Autobot Ranks Please post your Autobots here so I may inspect them and give them a rank accordingly (Based on IC events, no backstory) Prime: Vatimus Prime
Magnus (Second highest rank in the faction, will be primarily in charge of soldiers): N/A
Maximus (Much like the Magnus, though third highest, and their word means ever so slightly less than the Magnus): N/A
Lieutenant (Accompanying the Magnus and Maximus, these will be the soldiers issue out orders to smaller groups, focusing as a bridge between the big picture, and the direct situation):
Sergeant (Focused Solely on the current situation and how to best carry out orders from their superiors with minimal casualties): Diamond, Stellene, Correlator
Soldier (No real title to these soldiers, they're the main fighting force of the army, intent of carrying out the duties of their superiors to the word, the best of them will be put in specialized units): Sabre, Shadowzone, Wheelspin
Recruit (The beginning of a soldier starts here, they must first lose this title to start gaining a true title): N/A
Autotrooper (Literally just redshirts, who will carry out their superiors orders without faltering, even they can work their way out of here though): Every Autotrooper ever
Specialized Command RanksThese soldiers are the heads of their individual fields, they only answer to the Prime, Magnus, and Maximus. Head Training Officer (Dedicated to maintaining soldier moral and battle readiness): N/A Head Medic (Dedicated to keeping people alive): N/A Head Engineer (Dedicated to making the Prime new toys and keeping everything up to shape): N/A Head of Intelligence (Dedicated to keeping the command structure informed): N/A Prime Adviser (The main adviser to the Prime, only duty is to follow him around and advice his actions to produce results and keep him in check, they may also carry an Autobot banner around, only because I'm OOCly a Warhammer 40k nerd and I wanna see us have a Standard-Bearer ): Methuselah

ShadowZone: Fought in the battle above cybertron. Engaged vehicons even before leaving ship. Provided cover for Dashside and her team on approach to Victory, and shot down aerial vehicons during that time. Alarmed autobots and provided data about the 'invisible' hostiles, approaching Regenesis. Engaged said hostiles as well and alarmed Autotroopers on their entering Regenesis. Picked Autobot Wheelspin up after Regenesis was marked for evacuation. Together they provided cover for the retreating Autobot pods, by shooting down aerial hostiles. They split ways after discovering a Decepticon (Twich's) shuttle at the side of Regenesis. ShadowZone proceeded to hunt it down, while WS engaged in a fight with Empress. That's where ShadowZone drops off radar. He managed to cause the ship to crash, but sustained fairly extensive damage to one wing. He landed near Kaon and is trying to return home as fast as possible with injuries sustained. (will have located another energon storage once he can actually report on its location) WheelSpin: Provided sniper fire to seekers, while the ship was going down. Also provided cover against the 'invisible' hostiles, once data from ShadowZone was given. Covered the Autobot pods during evacuation process. Split from ShadowZone once they approached a Decepticon shuttle where a predacon was trying to lay devastation to their cannons. He fought and 'eliminated' the attacker (thought to have offlined Empress due to the quantity of damage she sustained coming down. Rearranged some buildings too ). He was in process of obtaining a PoW (Compass) but due to Prime's orders regrouped to the team instead. Upon Vating's orders moved to work with the injured. Tried to implemented triage at the very beginning, and was later successful. Patients were to be repaired in order of emergency and probability of survival. Stabilized emergency patient before being ordered to light injuries by Electra. Expressed distrust in neutral stranger. Repaired Scatterbeam (who then fetched more Energon), did a round to call attention to further emergency patients. Did further repairs on autobots and autodrones. Repaired Aquahaze. Lost it a tiny bit at the other medics due to lost patient and priority order. Colourcoded triage case by case. Began to work on worse cases with assistance of Scatterbeam. Repaired Whirl. Continued repairs till they were ready to move to new base. Requested permission to accompany Feenixfire, to scout ahead to see the base Diamond discovered. Also assisted with some unloading of energon for the troops awaiting their report before departure. Got to fly ship and did not crash it. In new base started up energon reactor upon Vating's orders. Started up surveillance system and defense system (guns and later shields). He ordered guns to be switched to manual, when they aimed indiscriminately. Went uptop to provide cover - following orders. Worked with Feenixfire to start up the control room. Coordinated a rescue (Feenixfire sent Whirl to fetch Sabre and Empress). Post battle checked on Vating then returned to base. Went to 'interrogate' the 'autobot' that will be joining the medic ranks now.

