Welcome one and all to the Transformers Universe Hall of Fame.
I saw that there existed no such thread to this extent prior to this, and felt an overwhelming need to fill that gap. Transformers Galaxy RPers have been through a lot of scrap. A lot of it bad, some of it good- but one thing's true for everyone here. Whether you're a new RPer to the TFG forums, or a veteran of the former TFU forums, the old Transformers Universe website is your roots. It's your past, it's shaped your present, and in the future, hopefully we'll all be able to look back at it and smile.
Today, we commemorate the good. Those rare, few, shining beacons of light in the darkness of the forums. You won't find any of the names listed here roleplaying on the TFG forums. Either they've moved on to pursue real-life endeavors, or they simply don't RP anymore. With this thread we admire them for their contributions, be they to the RP community of TFU in-character, or out-of-character. Perhaps some even for both.
Well, then- let's begin.

~Swiftcut~
Swiftcut is the first name listed in the TFU Hall of Fame for a reason, and that's because of her particularly outstanding contributions- not only to TFU, but also to TFG. She was an RPer who had spunk. Tenacity. Humility, and yes, that community spirit that's so rare among fellow RPers. Not only was she the roleplayer of a strong, unique couple of characters- Swiftcut, the Oronian: first and last original race of the TFU forums, and XNFE, the insane Decepticon we all knew and loved (as well as cringed at the thought of)- but she was also a strong community leader, as well. Many of her self-help threads for newcomers to RPing were pinned by the old site's admins, and she led discussion in many up-building, beneficial conversations that helped shape RP; decisions that lasted up until the end of RP on the Transformers Universe website.
Let us not forget, too, one of her less well recognized accomplishments. She named the Transformers Galaxy website. In an effort to create a massive community project, the first ever concept for an RP-based comic series for the forums, she came up with the name "Transformers Galaxy." It's the very same name that these forums share, and although that comic never came to fruition, we all owe Swiftcut a debt of gratitude for her major contribution to the community in this respect.
Another huge accomplishment Swiftcut had in the community is one that many of us here can appreciate, and that's the founding of the first ever RP discussion chat group on Skype. Originally named RAPL, the RAPL group (although no longer related to any RP forum) is still alive today, and it was from Swiftcut's idea to form a chat group that all future RP discussion chat groups on Skype came from. Without her, we'd still be struggling with confusing OOC threads that can be admittedly difficult to navigate. Swiftcut, therefore, is the appropriate first name to forever be engraved on the walls of the TFU Hall of Fame.
~Indigo Prime~
While no longer a Prime (proceeded by first Watchman Prime, and then our current Prime: Feenixfire), Indigo had an admirable run as leader of the Autobot faction. Leader since the very first officially established Autobot High Council (now known more commonly as High Command around the TFG forums), he was the first to show up on the battle lines, and the last to leave. Yes, his career may not have been perfect. There were plenty of failings on his part, I'm sure we're all well aware of that, but his impressive two year run as Prime was the longest standing of all Primes thus far in the RP, and under his command everyone knew who the undisputed leader of the Autobot faction was.
Indigo no longer RPs on the forums, but even if he did, we can all rest assured that he would have no issue with being a simple foot soldier of the Autobots- being Prime may have been an integral part of his involvement on the forums, but he never valued the position more than he valued simply being a part of everything that happened in the RP, and that's really what made him such an amazing RPer.
~Vanguard~
Few here don't remember Vanguard. With his excessive drinking between missions, and his fierce involvement in every major battle against the Decepticons, he truly was the backbone of the Autobots. Stern when others needed him to be, yet not lacking a sensitive side when the situation called for a kind spark and a shoulder to lean on, Vanguard was everything it meant to be an Autobot; he was the very image of brotherhood during war, and no one ever needed reminding of that. Decepticons feared him when he walked onto the battlefield. They knew that, even if they could best him in combat, they wouldn't be leaving without a few new scars, maybe even a few less limbs. He never ceased to amaze those whom he was loyal to, and he never stopped scaring the scrap out of every last evil-doer around. If an Autobot ever needed help, all they had to do was call Vanguard's name, and they knew they wouldn't be left needing for very long.
~Aadil~
One of the few through-and-through Decepticon RPers to make it to the Hall of Fame, Aadil had a remarkable RP career on TFU. Leader of the Decepticon intelligence agency, DATA, and a scientist who knew no competition, Aadil was a Decepticon you didn't want to cross. Surprisingly nonchalant with how he approached authority figures among the Decepticons' higher ranking individuals, Aadil never seemed to be rattled by anything; it was just that sort of stability that the 'cons needed in high ranking positions, and it really is a shame we never got to see the old scientist promoted to a higher position, himself. He might have done a lot of good. He did, however, do a lot with his time on the forums. From planning major offensives against Autobot forces to accidentally starting one of the first fads, the cloning fad, while his career had a lot of ups and downs with it, we always knew him to have the best of intentions for RPers on the TFU forums. His plots were always interesting, if perhaps a little eccentric, and he never failed to keep us at the edge of our seats, waiting to see what crazy idea he had to suggest next.
~Ultra Magnutts~
