Hello guys, for quite some time I have been planning the Kaocon revolution (basically where the forces of the Kaocons will go and rise up against the current Decepticon leadership. I have been long waiting for a good time to do it, and I think now is no better. This is an event that could last quite a while and will be less based on large battles, but smaller insurgencies, double agents, and mental play. Now like I said there isn't going to be just a big boom of combat and all of a sudden there will be war between the Kaocons and Decepticons, that wouldn't be fun. I have already PM'd some people over the last year or so about joining the Kaocons cause and I have a couple, and if you want to feel free to join the revolution even for your own personal gain. We've all seen on TF shows that chaos in the 'Cons is something that happens a lot, and with Backbeat being such a good mental player I think this is a great time to do this to make it the most fun. Information: -Will begin shortly after the Autobot election. The Autobots may be important to see if they will support either side, and whether this gives them an advantage to help steer the war. - Metagaming is a serious offense! Obviously I am posting this so you know I'm doing it and some others may come on this thread to say they are a part of it, so IC you have to be completely ignorant, and be extremely careful of metagaming. - The outcome is completely random. There is no designed outcome, it will all depend on who wins the battles and who is more prepared. - No old time Megatron rules! Long ago when Warlord Megatron was leader he had a rule that if anyone rose up against him they would be basically insta-killed. That is not happening here, normal RP rules apply this is supposed to be a fun event to get all the sides going to get strategy going full throttle and something to keep everyone interested. - Lastly no creating a Kaocon character without permission from me. Kaocons are very specific in how they come to be so please PM me first before you create a Kaocon character. So if you have any questions, ideas, or concerns comment below and let's see what we can do.

Actually Gear no it doesn't. You see it's not a question it's an announcement. This is going to happen my characters will start a revolution and the rules are basic RP rules. I'm just really letting people know. I am interested to know what others think, but at the end of the day it really doesn't matter

I don't want this.
I'm not making a joke or anything. I'm honestly sick and tired of everyone deciding to revolt because they can.
First the DJD decide to ignore Backbeat because he is not Megatron and basically dissolve. Then, two random decepticons decide to try to kill Backbeat because of an other player's OOC plan that I did not want to do. Then, Cut-Up nearly kills ever Decepticon on the ship, without checking if that was cool with everyone first.
I have tried to be a "good boss" OOC and not ruin everyone else fun, but I'm tired of leading an army that ignores orders and self-destructs on ever second day. I get that the Decepticons are ambitious, but this is getting annoying for me to deal with. Megatron didn't deal with this because, unlike me, he could insta-kill and move on with talking. All I can do is say that a civil war is a waste of time and ruins ever single one of my plans! It's not going to be fun because your forcing me to do something I don't want to do.
I'm also sick of people wrecking the communications room with their fights. It's getting annoying to fix, you can still have your fights, but please limit the damage.

Backbeat let me ask you, IC'ly Death Wish has been planning this for a long time and honestly Backbeat as a leader looks weak. He doesn't dish out consequences for defying him. I don't care about your whether or not this ruins your plans thats the challenge of being a 'Con leader.
I'll be honest about one thing. Out of all the 'Con leaders ( beside Megatron because he was a godmodder and doesn't count) you are the one I fear the least. You don't remind me of a leader who runs the ship and then absolutely makes you pay if you defy him. Bottomline I feared challenging Shockwave and Shadow, not you.
If you look at TF shows and stories insurgency does mess up plans, Megatron (or whoever is in charge) can't stand it but deals with it.
It's just life as 'Con leader.

The only reason Backbeat acts weak, is because OOC I'm trying to not God-mod or abuse my power...
But if you really want to see me actually be evil, I can totally do that. I've been reigning in Backbeat's insanity to prevent horrible abuses of power... But I can stop.
Again, I also point out that you never asked me if I wanted to be a part of this.

It appears the Decepticons are actually attempting to challenge Autobots for the title of "most disorganized and dysfunctional faction."

That's the point as Decepticon leader you don't have a choice. That's the thing we don't follow a script, the Kaocons can do as they wish and will take the consequences they face. It's nothing personal, it's just wrong place wrong time Backbeat. P.S. I would be happy to see you be more torturous while following the rules. As Decepticon leader you have all power (except death rule thingy and such), but torture YES, and with your characters insanity that makes him even more threatening to see not just what he would do to you as a rebel, but your comrades...it's extremely exciting and terrifying. I think you've reigned him in too much where I feared Backbeat more as M.A.S. SiC then I do now, I want to see Beats more threatening and fear inducing.

Maybe it would be best to consider an OOC Decepticon Commander Election before planning a revolution?

Maybe it would be best to consider an OOC Decepticon Commander Election before planning a revolution? Why, what fun would that be? Elections are done to death and aren't Decepticon-like. Besides we already have a leader. This is something IC'ly to challenge everybody. Remember this isn't some stupid little attack, this is a revolution planned by me for years. This is going to shake everyone to their core. No matter who the leader is, I'm coming for them.

Just a reminder. If deathwish becomes con commander, Bruiser is not allowed to become Bot command. Ooc people are not allowed to be in command of more than one faction.

Yeah I know. And the odds of Death Wish actually winning are not great. But I will cross that bridge when and if I get there.

Just for the record, guys, I love torture! And I think everyone else should think of it as a suitable punishment for being disobedient.
Also, the cons would be a lot more organised and compliant if their leader was called Megatron. That's not a downer on Backer's play, but a comment on how people are.