Whirl has spent many years as a loyal Wrecker and Autobot. He's also spent years as a bodyguard for Feenixfire, and her children Wildfire and Burnout, protecting the kids a number of times from danger. He formerly reached the rank of Sergeant and Drill Sergeant in the Wreckers, also as an Alpha Weapons Tester on the battlefield when new and crazy weapons needed testing.
Whirl has also, unfortunately, also spent a long time in prison and undergoing therapy.
Whirl is known to be the best flier alive, whether in his alt mode or a ship's cockpit (and that's in canon). Unfortunately, he's also known for proving it. You're usually safer with him flying than with two feet on the ground, but you won't always feel it. In any kind of combat situation though, Whirl is unbeatable, whether he's attacking or evading, and his showboating goes out the window. He takes combat situations very seriously, though he doesn't sound like he does.
NON-Backstory:
Whirl has thus far just left prison, and spent time scouting under orders of Vatimus. Although he hasn't shown good grace, he has carried out orders with good shows of ability, and draws people together, even if it's against him. It is now known that he's trusted by Feenixfire and by extension Gearchange.
After the battle in Iacon City, which he was not allowed to participate in, Whirl was sent by Feenixfire to pick up Sabre and the injured Empress, which he has pulled off, bringing them back quickly and safely.
Whirl's far too experienced of a fighter to be a private. Most people wouldn't put him in charge of his own legs, but this doesn't mean he can't lead a highly destructive squad into and out of battle - if anybody in authority dared to let him do it. Theoretically he would make for a good Training Officer or Sergeant.

Diamond was once known as the first lady, being mate to the Prime before he died. She had a title of Head of Surveillance , before it was stripped away upon the new ranking in which there was a new Prime.
She's made an oath to protect her sparkling and will do utmost anything to ensure his safety in Skyspray's name.
After the battle on the ship, and after being fixed up, she scouted and found a pod, waking Thunder up. Shortly after she found the current base in which the autobots reside in, assuring that the building was safe before the rest could arrive.
She participated in the battle of Iacon by attacking Tarn head on. She managed to stay long enough for him to run out of power and retreat, but not without obtaining some pretty nasty wounds both him and herself. As of current she's heading back solo to the base.

Sabre, part of Skyspray's Elite Guard. Arrived after the intro battle, extracted an injured Empress and threatened Whirl (clearly Magnus material).

Okay, now that I have access to my PC and it wants to work with me.
Wheelspin: Congrats, you're getting Sergeant for your hard work! Keep up the good work boy!
Shadowzone: You've got potential, but need to do a bit more before anything higher than soldier.
Whirl: Backstory does not matter in this at all as that doesn't show your ability to lead, I will not be giving you any high rank as all you have done is get off of a prison ship and fly a ship around, you're honestly lucky to even have soldier, especially with the flying demonstrated as that's not "Best Pilot ever material." That's cocky prick material. Honestly, with you being a war criminal, you should feel lucky even being back in service.
Diamond: Congrats, you're sergeant. You've shown to be capable in the field at performing your objectives and even holding your own against Tarn. You've earned this.
Sabre: For now, soldier. You've shown a lot of potential, though you haven't done too much yet.

Personally helped defend the bridge, likely the sole reason the bridge survived through sheer tactical strategy. Has advised Vatimus on several occasions in a different language throughout the event. Impeccable vision and accuracy.

Meth, with that one play on the bridge, you had singlehandedly already won my respect more than anyone across the entire faction. You're the best possible advisor around, because you double up as a grade A bodyguard and the best bannermech of all time.

Updates to the ranks have been made based on stories given to me for the timeskip. I probably won't do one of these if we ever do another timeskip due to a lack of activity and a few people who I will not name made it really hard on me to enjoy giving people this opportunity to even bother trying again, thank you for taking part in this mini-event to win yourselves a rank for those that did.

