Rolling out of the cave was difficult as Rodimus's alt mode wasn't built for off-road duties. But once exiting the cave fully, the mech transformed immediately and began to stretch his arms and legs. It was to get out of that cave. It was just too small for a 30 foot tall mech like Rodimus. The wanna-be Prime looked around at the landscape, taking in the scenery that the planet had to offer. Rodimus quickly reconised it as an organic planet.
The glare of the sun was also unexpected for Rodimus that the mech had to place a servo over his optics. This would only be temporary however. He would have to allow his optics to adjust first. The mech took a quick glance at Dextor as the small mech asked Rodimus a question. Rodimus looked at the landscape before he merely shrugged.
"Eh. For an organic planet. This place seems alright."
Rodimus lowered his servo from his optics to his hips, giving him a more superior and heroic pose. By now it was clear Rodimus was not all too bothered by the beauty of the planet. Rodimus wasn't a fan of organics- or at least those affiliated by the Galatic Council or the Black Consertia. Those guys were just stupid. Especially the Galatic Council. Their hats have to be the worst of all hats. Just terrible.
"So, if I am right in saying this is an organic planet. Is this planet associated with the Galatic Council or the Black Consertia? Or are the locals here prefer to close themselves off from other organics?"

"And this my friend is only the tip of the iceberg. Just wait until you get to see at first servo, the plethora of biomes which decorates this planet's biosphere. Just to think, that at least 8.7 million of diverse species inhibiting this world is enough to overload ones processor of such rich information! The very way their populations decrease and increase in such exponential growths still alludes me, as if-"
Dext had to stop himself once again, as he found himself twitching with excitement. He had to quickly recompose himself, as he has noted he'd went into one of his little 'nerd breakdowns'.
"My apologies once again, this planet just has a way of 'setting me off', the potential recordings of data is truly exasperating."
He would say in apologetic tone. As Rodimus went on to inquire if the planet was associated with the Galatic Council or the Black Consertia, the minicon listened closey. Dextor would search his data banks of this peculiar name, however to his dismay, he had no records on them. If there was one thing he hated, was being short on information. Nevertheless, he was sure this planet was affiliated with neither.
" Though I have heard of neither groups, from my observations this planet is quite secluded from other organic filled worlds, though not at their own extent. You see, the natives of this world are rather primitive. In fact just four decades ago they were able to create technology for space travel, when they've been on this planet for thousands of years. They've also shown to live rather short life spans, and be much more interested against slaughter their own rather than making universal relations."

"Uh-huh."
Rodimus replied, he wasn't as bothered with Dextor's ramblings. At least Dextor used more lay mans terms. But- what was an iceberg? Anyway. The way Dextor talked about the planet suggested there was more to this dump of dirt than what Rodimus saw infront of him. Rodimus gave a small wave at Dextor to tell him things were cool.
"Well the Galatic Council are a bunch of organics- generally around my size- who see themselves as the universe's only defenders and peacekeepers. If you ask me, there just a group who wear stupid hats and have their heads so far up their organic equivalent of an aft, you can't even tell where they end or begin. And the Black Consertia are just the organic equivalent of Megatron. They hate mechanical life forms. So you, me, Velcitronians, Camiens and all that- are all on their list."
Rodimus crossed his arms as Dextor went on about the planets affiliation with the big two organic groups. Rodimus nodded as Dextor stated that 40 years ago the humans were able to exit their planet's atmosphere. The mech nodded. The inhabitants seemed to late bloomers in space travel. The sound of Earth's inhabitants fighting each other also reminded him of Megatron starting the war. Mini-Megs!
"So they are at war?"

(I'd like to legit apologize for the long wait, I've been a bit under the weather as well as occupied.)
Dextor felt unnerved as Rodimus began to speak about those organics. He was rather worried about running into either groups, especially the ones who appeared to have a special disliking towards machines. Nevertheless, by the way the taller mech spoke of them, they didn't appear to be much of a threat. In fact, they appeared more full of themselves than to be actually considered a danger.
"I hoping we need not to worry about either of them coming to this planet. By your rather, er- "unique" description, they appear to be anything but a threat."
The minicon would further ponder on Rodimus' words. Stupid hats, eh? Dextor couldn't help but chuckle to himself as he recalled the insult. In the many years he had been around, this mech had to be the most entertaining that he had came across. Then again he didn't socialize much, therefore it couldn't be helped that he felt very much amused. When Rodimus inquired about the human's wars, he felt more than delighted to dig into his memory banks for information.
"Oh yes, humans have always shown to have a violent nature. By estimation there has been between 10,000 and 250,000 wars fought in human history. And the number appears to only grow as they continue to bicker over petty disputes. A fraction of them have been fought just the sake for blood thirst."

((No problem, mate. I apologise myself cause I never noticed you posted until now.))
"The Galactic Council have Geobombs. So I'd say they are a threat."
Rodimus shook his head as Dextor said that the major organic groups weren't a threat. Geobombs. Nasty pieces of work they are. Bombs that blew up entire planets. Rodimus crossed his arms and then quickly turned his helm when he heard what Dextor said about the number of human wars. Rodimus was finding quite hard to believe that there were so many that he even raised an optic ridge. They must've been very small wars if there were so many.
"What's the longest war that the humans have had then? Because with that many wars I take it they must've lasted a very short time."

(It's all good. ^^")
"My apolgies, by the way you spoke of their ridiculous apparel, I made my presumption too hastily."
Dextor mentally scolded himself for making such an ignorant statement. The minibot would then continue to record the questionable facts, Rodimus had already given him about the Galatic Council. Until doing futher research from multiple sources, the one lead he did have, would suffice for now. His helm tilted up, to glance at Rodimus as he asked another question.
"Well of course undoubtedly most of their wars were rather short, at least in human terms to say the least. In fact, most of them, are battles longing from the time when civilization had just began. However it really depends on what some individuals may consider to be wars, some may include rebellions , a series of raids, border conflicts.."
He stopped himself again, after realizing he had began to ramble.
"Ahem! Anywhow, as pertaining to your previous question, the longest war that has been fought would be the 720 year conflict between Persia and Rome. I'm quite surprised at the number myself, nevertheless the facts do not lie."

"Eh. Don't beat yourself over it. A lot of people change their mind when the Geobomb... bomb is dropped."
Rodimus said. He was not offended by Dextor's assumption. Rodimus normally doesn't treat the Galactic Council as a threat. Just a bunch of jack-asses with very powerful bombs that they stole off a Decepticon. Rodimus raised an optic at Dextor's answer of the longest war that the inhabitents have ever had. 720? That was a really short war. And this Persia and Rome. Were they like Megatron and Optimus? Best not ask that question or it possibly lead to more questions. Best to just leave it at all humans are like mini-Megatrons. Since they like their wars and violence.
"So you think you are able of contacting the Autobots here?"
