He was never really given an official room, so he kind of just took a vacant one. He hacked the locks on the door and gained entrance to the room, then putting his own access codes into both electric pads on either sides of the door. Inside was just a berth/recharge slab and nothing else really. He didn't need anything else, just somewhere to rest and think.

Once he secured his home(since he doubted they'd give him an actual room) he pulled the large container into the room and closed the door behind him. The container dropped to the ground with a loud thud, light streams of steam coming off of his shoulders, back, and knees from how much energy he had to supercharge them with to sustain carrying that heavy thing. Once he leaned backwards and cracked his spinal strut, he look a look at his new room.
"A lot better than a cell. Or whatever Rangefinder or ShadowZone would have hooked me up with." Thunder told himself. He went over to the panel on the inside of his room and plugged two cables from his forearm into the panel. Then a holographic keypad would open up and he would begin typing, "Thanks for kicking me out Sparkflare, means I still have a way to get back in thanks to me linking with those cameras. Now to just slip my name into the registry and...boom. I'm officially moved in."
He disconnected the cables and wiped his forehelm, "I can deal with my footage, and the inevitable complaints that I'm not kissing the Prime's toes constantly 'till later." Thunder would then plop down on the berth with a loud groan.
He'd then face the side, looking at the container that held this world's Sicarius' final creation. Inside was a weapon that destroyed cities on his Cybertron. This world was different from his. The rules were much different, the war was different...or rather it never got past the war. An idea popped into his head and he sat up.
In my timeline, Cybertron was revived after the Matrix shot a beam into the Well of All Sparks, thus regenerating the planet! These Autobots never seemed like explorers anyways, so that meant there had to be Colonies like Escalation from my timeline. Thunder then kept thinking, What this world needs is Cybermatter to regenerate the well, and the Matrix to reignite the spark. But that was the problem...his universe. As displayed before, things were different here...so who knows if they would work. Besides it seems this Prime is nice and comfy here with his former DJD father.

It did not take long and someone with a much quicker pace, due to taking longer strides, would have had an easier time catching up than someone who had to shuffle heavy weight around as well. When he heard movement it made things even easier. He saw the large container standing outside, before the smaller bot reappeared again, only to pull it in. Had Thunder respected protocol, he would not have been under suspicion earlier. But he only continued to act in a way that could be considered both failing to provide reasons for trust and even in a way hostile towards those, that offered him a place to stay. A while ago ShadowZone had told him he could pick a room and that would then be his. It would require no hacking, but a simple recognition of the new owner. Of course all the codes would do little when the Prime had the main override for them, but at least it kept those out, who didn't.
He waited at the door and simply listened.

With another yawn, Thunder walked over to the container and lowly supercharged his arm joints and his knees. Picking the container up and standing up vertically. To some, it might look like a weapons locker, or a fridge. The energy in his joints died back down and with a sigh, he plomped down on the berth.
"Nowhere near as the comfy ones back home." Thunder rolled onto his back and stared up at the ceiling, "Wonder if anyone in particular's missing me back home, maybe even back at the Exceed Tournament. I mean not Minx, he memories are screwed. And even if I don't like it, Sideways will keep her safe along with her brother. I know Nova does, definitely light and dark Sterlings."
A perverted grin game to his face as he remembered past events before arriving, "I know Peppy does. I think she solidified my interest when it came to mothers. I mean with that form, those hips, and those thighs and--" He buried his face back into the berth, "Ugh...no one here is that hot. Not even that Empress pred chick. I mean I guess her hips were nice but not on the Pep or Midnight levels. I think this place has the same problem as the team used to, too many guys, not enough ladies to balance it out. I mean that one femme from before was pretty fine..." He drifted off, remembering Diamond from before. That chest armor plating and her legs did look appealing. Mentally he was drooling just fantasizing.
At least he wasn't constantly thinking about how he has a weapon of mass destruction in that container or that he's possibly trapped in this universe for good. Nah, just femmes. For once.

ShadowZone could roll his optics at the conversation the bot had with himself. One would think he was a little off in the helm. He certainly did not sound as a standard cybertronian, as they would hardly have the complaints he did. If he had not known any better he'd have thought this was just one of the organics, caught in the body of a bot, a thought that was far from appealing.
He glanced at the camera pointing directly at the door of the room Thunder had chosen. A small smile formed on his faceplates. He reached into his subspace. There was certain equipment he had recently acquired that would serve him here. Kneeling by the door there were a few adjustments being made, the same happened at the other side of it. The camera could serve as a third eye. It would be checked. With a bit more tinkering the former Con stood up again.
He could leave this place now. The report would await the Prime, his second or third in command. Whoever would have come to it first. He turned to leave.

