((Made this guy more of an Oc-ish kinda person since not a lot of data given on him.))
Designation : Deadheat
Nicknames: 'Heat maybe.
Gender : Mech
Age : 78, 200 years
Home Planet : Velocitron
Home City State [ optional ]: Unknown
Faction : Decepticon
Occupation : Deadheat is a stealth operative~and exceeds at this, though he can be quiet one minute and very noisy the other. On occasion, mercenary.
Abilities :Enhanced anatomy
Ability Description ( optional ) : Deadheat has multiple unique attributes to his anatomy, however, the most distinct (and the only one known) is how his inner-structure has a coil effect. His protoform is designed so that it can contract and shorten at the same time, since his Protoform contain large and thick coils. These enable Deadheat to be able to nullify momentum or create stronger or more powerful momentum. For example, if he catches a punch from a forty foot mech or femme, the tough coils in his inner structure will enable for his arm to shorten just slighty, soaking in the momentum of the hit, and Deadheat will be able to shove the blow back, his inner-structural coils adding to the strength of the mech. These coils can be locked out of commission, but if Deadheat gives the proper commands his body, he can enable the coils to wcome into action. These are mainly around his torso, his legs, and arms. This enables Deadheat to also fall from very fair distances and take a very small amount of damage, and even create a very large jump out of his fall, if the coils are activated.

Armor
Armor Description: Armor Perks ( optional ):
Deadbeat's armor is designed with multiple pieces, in such a way that it offers Deadheat maximum flexibility. Each part is made of a tough alloy, which is especially resistant to gun fire or properties that have a melting feature. Interlacing each and every piece together underneath, is a metallic mesh that runs underneath every piece of armor, these mesh-like features built to be able to extend, as to offer the flexibility that Deadheat requires. The purpose of these wires is that these are a network of wires that use the kinetic energy given by each blow to provide its user with additional energy. These will absorb many a type of energy, including electrical forms of it. All the wires take this energy to a main ‘highway’ along Deadheat’s spine, and the energy highway branches off towards the arms and legs. The energy hence is recycled to make Deadhjeat move faster, and hit harder, as the mesh moves in perfect sinc with his own maneuvers.
Beneath this mesh is a thin layer of armor which is made of the same resilient alloys his armor consists of, and acts as a second line of defense.
(can be overloaded by multiple strikes of electrical or lightening blasts--)
Weaponry
There are a bunch of weapons listed here
Primary Weapon
Dorsal Blaster Rifle:
Description: The Dorsal Blaster Rifle fires larger rounds than the normal gun, firing a shell that is sharp-pointed, and meant to penetrate armor before dealing 300 of electric volts worth of electricity to the enemy. This ammunition is stackable with the amount of bullets Deadheat plants in opponents. This blaster fires quite far, and has a great deal of force--
Secondary Weapon : Daedelux Laser Rifle
Description: The Daedelux Laser Rifle is a weapon which is used to launch a steady beam of energy at an enemy, which corrupts the weapons of an enemy, causing them to malfunction or backfire. The rifle canonly corrupt one weapon at a time, and can only be used to disrupt one weapon on a character for every 4 posts.
~This weapon can additionally just double the electrical charge of previously planted Dorsal Rifle rounds.
Other Weapons :
Combat Heavy Pistol:
When he needs to go light, Deadheat can equip his Heavy Pistol, a weapon which has been outfitted with exceptional accuracy,This weapon is designed to shoot quick and precise shots, firing heavy-charged lasers at an opponent that are capable of slipping through quite heavy armor coatings--
Nucleon Charge Rifle: A classic sniper's weapon, legendary by many means. Being a demolition, Deadheat has made a few modifications to his rifle, giving it a Quantum Stabilizer to reduce the recoil, and has made it's charging time half faster than the regular Nucleon Charge rifle. E: (1 post of charging = 1 1/3 worth of charge, 2= 2/3 posts worth of charge, 3= 4 post's worth of charge)
Parthenon:
Parthenon is the name of Deadheat’s most treasured rifle, something that he keeps on his person at all times. (in his subspace) This gun is completely custom, and based off the Nucleon Charge rifle, mostly made to act as the ultimate substitute for his other guns should he need it, and has power slightly one step shorter than a Nucleon Charge rifle. It can fire slightly faster, but has a slightly less range. The Rifle can shoot many variations of bullets:
-Drillers These bullets are practically super heated, as to penetrate armor extremely fast, and depending on the distance, upon impact, as they themselves drill through armor, they will have been super heated so much by the kinetic energy they cause that they won’t making it out the other end, but leave a gaping hole in a target, and have possibly messed up the innards thanks to their size and power.
