BASICS
Designation : Dashside
Nicknames: Dash, Dashie (by Skyspray and Scaag)
Faction : Autobot
Gender : Femme
Home Planet : Cybertron
City-state of Origin : Uraya
Occupation : Scout, Melee Combatant, Basic Combat Medic
Personality :
Fiery and headstrong, Dashside's personality is one of a naturally aggressive and proud warrior. Once a challenge is presented to her, the femme is unlikely to back down from it, and in combat she acts with a wit almost as quick as her strikes - both serving as a testament to her unwavering confidence in both herself and her abilities as a fighter. As a result, Dashside doesn't put herself above verbal taunts when in a battle, often jabbing at an opponent's flaws.
In addition to this, Dashside's loyalties lie more with her friends than the cause or the mission. She never hesitates to stand up for her friends or do what is necessary to protect them - even if that cost of doing so brings her into direct conflict with her orders and her superiors, or in harms way. It's this side of her that cares for her friends that also leads her to open up when amongst younger cybertronians, empathising with the fact they have to grow up in the midst of war - much like how she did. As a result, she would do just as much for them as she would for even her closest allies and friends.
Her nature as a weapons specialist makes her incredibly knowledgeable about such items and devices, often taking notes in combat about things that could be improved regarding her own weapons and method of combat, later applying the aforementioned improvements to both herself and her weapons in attempt to reach the goal of making herself a better warrior.
Despite all of this however, Dashside is faced with a problem. For some reason, she cannot remember the majority of her time on Earth, believing the Ark to have landed on a month or so ago. There are so exceptions to this which include minor memories and experiences centering around one person in particular, Skyspray; Whom she considers her greatest friend.
APPEARANCE
Optic ( Eye ) Color : Emerald
Primary Paint Color : Vibrant Yellow
Secondary Paint Color[Optional] : Black
Height : 22 feet
Features:
Please put two Bullet Points listing notable features, a picture will account for this part of the app.
- Overall Dashside has very curved and smooth armour plates, something which she gets from both her choice of alt-mode and function as a warrior. The latter stems from the fact that the smooth, rounded surfaces make it harder for blades/bullets to lodge themselves in her armour, with a higher chance of simply sliding off instead. To this extent Her torso is designed to be lightweight yet combat efficient and is shaped similarly to Arcee's. What this means is that in addition to winglets, her entire frame is covered in black armour, though vital areas (such as the chest), are reinforced with extra armour, coloured bright yellow.
- Dashside's helm on the other hand is more angular in appearance, utilizing a T-shaped visor fitted with a HUD that can polarize to black. Her helm, like most, includes a battlemask, though it is unique in the regard that when active, it covers all of her face. Despite this, Dashside is still able to see due to an array of cameras linked to her HUD on the outside of the battlemask, giving her vision as she would normally have it with the protection of a whole battlemask with no critical weakpoints, such as optic viewing holes.
- Another of Dashside's notable design traits is that her shoulders are equipped with large, vertical pauldrons, each shaped like a tube that has been cut in half, extending just above her neck to protect her helm from flanking attacks. Her right shoulderpad has the emblem of a black rabbit mid-run, signifying her role as a scout. In addition to this, a system of miniature jets are integrated into her back to improve her velocity, allowing her to move with more mobility and agility to close the gap in combat as a result of her short range. These jets are also present in her alt mode, though they are concealed until she makes use of them (similar to stealth force).

Equipment and Abilities
Weaponry:
Description: Having opted to switch to a style of using melee weapons only, Dashside adopted a dualblade and a greatsword as her primary weapons. The dualblade appears simple in design, with a blade protruding from either side of the weapon's hilt. Both blades have a smaller prong attached to them, on the opposite sides of each other, which are able to slide up and down the weapon to alter it's design. Examples of this would be transforming the blade into a more trident-like weapon, or a double-ended scythe.