Time skip happenings:
Wheelspin: Obtaining of Area 14 (Sea of rust: Energon Refinery) and 49 (Sea of Rust: Shockwave's Spacebridge tower): Wheelspin took over the command of one platoon of autodrones and is responsible for the successful obtaining of the aforementioned areas and for strengthening and establishing autobot presence in the two areas. He remained to assist and keep the 'border' from moving into Autobot territory.
He would claim the area 14 and the tower situated in the middle. At first his duty was to scout ahead to make sure there were no hostiles in the area, before the main group of autobots, with the autodrone platoon in the lead, could progress and secure it. He would go first, only to return with the collected data, scans, and best roads to take to advance more easily. Second time he would lead the autodrones into the area, and fight with the enemy with them, if needed. Once the sections were secured, he helped set up guards and defences to best cover the roads surrounding the refinery and points of interest against attacks from the ground or the sky. All of this ran relatively smoothly at first, since there were no decepticons in sight.
First fighting began close to Shockwave's tower (49 ) There he lead a successful 'forlorn hope' on the tower, after effectively sniping a good number of decepticons from the tower itself. He and his platoon secured the tower with some losses, but the decepticons were made to retreat. After repairs, in which he served as the field medic for his fighters, they pressed onwards. As before he used his speed to get ahead of the main line even if that meant that he would enter enemy territory alone. On a couple of occasions, this prevented the main body and even his own platoon from walking straight into an ambush, which he attacked and dispatched with after discovery instead. He had a few close calls himself.
With a chosen few autodrones, and once or twice also the help of ShadowZone as aerial support, he participated and led several skirmishes that pushed the Decepticons back to current line. He strived to keep losses to a minimum, by using tactics that would enable that, while still moving ahead. After the fights he also did emergency repairs on bots, cutting back on time needed to make them fully operational again. Currently at Energon Refinery.
Post timeskip, fought Tarn, blinded him in one optic. Used tactics that enabled him come pretty undamaged from that fight. Once Tarn left, repaired Diamond, and one of the Twins.
ShadowZone:
Area 11 - Circle of light ancient fortress Ruins: Since he came from the area previously, after making his way from Kaon, he was able to provide detailed data of the area. Later on, his services were both in aerial support of the ground troops, as flying ahead 'invisible' to provide the autobots with a detailed 'map' of the area before marching into it. He located , attacked and destroyed at least one ambush set up closer to the border. Later on, he was sent to assist the forces in area 14. That was shortly before the current border was established. Currently at base.

I have changed my mind. After the continued events of me getting constant messages about the writing event, I have revoked all ranks received and will now require everyone to earn them in RP with ZERO opportunity for a fun chance to just write and have only one person respectfully judge in the future.

Vatimus Prime (Haven't applied for a rank in an OOC thread for years, let's see how this goes.) Correlator; so-called "local crazy inventor." Scientist with high aspirations and varying success. Notably the first to respond to Vatimus' summons post-reboot introduction event. Organized rescue operations for the injured alongside Autotroopers, assessed the ship's damage per Vatimus' request, and later joined engineering corps in further aiding medics tending to the wounded. Presently seeing to the self-assigned task of bolstering the makeshift Autobot base using SCIENCE. Permanently assigned to keeping things fun and light-hearted without sacrificing reasonableness and common sense... okay, mostly.

Stellene
"What- I'm licensed!" ---- Just finding her way back to Cybertron... Stellene brought a few capsules filled with supplies from Earth to assist in updating the medical bay for optimal use as some had advised doing. Say, the first official kick-start from all of the patchwork that has been done in the meantime since the revival of the planet. Stellene has spent three days in this time consuming process conducting simple tasks of cleaning up debris, to testing tools and machinery, repairing broken machinery to bring them back for full functioning use, to then bringing the systems online so they can be gone through and updated from a copy of what they had back on Earth. Things have been dusted off, tidied up, reorganized- almost back to a shinier state. So far she has spent three days in this process. There's more in the medical field than simply patching 'bots up and sending them off, and she can handle doing what needs to be done. ---- Her first patient required intensive emergency care; a very difficult mechanical system that the database held no records of. Simply put, her patient was not cybertronian, clearly evident by the lack of a spark. Infact at the end of the surgery, Stellene was surprised to learn that this being stored its life source in a weapon. With that being said, Stellene was forced to figure it out on her own. She used quick thinking to tend to the critical wound making that the first priority, and ended up recycling the Foreigner's life-blood and cleaning it to reuse seeing as the loss was immense and one could surely not survive that sort of injury without an outside source. It was hard to swallow the fact that whoever she was working on was not of her own, and what made matters worse yet- was that it was mentioned her patient had been directly linked with the Decepticons. She bit through it, hunkered down, and got the job done exceptionally well. The femme was brought back shortly after. ----The second patient that had suffered harsh wounds from the same battle, was just as challenging as the first. With a damaged spark, it meant a tedious task working on a difficult surgery for Stellene that required every ounce of concentration and control that she could muster. She ended up needing to repair the chamber of the spark as well using anything she had on hand. She tested the spark's ability to hold, hooking it up- it held without a problem. She flawlessly conducted repairs on the multiple stab wounds that sank deeper to the chasis, and with her work finished was able to bring the mech out of stasis without much use of life support. Though it is common for one to fall out of practice when not practicing, Stellene was able to find her gameface as if she had never left. So much for a nice, "welcome back." ---- just going to keep adding on because I have nothing better to do... --- --Partially updated the medbay's security system- it got put on hold, with a few updates to it in mind... -- Fixed up a rando mech that took a canon shot to the gut... ouch. --Did a nice patchjob to some dude's thigh that kept swatting her away.