Thunder rolled off the berth, going over to the container and looking at it. A bit taller than him, covered in reinforced diecast and with some sort of electronic lock.
"Okay Sicarius, what kind of inside joke did you hide with this one." Thunder asked himself. Then typing in a few codes, getting error messages. Thunder was trying the release dates of some of the popular Filthy Frank videos, but nothing. Maybe the start of his Channel? Nothing. Release of the pink guy album? Nothing.
He sat on the floor, thinking.
"If it's not a reference...was it just a random line of code? Crap that means it could be anything!"

ShadowZone moved a bit further away from the entrance, although he could still hear what went on within the confines of that room. He waited in silence for a short while longer.

Thunder was at it for a while, just going around his room and typing in codes, thinking as far back as he could go as to what the password could be. He needed to find it so he could unlock the weapon and destroy it. Not much later he would sit down in front of the large container and sighed.
With a tired and stumped expression he kept thinking, he had gone through all known videos involving his human self from this timeline. Every inside joke and meme he could find...if it wasn't a joke what was it?
It was then he realized...the message was meant for Thunder and his son Dubstep. He would then type in the date of when Dubstep was formed from Tayla. Two latches would unlock before hissing and opening up and ejecting a mass amount of steam. After waving it away he saw it. The Maroon and silver weapon. Streamlined and separated in two. The first half was the main generator and the latching components, the other half was the large railgun barrel. He would then look inside for the four nuclear shells that the System had specified. He only found four long spear-like projectiles. Maybe this was the new armament? Whatever it was he couldn't supercharge it. He needed to head back the bunker.
He put everything back inside the container. And before he locked it, he looked back inside, opening up the main section of the weapon and taking out the reactor. It was big, almost the size of his torso. He opened up a panel in the floor that he found and dropped it in. Closing the panel tightly. Next he supercharged the tip of his finger with a large amount of energy, until steam was coming off of it. He dragged the pad of his finger along the edges of the panel, melting the seams. Luckily the panel in the floor was under his berth, out of sight.
Thunder would then head out of his room and towards Command central. Unaware of the modifications SZ had done to his door.

ShadowZone watched Thunder as he left the room. Good, whatever he had hid within the walls hopefully he will report on... right? Although what he saw and heard spoke the opposite of the bot trying to conceal rather than reveal his findings. He folded his arms and waited a few moments before following after him. He did not try to make his steps silent but rather to make them loud enough for Thunder to notice that someone was there as well.
He 'just happened' to walk by, right? That was the story he was going to go with. "...Thunder?" He began as if surprised to see him walking about base again. "Back already?" Since the bot was so eager to leave earlier, he could have made that question.

Of course he's stalking me. Why wouldn't he? Thunder rolled his optics and just kept going. He must have seen him with the container. But without the powercell or what's inside, nor the passcode, it's useless. That's what made him feel better, and allowed him to leisurely retort.
"Got boring in Brooklyn, city's safe. Seems the 'Cons don't want the Neptune II diner. Shame, heard their bacon cheese burgers are to die for." Thunder gave him a laid back, casual response, "Decided to come on back, installed myself a fridge and stocked it. Hope you didn't mind if I helped myself."

ShadowZone's deadpan response was simply:" We don't eat organic food. ..." Which was really far too logical. He did not confirm or deny seeing him with a container though and did not even feel like he needed to give him a reaction to that.

"I'm heading back out. Realized I forgot something and wanted to grab it before someone else did." Thunder wasn't entirely lying.
To him the thermonuclear shells were still out there, exposed, so he was going to find them and probably throw them into space. Hell, maybe they can help him home.
"If you need me, I'll be back at the hub." Thunder once again spoke to him before heading down to command central.

As Thunder would return to his room, he'd notice something out of the corner of his optic. The lock panel for his door had been removed and then placed back on. He could tell by the faint flakey adhesive used to graft the covering plate to the door itself, the marks it'd left behind. From one of his belt compartments he took out a single shuriken. Focusing some energy into just the tip, he cut the locking panel off, to see what'd been done to the "doorknob" and lock of his door. There he'd find something...unsettling.
"A two way camera. Looks like someone doesn't know what 'privacy' means, huh?" Thunder said to himself, whipping around and firing a single bullet into the camera overlooking his room. It was an explosive round, destroying the camera entirely, "Now...who put you here?"
Thunder yanked out the small camera and placed the lock panel back on. Tapping his entry code and gaining access to his room. Once inside he immediately checked under his berth. He felt the heat of the weapon component still under the floor. Next he checked the components in the locker. Still there.
He needed answers, and a way to track that bastard Backbeat. So it was back to Brooklyn.
