Ability Description : Two Trapezoidal ante that rest vertically on either side of her helm can deploy by sliding upward. This can enhance her communication ability, allowing her to intercept radio signals from almost all frequencies, have broadcast capabilities superior to average transformers, and can act as a rely ante to increase the broadcast range of a message.
Mind Space (Custom Ability)
Ability Description :
When under extreme physical or emotional stress, Scatterbeam can retreat into her mind, numbing her body to physical sensation. The deeper into this trance-like state she goes, the more effective she is at ignoring physical damage to her body, but at the cost of losing touch with reality. During these times, she can also experience lucid dreams, which she is unable to distinguish from reality even after coming back to consciousness. The more she loses touch with reality, the less likely it is she would be able to wake herself up. It could be possible, if she goes deep enough, she might never.

Personality :
Being neither physically nor mentally built for battle, she knows this and takes advantage of every opportunity to avoid it but still remain a useful and important member of the Autobots. She tries her best to get along with everyone. For her, cooperation and civility are the keys to efficiency. There are some things, however, some pet peeves of hers that she will never tolerate unless it is absolutely necessary. However, when it is necessary, her overwhelming sense of duty (and to be honest, an unhealthy obsession with her work) , as an act of loyalty she will put up with it. She dose lack a certain amount of social grace, especially in professional environments, however it is her wittiness that often saves her in social situations. When she is serious about something you can almost feel her suck the joy out of the room. Other than that she is a passive observer, a listener, almost as if she is on constant surveillance duty. Also, despite being an aggressive perfectionist, she dose not judge others as harshly as she judges herself. She is constantly training, practicing, building up areas in which she is lacking. She doesn't have hobbies so much as she uses her free time to attempt achieving that unreachable goal of perfection.
Courage:
6 - In theory, she would battle to the death for her cause. However, common sense and practically suggest that in a hopeless situation, her remaining present would not make a large difference. And She is after all, more useful to the cause alive.

Strengths :
- Scatterbeam's understanding of communication technology. Not only is she well acquainted with the protocols and etiquette of Cybertronian communication networks, she also made it a point to learn everything she could about the associated technology. She can, with effort, boost communication devices to cover longer distances, hack into digital communications networks, jam radio frequencies, and so on. If there is something she doesn't know how to do off the top of her head it's likely with some time a research she could figure it out.
- Her skills with a rifle. From the time she first started working with the Autobots, it was necessary for her to have the ability to defend herself if need be. Given her lack of size and strength, this was a reasonable defensive and offensive skill she could hone. Although she does not actively seek out a battle, if called upon she could help a team deal out significant damage from afar.
- Her loyalty and unwavering support for the Autobot cause. Beam takes great pride in being an Autobot, and is willing to do almost anything to support the cause. In any decision, the lives of her comrades come first. Personal differences are always put aside for the good of the group.
- Her observant behavior. This is a great, multifaceted skill. In the battlefield, her attention to detail and taking the time to notice things others might not is a significant asset. In a social setting, it can simply mean she can read the situation better and pick up more on other's emotional states. Overall she takes more time to notice things, to remember them, and to use this information to make better decisions.

Weaknesses :
- Lack of coordination. Although she can handle her rifle well, melee weapons are a different story. To the point where it is advisable that she not hold any sharp object of any kind. She dreads being in vehicle mode because of her total lack of coordination makes driving in an alternate mode a nightmare. She has just enough coordination to walk into a room without tripping over her own feet or hitting every single obstacle on her way.
- Her pet peeves are nearly unconquerable. Unless in is very important to the Autobot cause, there are certain things she will not put up with. Beam has to work in a messy workplace? Forget it! She'll spend time cleaning until it is spotless before she attempts to get anything done. You want to transmit a very important but personal message? If you're on her bad side, it's as good as lost. She will not tolerate conditions she finds unacceptable nor interact with any bot she has issue with beyond the most basic professional and civil discourse unless it is absolutely imperative.
- Charisma black hole. Killjoy, buzzkill, whatever name you find appropriate. Sure out of work hours she can be social and friendly, one might say even a bit warm. By she takes her assignments very seriously. When she is like this her mere presence in the room is likely to drain any life out of it. This is also when she is most irritable, though she manages to keep the signs her frustration to passive-aggressive remarks or quiet glares.
- Perfectionism. No, she is not perfect, and that's the problem. She is always comparing herself to others, over-exerting herself to harm, and can't seem to sit down and relax. In skills she knows she is lacking, being reminded of her ineptitude is a source of constant stress.In skills she finds herself confident, she is dangerously competitive when challenged, and a sore loser to boot.