Yes, that's right: Ultra Magnutts. That's Magnutts, with a Nutts at the end. The leader of the most well organized Wreckers group on TFU, he was as strong and resilient a leader as any. With his no-nonsense attitude and his complete, unwavering loyalty to the Wreckers of TFU, Magnutts was a leader like none before him. Most famous for organizing the very first well-organized Wreckers group- as before his leadership, only individual Wreckers members had existed, without any group organization (save for their initially simple set-up by original Wreckers leader, Traxx)- he was the head of many successful offensive missions against the Decepticons. What's more, we could always count on him to put his ped down when we needed it. Outspoken even to a fault, he never left us wondering what was on his mind; if he had an opinion to share, you could count on him to share it openly and honestly with everyone, no matter what the circumstances were.
~Overlord Megatron~
As much as I know the majority of the community hates TFU's long-standing Megatron RPer, there's a reason why his name goes on the walls of the TFU Hall of Fame. To put it simply, he was a leader. While most of us didn't always agree with what he did, and toward the end he became a rather unsavory character to be around (no matter the faction you belonged to), he initiated a lot of battles and RP in the beginning and middle of his campaign as the official Megatron of the forums. It is also noteworthy to add that, of all the names here, his is the only belonging to a canon character. This is because his impact was great; negative, positive, or otherwise, no one will ever forget Overlord Megatron's reign over the Decepticons. I'm sure there are many lessons that we can all learn from what he did on the forums. For now, however, let's remember all the good he did; let's remember him for being the savvy battle commander that the Decepticons deserved.
~Iskar~
Quite the controversial character, Iskar was hated by just as many people as she was loved. The stern, humorless medic of the Autobots later on in TFU's RP canon, Iskar was a soldier who, according to her own words, was only doing her job. Always the medic the Autobots needed and deserved, she wasn't shy whatsoever about bringing large mechs to their knees when they deserved it- and Primus help you if you ever fragged with her medbay. She was a taste of something larger that we all need deep down; a caretaker in most ways, a mentor in some, but most of all a strong disciplinarian who can set things straight with just a swing of her servo (and maybe a few narcotic darts). And let's face it. Iskar makes the cut in the Hall of Fame because she was a real bad-aft.
~Lesandius~
Lesandius is one of the few that only a handful of RPers here will remember. Along with Indigo Prime, he was a founding father of the original Autobot High Council on TFU. Leading the group as Head Archivist, old Lesandius' counsel was well sought after, and Indigo Prime often heeded his advice when Lesandius was present to give it. A leader, but more importantly, a friend to the Autobots, Lesandius was always there to give a kind word to those who needed the encouragement. Even though you would never see him on the battlefield- and when you did, he was likely being escorted off of it by younger bots who knew he didn't belong there- he may not have been the strongest mech physically, but mentally, he had no equal. The very likes of Alpha Trion might have envied our forums' resident old-timer if he'd lived to meet him, and I know that all who remember this founding father of the forums miss his smile and his low, kind voice greatly.
~Silverlight~
Last but not least: Silverlight. You won't know the name from any outstanding RP accomplishments. He didn't vanquish any Decepticons, or imprison any Autobots; the only name to make the list purely for his OOC accomplishments in the community, Silverlight was well liked by all. Having been one of the very first people in the community to give free custom signatures to others, Silverlight never asked for money. All he asked for was the name of the TF you wanted in your sig, what you wanted written down, and the colors you desired. It was this business-as-usual attitude that endeared us to him, and if you were one of the fortunate few to have gotten a signature of his (I humbly admit that I can't let the masterpiece he worked up for me go, and you can see that it is still my signature, even here), then you were one of the few to have known the kind, generous touch of this strong-but-silent community contributor. Although he no longer has an online presence whatsoever, Silverlight is someone we'll always remember as being a true titan of the OOC RP community.
~TH3 FALL3N~
He was a troll.
Seriously, there's nothing more that needs to be added here. He was the resident troll of TFU- enough said.
If he were here, he'd probably curse you for a thousand years or something ridiculous like that. Who knows.
If you're reading this, FALL3N, get back in your box.
~Traxx~
The first leader of the Wreckers, Traxx was the initial organizer of the Wreckers. Though his brief leadership of the Autobot sub-group was not notable for any major achievements on the Wreckers' parts, he was a respectable leader who didn't let scrap pass by him so easily. A fierce warrior and an exceptional leader, Traxx, the first Magnus of the Wreckers on TFU, won't soon be forgotten for the foundation he laid for present-day Wreckers groups.
~Terrashock and Scorpse~
Terrashock and Scorpse; the first duo to be added to the TFU Hall of Fame's walls. We all remember how the pair handled everything- bluntly. They never held anything back. Scorpse, noted for his almost comical, crazy RP as an even crazier character, is the first to have had two of his OCs added to the walls (being the RPer of previously mentioned Iskar, Autobot medic). Scorpse, a much different character than Iskar, was as much a benefit to the forums for the comedic aspect of his RPing as he was a ward against godmodders, trolls, and general undesirables in RP. Terrashock, even more so; the fully devoted Decepticon strategist was loaded with as many defenses against trolls and godmodding as he was weapons, and whether we remember him fondly, or less kindly for his OOC contributions to the community, he'll always have been the strongest defense the forums ever had against poor quality RPing.

