- Chaff has a more sleek, salim body shape, and at first glance looks like a stealth unit.
Alternative Mode:
Chaff looks like he was based off of the standard vehicon seeker, only Instead of having a v-shaped horizontal visor, he has a vertical straight line that starts from where his mouth would be to his fore-helm. To the sides of this strange mask, are small neon yellow Aztec-like markings. His wings have more sleek and slim parts to them, and he is thinner and faster then the average vehicon. Where both the side parts of his armor meet to make a triangular angle on a vehicon’s chest, Chaff’s armor design makes his chest and other pieces look more sharp. Though they actually are literally sharpened for the purpose of cutting in the enemy in multiple and grizzly ways. Another way of describing him would be when you see him, many would instantly recognize that he is not an ordinary vehicon at all.
ARMOR AND WEAPONRY
Armor
Armor Description: Chaff’s armor has mainly three layers: The first layer of armor is for the purpose of taking some hits, and despite how thin it may appear on him, it is explosive resistant (x1) and heavy-duty hit resistant. (x1) His second layer is for the sole purpose of keeping anything from infecting him too badly. It cannot rust unlik the outer layer, and prevent infection from spreading within him, making him immune to most rusting piosens. This armor, is also able to receive extremely bad damage. (x1) Thirdly, there is the armor which protects Chaff’s more weak jointed areas, such as behind the knees, his arm joints, and the smallest bit on his neck. These armor bits are not capable of taking as many hits as the first layer, but they are able to protect these typically weak points to a fair extent.
Armor Perks ( optional ): listed in paragraph above.
Weaponry
Primary Weapon
Chaff's main gun is giant grenade launcher, which has increased range, and precision. His grenade launcher can actually select from the various grenades Chaff has, which would be six. This grenade launcher is huge, and is capable of taking a hit for the mech.
Description: Chaff's main gun is giant grenade launcher, which has increased range, and precision. His grenade launcher can actually select from the various grenades Chaff has, which would be six. This grenade launcher is huge, and is capable of taking a hit for the mech.
Secondary Weapon : Installed grenade launchers that are installed in his back, and can transform onto his shoulders.
Description: These are a smaller versos of his big grenade laucnehrs, and can select a variety of grenades before firing. They had a shorter range, which would be the average throw of a cybertronian grenade professional, and these grenade launchers can hold exactly four grenades each before they need to be reloaded automatically. They reload themselves from Chaff's subspace, thanks to a very high tech connection Chaff himself designed.
Other Weapons :
As an inventor, Chaff has subspaced away many little parts and handy bits and pieces that would allow him to make something quickly out of anything he perhaps picked up, if it was according to his mind, the proper ingredient. As for Weapons that are not subspaced,
For explosives, Chaff keeps six grenades on his person, four of which are on his belt, and the other two are concealed in small compartments just above his pelvic girdle. These grenades are your average-whammy-ka-blammies explosion wise, but they can either be timed, immediately blown up, or stickied to any substance by removing some of the out shell to reveal some strange and gooey substance thanks to the inventor’s design. One of these grenades is a smoke bomb, but instead of just being able to conceal someone with a thick coating of smoke, Chaff has made the smoke flammable. Finally, one of the six grenades is a glass gas bomb, something which the inventor himself is immune to, but the actual grenade can make armor brittle, and shatter like glass. Fortunately, Chaff holds only one of these at a time.
Chaff’s other tools are medical equipment, which he also has subspaced away. Where normal stealth units would be just excellent fighters, Chaff keeps many things on him so that he can provide himself weapons as he goes, or can repair allies as they go, making him an ideal support and aggressive unit for his superiors to make use of.
Additionally, Chaff also holds a type of EMP grenade, which he can use effectively in large areas. He himself is not entirely immune to these, so he'll be sure to be shooting these at his enemies entirely. He has about four of these on him.
Lastly, Chaff has the typical vehicon triangular blaster which he has adjusted to have have a much shorter range, but by far more power. His fire power with the gun is just one step away from being the equivalent of Shockwave's own large signature gun, and the impact it creates usually causes Chaff to stagger back a step or two.
Description : Posted above!
