OTHER
History [Optional as some like to make it up as they go along] :
Sunrise was born under the Migration Moon, born to the Lockheart family to her Fenghuang mother and her Griffin father, the only femme born in a litter of mechs. As such she was raised with more of a tomboy attitude to life.
She was raised in the middle of the Predacon-Avoin war, as such her education was based around traditional Eurakian combat and survival skills, yet in her spare time, she buried herself in non-combat oriented education. Finding her first love in books, romantic and poetic novels, being enchanted by their words and how the characters spoke. She was teased by her more combat ready brothers, Nevermore Lockheart and Morrowind Lockheart for her interest in books, but they eventually grew to respect her, especially in her later years.
Eventually she was drafted into the army at the age of 16 (prior to her trials, she was early trained due to recruitment drive and family pressure,) and starting training for the war. When she was 18, she took part in the Trials as was expected and passed, after this she was fully drafted into the working army.
A few years later and a grand number of missions later, she met the mech that would change her life… After hunting a high-ranking officer, she encountered a beat up senseless mech. She killed the mech that attacked him and took him back to the city, where he was healed by the medics and gave sanctuary by the Avoin council.
That mech was Dezmis Windwarrior, she struck up a friendship with the fallen dragon and became a close battle partner in the war. After many successful missions in the war together, Dazmis noticed her knack of diplomacy and the gift of the gab like himself, so he took it upon himself to help train her in the ways of being a diplomat.
After a few years, she was helping the ambassador of Avoin as an understudy, and with Dezmis, helped negotiate the peace treaty between the Predacons and the Avoins with the Leader of Avoin. The night of the celebration was when Dezmis proposed to Sunrise, which she accepted with glee. A year or so after this, she ended up finding out she was carrying Dezmis’ first child, which was her first daughter Katrina Lockheart.
Now where Dezmis was disappointed, Sunrise was not. She spoiled her daughter and taught her to play the piano, sing and dance as well as a few combat moves. However, this stopped when Feenixfire arrived in the family.
Sunrise’s nightmare came true, as every parent’s nightmare, their child was born with an illness and all attention was diverted to Feenix and her OESS… a decision she later regrets after finding out how abandoned her first born daughter felt.
When things came to a head and Katrina argued with her father and ran off, Sunrise was engulfed in guilt for her actions, launching a search for her daughter around both Chela and Horizan with no results. This caused her to invest all her time into the remaining daughter.
When Feenix became ambassador and left for Cybertron, she was chosen to become the understudy to the Leader of the Avoins who was looking for a successor and saw promise in the diplomatic Lockheart elder. Eventually she became the Leader of the Avoins by a landslide vote of confidence and helped with the war effort and the sending of Avoin troops.
When the war was over and Feenix returned, she was extremely glad to see her daughter and was eager to help her settle down into a normal life and career. She arranged for suitors to come and charm her daughter into marriage, which resulted in one of the suitors nearly being killed by a rampaging daughter… this rampage and mood swings was discovered to be caused by Feenix carrying. Sunrise was shocked and surprised by this, but not as angry as her husband was about it.
When Gearchange arrived, she treated him with suspicion but not hostility. She trusted that her daughter had chosen her own suitor and future husband and sire to her kids well. Sunrise eventually warms up to her new son-in-law and takes him into the family as one of their own, partaking in the raising of the sparklings as a superb and loving grandmother.
But with the winds of war starting to blow in the direction of Eurakis once again and her family’s interests now in the firing line by the council, Sunrise has a clear choice to make…
Strengths :
MINIMUM of three bullets ( Full sentences required ).
- Her diplomatic skills are only second to Deathsaurus himself, she can negotiate and reason with any and all species and kinds.
- As a juxtaposition, her skills as an assassin were once renowned. Still quite sharp even in her old age, some say she might be past her prime but she can still fight with the best of them.
- Her mothering and grandmothering skills are wide in experience due to raising two kids and two grandkids, when she isn’t serving the Council or Avoin, she’s at home tending to her family and supporting them.
Weaknesses :
MINIMUM of three bullets (Full sentences required).
- Her frustration gets the better of her sometimes, her diplomatic side can crack and show a more primal side, making her draw her blade to get her ‘point’ across.
- She loves Windwarrior too much, she would do anything to protect him or save him.
- Water, she can swim yes, however her fiery feathers lock together in bird mode which can cause her to drown if she crashes in water.