On the other hand, her greatsword is a large blade that projects energy from both of it's cutting edges, granting greater sharpness and a far stronger ability to cut into targets than a normal blade would. The top half of the blade is one-sided, sloping downwards from the back to the front of the weapon. However, as it reaches the handle the energy stops, only to form a triangular spike of energy off of the bottom of the pommel.
Despite the intricacies of both weapons, perhaps the most interesting detail about them is how the femme wields both weapons. Both the greatsword and dualblade are too large to be held in her hands at once, and she gets around such by using her powers as an outlier. By generating small magnetic fields around her hands, she is able to manipulate her dualblade with both greater accuracy and elegance than were she to hold them in her hands, but it also provides her with a wider range of options for attacking. Her greatsword on the other hand is suspended in a much wider field that surrounds her entire person, allowing it to act seemingly on it's own, with Dashside's hands nowhere near to it. In truth however, the femme has devoted part of her extra processing space to directing the weapon's attacks.

Grenades
Description: Dashside carries four standard-issue frag grenades, which can be set to either detonate on impact or after a set time, depending on their selected setting. These grenades have a relatively small radius, but deal potent damage as a result of their high explosive force - able to bust through most variations of standard armour plating.
Gadgets:
Personal Shielding
Description: Dashside is equipped with a personal shield, which absorbs all forms of incoming damage. It can take standard damage from a single source for roughly 3 posts, after which it must cooldown for another 3 posts. Taking damage causes the shield to flare up, revealing itself as a body-tight mesh of blue hexagons. If the shield is broken, a precautionary measure is kicked into place, causing Dashside to emit a low-level EMP that scrambles the sensors of her enemies in a small radius around her, causing temporary blinding and pushing targets away.
Bubble Shield
Description: Designed using similar technology as her personal energy shielding, Dashside possesses a deployable bubble-shield with a radius of roughly 5-metres. It can take a number of attacks before collapsing (1-2 posts), at which point it can no longer be used until recharged at base. Due to how large the shield it projects is, the shield can only stay up for a limited time (2-3 posts.) Weapon fire cannot enter the shield, nor can it exit.
Ground Bridge Grenade
Description: This grenade houses the receiving transmitter of a groundbridge generator, interlinked with those at the Autobot base. When detonated the grenade will project a groundbridge linked to the base and it's current location, allowing users to travel from one to the other, though it shuts down after a limited time (1-2 posts). Similarly the device houses a unique system that allows it to penetrate the fields generated by groundbridge blockers, making it ideal for hasty retreats or bringing reinforcements in such zones. Like the Bubble shield it only has one use before requiring special technology to replenish it's charge levels.
Basic First Aid Kit
Description: Dashside possesses training as a field medic, albeit a very basic and generalized one. Said training allows her to make use of the contents of a basic first aid kit, which she carries on her person at all times. Within said kit is a localized EMP device, which is used for numbing pain sensors. She also carries a basic welding torch for repairing small wounds, and nanite bandages for those that are larger than what the welding torch can handle, but not major wounds. The nanite bandage patches up the area in which it is placed, though the nanites degrade over time - meaning that it cannot be used as a method of permanent repair.
Abilities:
Magnetic Manipulation
Description: As an Outlier, Dashside's power is the ability to manipulate magnetic fields. This means that she can generate said fields and use them to control ferro-magnetic objects within them, such as attracting and repelling them from herself or other ferrous materials. Her years of training (specifically those spent in her youth at the Academy for elementals on Cybertron) have granted her a high degree of mastery with this ability, allowing her to use it with great ease and control. To this extent she has actual began to further her mastery of this ability into it's higher stages, and in addition to using magnetic fields to manipulate metals, she can now generate low power EMP bolts from her hands and optics, although it takes some concentration and an equal amount of time to use.
