BASICS
Designation : Unknown. "Tarn"
Nicknames: Tarn
Gender : Mech
Faction : Decepticon
Occupation : DJD, also known as Decepticon Justice Division. Hunts down those decepticons who strayed away from the Cause, and executes them in the most brutal of ways. Can also be called the secret police, always investigating suspicious activity in the decepticon ranks.
Personality : Tarn is not a friendly mech, most wouldn't even call him likable. He doesn't care what others think of him either, he is just doing his job, serving the greatest cause of them all: The Decepticon Cause. He will do whatever to get the job done, that means going through anyone standing in his way. He isn't too interested in the petty conflict between bots and cons and wishes that the war could be over, so that the original ideals of Megatron could be fully appreciated. However if need be, he would not hesitate a second to slaughter all those who he deemed necessary to sacrifice for the greater good. He does not view himself as an evil person, he thinks he is doing the right thing for his race to survive, the rest of the world just doesn't agree with him.
APPEARANCE

Features:
- His right arm is essentially a sword, with the lower arm being only a blade.
- His faceplate is hidden behind a decepticon mask, just as the previous Tarn, but his is completely black, except for the optics as the cover for them makes them appear purple.
Alternative Mode:
Tarn's alternative mode is essentially a tank, but with a few major differences. The cannon is not situated in the middle, but to the left instead. this makes shooting it a little awkward, as the recoil can make him spin a slight distance, which he then has to straighten out. The second thing is that he has three rocket engines on the back, as the tank is capable of flying into the atmosphere and very short interstellar travel, as in between ships out in space. This is mostly used when the conditions are too hazardous to bring down a ship or a groundbridge can't reach. He does not like to use it as it does drain his fuel a lot faster, but sometimes you have to take the pain to achieve victory. It isn't as armored as a regular heavy tank, focusing more on the cannon to do its work instead. The cannon can switch from a single powerful shot to a beam weapon.
Equipment and Abilities
Weaponry :
Desintegrator cannon.
Description: This is Tarn's weapon in tank mode. It has avery long range and has been said to be able to blast apart bunkers. The beam mode on the cannon does less damage, but fires much faster, and is mostly used against flying targets as they are hard to hit with cannons and against
a concentrates target where precision is more important than destruction.
Arm blade.
Description: The Arm blade is what it sounds like, a blade on his arm. In fact it is his arm. His entire lower arm is a blade, which is his most used weapon too. It can extend out from his arm, as well as part of the arm to make it like he is actually holding a sword, but that is only what it looks like. He can't actually let go of the sword in any way. The sword is very sharp, and can switch from sharped edge to jagged edge, to cause more damame inside the poor victim when ripping it out of them.
X14 Scrapmaker.
Description: The X14 scrapmaker is a lesser known variant of the scrapmaker series, deemed a failure and wasn't to be put in mainstream use. Tarn however took a liking to it, as it did suit his needs good enough. It is a machinegun, mounted on his left shoulder, with a small laser sight to guide it. It has five smaller barrels, as opposed to the three on the X12. He can also take it off and hold it in his left hand when the times need it.
Gadgets :
Shield.
Description: A shield that can be deployed and he can hold in his left hand. It is just an energy infused shield, adding to its durability against enemy attacks.
Hologram projector.
Description: The hologram projector can produce a full scale version of Tarn in another place than where he is. He can either have it on him or shoot it out of a small cannon on the right side of his upper chest. That is the cannon's only function. The hologram istelf can move and looks just like him, but there is a small haze around it and it cannot physically interact with anything. The projector itself can produce sounds, but the hologram can't.
Energon sensory.
Description: Simply a long range and short range energon sensor, to track the targets on the list with. Automatically lists those signals it picks up when in short range mode.
Energon refillers x2
Description: Refills Tarn's energon levels. (not damage taken, just for ability purpose.) Has to refuel them at a medbay.
Abilities : Pain Overload.
Description: Tarn's most prominent feature is not his weapons, not his looks, and not his mind. No, it is his ability to cause pain. When in contact with another cybertronian being, he can send enormous amounts of pain throughout their body. It will feel like they are on fire, like their energon in their veins are boiling, but it isn't. This actually does no damage at all, it just causes pain. As soon as he lets go, the pain stops completely. The pain however is that great that usually, you will just twist in agony. It is used to subdue targets and technically torture them, as is his job. This doesn't work on those with their pain sensors nullified or removed. Additionally, this power weighs heavily on him, forcing him to refuel every 6 posts. If he doesn't, he starts to break down, parts won't function and armor will fall off. This applies both when using the power and when he isn't.
OTHER
History[Optional as some like to make it up as they go along] :
Very little is known about Tarn. There are no official records of his existance, not with the bots nor cons. He once had a family, but one he chose to abandon as the Cause was more important to him. He traveled the galaxy, searching for more of the old and legendary cybertronian empire, but there was never much to be found. Somewhere along the voyages, the old Tarn met with him and in case of his death, offered him to take his place. The new Tarn accepted, albeit not sure if that was such a good idea. Finally he decided that it was, as it would ultimately bring the Cause to victory, and bring together the ravaged Cybertronain empire and create peace once more.
Strengths :
MINIMUM of three bullets ( Full sentences required ).
-Very durable armor, made to resist beating of most kinds.
-His Pain overload can seriously cripple someone or even take them out of the fight completely in some cases.
-His Preferred method of fighting is up close, as that's where most of his weapons are effective.
Weaknesses :
MINIMUM of three bullets (Full sentences required).
-Can't stay in battle for long, as he needs to rechange very often.
-Lacks proper ranged weapons, he has to get close to be a danger.
-Refuses to visit a regular medic. If he gets hurt he will simply try to replace the wounded part or get a trusted specialist to look at him.
