Diamond could sense her sparkling's distress and pain, and instantly her motherly paranoid kicked in. Taking a sharp turn, she circled and followed Dashside, keeping to the air, but low in altitude.
::I think it's best to take up on that mech's offer. The ship isn't exactly a safe place to be, Dashside.:: She stated, a little rushed.

He was slightly confused as to why she didn't do anything, but instead ran away with him. It was quite bumpy too, but that made it more fun. He turned his head to look out on the world, pointing at things he found interesting. These things ranged from nothing to different shapes in the ground. As things were behind Dash, he couldn't see them and thus didn't care about them. They weren't of importance, just because they weren't in his field of view. His mother appearing above them however, that was another thing. He looked up and pointed up at her, and then looked at Dashside.
Mommy!

Dashside continued to move at full sprint, her thrusters providing additional momentum, though not enough to stop the femme coming to a skidding halt. Turning to face the voice calling out to her, Dashside's eyes fell upon the neutral, and distrust tugged at her spark. Though, now that Diamond had given her approval, Dashside pushed through her lack of trust for Influx and took up his offer. "Thanks, if you can fix his arm, that would be great." She smiled, handing Aquahaze to the mech. Now that Diamond was hovering over head, Dashside figured she could look after her own sparkling, and thusly she shifted into her alternate mode and drove back towards the Regenesis' crash site. Well. That was anticlimatic. If he had the ability to turn invisible he would be checking whether he forgot to turn it off about now, but since he did not, it looked as though the Autobots would have been the easiest targets for the Decepticons, had it been them and not him, who approached them. He shrugged, transforming back to his alt form. If everybody meant to go one way, then some decided to loose their helms and go the other way, paying no attention to their surroundings, it was best he just chose to return to base. They'd draw unwanted attention to themselves and surely that wasn't what he'd want. If the Prime asked, whoever the current prime was, his Autobots just lost their minds, probably hit their helms too hard on the ground and there was nothing he could have done to help. He revved his engine up and moved in the direction of Dashide, Influx - or rather the bot he could not recognise, Diamond and Aquahaze. He saw Dashide changing direction, yet again. This time she was heading back in the direction of the Convoy. Yep, lost their minds and were wasting energon. Since their ship crashed, their storage was probably destroyed. If that was so, they'd have to look for more on the planet and judging by the state of it, it was highly unlikely that they'd just happen to stumble across an energon rich hole. He raced past Dash, continuing in the opposite direction to her still. He may have driven rather close and there might have been more dirt sent her way as he passed, but he simply continued. Next were the hovering Diamond, the stranger on the ground and the sparkling that apparently was either expandable enough to be put in the stranger's arms, or whoever that bot was, was somehow trustworthy enough. There was a third theory aligning itself with his previous musings. He drove again, right past the trio, heading for Iacon where the ship crashed and where hopefully the prime would be found, dead or alive. influx RedOptics Dashside and the rest, but they probably didn't see anything either.

::Havoc here bossbot.:: Havoc said in a happiertone. Finally. Some good news. He saw the group of bots near him. Dashside, Diamond, Influx and wheelspin. He transformed driving towards them. ::Friendly here.::Havoc joined up with them. He honked his truck horn. The revving of the truck engine was loud as he released some smoke.

The ground shook as a sonic boom rocked them within their spots.
The sky lit up as what would appear to be a glowing blue wormhole would appear. A rip in the fabric of reality. Out of it would come what looked to be a comet, heading straight for a remote area of the Flatlands. It could be seen as super, super weird space debris...but there was something every Autobot could detect.
An Autobot distress beacon.
It would crash down into the Flatlands with a thunderous boom, radiation levels spiking for a few short seconds.

Hearing the new Prime, Dia responded near instant after looking to land beside Dashside, ::Diamond to Vatimus Prime, I'm here with several others, no one is majorly injured, awaiting or...:: She trailed off upon watching the tear in the sky. Something inside got her hopes up, maybe... maybe Sky had escaped somehow? She didn't feel anything in the bond, but she would take all the chances she'd get. Cutting off her comm with the Prime, she stayed in the air and took a sharp turn to head towards the beacon. ::Mommy with be back, Aqua, if that mech hurts you then hurt him back okay?:: She cooed to the little one, before using her thrusters full speed. Circling the crashsite, the femme scanned the area carefully, making sure it was safe for her to approach. Nothing hostile, yet anyways. Dia dove down towards it, landing with a heavy thud, "Sky..?"It was a pod, one that opened a few short moments later as she cautiously approched and eventually leaned in, judgement heavily clouded by the obsession of believing her love was not dead. Whirl was actually offended by her suggestion that he would hurt a sparkling. He dropped his attempt at conversation with Hexcode and followed her, accellerating. Hey, he had to know what had just touched down too.
"Now just you hold up, Femme," he snapped at her over their comm line, "Are you actually, seriously, suggestion-atin' dat I, me, Whirl, would ever, ever, ever hurt a Sparklin'?" he was getting louder, "Me? Dat I would so much as tink of bruisin' one? ME?!" he circled her in his alt mode, clearly annoyed, "Now dat... dat is just rude!"

