Entering the empty room while carying the severed limbs, Brain End would let his optics wonder around. Setting the parts down on the berth, he would turn, and take a second look around the room.
A little smaller than I would've liked, but... it'll do.
He would try to picture how he'd set up the room, then smiled. This room would indeed serve well for his 'research'. After putting the spare parts away, the doctor grinned, and turned toward the door. He thought meeting his new comrades would help him re adjust to the Decepticon cause.

Inside his personal Quarters, Brain End was tinkering with a powered down Vehicon, after 'examining' the drones insides. The Doctor would close the drones chest back up, he then walked to a computer console that the vehicon seemed to be hooked up to, and typed in a few commands. Shortly after, the Vehicon would re-activate, and looked at the doctor, the cable connecting the drone to the console released the drone, and retracted back into the computer. The mech's extra limbs slid back into there usual subspaces. And, the mech put his servo's behind his back, and greeted the drone with a smile.
So my friend, how do you feel.
Vehicon:Fine, hey you got rid of the kink in my neck thank you.
The Doctor would nod, and continue to smile.
Thank you for volunteering to be my little lab-rat.
The Vehicon wasn't sure what the scientist was talking about, and simply nodded in response, the Vehicon then got off the birth, and exited the room. Brain End would then pull out a Data-pad, and wrote something down on it, while thinking to himself. "123 subjects, this should be an interesting little experiment." The mech then placed the Data-Pad on a near by counter, and exited the room.
