Dashside's Quarters ENGINE DECK
Based in the remains and ruins of the Ark's engine deck is Dashside's quarters. Said quarters are not actually official quarters, but hollowed out engines themselves. While most are locked with a code, this is not only locked by code too, but repeated input failure will fire up the last remaining booster and fry whoever is trying to open the door unsuccessfully. Behind this trap though is a large area, containing a large berth, a salvaged 70ft television, wired up to a small computer to surf the exonet on it. There is also a large scrap pile and somehow even messier workbench. Despite all this mess, the large room provided by being in the engines themselves means that there is still a large area that is empty.

A groundbridge exploded to life in the room. It opened quite violently infact, knocking scrap metal out of it's way as it opened. Out walked Dashside, who was smiling to herself as the groundbridge closed behind her. She'd had an idea, and it was gonna be good. She trudged over to the large scrap pile and sifted her hands through it, one by one ripping out the parts she needed, among which were a faulty gear shredder, some small metal poles/pillars, an electrocharge box that was slightly damage and an old and broken Bolt action Rifle, with a broken barrel.
Grabbing those said bits of scrap and more, she placed them on a table in a fashion that was little neater than the way she had found them. Dashside took the Gear Shredder first and grabbed it by it's prongs, pulling them away from each other and causing the main body to split slightly, making an entrance for her servo. She reached into and twisted her servo a bit, searching for something in particular before ripping it out and grabbing it in her hand. "Field Inducer matrix... for shaping the discs..." she muttered as she placed the circuit board on the table, placing it aside as she tossed the rest of the Gear shredder away, movin onto the bolt-action rifle, of which she simply snapped off the remnants of it's barrel and stock and placed it next to the Field Inducer Matrix.
Next was the bits of metal she had picked up, and she started twisting, snapping, bending and welding them into shapes she wanted them too. Soon her project was starting to take shape, and it appeared to be some form of rifle, but with a twist.

Delving back into the heap of metals, Dashside pulled out a large pipe, cutting and smoothing it down into a barrel-like construct. It was extremely long like a sniper barrel and seemed to be made of a highly durable metal too. She went back into the scrap pile and took out a highly damaged X-12 scrapmaker, with a busted top barrel, damaged conveyer line and ruined ammo cylinders. However, this was enough, and taking her small vibro-slicer, cut off the two intact barrels and placed them on the desk next to the much longer one in comparison. Next, she took the flux inducer matrix and her screwdriver, opening the paneling and tweaking it so that the shape of energy it produced went from a disc to a pair of large cylinders, coloured translucent light blue. She closed it up and place it next to the electrocharge box, welding them together with a well... a welder. As for the rest of the gun, Dashside took the chassis she had been making earlier out of the twisted girders and metal objects, forming a small box. She then attached the three barrels to the front of it, with the barrels protruding inside of the box, and the sniper was placed at the top and the two smaller barrels beneath. Now, her work was almost done. She took some metal plates and covered the gaps, before placing the circuitry inside, namely the flux inducer matrix and electrocharge box. But even then it didn't seem like there was enough to fill the space, because that was the case. Turning the gun over and flicking a switch on the electrocharge box which caused the two cylinders of energy to form in the space, lodging them in next to the parts of the barrels within the gun. Pulling the scrapwork trigger on it, they fired a heavy energy shot from the top barrel but at a slow pace, and less damaging ones from the two beneath at a much faster rate. But she wasn't done. Throwing it up in the air, she caught it by the sniper barrel, wielding it like a hammer, because that's what it was too. The two cylinders rotated upwards at a 90 degree angle, meaning they faced outwards and away from her. They began to spin and she brought the hammer down against the edge of the desk, the part getting caught between the two rotating cylinders having a process similar to a sanding machine on wood, and within the second the corner had been whittled down to much smaller. Now, while it seemed like the gun's creation was done, Dashside had one final thing to do, and as she rest it on the table with it reverting to it's standard gun mode with the cylinders connected to the barrels and not facing upwards at the 90 degree angle she grabbed the back of it as her arm shifted and engulfed it, storing it internally like a transformer would any other gun they planned on using. As she shifted her hand into the gun, it came out much cleaner and smoother, with a better paint job too. The process of internally storing it caused it to be shifted to work better with her body standards and that meant making it look like a proper gun and not the scrapwork it had come from. Despite having shifted her hand into it, she had not done that as so, but rather flipped her hand inside, and when it came out it meant she could hold it handheld. This, meant that she had the choice of doing so or like most having it be her hand, but instead she decided to store it on her back, smiling at her work as she left the room.

