Soon enough, Vaqus was done sorting through memories. He simply put his items on the shelves, before calling in a war bridge from his com-line. He let the coordinates be randomized--he wanted a surprise, and a bit of a thrill. He still had his back injury, but he would just take repairs later. The energon around the gash had died, forming a rudimentary seal. It would be easily disturbed, but as of now, Vaqus was bored. He had been told not to use his regular form when out and about, so he'd have to cope with such.
The warp gate opened, and sure enough, in stepped the Avacon before it closed behind him. [/i

Gateway had lept through the bridge and looked about, he was a behind Vaqus and didn't expect to see him. Though the disguised Airwatcher was not to be seen, when Gateway stepped out of the bridge room, he found himself facing Starlord. Gateway was taken by shock and stepped back, but quickly shook it off and faced Starlord. Oh, hey Starlord. What are you doing wandering? The long range communications are up? Gateway would be surprised to find that Starlord could have done it so quickly. He wondered if Starlord had really completed the job. If so, he should probably report Star to Thrasher. But Gateway could believe it, he was a great communications officer. I should get to the bridge. We need to contact Avernus.

"Huh oh hey Gateway and yeah I got it up and running. It took awhile but, yeah I can probably work on the rest of the ship if need be." He grins and then notices he's going to the bridge
"Oh why don't I join you buddy?" StarLord says grinning

Gateway looked at Starlord and shrugged. Who he really needed was Thrasher. This was going to be a meeting of authority. You can come, but I gotta comm Thrasher to get him up there quickly. The vehicon set his comm to Thrasher's signal and contacted him. ::I plan to contact Avernus, Contrail and I will give as much detail of his current happenings as we can. Come up to the bridge as quickly as you can.:: Gateway then transformed and made his way through the seemingly maze of halls directly to the bridge of the Axiom.

Contrail exited the warp bridge and closed it behind him, then followed Gateway out of the room. Watching Gate nearly back into a wall upon seeing Starlord. He stood silently as Avernus was brought up. Then after the vehicon drove away he spoke to Starlord. The big guy, eh. I think he went a little far with the size, too much expense to speed and stuff. At least you aren't so bad. He said this as he began to follow Gateway's path to the Axiom's bridge.

A full-silver one layered armor female seeker with blue optics came into view at Thrasher's side before drawing the pistols from her waist and aiming it at the newcomer. She didn't trust newcomers to their side of the Avacons, even if it's a Decepticon. Autobots? One strike, they're out. They had to go.
"Thrasher, does this one need a termination?"
The silver femme asked the commander with a slightly deep voice with a slight Russian accent as her guns were still drawn. Thrasher's optics narrowed in visible irritation. His scared optic flickered as he shifted and turned to look at her. His armor clicked as the plates refreshed their alignment, likely a relation to his irritation in the femme. It would do you well to refer to me as Commander when in the presence of a potential enemy. Now stand down and return to your quarters until needed for an operation. Thrasher said to the femme, his voice growling slightly. He then turned back to Mourn. Putting his servos together behind his back, Thrasher spoke to him. Very well, you've show yourself to have strong perception, good thinking, and knowledge of Decepticons that we currently lack. Before I offer you a new lease on life, I'd like to know what you think of Autobots and Decepticons. He said to Mourn as he reached to his comm and sent an acknowledging ping to Gateway.

With the new femme- a subordinate of this mech's, Mourn could only assume from the way she carried herself- Mourn shifted ever so slightly, flexing a servo behind his back and turning to face the femme so eagerly pointing a weapon at him. She slipped; Mourn now knew the name of the mech he'd been addressing, and he wasn't shy whatsoever in allowing a sly hint of a smirk rise in the corners of his intake. Their conversation thus far had given Mourn enough insight into who this mech was that he knew this femme wouldn't be commanded to offline Mourn, as she'd suggested, so he simply waited for Thrasher to dismiss her.
"Thrasher, is it?" he began once the Avacon leader had finished asking him his one and only question. He hummed in thought, and waited a moment more before continuing his pacing, servos relaxing behind him. He spoke:
"The Autobots' ideals of morality is a self-righteous notion that restricts them greatly, preventing them from doing what needs be done to win the war. They will lose, and for me, that matter is the only subject of importance regarding their faction's importance in these conflicts."
"The Decepticons... ah, well, my former faction is a very different story. While many of their members possess the absolute ruthlessness and willingness to do whatever need be done to win, their "leadership" by the mech, Backbeat, has turned them into an idiotic, self-destructive, incapable group that possess no place for a mech as disciplined as I am."
"Yet... as has just been evidently demonstrated by one of your own members, Thrasher, some of your troops may similarly lack such discipline," he commented, expression flattening as he prepared to gauge his reaction to the claim. He didn't take long to continue, giving a casual wave of his servo as though to dismiss the matter, giving Thrasher's troops the benefit of doubt. "Have you heard of Backbeat's actions in DC?"

-Medical bay-
A ground bridge would open, and values would be sent coughing in, crashing into the side of a birth, before the ground bridge closed. For a moment, Vaqus was limp. His arms were sliced terribly, deep and long cuts covering each arm, along with an open bleeding would right on his back, which bled energon onto the floor badly. Additionally, Vaqus's ventilation system was having problems functioning properly, his mouth-guard like face-cover having a cord cut, exposing his breath to the more nasty atmosphere in Earth. Now that he was in space, the chemicals soaring into his throat would stop, and the mech would be allowed to vent slowly and steadily. The ground bridge would shut behind him briskly.
Vaqus had no idea who had interrupted his fight, but he was disappointed that he was unable to kill off the she-demon. So there were more killing psycho-paths out there? Working together? Well, Crap. Vaqus thought. He would remain still, as he slowly transformed from being values, his parts agonizingly shifting and unshifting into his true form--Airwatcher. The wounds were still there, but the seeker's own throat problem was fixed somewhat, since he could vent Earht's atmosphere without any technical problems. Still, he had rust in his throat, and was bleeding energon, leaking badly. The Seeker would attempt to lift himself off the floor, his battered form standing on both legs, before he crashed into the birth once more. He was extremely tired. Fighting after one battle had not been a great idea. Airwatcher gasped before he sputtered out energon from his mouth--which was not a great sign either.
The seeker grabbed what looked like an energon tap, and dug the cord into his veins. Even if it would leak out, he needed help, and he needed it now.