Alright, Stellene and Correlator getting promoted to sergeant for their work soon.
Stellene for her good roleplaying and nice list of successes.
Correlator for his fantastic roleplaying and his walls in Shockwave's tower, those were fun.

List of In Game things: WheelSpin:
- established a working and well supplied medbay at the refinery. Worked towards reinforcing the building and keeping a low profile, until it was ready. - dealt with insubordination (Diamond backed him up upon her arrival and nearly had the two (Skyflare and BackDraft) arrested herself). Later made a decision to protect the Autobot assets that were at the time in limited supply (energon) from wasteful use, to keep the faction from being without or weakened, which the Decepticons could have used. - Successfully executed an ambush on Tarn, as the DJD leader came to attack them. Landed a hit on Tarn enough to damage, and saw him retreat. (Diamond was fighting in this battle as well). The refinery sustained some losses. - Repaired Diamond post battle. - Repaired Skyflare post same battle. - Repaired autodrones damaged by Tarn or falling debris as well. - Dealt with further attitude from the same two Autobots. He was just about ready to close the negotiations for cooperation which would have been of mutual benefit to Autobots and the two neutrals (Synum and Extrius) with a favourable deal for both sides. However the twins attitude sent things spiralling south. When lenience for their behaviour was at an end and they were to be arrested, the twins deserted. Reported on deserters. - supplied base with at least two shipments of energon post skip. Kept the refining and processing of energon going, to obtain more. - WS proceeded to repair (with his troop and ShadowZone) and fortify the current main building. Improved the defence systems (cannons were mounted etc.), reinforced the walls, and built in support structures to prevent the building from being easily penetrated or destroyed. Within the structure repurposed some of the rooms. Already previously, built in a medbay, but had at this time improved on the defences against any enemy who would try to reach it. - Scouted the underground tunnels near the and under/over the border with the Decepticon side. During one scouting mission discovered a group of about 20 vehicons. Fought against and offlined the majority, took a prisoner back to refinery. - Through interrogation obtained fairly in depth knowledge about current Decepticon activity, forces and preparations/intentions for hostile actions (battle) against the Autobots. Reported that back to base. No orders from higher command on what to do with prisoner or further actions to be taken were received so he decided to take the vehicon to refinery for further questioning on his own accord. Also chose to notify Diamond on what he found, to warn them should they become the target of said mobilization of enemy forces. - convinced an autobot - Roulette - to take a more active role in the cause and report to the new Prime, also cleaned and revitalized her frame for her and the faction's benefit. - repaired Empress fixing the damage sustained since her last time she was with the Autobots. Cleaned her frame thoroughly to remove or prevent rust or other deterioration of the frame, due to the environment she had occupied and the manner of transportation she was forced to made do with (with the missing legs). Constructed brand new pair of legs best fitting to her frame specifications, implemented them back into her frame and also and gave her a protective coat of paint to diminish her radar signature, prevent reflectiveness and protect frame better from surface damage. - Provided medic Stellene with the desired quantity of energon.
Will probably add as things happen or I remember them.

Wheelspin, many of the initial things are reasons why you are demoted. Defeating a bunch of Vehicons being played by you isn't an accomplishment. The interrogation holds no ground when you decided what information you got, rather than asked a Decepticon leader what you could receive, so I have been unable to use it anyways. The first real achievements here are the last three, but that still depends on how you presented yourself as an RPer towards other people as well. Given the amount of fluffed up information and the fact that you've been demoted once already has lead me to deny your request for a promotion.

Vehicon information: I asked an admin about what information would be possible to obtain, whether I could have WS obtain it, as well as about the vehicons themselves and then acted and wrote accordingly. Even included the limit of how many vehicons could be eliminated per post, and how to describe it in a fair manner. It was written out and played in a thread, and any player with Decepticon characters was welcome to intervene in that thread, should they have wanted to as well. I have also kept to a limit of how frequently I would post, to make that possible.
Anyway, I reread the two threads to check before writing the information I was posting here. It is not fluffed up and has been rped out In Game, on many points with or being witnessed by/aknowledged by other player characters. You are welcome to check it out yourself if you would like, as all of this has happened in two threads.
Cheers.

Okay, if you can give me the name of the admin so I may confirm that they did give you the info to be used, I can add that. You still won't get there because you have failed at showing proper character to other members of the site; however, when you show vast improvement in that field with people willing to confirm, I may reconsider.

Shadowfire for soilder,
Shadowfire dosent really have anything under him, he has been with the Autobot cause since the beginning of the war but has mostly been just a scout and in rare occasions a bomber, the only real accomplishment is his capture of Brokenspark, a decepticon assasin that he is still currently holding captive.
