Personality : Tarn is a mech who enjoys nothing more than playing his beautiful music while showing off how eloquent he is when he quotes phrases off of Megatron's Autobiography, Towards Peace, and his other philosophical works. He also indulges those two pleasures by using his outlier ability to talk the DJD's latest transgressor to death by letting their sparks shut down. Tarn can be described as an embodiment of loyalty to the Decepticon cause as Tarn goes as far to wear the Decepticon insignia on his face.
Tarn views himself, and is, the central pillar within the DJD. He is the only member that has yet to be replaced by someone else. He is the last member of the true original DJD. Not the DJD containing himself Forestock, Crucible, Scissorsaw and Amp. The actual original DJD. The DJD that was forgotten.
Despite his sophisticated outlook, Tarn can be as brutally violent as a phase sixer. Yet he seems to see himself as more as a bureaucrat and his team is the administration. Tarn is one believe that his actions are all justified, yet he can have thoughts of doubt. However his doubt will not stop him from doing his job. Tarn also suffers from an addiction to changing shape. Tarn has already burnt out his original T-Cog and hundreds of overs since all he wants is the next hit. For him to keep up his addiction, he has a surplus of T-cogs at his disposal to burn out.
In short, Tarn is a brutal murderer armed with literature and has an unwavering devotion to the Decepticon cause. No traitor, no coward can escape from his hand of justice. You can run, but you can't hide.

Dual Arm Mounted Riot Cannons
> After the disappearance of Megatron, Tarn had entered a state of grief. In memory of his lost idle, he hung up his double fusion cannons and took up double riot cannons instead. If Megatron wasn't around to wield one of Cybertrons most powerful weapons, no one can.

Abilities : Glitch
> Tarn possess a Point One Percenter spark that also grants him the ability to render machinery inoperative. While this is not known as his real identity remains hidden, Tarn could only render non-sentient machinery inoperative while touching it, and it hurt him every time he used his ability. Later on Tarn learned to use his power from a distance and the pain from before seemed to have faded away.
Many years later, when Tarn became Tarn the mech surpassed his former limitations once again. This time Tarn learned that he could now render sentient machinery inoperative by snuffing their sparks with just his voice. By simply lowering his tone he can coax the spark into giving up. However Tarn must be able to concentrate to talk someone to death. Combat situations are difficult to concentrate on.

History :
Strengths :
- Tarn's spark is a point one percenter spark, mechs and femmes with these sparks are known to be powerful in physical strength. His strength is enough to convince the Autobot Prowl that Tarn is a phase sixer. Tarn isn't a phase sixer however.
- Tarn loves a good conversation. It's a specialty of his as he can do more than simply talk people to death. He can malipulate others into doing his bidding with the right amount of words he can convince mechs into rejoining the Decepticon faction if he is willing to forgive them of their crimes. Or it is just his intimidating figure and reputation that he has built over the countless years.
- His voice is his most powerful and used weapon. The ability for a spark to cease through the power of speech is something spectacular in of itself. It can be deemed impossible. And what is even more better is that Tarn does not need to be in talking distance to use his voice. He can sit in his room all day and talk through his commlink to kill someone. However, Tarn likes to be an active hands-on mech. Simply talking to people doesn't cut it. When punishment is required, Tarn will surely bring it.
-
Weaknesses :
- An undying loyalty to the Decepticon cause. Tarn obeys the cause, and only the cause. No expections. This could get him in trouble with the current Decepticon High Command if they do not understand what the DJD are for.
- His voice can't touch you if you can't hear it. However, Tarn knows ways around this problem. Brute force would be an example.
- Bravery and confindence is one thing, egotism is another. Tarn views himself as thw pillar of the DJD, an unstoppable force of justice that decides who lives and who dies

RP Sample
Forestock was the first to be killed. The British Columbia. Scissorsaw was captured and most likely killed under Autobot custody. Amp- or Tesla Arc as he liked to call himself- defected for his son. Crucible had fallen in Brisbane. The replacements for Vos and Kaon, Cut-Up and Skidmark, both disappeared without a trace. Cut-Up was nearing the end of his supposed lifespan as a vehicon and Skidmark was most likely caught up in the fire that had consumed the battlefield outside the Nemesis when it crashed.
Earth seemed to be the planet where the DJD collasped. Before Forestock, it was the Vos before him that was killed, Agent 113, aka Dominus Ambus, and Autobot spy. He was dealt with a few days after Amp, his pet and Skyspray joined the Peaceful Tyranny. Tarn then activated his comm.
"Array? This is not a call for the position of Kaon... I'm calling you because I have a job for you. Amp has defected. You know Amp? He was the one that taught you along with Skidmark. I want you to bring me his head and the rest of his body. Do not damage the centre of his chest. I will pay you handsomely in return."
Tarn then hung up. He knew that Array knew that he didn't have a choice. If Array failed to show up, then he would be put on the List. In all honesty Tarn could just deal with Array through the comm. All he'd have to do was lower his voice. The mech stood up off his chair and walked up to a cabinet and got out a cube filled with innermost energon. Fine vintage, Rivets Field, 1st cycle 006. He poured himself a glass as he looked at the wall where hung all of his various masks, his dual fusion cannons that had a picture of Megatron resting on top of. Tarn looked at the picture of his idol.
"Peace through Tyranny."