OTHER
History:
Dashside was forged during the war in Uraya, a major Autobot stronghold filled with a populace of radical supporters of the cause - albeit her sparker was an exception. Due to the extensive belief in the Autobot cause displayed by most of the citizens and the fact that Cybertron was at war, being a neutral in Uraya was punishable by exile or execution, and thusly Dashside's sparker joined the cause. Her parent, a mech, instilled his beliefs into the young femme, believing that war wasn't the way forward. Eventually however, his neutral views were discovered, and both were sentenced to die. Out of fear, the femme's spark mutated suddenly as their execution was to begin, suddenly sending a massive surge of magnetic energy outwards which destroyed everything in a small radius around them, but leaving everyone intact. Branded an Outlier, the femme and her sparker were spared execution, with the latter sent into exile and Dashside herself off to Iacon.
At first she did not know why she was being sent to the capital city of the Autobots, but soon it became clear, she was being sent to an academy to train her powers. At first she was scared and quiet, but quickly forged a bond with another student, Skyspray, whom was on the run from his parents in the DJD. The relationship between the two quickly grew, along with a blossoming friendship with a third member of the class, Stormgear. All three trained together until reaching Cybertronian adolescence and deemed fit to fight. Dashside's time at the academy changed her, and whilst she became a proud supporter of the Autobots who was willing to lay down her life for them, she ultimately put her friends before the cause. During this time, without her father she required someone to fulfil a similar role, eventually being adopted by a Predacon known as Stellene, along with her her "brother", Scaag.
After some time of deployment on the front lines, news quickly spread of Cybertron's impending demise. The Autobots scurried to put together multiple evacuation ships and Dashside was put aboard the flagship of the evacuation fleet, the Ark, alongside her fellow former students and friends. Before the ship could reach the spacebridge that would be their salvation, they were boarded by the Decepticon flagship, the Nemesis. Dashside helped to fight off the hordes on ensuing invaders, keeping the Decepticon boarders at bay as both ships approached the unstable portal and were flung through space, to Earth.
Following the Ark's crash landing, Dashside would fight in many battles around Earth, rising through the Autobot ranks as a result of her accomplishments. Helping to foil scheme after Decepticon scheme, Dashside would be declared MIA after disappearing suddenly. She had in fact intercepted a Decepticon signal and gone after it by herself, but was overwhelmed by what she found, and captured. The Decepticon responsible for her defeat however had distanced himself from the cause, instead operating out of his crashed ship at the bottom of the ocean. It was here that he tortured her, tearing her apart piece by piece, both physically and mentally, ripping away her memories just because it gave him a sadistic enjoyment. Through unknown circumstances she managed to escape his clutches but her damaged body would not get her far. Crawling to a functional escape pod, she was launched out of the ship and into depths unknown, entering stasis lock indefinitely until someone could find her.
Strengths :
MINIMUM of three bullets ( Full sentences required ).
- Dashside's mastery of melee weapons makes her a dangerous and skilled combatant in close quarters. The advantages provided by her usage of her powers in subtle ways in conjunction with her weapons improve upon this, making her an even more deadly opponent.
- The powers afforded to her due to being an outlier and vast and strong, all centred around Magnetism, allowing her to attract/repel objects and fire electromagnetic blasts.
- Her speed makes her a valuable asset, able to function well as a scout and even better at close quarters, using it to bridge the gap between enemies as well as out maneuver them.
Weaknesses :
MINIMUM of three bullets (Full sentences required).
- Her memory loss means that a lot of her past is missing, including knowledge of friends, enemies and allies. Both her lack of memory regarding the former and the latter leave her desperate to rediscover what she has lost, a desire which leaves her open to psychological attacks.
- Dashside's loyalty to her friends means that placing one of them in danger while cause her to act both irrationally and impulsively, doing what needs to be done to protect them. This single-minded nature can be used to lure her into traps or other deadly scenarios. The same can be said for her headstrong nature.
- Whilst both her armour and shielding provide her with strong protection, the latter as well as her array of ranged weapons have recharge and cooldown periods respectively, meaning that she can be left open if all of said equipment is overloaded.
