Ability Description ( optional ) : Wraith's frame holds a warp generator that allows him to transfer his matter from one point to another. This abilities usefulness is somewhat hindered as a transportation method due to a number of reasons; firstly he must be able to see the destination he intends to travel to physically, after activation the device will enter a cooldown period upon which he is unable to use the device (four posts), he can only transfer himself and integrated devices (no handheld devices). On the other hand however the device has minimal energon use as the cooldown period is used to prepare energon for the next transfer ensuring none is lost during the teleportation. Like all short range teleportation devices however it can be temporarily deactivated through the use of an EMP device (ten posts). When I have mentioned posts this is how many of my posts it will take before reuse rather than the amount of post in the rp itself.

ARMOR AND WEAPONRY
Armor
Armor Description: Describe your character's armor. Bullet Point at least two notable features.
- Wraith's outer layer of armour is designed to protect his vitals with heavier plating located in his torso and helm due to the important nature of these areas. In addition to this his limbs are also heavily armoured although his arm joints are not, this is to provide full movement in the arms allowing extreme precision will using his weapons.
- His inner layer of armour is used as a form of exo-suit enhancing his processors direct control over his frame, particularly in his arms and servo's which allows him to create easier shots. This enhanced connection between his processor and the rest of his frame also increases his perception as well as reaction times. The focus on enhancing his own skills however has lead to a lack of actual protection provided by his inner layer.

Primary Weapon: Dynomic 90mm Cannon "Vulkar"
Description: Created as an anti-material weapon by 'Dynomic systems' for use during the crackdown this large cannon was purposed for shock and awe with it's huge sound output and physical size usually ending riots without any bloodshed. Due to the lack of combat use when it was first created a number of flaws where gradually revealed as the populace became more violent, many officers who used the weapon during riots considered it unwieldy due to it's immense recoil as this restricted the weapon to single fire on vehicles or large cybertronians. By the civil war era however a number of highly trained individuals had began using these weapons as heavy sniper single fire sniper rifles where they found an infamous role as 'brute-stompers'.
The particular model that Wraith uses is by all means similar to the base model with a few more modern features such as intergrated systems which allows him to carry the weapon in his backplating when not in use. It has been his go to sniper rifle since he originally found it in a security deposit during the 'Vos uprising' at the very beginning of the war. Since then the mech has brought the weapon with him regardless of the scenario and due to a particular fondness for the weapon he called it 'Vulkar'.
All this information however does not describe exactly what the weapon fires, for clarification a Dynomic 90mm Cannon fires a single plasma slug capable of punching a hole through most forms of armour. While for many cybertronians the large size of the weapon could be considered overkill it's lethality can be increased by the loading of a 'burst cannister' into the chamber before firing, these small cannister's are resistant to the heat of plasma slugs however they are extremely brittle and burst on contact allowing users to equip the plasma slug with such useful ammo as explosives.
Secondary Weapon : Wrist mounted marksman blaster [both wrists]
Description: The weapon is a semi-automatic plasma blaster firing smaller shells similar to his sniper rifle although they are capable of a much higher rate of fire despite being precision weapons, this is due to him having one located on either gauntlet as well as the weapon itself having two barrels that can be fired one after another. Despite being called wrist mounted these weapons actually take up a large portion of the mech's arm between his gauntlets and his elbows. Most of the weapon however is hidden underneath his armour plating with the barrels of both weapons sticking out from his gauntlet around his outer wrist area which is where they receive the name.

Description : One sentence minimum.
Gadgets : Electro Dart - A small dart launched from the wrist that upon coming in contact with exposed circuits sends an eletronic impulse designed to temporarily stun the target. Common use of the device is to create a gap away from melee scenario's.
Magnetic mine - Placed on a chokepoint once activated a magnetic mine creates a minor magnetic field that attempts to draw in cybertronians restricting movement and allowing him easier shots against enemies nearby. Direct contact with the mine should result in an explosion.
Electro net - Firing from an over the shoulder dispenser the electro net wraps around the target sending electrical impulses directly through their frame in an effort to incapacitate them or at the very least buy Wraith time for his next move.
Melee : Thermo-Energon dagger
Melee Weapon Description (Optional): Located in a compartment on his left leg Wraith wield's a small and agile thermo-energon dagger more out of desperation if he is caught in extreme close quarters rather than out of preference. In most cases if forced to use the weapon Wraith will use a disabling strike before trying to create range again.

