace sighed for a moment, curious as to how he'd do these modifications. "Yes, I could do something with your scythe, since you've already paid for it with that Energon Cube that was delicious."

Diamond inwardly sighed, not desiring large changes with her sister's weapon, Leave the upgrades to a minimal, that scythe... means a lot to me. She simply said, Plus, I don't want to be without it for long periods of time. Call me clingy if you will. The femme chuckled, not really being a happy one. She was thinking about something, not even she knew what. She coughed, her chest hurting as she brought her arm with the cloak over it to her mouth. The gem on her shoulder in which held her drapes together over her body and helm glinted when the weapon had been touched by an unrecognized bot, a security measure which Diamond only held with the crystal. A locking mechanism would be nice, but she had to think about the flying scythe thing, not the safest upgrade but still could be handy.

A wheezing, groaning noise can be heard from outside the forge as a tall golden spire appears. The doors slide open as Paradox walked out.
"Well, this isn't Hokkaido," she points out.
The spire transforms into Artron. "I just got this back, I need practice," she says in her own defense. "But since when did this place have a forge?"
They equip their weapons as they walk towards it.

"It didn't become a Forge. I'm just a neutral who does this sort of thing for work. I was just examining her weapon, and considering what upgrades to perform on it. As she wants the minimal upgrades, I believe I'll start with the simplest one, the biometric locking mechanism."
Ace looked at the weapon and decided to use one of his abilities that would make him in need of recharge afterward. This ability had been named "Synthesis" and when it was activated red energy surrounded his hand as they gripped the scythe, traveling down it and performing the upgrade that in this case would take longer than normal. Actually it was not energy, but nanites that came out of his body that were meant for the purpose of creating weaponry. Pausing for a moment Ace let his nanites swirl into all parts of the scythe as the biometric locking mechanism was added by the nanites to the scythe.
Once his modification to the scythe had been completed, Ace smiled.
"Your weapon now has the fail-safe my sword Galaxia does, but I have made a small change. You will be the only femme or mech able to wield this weapon. If you wish, I could later program into your scythe, other abilities. It will take more time. If you ever need anything made Diamond..." Ace pulled out a small data disc that contained his comm frequency and tossed it to her.

Diamond caught the disk against her chest then inspected it for a moment, subspacing it after. Thanks. She'd probably contact him later for further weapon upgrades. The femme looked over his shoulder to see the new bots. And since this place never had fighting, they probably wouldn't use force against them. Diamond then thought about her sniper rifle that a friend gave to her, but set it aside since she couldn't think of any upgrades for it. It was already perfect the way it was, and she intended to keep it that way until necessary.