-There are bullets that are thinner and somewhat spiral-like, similar to the drill bullets. These ones, however, are designed to be capable of simply of going at super sonic speeds. These bullets come so quickly at a target, and embed themselves so harshly, that an opponents frame is likely to rattle get thrown into a shock due to the power behind the bullet. These can come in superheated or acid coated varieties.
Gadgets :
Drones:
Deadheat has four drones in total he can dispense, each about two feet long. These are minicon like robotic crawlers, that can act as not only cameras for Deadheat on the battlefield, but methods of trapping his opponents. These drones have weapons of their own:
-Containment field:
If all four or three drones gather in a square or rectangular formation, they can form a shielding that acts as a barrier around an opponent for a limited amount of time. This barrier ability must be charged, and then used. (Takes at least 3 posts to charge. At maximum, the drones can charge for nine posts. Drones can make the containment field last for two less posts than the number of posts it took to charge. Example: charged for 7 posts, can contain character for 5.)
-Missiles:
-Cloaking Devices:
When not applying any of their tractor beams, these drones can cloak themselves for ten posts at maximum.
-Magnetic grenades:
These grenades, once armed in combat, release a powerful magnetic pulse, which forces metal and even bullets towards it in a large radius. This can be used to slow the speed of a bullet or missile. This Grenade lasts for 5 posts. Deadheat has about five of these on his person.
Melee :
Enigma Blades:
The Enigma Arm blades come in a set of two for Deadheat, built into his arms, a part of the very supports that enforce his endoskeleton. This enables Deadheat to be able to cut through things while still exercising good strength. These blades can also be super heated as they go, and are made of quite solid and dependable matter themselves; able to sustain heavy damage should they be used for deflecting.
Intelligence :7
Dexterity :7
Speed : 8(a blur on the road)
Endurance : 6
Firepower : 7
Accuracy : 9
Melee : 7
Tech Skill : 2
Personality :
A truly rhetorical specimen; Deadheat is silent, and yet he enjoys loud and flashy tactics, including calculated risks, and above all anything having to do with 'do-it-fast-and-get-away' missions. All the while doing any of things, Deadheat might never say a word, or bother smirking. While Deadheat is a mech of hasty action, if he believes it is time to act, he will--this includes his times listening in on conversations. Deadbeat will never start a conversation, but he will never be scared to pick up in one or finish it. While being surprisingly nimble with his tongue, Deadheat will carry any conversation without revealing anything about his past. Additionally, Deadheat is a Velocitron, and is extremely restless, his servos constantly doing something; polishing his guns, wiggling, gesturing, pointing, or throwing man explosive round. Oh yes. He loves rifles.
Courage:
On a 1-10 numeric scale.
8. Recklessly Courageous.
Charismaa :
On a 1-10 numeric scale.
7. He's an okay guy. Even if you don't get to know him well.
History ( Optional as some like to make it up as they go along ) :
Six canisters washed ashore on a golden beach. A canister holding a red warrior was onlined, and out stepped a masked warrior, who would begin his journey--(I dunno. Seriously. There's almost nothing on this guy. I'll come up with more stuff as I go I guess.)
Family ( Optional, some just have none ) : none
Strengths :
-Sniper’s accuracy:
Deadheat has disabilities, but with weaknesses come strengths. Deadheat can lock onto a target, aim and shoot quite quickly with long-ranged weapons, and works very well with rifles of almost any kind—especially Nucleon Charge Rifles. He has a distaste large and heavy weapons, however, and will refrain from using any.
-Enhanced Dexterity:
Deadheat has his own crazy, twisted ways of avoiding damage and dealing it in combat, and moves with demonic speed when it comes to it. His deep purple eyes are quick to see and look, adding to how deadly he can be when it comes to reacting. Which he does just as rapidly.
-Reserved:
Deadheat is someone who will often times watch things from the side lines, before making his move. He will often try to think before leaping—or will half the time. When he’s out improvising, he will be very quick to make a new plan on the spot. This has proved not the best strategy, but effective nonetheless.
