Law Zero: Mother Is God.
Designation : Vee-Two
Quote : "All power to the Decepticons!"
Gender : None
Age : 0
Home Planet : Designed, coded, programmed and produced on the Nemesis
Faction : Decepticon
Primary Occupation : Foot Soldier, Rank 1
Secondary Occupation : Scout, Rank 1
Abilities : Triple Changer. Flight and Car modes. No secondary scanning ability.
Short Description : The Vee-Two are the new line of Vehicons, cloned in large numbers primarily for open battle. They are stronger, more loyal, and they work best in numbers.
APPEARANCE
ARMOR AND WEAPONRY
Armor
Armor Description :
- Lightweight, to enable moderate flight agility and speed
- Purple. Lots of purple.
- Armour is still far stronger than the previous Vehicon model.
- Armour is thickest over the chest, protecting the Spark Simulator
Weaponry
Primary Weapon : Energon Battle Pistol (Short-Medium range)
Description: Kick-Start has equipped all Vee-Twos with standard yet deadly weapons...
Attachment : Acid Pellets
Description : For those mechs with a little more armour, Kick-Start popped in something to make them a little more sad. As a secondary fire, Acid Pellets can melt through most armour and are more likely to hit than standard fire.
Secondary Weapon : Thermo Rocket Launcher (Long range)
Description: ... and no, she didn't think the Vee-Two should be capable of knocking things out. The Vee-Twos were not designed with capture in mind; that's a job for the more specialized Decepticons. This puppy locks onto Vehicle modes and does some pretty high damage when it hits. It is particularly likely to hit ground vehicles.
Gadgets :
* The Spark Simulator. It has 200,000,000 lines of coding to give the Vee-Two the illusion of free will and sentient intelligence. If a Vee-Two's Spark Simulator is accessed without the proper protocols, it will scramble and melt down. Only Kick-Start knows those protocols. Now nothing is perfect. But Kick-Start wrote that code knowing that eventually somebody - bot or con - would want to mess with her stuff.
** IF you get a Vee-Two home, and IF you can work out its protocols, you'll still need somebody with 10/10 in both smarts. And they'll be working on it for a minimum of 10 posts before they can change ANYTHING with any reliability. And if that seems mean, it took Kick-Start over ten posts to build the first.
* Additionally all Vee-Twos automatically record everything they see and hear and transmit it back to base for optional viewing.
Melee : Thermo Energon Blade
Melee Weapon Description : Let's not get complicated. It's simple, it's easy to learn, it's got a good track record... why change what works?
Other Weapons :
* There is one unused Attack Chip Slot in every Vee-Two. It's in anticipation of the day Kick-Start finishes work on the P.O.K.E...
* None of a Vee-Two's weapons can target on Kick-Start - the targeting system will slide off and register another object. Not that they'd even think of hurting Mommy anyway...

OTHER
Personality :
All Vee-Twos know they are clones. They are content with this as they were designed to serve the Decepticon empire best this way. When programming them, Kick-Start had loyalty as her first priority, and Vee-Twos are docile among other Decepticons and almost impossible to provoke. Even when successfully provoked by Decepticons they will defend themselves non-aggressively. Autobots, on the other hand, are the enemy, and Vee-Twos prefer death to capture.
Kick-Start has hard-coded some Laws in the Vee-Two's Spark Simulator that it will adhere to at all times - this is for the sake of everybody's safety. Well, every Decepticon, anyway.
First Law : No Vee-Two may knowingly take part in, or through inaction allow, the harm of the present leader of the Decepticons.
Second Law : All Vee-Twos must obey the order of a Decepticon, unless it conflicts with the First Law.
Second Law b: An order given by a Decepticon can be overruled by an order given by a superior Decepticon, unless it conflicts with the First Law.
Third Law : All Vee-Twos must protect their own existence, then the existence of their brother Vee-Twos, provided this does not conflict with the First or Second Laws.
Oh yes, and the secret, super-coded boot-up Law...
Law Zero: Mother Is God.
Law Zero is part of a Vee-Two's boot-up code, concealed in start-up so as to prevent tampering or exploitation. It usually functions on a subliminal basis, with both Vee-Twos and sentient Cybertronians completely unaware that it even exists. Now why would somebody do that..?
As of yet, nobody knows Mother is God... except for Mother. It cannot be removed, primarily because you can't tamper with something unless you know it's there.
Courage : 10
Vee-Twos have been programmed to be without fear, while intelligent enough to not throw themselves randomly at the enemy.
Charisma : 5
History :
Designed and programmed by Medical Commander Kick-Start under the orders of Lord Backbeat. She even gave the initial order for the first to step into the Cloning pod. Their battle capabilities are too high to use as basic cannon fodder. Instead they are commonly used as Foot Soldiers and scouts.
Family :
Mother: Kick-Start (Literally. They identify with her as a child would with their mother.)
Brothers: Every other Vee-Two
Strengths :
- They work exceptionally well in teams. I wouldn't conjure up 200 Vee-Twos to show off if I were you...
- They are better fighters than the standard Vehicon.
- They will not retreat unless ordered.
- They last at least three attack rounds.
Weaknesses :
- They lack Sparks. Kick-Start has installed the Spark Simulator in its place. Ethical? She seems to think so...
- They are all the same.
- You can kill a Vee-Two without asking.
- Kick-Start is Mother. Mother is God.
ANYBODY can summon and RP as Vee-Twos, whether to show your battle skills against them, be backed up by them, or have an impromptu Key Party. They can be summoned in numbers of up to 32 (the standard Squad size).
And while the coding of the Vee-Two isn't perfect and I'm sure you're all champing at the bit and it's hardly ever going to be invoked at all because then everybody would know about it, please remember...