Great thread, absolutely great
2 things though, The Power I thought was the Wreckers first leader as far as I saw. And it was Warlord Megatron who was the main Megs of the forums.

Deleted the troll post. I know who you are *glares at Laserspaceman*
Personally I never really saw much from The Power in rp terms even if he was the first Wrecker Leader (although I didn't join at the very, very start of TFU). I would put up Traxx however, he wasn't maybe the most organised leader but the wreckers where a much warmer and friendlier environment when he was leading and only had Ultra Magnutts as a SiC. It's kind of hard to deny Ultra Magnutts was an elitest and once he became leader of the wreckers despite his 'hall of fame' worthy abilities his elitest personality really showed it's effect on the wreckers.
All in although though when look at this Hall Of Fame it's a nice idea and hopefully we'll see some more names added to it. May I ask what are the requirements for this 'Hall of Fame' and is it simply people or also events?

And thank you for the addition; Traxx's name will definitely be put in the next update, once enough names have been put through.

All of these spots, heck, the Hall of Fame in general, Grief, was/is a great idea. The people in these spots deserve the credit they got, even the Fall3n... Speaking of him, "GET BACK IN THE BOX!"

Baku needs to be up there
Hell a lot of people need to be up there even for the small stuff. Like Thrasher for his Avacons and Breech for letting us all know that there is no such thing as a limit on anything. Literally nothing has a limit XD. Another person I can think of is Gear and Fee....lord knows they did so much. Terrashock and the the undead giant scorpion guy....can't think of the name sadly.

Yeah, Terrashock definitely for creating the Hammer of Revenge plot (which sadly only got pasted its first stage before being on indefinite hiatus). And "Scorpse" is the undead giant scorpion you're referring to, RoadRage.
I also agree that there are far more people missing on this list.

I would gladly put Baku up on the list, however, I figured it would be much more sensible to ommit presently-active RP members from the TFU Hall of Fame. I hope you understand- it's simply to avoid unfair treatment of currently active members of the RP. Even though I hardly expect that Baku, of all people, would do such a thing, we really don't want people to go around bragging about how they're in the Hall of Fame. Thanks for the advice though; Terrashock has been added to the list for the next update to the posts.Yeah, Terrashock definitely for creating the Hammer of Revenge plot (which sadly only got pasted its first stage before being on indefinite hiatus). Ah, thank you- yes, Scorpse (as Thrasher has been so kind to point out) was RPed by the same user as Iskar. I can, and will, however, add the character's name to the list for good measure, as it would seem his character was popular enough. He and Terrashock shall be entered together for their noted partnership on the forums ICly, as well as OOCly against trolls, godmodding, and all manner of inappropriate shenanigans on the forums. Thank you for your contribution.

Oh God, the nostalgia from reading this. I remember all this people, especially Vanguard. Nitros got beat to a pulp by him one time for being the cause of Grief's first death. Good times... good times...
Also, the Box Dimension thread was amazing imo.

Thanks for making me cry guys. This seriously warmed my heart and I'll always remember TFU as my first and best RP'ing experience!
I'll need to give a whole ton of shoutouts. Always remembered Swiftcut taking the initiative into introducing the many spoken and unspoken rules in the role playing world. As TFU was the first time RP'ing for many people and there was a godmodding crisis in the middle of 2013, there were many measures and initiatives taken to counter that.
Warlord Megatron, or affectionately called "Megsy" later on was the first one to establish a centralised thread for war plans, ranks and the military stuff, named the "Decepticon High Commamd". The template you would be familiar with today though it has evolved and changed over the years. Warlord Megatron was most definitely remembered as a formidable foe in the battlefield and one of the more polished RP'ers in terms of writing style back in the late 2012 onwards.
If I remember correctly, Makeshift from the Autobots actually created a rather humorous TFU TV Tropes pages. It should still be there, though I hope it can be updated for the lads here in TFG. Aadil, besides being an amazing roleplayer also created a Wiki page for the TFU RP'ing community.
Also, one more shout out to the people here from the old guard, carrying on this community even when the forums were taken down following the closure of TFU and welcoming a new generation of RP'ers. I salute your dedication and love for community! You guys are amazing people and I've enjoyed the good times we had together!
Indigo signing out!