OTHER
Personality : Wraith is a no-nonsense type of mech who sticks to the mission regardless of personal opinion. He himself isn't a joker and finds pranksters immature and 'almost' worth a bullet in the processor, however he can't deny that he would appreciate a joke from time to time to lighten his serious demeanour. Having been a sniper since the beginning of the war Wraith is also an extremely patient mech who is willing to listen to anyone, as long as he considers them mature enough. By now he is a grizzled war veteran who tries to limit his ammo consumption and body count if possible although at the beginning of the war he was a sadistic mercenary, this has gradually changed to the point he prefers limiting the pain of his targets with critical strikes over slow deaths. Wraith has also gained a habit of being self-critical usually criticising every action after the battle. This mech is also completely loyal to the Decepticon cause despite being an Ex-Merc.
Courage: 7 - Wraith isn't a particularly courageous mech and will often tactically retreat to a more advantageous position if he faces difficulties. At the same time however he is dedicated to any task he is given and is unlikely to ever completely leave the battlefield before the job is done.
Charisma: 8 - The mech's serious demeanour can sometimes make him difficult to relate to especially for the newer and more lively Decepticons. On the other hand though Wraith is a perceptive and patient individual willing to listen to others and can easily string together the right words to boost moral or give advice.
History ( Optional as some like to make it up as they go along ) : Like most mech's of his era Wraith was created by the well of allsparks during the golden age. It wasn't till weeks later though that he was officially sparked in his home city of Nyon alongside a number of other new recruits for the Nyon Security Forces otherwise known as the N.S.F a subsection of the Cybertronian Defence Force (C.D.F). Like all cybertronians his alternative mode directly related to his assigned role, as security he was given an SUV mode to patrol rougher parts of Cybertron with a blend of speed and endurance. Upon beginning training however it was found that Wraith was an exceptional shot with natural talent that was further honed throughout the years. In the later years of the Golden age he became jealous of the senate and other upper class groups as despite the arsenal he contained like many other security workers his own living conditions where close to slums.
This jealously of what the upper class had became so strong that the mech turned towards life as a mercenary when the war first began, offering his services for a price rather than because he agreed with the causes. Having taken numerous jobs throughout the early stages of the civil war Wraith was pleased to find himself extremely wealth due to his occupation along with a number of trophies he claimed from the battlefield's. One trophy in particular was his primary sniper rifle nicknamed 'Vulkar' which was found in one of the many Vos security depots during the 'Vos uprising', where he was originally employed as a contracted C.D.F member before his contract expired and he sold his services to the Decepticon forces.
Throughout the war he would continue to use this type of 'loyalty to the contract' policy until a journey to the Elysium bar (One of Cybertron's most expensive and exclusive bars) only resulted in Wraith finding a building crushed and demolished by the war. At this point he decided that despite his wealth if the war was not ended it wouldn't be long before he had nowhere to spend his credits and that by working for either side he was ultimately prolong the war and wasting his own fortune. For a number of months Wraith went off the grid unwilling to accept any contract as he contemplated either sides cause and motivation, by the end he was an official Decepticon.
Now a Decepticon the mech proceeded for numerous years right up to and after the exodus accumulating a reputation as a deadly sniper both on Cybertron as well as across numerous off world campaigns. It is now though that the Decepticon comes to Earth answering the call of duty.
Strengths :
MINIMUM of four bullets ( Full sentences required ).
-Wraith is one of the most accurate cybertronians alive capable of firing any cybertronian precision weapon with pinpoint accuracy, first time, every time.
-His teleporter allows him to get out of tough circumstances as well as reposition himself on structures that would traditionally be impossible for a land vehicle.
-Tactical position is a speciality of Wraith's as he is always willing to relocate himself to a more advantageous position.
-He also holds a number of gadgets that can be used to immobilize a target usually to escape although in some cases he may use them to make shots easier.
Weaknesses :
MINIMUM of four bullets (Full sentences required).
-Wraith is a poor melee combatant and as such will usually try to avoid it.
-He is heavily reliant on using his teleporter to get out of bad situations and as such a good warrior will use an emp burst or similar method to temporarily deactivate it.
-Wraith's sensors are especially sensitive and therefore disruption devices are more useful against him. (flashbang's ect)
-His determination to complete the mission may get him in bad scenario's although he will usually try to get out of them with his teleporter.
