Personality :
Relaxed, easygoing, finds as much fun in destruction of buildings as he does in building them. He is not one to anger quickly, but that does not mean he won't get into a fight. He will just do it because he can and it's provides additional training. His presence can be intimidating on its own. He carries himself with an air of confidence but not overconfidence. Since he is an intelligent bot, he prefers company of similar kind. Small talk easily bores him, and when it does he usually just walks off to do something else. Towards his superiors he is respectful but will not shy away from giving suggestions should he see it needed or useful. He prefers to not be bothered while he does his job, and prefers his servos to be free to do as he sees fit there. When he is working on a fortification, a different building project or plan, he will make it, then try to find problems and then solutions to them, to make sure that he'd fix them before someone else could exploit them.

Features: When he transforms the turret ends up on his back. It can fire upwards and up to a certain angle also back. The gun turret's armour serves as secondary, thick armour to protect BuildUp's back. It can move to slide onto one shoulder, with support mechanism keeping it possitioned to fire. However this puts more weight on that side, and when firing, also has a pretty strong kick back, so he would only do it when both of his feet are firmly planted into the ground, he's stationary and itnent on firing. He rarely uses it while in base form. If the gun is split into two, each will be stationed at one shoulder.
The armour is very heavy duty, thick, so it is unlikely most blasts can go through. He can hunker down and just wait the attacks out before striking at the enemy. This is the reason why he is sometimes used as a shield partner to BackTrack, while the latter is working on his patients. His generally smoother design makes it harder for him to be spotted on radar, the armour also hampering the 'energy signature scans', while his colouration can blend with the surrounding area, but does not change to mimic it. His joints have the armour raised over them to an extent, but at the right angle, still remain not as protected as they need to also allow movement. He usually wears a mouthplate. Only a rare few had seen him without it. The mouthplate has slight indentations on either side.

- Mouthplate: It covers lower part of his face. worn at most times. The reason behind it, not explained.
- Old damage visible: Some 'scarring' can be seen on some of his armour and exposed plating. The welds are not there because BackTrack could not have done a better job, but because BuildUp requested them to be left alone. They are old.

While in this alt form he is relatively fast for a tank, but with the weight ratio etc. is not really comparable to most other vehicles. The gun turret can turn the whole circle. It has one cannon of bigger size (250mm), that can be split into two of half that (125mm) . He also has a machine gun, that in altmode sits on top of the turret, while in base mode, it is part of his arm transformation. Since he needs to work and it would get in the way, it is usually stored away and replaces the arm only when needed. His treads have additions that help break into smoother surfaces to gain traction and the front is somewhat more reinforced than in the picture, enabling him to serve as a battering ram. When doing so, his cannon is turned the opposite direction so as not to get in the way or stuck.

