OTHER
Personality :
Dr. Brain End is a smart, and polite seeming mech, however under all of that beat the spark of a true psychopath. Although his instability can't be seen on the outside, it's made clear by his love for dissecting, and experimenting on his fellow Cybertronians, and dismembering them. He enjoys seeing what makes them tick, and how long they'd survive without it. Because this is frowned upon, he only conducts these experiments on prisoners, and traitors, but chooses to conduct these experiments in his own quarters. As a medic he takes his job very seriously, and would never let a patient go offline, he's also a very friendly mech, and once you have his respect, he's a dependable comrade. In combat he maintains his friendly act, which if fallen for can be an Autobots down fall.

History :
During Cybetrons Golden Age, Brain End was a respectable scientist, even the council thought big of him. He'd built a reputation, that even allowed him to work on classified projects. However that all ended, when his soon to be sparkmate payed him a visit, and discovered that he was conducting illegal experiments on fellow Cybertronians. She threatened to expose him, and he couldn't let that happen, without hesitation or remorse he murdered her. Eventually investigations into the femme's disappearance lead to his inevitable arrest. He was sent to a prison block in Kaon, where he would rust for the remainder of his life cycle.
When the war broke out he was released, he was offered freedom in exchange for his allegiance to the Decepticon cause, which he gladly accepted, and was eventually given a science officer role. He continued his experiments on prisoners, and traitors a like while his superiors turned a blind optic. Eventually he'd learned of elementals, and developed an obsession with them, and hatched an idea to create an artificial one. Unfortunately, being unable to get his servos on a live one, his plans never saw the light of day. When the need to send Decepticons to find off world energon deposits came, he was one of the few to volunteer for the job. Dr. Brain, and along with others were sent in a cargo ship into the deepest reaches of space, unfortunately due to a collision with a massive asteroid storm, and the ship was sent hurtling toward an unknown Planet now known as Earth. For centuries it remained lost, and forgotten. But, now Brain End the sole survivor of the crash has awakened on Earth, and is ready to rejoin the Decepticon ranks once more.
Family ( Optional, some just have none ) :
None.
Strengths :
-His intelligence is his greatest weapon, and can make him one dangerous customer in combat.
-He has a vast knowledge of Cybertron Bio-technology, making him a good medic.
-There's no experiment too crazy for him to attempt.
-His friendly attitude makes him easy to trust.
Weaknesses :
-His physical strength is severely lacking, making servo to servo combat difficult for him.
-His greatest weakness is probably when he finds promising test subjects, it can cloud his judgement, and even bring his inner insanity to the surface.
-He tends to over analyze tight situations.
-He tends to bite off more than he can chew at times, and finds himself fleeing after the tables have turned in battle.
SAMPLE RP
Note that a piece of your history, your journey to Earth for example, could be used.
Buried beneath the sand of the Sahara Desert, a cargo ship's systems began to come online, and a grey mech would slouched over on one of the ships chairs, would awaken. Scanning the interior with his optics, he would see the dead chassis of his comrades. The mech stiffly, and painfully moved from the chair, and using what he could find did a field patch on himself. It wasn't the best job, but it would keep him online until he could contact other Decepticons, if there were any on this Planet.
Lugging over to the ships main computer, he would check to see what was still functional, he saw that the communication systems were somewhat operational, and sent out message to any Decepticons that might be on Earth, the message was broken up, but what it was saying was clear.
::This... Dece.... Brain End... requiring assistance....::
He then sent his coordinate. All he could do now was wait until someone received his broken message, and was able to come to his aid. He wasn't sure how he'd get out of this situation, but decided to wait, and see what was instore for him.