Shut it Whirl. We all know how you are. :: Havoc spoke as he drove. "Hey Diamond. Need any pointers on parenting? I was a father myself." He said just wanting to be helpful. The tear in the sky causes Havoc to change course driving to the crash site.

When they stopped, Aqua didn't first understand why. This whole situation was very confusing for his very limited processor. He looked back up at Dash and followed her gaze, leading him to a new strange mech. Aqua did not recognize this one, and did not overly trust him. Once he got handed over, he began to struggle, not wanting to go there at all. He groaned and turned to face Dash, but she already turned and drove away from him, again. He did not approve of that one single bit, leaving him alone with this strange mech. Oh well, he figured it was alright as long as his mother was left. He looked up to make sure she was still there, but she wasn't. She was gone from his field of view! How? Where was she? No matter how he tried to spot her, he could not see her anywhere. This did ultimately cause the young mech to panic again, starting to scream and struggle to get away. He did not trust influx and wanted his mother back. Why had she left him now, alone with this scary mech?

Influx watched in disbelief as he was handed over a sparkling, and then all autobots nearby, includding a mech that had just arrived and simply drove by, left him alone with the tiny thing. He didn't even LIKE sparklings, but he remembered having had to operate on their tiny, limited processors. Too simple for his liking, but incredibly easy to rewire at will, since they hadn't made all of their connections yet. He was... concerned, about the responsability of the autobots when it came to raising sparklings. First because who had kids during wartime?, second because... who the heck left their kid with a complete stranger?. The only one who had talked to him for more than twenty seconds was Scatterbeam.
Then the sparkling started squirming and weeping in his arms and he became nervous, because what the heck?. What was he supposed to do?. The only sensible thing to do seemed to... well. Get a proper hold of him, Her?. Holding the sparkling against his chestplate with his arms and rocking him from side to side, gentlt, very gently. "Shhh... calm down, little one. Your mommy isnt here but im not gonna hurt you..." he stood still while he did this, waiting for the baby to calm down... hoping it would. Skyspray (Aquahaze) (Aquahaze) WheelSpin

Hearing Vatimus' comm, Dashside responded immediately. ::"Dashside here, on my way back to the landing site.":: Suddenly she slammed her brakes, whipping her rear wheel around as she pulled off a stationary u-turn. Now putting maximum thrust back to her engines, she surged forward, her front wheel briefly raising into the air. Driving past Influx and Aquahaze, the femme was displeased to see Diamond had once again abandoned her child - she would have to talk to her about that. Coming to a stop by the neutral, it occurred to her that Influx wouldn't have received Vatimus' comm. "Hey, sorry for leaving Aqua with you, I thought his mother would've stayed. Vatimus wants us to go back to base, so if you could follow me, that would be appreciated." Dashside stated, speaking in a nice and gentle tone, though she wasn't really asking, it was more of an order. Now she spoke to Aquahaze who was visibly panicked, and her tone melted further. "Hey Aqua, this bot isn't gonna hurt you. In fact, he's here to help you, so just calm down. Auntie Dashie is here." Revving her engine a little, she now returned to speaking to Influx. "So, what's your name? Oh, and if you could carry Aqua I'd appreciate it. I'm a little too small to hold him." Her speech now held a conversational voice, as she tried to talk to the Neutral. Scatterbeam didn't mind too much being left in the dust. After a while you get used to that sort of thing when your far from the most interesting bot around. So quietly she continued to scan the area on foot, readings were picking up. Though the entire area she had found herself in would have been good enough, since most of the others had wondered off she saw no reason she shouldn't comb the area for the optimal spot for this rely. Though she didn't want to wonder too far from Killswitch, Hexcode, and any of the others that were still around. It could have been her fear of heights that made her so nervous with the edge of the plateau nearby. At first it just looked like there was some inference on the sensor. She looked around and didn't see anything unusual, except... A GIANT WHOLE IN THE SKY? She barely had anytime to react when the sonic boom shook the ground beneath her, causing her to topple back. The sheer energy blasted her back within a meter of the nearby cliffs edge. She just looked on in disbelief as the escape pod landed somewhere in the distance. She immediately could detect the distress signal. But no time for that, something else came in, the comm message from Vatimus Prime.::Scatterbeam here sir,::she responded, standing herself up as if the new Prime was standing right there and had seen that rather embarrassing fall. She inspected the scanner for damage. As coincidence would have it, it showed that where she had landed happened to have the best readings for the entire area. :: Coincidentally I've just found the perfect place to set up a rely station for mass broadcasting. Sending coordinates now. Is there a current rendezvous point where we should meet you or would you prefer I stay here?::