Equipment and Abilities
Weaponry :
Description: One sentence per weapon minimum.
Tank gun: 250mm, it is able to split into two separate guns of 125mm that will function independantly of each other. There is additional plating that is stored in the barrel of the one cannon, that takes shape needed for the smaller ones. He generally carries 13 HESH, when there is a particular need for demolishion he wil amp that number up to 20. When he believes however that he won't really need it, he can go down to 10 sometimes less. The basic ammo for his gun or more commonly the two guns are the energy loads. These are stronger when coming from a fused gun, and somewhat weaker, when coming from the two barrels. Then they also can be shot at a accelerated rate of rotation.
Machinegun: 20 mm. Fires high velocity projectiles. For smaller targets. Less damage than the one below, but more ammo. Once the ammo runs out, it's pretty useless until reload.
Hellfire Gattling Laser Gun: The Hellfire or Rainmaker as it is otherwise known is an Automatic Rotary Chamber Laser Gattling Gun, which fires energy rounds at an alarming rate. The Hellfire laser rounds use a lot of energy, so after a prolonged use the cooldown of it will be 5 posts. Its high damage output can crumble and penetrate domestic walls and weak armor or barricades quickly, as well as shred through heavy armour under sustained fire. Making the weapon perfect for siege tactics and laying down cover fire. (taken from the weapon's list)
Thermo-Energon Rocket Launcher: The thermo-energon rocket launcher's main role is the elimination of larger more heavily armored targets such as brutes and vehicles. To ensure attacks hit their target most of these launchers possess a lock on function. (from the weapon's list) With some readjustments, the tank gun can be altered into this.
Downer: An unusual hand cannon, a downer as it is known possesses a decent range and a six shot magazine. The twist to this weapon is after penetrating the downer's shells while burst revealing drill bots which begin burrowing deeper into the enemies armor. These droids are rather stupid however and are just as likely to drill outwards after only a few seconds. (taken from the weapon's list)
Fists: Not exactly a weapon, he does however use them a lot in close combat and with rowdy high grade overcharged bots.
Axe like weapon: It can have a few readjustments but mostly serves to be swung like an axe. He rarely uses it, and sometimes does as a tool rather than a weapon. The edges are reinforced with an energy based tecnology, which allows for a smoother penetration into armour.
Reinforced blade like design on his treads: He can give a rather painful hug if not careful... or kick. And hitting those isn't pleasant either. These can be flattened when he's not feeling hostile.
Gadgets :
Description:
Scanner : Broad range scanner, usually used as a shortcut to obtaining data on structures or buildings. It can penetrate several walls in, 3 levels up or down. The broader the range, the less clear and detailed the picture. Certain materials are harder to scan through.
Datapad: He uses that when he works on his projects. It has a holo projector, which allows him a more hands on work, by manipulating the 'image' in 3D. He usually carries it stored in his subspace.
Axe like weapon : as said above, often used as a tool to cut into things, cut things down, or just make way. Can be used almost like a club. Pretty heavy duty.
Material recognition scan device: This pretty much helps him scan anything he wants to recognise and analyze their molecular structures , what materials it is made out of. It also can help to pinpoint a location of a chosen material under ground, up to a certain depth.
Abilities :
Description:
His armour is heavy duty and can sustain quite a beating. His pain receptors had been damaged in the past, so he has no feeling in certain parts of his body (forearms, chest, lower parts of legs and his servos, while other parts have diminished sensibility to pain.
Stealth design and paint: His frame design and paint enables him to be less visible on scans and can blent well into the background. The thickness of his armour joined with the above, also lessens the ability to recognise/scan his spark signature.
OTHER
History[/i] :
So far it is known that he has met with BackTrack some time in their past, and that they partnered up and usually work together. He must have been in construction before joining the cons. His main focus had become fortifications, the assembly and disassembly of those, but also other building projects, such as flight capable transport machinery – or ships. Lately he has also served as backup to the medic, both on the field and with the unruly patients, off the field. He does it, if he's asked to. He usually frequenty the medbay because it is cosier, he has someone to converse with, and he has enough space to work on his projects when he wants to be left alone.
Strengths :
MINIMUM of three bullets ( Full sentences required ).
- Armour: it's tough, heavy duty and hart to penetrate. It can sustain most energy attacks, and a good beating. There are a few weak points, and areas where the armour does not cover fully so the right angle can damage the exposed areas.
- Weapons: He's got a pretty big arsenal he likes to use. This of course is mostly used to inflict as much of broad range damage as possible. He is no sniper, and while a fairly good shot, his weapons are not meant for any of that.
- Intelligent: He likes to make a plan, then find as many problems and reasons why that plan could go wrong, and then find solutions to those problems. He likes to see things from different angles. When on the field and in a fight, his 'best course of action' finding, may cost him a bit of time.
- Calm: He doesn't anger quickly. He's pretty level headed in any situation, so rash decisions usually do not happen. The only time he might react more violently, would be if his friend's life was threatened. He's gotten used to keeping him around, and is probably also the only one whom he can have a rather loud argument with. Getting angry almost means he cares.
Weaknesses :
MINIMUM of three bullets (Full sentences required).
- Weight: Well, the armour is heavy, so he is certainly not going to be making any sharp turns in his alt form, especially if he goes at his 'top speeds'. It also means that his strikes will go further – and be harder to stop if he misses.
- Overanalyzing: Sometimes, he gets caught up in the details even if he is looking at the broader picture. While he is usually willing to listen and follow orders, he might be somewhat less willing if he believes the plan to have a far too high percentage of casualties, or be flawed, poorly thought out, etc.
- Priorities: He has his own. While Decepticons come first, generally. There are certain decepticons that will come ahead of others.
- Painreceptors: They have been damaged. He'll probably sooner loose an arm, than realise that it is in danger of being lost. He may not percieve damage to be as bad as it really is. He has crushed a cybertronian or two by accident, having not realised that he had held them as painfully tight as he had, this however he has since been more careful about, especially as he likes his own tools intact.
- Stealth: Well.. while he can be rather 'stealthy' when not really moving much, he isn't exactly the quietest 'walker'. In some environments he would probably also stand out like a sore thumb.
SAMPLE RP
When the conversation moved onto the everyday problems of the base, who liked who and who wanted to fight who, BuildUp got up. He waited for a moment, as if contemplating whether he ought to take his last cube of energon with him, or just leave without one. At final last he reached out for one and then, without another word left the room, his datapad already snug in the servo of one of his arms.