Gadgets :
Chaff’s grenades make up for half of his gadgetry, since his grenades all have special purposes and whatnot. Chaff does, however have a few more strange features which he prides himself in. Being a part of an experimental extreme-soldier program, Chaff can mimick voices with his vocoder perfectly. Just one word from someone, and he can use their voice that instant, to speak normally. Unfortunately, this little twist which he was born with cost him his own voice, which he has none of. Chaff also has a stealth mode, in which he camouflages with his surroundings, making him virtually invisible.
Also, in emergencies, Chaff's arms can
Melee :
Chaff has two long sickles which he has sheathed and strapped to his backplating. These weapons are incredibly sharp, and can cut through most substances quite easily.
Melee Weapon Description (Optional): Sickle perks: These weapons are capable of cutting through many substances, and are also extremely hard to break, being made out mixtures of tough and light metals. Swing a hammer to it hard enough though, and the tools will shatter like glass.

OTHER
Personality :
Chaff used to be a prankster along with his brother, but he is more solemn and distant now. He does crack a good joke every now and then, or enjoys sarcasm, but mostly he can hardly talk thanks to how his voice-box was designed. Chaff is strange in the sense that he doesn’t like to be alone, but doesn’t like to be crowded either, and that he feels those who he works with he has some responsibility for. Once your Chaff’s friend though, he does almost anything for you. Chaff has a small loyalty to the Decepticons, not because he is power hungry, or wants his own way, but simply because he finds them to have done nothing for him except draft him into their ranks, and that they have indeed given him technology and upgrades occasionally, but the only reason he is with them is because if his friends and how he feels the Autobots aren’t really his style either. Since most of his friends are his vehicon brethren, he stays with the Decepticons and plays the part of the one dimensional loyal drone who does what he’s told. Should he get a good rank though, perhaps some of his true colors might shine. Whether it is a good or bad thing, has yet to be seen.He keeps his real personality buried behind his switching voice, his sarcasm, and his own crowded schedule.

I have no idea how likable he is. I'd give him a 6 as a 'meh' judgement.
History ( Optional as some like to make it up as they go along ) :
Chaff was once a blacksmith pre-war called Ayzikk, and had a talent for creating small or large designs for new upgrades for rich mechs and femmes. He was known widely for this, and was often hired for various things such as making a better energon efficient engine for a racer, or creating a cutting-edge chassis for some very rich politician or millionaire who had nothing better to spend his or her money on. As the war began to go on, Ayzikk found himself secretly smuggling weapons for the Decepticons, handing some of his top-secret master-pieces to Swindle to make some extra money. Ayzikk also sold weapons to the corrupt senate to use against the Decepticons, finding it very amusing how both sides used his gadgetry for their own intentions, only to find the other side had either more high-tech weaponry or simply more surprises up their sleeve.
Eventually Ayzikk himself decided to side with the Autobots, since they would provide him with a good reason to use his tinkering skills. As he began to personally carry weapons and sketches of plans to the Autobot city Iacon, he was intercepted by Decepticon forces, who caught him red-handed. His work was stolen, and he was brought before the Decepticon chain of command, who deemed him to be a treacherous little inventor.
Thus he was brought to a reprogramming chamber, where he would be turned into a vehicon for further use, instead of extermination. His wits would be a good tool for the Decepticon cause, but to make sure this trickster would stay in line the Decepticons mentally linked Ayzikk and another mech who had been also been caught pulling a sly one on the Decepticons. Both were reprogrammed so that they would act as each others’ officer, making sure that they were both staying in line. At first, after awakening from the procedure, Ayzikk who had forgotten his name along with his new companion, hated this new comer.
After their adventures and the events in Shockwave’s Academy however, both became close friends, unaware that they were meant for monitoring each other. Should one begin to step out of place, the other would immediately advise against it. Since both trusted one another, the cycle and programming worked fine. At last, after some battles in the war, The former smuggler-blacksmith was named ‘Chaff’ for his handiness with explosives and making weapons.
His ‘twin’ was named ‘Graph,’ after he revealed unto the ranks of the Decepticons his ability for drawing out the lay of the land with simply looking at it, having photographic memory, and having a liking for art. More time past, and unfortunately Graph was killed by an Autobot warrior, Genorix. Without a friend or a monitor, Chaff began to be able to do things he shouldn’t, and he began to get more and more of a mind of his own. With no normal vehicon programming prohibiting him from everything he thinks and plans, Chaff has potential to be either a great danger, or a great ally.
