"I know. I was sent out here to keep an eye on things. And why doesn't that surprise me?"
*He nods and chuckles.*

Hotwire focused on Gox, "You followed Cybertronians to this place?" she held out one hand for Gox to stand on, "Because Quintessa is dangerous?" she hazarded, trying to help to translate Gox's language, "What are you looking for?" she asked him. Gox blinked, first shifting the the left as the other two began to chit-chat like old friends. Gox listened for a bit to their conversation so that maybe he could learn some fast words. "Yes! Gox look for CYbertrOnIans." Gox nodded his helm, as he followed up with an eager chittering sound with his long fangs. He had had trouble pronouncing the big word, but Gox felt like he had pretty much got his point across. Gox then tapped Hotwire's servo experimentally, as if to see if it could hold him up. Even though is was obvious it could, he was slightly cautious. "Gox think; what is femme's name?" Gox asked Hotwire, resuming his helm to a normal position after re-adjusting from the cock. His four optics were scanning her over, as if he was analyzing her some. Hmm. So far she looks okay...and it looks like there won't be a fight after all. Unless more 'cons' show up. They are definitely a Cybertronian, but they are always spoken of so negatively...

"Oh, my designation is Hotwire," she smiled. He wasn't on any of her files, but that just meant he wasn't worth anything to kill.
For a Quintesson, he didn't seem so bad. Still creepy, but not 100% anti-Cybertronian.
"I'm neutral, kind of," she continued, "I don't jump into fights without a good reason." She looked over at the other two, and suddenly recognised Helix from her files. He was valuable. Major-leagues, as Feenix-Fire's son. But right now, her curiosity was fully engrossed in this thing. It was almost worth a million credits, "What's your alt mode?" she asked it, "You don't scan as a Predacon..."

Gox unaware what was on the bounty-hunter's mind, but took nicely to her revealing her name. He made another series of chittering noises, as he gathered a few make-shift sentences off the top of his head, making sure that they would make more sense this time. "Gox does not have a alternate mode." Gox said casually, and then looked at Hotwire in a strange way, "Gox gives alternate modes." Gox answered. He was sort of on the Quintessons kill list himself, though they all thought he was long-dead. Technically he was supposed to be dead, but if they found out that he was alive, it was a guarantee they'd want him dead.
What Gox could do should he be able to latch himself onto a Cybertronian, and cause a small and temporary bond...it would would last only an hour after he left the host, but there were various upgrades he could give someone at will. Gox just kept looking at Hotwire as she glanced to the other two bots, curious if she was going to do something to them. "Hotwire thinking about other two mechs?" Gox asked, though his voice was slightly lower at the moment, as if he could sense her small tension.

"Well, I'll concede that I am a Bounty Hunter," Hotwire smiled slightly, and walked away carrying Gox, so that she wouldn't be heard by Helix, "One of those gentlemen has a price on his head from the Decepticons..."
So, she killed for money?
"Only alive, though," she added, "And I'd be a lot more neutral if the Autobots offered as good pay as the Decepticons."

Gox was unfamiliar with money, but he had heard of it of course. He listened to Hotwire carefully, and then shifted his wings for a moment, like a cat may twitch it's ears. Gox had figured that 'money' or 'pay' was something beneficial for Cybertronians, and that apparently some couldn't get enough of it. He wondered if Hotwire was the greedy type, but since he had jut met her he didn't really know. How she captured others for her own gain sounded a bit strange to Gox. He himself was no innocent little insectiod however, since he had been mischievous as of late, teasing a few humans here and there, and eating some of their wallets just to see their reactions.
Gox noticed how she seemed to smile slightly. Hmmm. "But Hotwire won't fight gentleman because gentleman has friend." Gox spoke quietly, "Hotwire thinking of attack though." Gox said thoughtfully, as if he was thinking a few things himself.

"Well... I certainly don't value honour above being alive," Hotwire replied, "Only an idiot would simply leap in. I suppose I could take them both, but... heh... I'd need an opportunity."
She looked at Gox, "You think I'm a bad person, don't you?" she told him suspiciously, "If I slaughtered people for free while shouting 'For the Glory of Whoever's in charge' it would be fine, but because it's money, people think I'm some sort of monster."

Gox considered the femme's words again. It wasn't the fact that she might crush or kill him now, but he did see that she was speaking honestly enough, and she wasn't acting too destructive. So Gox pulled up one of his legs, and began to care and adjust it some by sliding it across his fangs, before he placed the appendages down again.
"Gox unsure if Hotwire is 'bad person'. Gox just met Hotwire." Gox said with his vibrating voice, thinking of a few more words to say. Hotwire seemed to be slime-what bitter about how people thought she was a monster. If money was beneficial, then who would blame someone who took it? Yes, but how beneficial is money? Gox thought about it. He'd seen people give money for things. Ah, it is a valuable trading item. Universal, must be. You trade a certain amount, people give back something else and then have more good trading items. Interesting. Gox finally spoke up again. "Money is trading is it not? Hotwire wants more trading things so Hotwire can have---what? What does Hotwire want that needs so much trading and fighting?" Gox asked, making himself just a tad more comfortable on the femme's servo. He was prepping himself for some listening, since he was trying to take a logical approach.
There was the chance that this femme really was a monster, but there was also the chance that she was a bit hurt deep down inside. And then there was the chance she needed someone who she could simply just talk to normally, since perhaps she was living an unordinary life.