Whirl circled Dia again, "You are a terrible mother," he told her, "If I had a kid ta look after, who was da last vestige of my lost relationship with somebody I loved, y'all have ta pry 'im from my cold, dead claws. You just hand dat sparklin' around like pass da parcel."
Nobody would have believed it to just be told, but Whirl had once been a bodyguard for royalty - and that had included taking care of babies.

The crater Diamond had arrived to, that Whirl was circling, in the middle of it was an egg shaped pod. Featureless and without a scratch. Steam was coming off of it, and no one could get a clean reading on it since it kept giving off such intense radiation, it was a wonder the Autobot distress beacon Dia picked up was even coming from it.
Several areas segmented with blue glowing lights, dissolving as if it was a holomatter construct. A single figure inside, it definitely was not Dia's lover. It was a young mech who looked...quite odd. A teenager, black armor with grey stripes, red bio lights and a blinking crimson Autobrand. One that was giving off the distress beacon. He was armed. Two guns integrated on the undersides of his forearms and seemingly two swords stored within two scabbards integrated into his back. Something was off...aesthetic wise. He seemed more angular, rather than most Cybertronians who were more smooth and detailed. Also...he had a visible nose, big giveaway.
He laid there without a scratch, seemingly in deep stasis but his energon levels were quite low.

So much was happening, it was difficult to get her mind together, ::Shut up Whirl, I wasn't talking about you. And until you know what it's like to be in my situation I suggest you keep that damn non-existent mouth of yours shut.:: She hissed at him, before inspecting what was in the pod. Her spark sank to the deepest pit inside, and eventually she growled and kicked it, before returning to the air to hover just in front of the blue helicopter, ::Whirl, inspect the new guest we have. I have more important matters to deal with.::
The femme didn't wait for a response, and instead blasted off to her sparkling, feeling foolish enough to have fallen for something so utterly ridiculous. Landing near Influx, she steppedup to greet him, but it was quite obvious she was upset, "Sorry to just leave him like that. Dashside, you can go do... Dash...side-y... things. I'll take it from here. Thank you." diagave her sister-in-law a curt but thankful nod before turning to Influx.

Havoc stood next to the pod. He did a scan of the mech inside discovering his energon levels. Pulling out his medical kit, he pulled out a small cube putting it in through a small opening.

At first, the sparkling showed no sign of calming down, doing all that he could to break free of Influx's grasp. However that soon changed as the rocking and hushing began, the movement calmng him down. All these new impressions also made him very tired, it was exhausting being upset so much. He let himself rest his helm against Influx, not stuggling anymore. If somethig bad was to happen to him, that would have already happened now, right? WHen DAshside and Diamond arrived, he wasn't sure if he was actually seeing them or not, because his vision was beginning to get really blurry and his systems were powering down for recharge. He waved a little with his functioning arm before finally powering down, snoring quietly as his body went limp in Influx's arms. He was asleep now.

The neutral mech was pretty glad to have the baby falling asleep in his arms. It was kiiiinda cute, the kid, now that he, or she, was asleep.
Soon ish, an autobot walked up to him. One he had heard others calling Dashside, a femmech. "... its alright" he supposed so, at least. He didn't know who Vatimus was, but he'd follow her to base anyways. "Triggering my transformation sequence might wake Aqua, though. So I'll walk. And err, my designation is Influx, Influx of Tetrahex. You are Dashside, yes?" His hunch was re-confirmed when another femmech landed besides them. The mother, perhaps, and said Dashside could go ahead and that she'd take care of everything. Influx didn't know if she wanted to carry the baby or not, though, so for the moment he stood there, looking at them, arching an optic ridge.