Family ( Optional, some just have none ) :
Jeffery, Graph(deceased), Thunderbolt, and Stalaken
Strengths :
Chaff is a specialist in Stealth, mechanical skill, fighting, and for a vehicon, thinking. Chaff is also a strong believer in keeping all his friends online, and enjoys his friend’s company. Chaff has a small history for making some good comebacks to his enemies, with his sly and fast sarcastic tongue. Strangers are who he is strange with, however. Chaff also is a calculating genius when it comes to grenade placement, or anything that has to do with blowing up something at the right place at the right time. He can think as fast as he acts, maybe faster. Chaff is also quick to give a helping hand, if it means he'll get a good friend. He can also use his switching his voice so that he can deceive foes into thinking that he is someone else, and he can make himself even have the same kind of style of the person he mimics, as in he can walk, act, and maybe if he knows more on this person even think like they do for a short time, before he 'dominates' his personality again.
In other words, Chaff is extremely spontaneous, and Chaff can switch a part of his personality with the person he's working with voice, thus making him a slightly different person for every voice he switches in or out. This was a part of the experiment to see if the Decepticons could think like the enemy, but whether it worked or not isn't completely known.
Weaknesses :
Perhaps at times Chaff doesn’t have the strongest will, and can be manipulated quite well with some superiors. He is very aware of some of his superiors however, and will, inturn, sometimes try to manipulate them or think up of ways just for the fun of it. He is slightly mischievous, and if the occasion is just right, he will play a good prank on either an Autobot or a Decepticon. ‘Just because!’ This is rarely seen and has only been seen by other vehicons, so it is possible his superiors have not heard of his more unique habits. One thing that will make Chaff submit to anyone however, is threatening his friends and making no solution for him to save them. His friends are a good part of his strength and will, so Chaff can be manipulated as easily as an Autobot in this way.
At times, even Chaff may not know what he is up to. He is extremely random, and often thinks that he is always winning at everything, since he had plans for everything, though half of them are not effective while the others are usually well thought out. Where some would call him an idiot, others would insist he was a genius, but he really isn't one or another. he is constantly altering--yet he is not insane. However, there is a small cure to getting him to stick to one personality primarily--though it has yet to be seen.
SAMPLE RP
Above the city, the sky shown a brilliant bright blue, the hue which indicated the start of a beautiful morning. The clouds, great white puffs of fluffy mash mellows in the sky caught the golden rays shown by the ever so radiant sun, another great factor of the every day morning in New York. A jet-like car flew over the North side of the city, coming in along with a cool morning breeze. Chaff continued to glide with it, applying his piloting skills to such a fine wind, which had a greater velocity in the higher skies which he caught the wind in. Chaff was here on a patrol as well, only perhaps the vehicon had more peaceful thoughts in mind then the Autobot who had just made himself present.
Chaff continued to lower himself to the ground, picking a spot to perhaps hover from just for the sake of spectating the humans. While many Decepticons found the funny little fleshliness stupid and something they'd prefer to stomp into the ground, it was Chaff who often found himself analyzing them. The vehicon stealth car-jet swooped by a building, and the arched in a diagonally aimed dive, as to enclose his distance with the ground to acquire shelter and a proper view point of the kids, as they went to school.
From behind a convenient patch of large trees and bushes, the vehicon transformed silently, and knelt down to watch the kids. The small slit he had for a visor which ran down his mask vertically lit up some in it's own dim yellow as he watched the kids complain and mumble about going to their school. Chaff was picking up their voices more then easily, and storing the voices away in his data banks for later use. He enhanced his vision with his helm's visor, homing in a a pair of kids who seemed to be hounding a smaller one. Come on kiddo. Fight back. Chaff thought, as he watched the smaller kid wind up having his books scattered on the ground, and receive a black eye. Chaff just shook his helm some. He had yet to understand the point of not struggling against bullies. The kid could have easily just knocked them all out with that thick book entitled 'Zeta'.