Hotwire considered, then sighed, "Freedom," she admitted, "With money... currency, items for trade of my own, I'm not pinned down to serve one faction; if I really do disagree with their principles, or they betray me, I'm not still dependant on them. If there's somebody I don't want to hurt, I don't have to hurt them. I enjoy my job, but I've turned down jobs before."
She held up Gox to her visor-level. She was being unusually open with him, but mostly because he too was neutral. It wasn't just that people tied you down. People used you. If you were doing a job, you weren't being manipulated.
"My cause isn't noble," she finished, "But it's better than being a slave. Is that the answer you wanted?"

Driving into the the forested mountain range of the black forest the Dodge Challenger continued to move through the long winding roads, it's engine making barely a sound as the tires glided across the small one lane road. On the windscreen numerous lights began to flicker as Shadow-Strike searched through the holonet, humans loved the idea of surveillance and how it supposedly made them safe however as Shadow-Strike linked into the nearby cctv cameras it only made his job that much easier.
The specific camera he linked to only a 100 meters away as he tracked the signal, the camera itself was staring straight at an unusual beast. A predacon just like the one he was searching for as Shadow-Strike began to speed up as his tyres crunched against the ground moving straight towards the target and away from the solid road. It was a bumpy ride for Shadow-Strike as he activated a mute area shield which created a bubble in which sound created within couldn't be heard by those outside it. The device was perfect for sneaking up on unaware targets.

Helix transforms back into his wolf mode as his sense of smell picked up a very faint trace of something, growling as his tail kept low.*

Continuing to speed forward Shadow-Strike was nearing closer and closer as he used the cctv to track exactly where the wolf was. Helix may have had a trace of something due to his predacon systems but Shadow-Strike wasn't going to give him much time to react as he reached full speed despite moving off road. Then he was there his wheels lifting off the ground as the dodge challenger flew from the slightly elevation of the land as he flew into view.
Gravity taking hold as he plummeted downwards at full speed with both headlights zoned in on Helix looking to blind the wolf as his front bumper looked set to crash straight into the Autobot.

Helix cries out in surprise at the blinding light and he jump-runs on top of the car in panic and daze. He starts barking wildly and snarling, looking as if he had 'Le Rage'.

Landing firmly against the ground Shadow-Strike's tyres gripped to the ground as best they could on landing as he felt the Predacon grip onto his roof. He needed to get the beast off him as soon as possible as the dodge challenger drifted as soon as it had the slightest of resemblance of grip with the ground in an attempt to offbalance the target. Then he was transforming as Shadow-Strike's frame twisted away from Helix's grip until he was fully transformed, his pede's scrapping off the ground as he came to an abrupt stop allowing him to gain a solid base with the ground. In the transformation he'd been able to slither out of Helix's grip.
Then he struck out swinging his right leg towards the Predacon's face as he tried to capitalise on his own natural speed and the fact he had dazed Helix. He was looking to keep the pressure on and not give the mech's processor anytime to recover.

Only to be kicked in the face, causing some of his teeth to break. He then scambles to his feet and transforms into his robot mode. Bringing out his gun and firing the, at Shadow.*

Keeping close to Helix he needed to ensure he kept the pressure as Shadow-Strike pushed in slamming the barrel of the weapon away from him with his left servo as he tried to stop the weapon from hitting him, the weapon however had narrowly clipped his shoulder with the slightest of flesh wounds. Shadow-Strike had a gameplan and he planned to stick to it as he leaned in throwing his elbow towards Helix's helm again as he tried to ensure the mech had no time to recover.
He'd planned to face the Autobot and now he was going to use every advantage he could as he was already planning his next offense if the elbow connected.

Hotwire heard the commotion and spots Shadow-Strike taking on Helix.
"Hey, that was going to be MY Mark, Shadow-Jerk!" she shouted at him. She put Gox onto a tree branch carefully, and strode forward to the impending brawl, drawing one EMP gun.

What in Primus' sweet name?!
Riptide yelled as Shadow-Strike struck. He leapt back and transformed his servos into energy blasters. But the con and Helix were too close together for him to take a shot. And so he retransformed the blasters back into his servos and drew both his cutlasses. The shining blades shimmered off the snow around him as Riptide growled a little. Something about the mech was familiar.
Hey you! Don't you know abusing animals is wrong?!
Riptide smirked as he leapt into the fray. He slashed his left blade at the mech's waist.

"Oh, you go kid!" Hotwire enthused to Riptide as he took on Shadow-Strike, before turning her focus entirely on Helix, "Hey, punk!" she shouted at him, "This won't hurt a bit!"
She fired her EMP at Helix.