Running into her quarters, Dashside ran over to the work table and placed down some metal sheets and a datapad on said desk, taking out her plasma cutter and beginning to cut away at the material. A few minutes later, the end product was a large shoulder pad and a slightly smaller forearm plate, both of which she attached to her left shoulder and left forearm respectively. With that task complete, she moved over to the rack of weapons on her wall, and picked up the shotgun, placing it on her back as she moved over to the weapons cabinet below. Opening up the cupboard Dashside removed a large weapon which seemed to be a heavy machine gun. This weapon was not to be confused with a minigun or chaingun or any weapon of the sort, as it had only a single barrel and the trigger handle wasn't inverted, instead facing downwards like a normal gun. Placing the HMG on the ground, Dashside reached back into the cabinet and pulled out 3 cylindrical canisters and plugged them into her right forearm as she picked up the weapon. On it's side printed in white lettering was "5AM11264B"from which she derived the gun's nickname, Sam. Dashside and Sam had some history together, as the 5AM11264 HMG was standard issues to heavies on a planet she was on a short while ago, and in the 5AM11264B was Dashside's variant which was produced and used on a smaller scale. The femme opened a groundbridge to Elba, and went through the portal with "Sam".

Dashside entered the code on the door, walking in, hoping to be followed by Starling. "Here." She muttered, walking over to a seemingly bare wall, placing her hand on it and causing it to shift, revealing a rack of multiple weapons. Guns of every type where there, shotguns, railguns, snipers, grenade launcher, rocket launcher, rifles, assault rifles, pretty much everything. "Take your pick."

Starling hooked the crossbow onto his back and the arrows horizontally on his waistline for easier access. He looked to the weapons rack and gasped, his wings forcefully unfurling and pointing up. He;d never seen so many guns. He looked at the long-range weapons, measuring their noise, distance, and power.
This is amazing! Where did you get all of these?

"Well, I am a weapons specialist." She said, walking over to a desk and resting on it. "See anything you like?" She asked.

Starling's wings twitched, and he stooped down to pick up a Photon Burst rifle.
Yeah, this one. It has better ammo capacity then the one that was destroyed when Deathgrip shot me.

Starling nods as his wings calm down a bit, but stay elevated.
How much do I owe you?

"Nothing at all. I work for free. Kind of. But don't worry about that." She muttered, closing the gun rack and walking to the door.

Starling narrows his optics and quietly leaves 50 credits on the desk, walking to Dashside.
Trust me, I won't.

"Alright then." She replied, walking over to the table and picking them up, placing them in her subspace pouch before walking back over to the door.

Starling walks out, slightly folding his wings back to fit through the door. He waits just outside the door for Dashside, not knowing if she had another place to show him.

Dashside followed him out, closing the door behind her. She didn't have anything to show him and she continued where she wanted to go. He could follow if he wanted, but he wouldn't find much useful.