-Silent as the Grave:
Deadheat’s chassis is meant so that he will be able to be full on sprinting without making too much noise, if none at all. If someone were to be on the opposite side of a door, and Deadheat was n combat, they’d only be able to hear Deadheat’s adversary.
-Good vision:
Deadheat can see or look at something for but an instant, whether it’s a blur or a direct confrontation, and accurately imagine the dimensions of the said person, and memorize them on the spot. If he wants a full scan of a person, he needs about ten seconds, until he knows what they look like and probable weak points. Deadheat can also see across a room and depict details very easily, much easier than others in fact, despite his being color blind.
Weaknesses :
-Heat:
Perhaps one reason Deadheat is called Deadheat is because he simply could not like actual heat less. He functions much better in drafty regions than others, and his systems will not function well for long if exposed to the harsh climates of the desert, or if an enemy uses flamethrowers. Or anything that causes a great deal of heat. Should this be the case, the 23 posts of endurance will be reduced to 15.
-Colorblind:
Deadheat was cursed badly, and can only see unfortunately, a world of black and whites. It is the sad truth. He can read and see everything perfectly fine, but there is hardly any color. He can get lost in a crowd easily, and perhaps a little lost in general around areas he does not know since it all looks a bit the same. Anyone poking fun at this causes Deadheat to take somewhat deep offense.
-Cold steely cruelty:
As a Decepticon, Deadheat had little to shape his morale codes. He does know what’s wrong and what’s right, that is for sure, but sometimes the mech couldn’t care less. He will do anything it takes to get the job done, and has no problem getting his servos dirty.
-Gambler:
Deadheat is someone who just loves coming in on the scene, and then making a master plan on the spot. He is calculating, but whether he’s dwelling on a plan or not, he usually needs to be in a situation then and there to be able to think of a long-run-solution.
-Vanity:
After doing dirty work, a fight, or carrying out an assassination, Deadheat will make sure he is kept in very good condition, much like his guns. What does make this silly is Deadheat is colorblind, and sometimes will miss a spot—so he’ll look decent, but not as good as he intended for himself to.
-Rest:
Deadheat can fight quickly at first, however, he burns out quicker than most, and his systems were not originally designed for combat, so if a fight is to drag on, Deadheat will not be able to continue for too long. He can handle a battle for at the most around 23 posts,(if engaged in active combat) but has not been able to continue due to how his system overheats, and should he continue to fight, his joints will begin to lose their lubricant. Deadheat's metabolism also comes into play, in the fact that his systems are not the as energon efficient they could be, and he will require a good amount of energon after or before combat. Otherwise, his systems will be terribly taxed, and the likelihood of him passing out is heightened.
-Mediocre limb:
When being constructed, Deadheat's right arm was built with less high quality materials than the rest of his body, and the limb is considered to be more poorly made, unable to take as many hits as the rest of his body. This arm will begin to break under too much pressure, and even with Deadheat's armor upgrades, the arm has not been entirely dependable. The arm cannot hold nearly as much weight as the other, and occasionally will not function as well as his left arm when it comes to reacting to an opponents maneuvers in combat. The upper half of the arm especially can act as a hindrance to Deadheat, and is more likely to shatter before the upper shoulder shall. Hence, Deadheat has developed a small dependance on his left arm.
Once upon a time, Cybertron was a peaceful land
Bodies lay scattered across the room, guards leaning up against the wall, some standing some keeled to the floor.
Then Megatron recognized that the peace was an illusion, and it was time to retaliate.
Most of the bodies had distinct single mark running through the center of their heads, each and everyone that was leaning against a wall or barrier had a large energon stain behind their heads, as they lifelessly gawked their mouths or kept their optics to what was in front of them.
Of course, that meant there'd have to be a war. The Government was corrupt, there were numerous acts of injustice occurring throughout the 'peaceful' land. Megatron raised his fist, and when power was given to him, he used that fist to crush everything that stood in his way of what he considered peace.
A figure stood out on the balcony which the halls of the dead lead to, as he gazed to the darkened sky.
The Autobots stood for what they believed in. They fought, and still fight. The figure eyed the corpse next to him, Never asking themselves whether it was a good idea or not. The figure huffed, turning around to exit through the once heavily fortified halls. The battalion had never stood a chance. The funny part was that He'd come right in front of them this time, giving them plenty of time to fire. Too bad.
So to finish that screech about what was fair and not fair Autobot General, I will simply say that we all make our decisions--yours was wrong in this instance. Deadheat out.