Dashside strolled to her quarters, 8 hovercarts in tow, all carrying metal and material as high as the ceiling. As she approached the door, she typed in the pass code, and as the doors slid back, entered the room. It was messy with all the scrap on the floor and especially in a large pile, but that's where she went first. Why did she need scrap right now, after all she did just get a lot of other more useful items more than 10 minutes ago. That question, as if she knew what you were thinking, was answered suddenly. As she walked toward the scrap heap, she pushed it aside, making a clearing in the centre of it, and placed her servo on the ground. Abruptly, the sounds of shifting pistons and plates became noticeable, as the very tile in which she had placed her servo began to retract. She stepped back as even more tiles retracted, revealing quite a large hole in the ground.
She jumped in, landing far down as the hovercarts followed her, extending the reach of their propulsion to the lower ground, repulsing them up from it. Slowly they lowered, down further into the hole, until they stopped, a few inches off of the ground. This wasn't just any hole, it was a room, a large one at that. The walls were plated in metal that had a gunmetal finish, while the floor was silver. Dashside walked down a small stairway and to either sides of it were elevated walls with control panels. She walked towards a circular podium, with a similar set of stairs on 4 sides. The femme walked up them, onto the podium as a small pedestal rose from the ground, and she placed her datapad on it. After tapping a few buttons, the hovercarts followed her in and went to the corners of the room, 2 to each. She tapped another button, and then dragged her digit across the bottom of the datapad, which caused the ground to open beneath them. She pressed another button, in the centre of the datapad, and all of the hovercarts rotated so they were upside down, with their contents hanging over the holes in the ground, before dropping them in.
After this was complete, the ground panels moved back over the holes in the ground beneath the hole they were in, and the now empty hovercarts moved back to the entrance, rose up, and left the quarters, returning to the warehouse. Dashside pressed another button on the datapad, and the sounds of machinery and things being assembled came from below and after a few minutes, she stepped off of the podium, as part of it opened up, as a large ring-like shape elevated out of there. The femme stepped back onto the podium, and looked at it in awe, as part of the bottom of it retracted, revealing input space. She looked at the datapad, before clicking it into the space, but there was still more room, 4 circular holes, 2 on each side of the datapad. Dashside stepped off of the podium yet again, and walked to the back of the room, sliding off a panel, which revealed 4 large wires. These wires were connected to the Ark's energy reactor/core, the one that powered the entire Autobase. She pulled out one, and walked over to the large ring, placing it in one of the holes, and repeating this process with the other three. As soon as it was done, the datapad's entire screen went red, and she pressed it.
Again she stepped back and off of the podium, as all lights in the room were cut off, but thankfully nowhere else in the arc. Then, a blue light, small but strong flickered on in the middle of the room, and quite literally the middle, hovering in the air. Soon it became constant, flickering no more before growing out like a vertical disc, until all light in the room came back on. The blue light was large, occupying the inside of the ring, which made it about 10 foot high and wide. Dashside smirked, happy with her work as she pulled over a large monitor, observing it, smiling again.
On the monitor, there was large suit of armor, with that large blue disc at it's core.
Dashside kept tapping on the monitor until her visor glowed red, a global alert, some con trying to flood the world. Dashside, with a sigh, walked over to a groundbridge portal, similar to the autobot ones, activated it and stepped through to Hawaii.

Dashside entered her quarters, but she didn't look the same. Her outer armor layer had been burned off and the layer under it had been severely charred to the point it was still smoking. She looked around momentarily, before heading into her hidden underground part of the room. There she walked over to a box on a shelf, with "Armour parts" written on it in scruffy cybertronian glyphs. The femme pulled the box off of the shelf and placed it on the ground, searching through it for pieces to the outer assembly of her armour and taking those pieces out and snapping them onto the spikes protruding from the second layer, locking this new layer into place.
After about 10 minutes, it was complete and Dashside looked all shiny and new, the only missing part being her visor. Dashside placed the box back on the shelf before taking down another, much smaller box, and when she opened it the box as packed with a styro-foam like material to house a delicate object, her visor. Carefully she picked it up and it was a small Y-shaped piece of glass. The femme glanced at it for a moment as she gripped it lightly in her right servo and quickly it shifted, pushing it's plates out and the upper two branches downwards to change the shape in to one more like a "T". She raised it to her faceplate and it quickly and seamlessly integrated, booting up.
Now she was ready, but she couldn't help but feel something was missing. Something was missing from her vast array of weaponry, and that was something she going to fix. The femme reached into a container of scrap metal, and began work on forging a new weapon to add to her arsenal.

Hours had passed since Dashside had entered the room, and she was nearly done with her upgrades. So far she had constructed a new pair of blades and mounted them on, or more accurately in her lower legs. The blades used a similar mechanism to spring loading as they could extend out through her knees at any time. This wasn't all however. She had also made some new rods for her railgun, namely on that fired shrapnel shards instead of a single rod. Her Assault lance had been reloaded, as well as replicated, it's new duplicate being placed on her right shoulder as apposed to her left.
However, the most notable addition to Dashside's arsenal was her newest machine gun, a weapon still unnamed. It looked like a regular LMG, but it had a chain on the bottom of it, seeming useless as it was connected to two points on the gun. However towards the front end of the weapon, there was a knife mounted to the bottom, facing downwards. The main ability of this weapon was not it's nature as an LMG, but that it could split into two parts. When this happens, the two segments are connected by the chain. This means that the blade, which is superheated, can be used to attack targets at range. It is also equipped with small RCS thrusters meaning it can get closer and more accurate to a target.
Another feature caused by it's ability to split in two is that when this happens is that the weapon becomes two separate guns. To suit the front part getting up close and personal, it becomes a shotgun to do more damage to victims, while the rear end becomes a powerful but precise laser to cut through enemy armor from a distance. However, perhaps it's most dangerous feature was that the front part of the weapon can explode when launched, meaning Dashside will need to have spares stored in her subspace to replace them, all of which she had already constructed.
With her job done, the LMG retracted into her right forearm as Dashside left the room.