Silvershot was just strolling the base of the Avacons and just merely swayed in her walk on her stiletto-like armored pedes. She was just bored out of her mind ever since 'Commander' Thrasher told her to stand down on a incoming 'visitor'. She didn't trust newcomers at their base, especially if they are Autobots who claim themselves as rogue soldiers in the middle of a war that has been going on for bloody eons. Speaking of bloody, she did smell something that was a bit off in the atmosphere. Her smelling was perfect use when she went on those little hunts of hers. She could sense an enemy nearby, even if she can't see them. That was a major improvement as a bounty hunter. Except this smell wasn't any kind of smell, it was an energon smell. And it was fresh. Following the smell, she stopped to see that it was in the medbay. Now she knew where it was. Opening the doors to the medical environment, she glimpsed to what seems to be a seeker-like built mech. Except, she knew that paint anywhere. Running to the figure, she literally stood in front of him as he sat on the berth. Standing in front of him, she tilted his helm up to see those emerald green optics of his.
"Air, what has the world done to you?"
She softly said to him rhetorically that sounded like slight annoyance yet compassionate. Reaching for the syringe near her on a tray, she injected into him a sedative, so she could once fix him into improvement. Laying him on his back, she began what needed to be done with him. Starting with the rust that was forming on his armor, she literally removed that layer of rust by using a laser torch. Getting every inch of it off, the seekeress then began to fix the holes and cracks on his armor layer, letting each one form together a new plate by the heating torch she used. Tilting him a little, she let him lay on his side, so she could move to his back and add layer after layer to stop the bleeding. She would then add a new plate to cover the wound. Looking at his scratched up arms, she kept him in that position to mend the cracks together and buff them to give him a scratchless appearance as if he had just been repainted. Moving onto his throat, she kept the operation simple, but kept his energon leakage under control so that he didn't lose too much of his own fuel. Removing the rust, the laser was carefully moved along the throat plate to tenderly take out the brownish substance.
After she was done with the whole body operation, Silvershot kept the energon tap on him. She would most definitely ask him what had happened, showing loyalty to her soon-to-be sparkmate. She would stay right at the computer and let him rest as the seekeress fidgeted with her pistols as she waited.

There was no place like home. No nice, cozy place to quietly bleed to death and enjoy the homey and touchy feels at the same time. Airwatcher ex-haled a relieved sigh once he saw Silvershot. It had seemed like forever since he had seen her, even though it had only been a few days. The instant Silvershot made eye contact with him, she uttered a few words,
'Airwatcher, what has the world done to you?'
"The best it can, Silv'. But I'm still alive." Airwatcher cracked a smile, his voice dry, but still carrying his easy confidence. He accepted the help she gave him, and allowed himself to be laid down. Silvershot's medical skills were something that had saved Airwatcher before, and he relaxed long before the sedative was injected, he knew he was safe when around her. It was not at all a bad thing to see her faceplate at the end of the day, and he gave her another grin before he slowly slipped into recharge due to her syringe. The operation that would take place was one which took it's effect wonderfully, the care Silvershot had put into her work was superb, Airwatcher's health would stabilize, and then continue to heighten.
----
In his training with Taggon, the seeker had undergone much of the training and habits Taggon had, and a slow immunity to EMP's and knock-out devices was on the list. Air watcher's optics would flicker on after a good twenty minutes, as he slowly arose, sitting upright upon the berth. His surroundings were much more clear now, and he felt improvements in his energy levels. Any weariness had been cleared away, fresh fuel now coursed through his veins. The Seeker examined a few new scars he'd received from his fight with that....thing, before he averted his attention to Silvershot. There she was, patiently waiting for him to arise, as she fiddled with her pistols. Somehow, she'd managed to stay completely buffed, her paint job as wholesome and as stylish as ever. Her own shiny paint reminded him of the small shining in the corner of his eye--Airwathcer stole a glimpse at his arm. Not only had his girl-friend repaired him, but she'd polished him up.
"Thanks Silvershot. I feel a ton better." Airwatcher said as he stretched his joints, flexing his digits some, "Welp, that is definitely the las time I try to pummel a grounder who's insane. Ugh. That little glitch I faced was, by definition, a glitch." Airwatcher said, his mood still easy-going and smooth. He supposed him and Silvershot were even again--he'd saved her from prison, and now she'd saved him from the Allspark. Okay, maybe he owed her just a bit more.

((Hey Tags, sorry for the huge delay. Busy with school, swamped with housework, and Thanksgiving preparations are really getting under my skin and is this close to become the last straw))
Silvershot fiddled with the silver pistol that was in her servo before cocking it and then putting it away in its proper holster on her high leg as soon as she heard the voice of her soon-to-be sparkmate. Her aqua blue optics glistened in the light while she approached him, standing next to him at the side of the berth. Suddenly, her servo was ready to backhand him once again for being obnoxious and not telling her that he needed the backup. Just like last time. But she stopped. She grunted in frustration that she couldn't hurt him now since he just got fixed up by her own two servos.
"You do not have my permission to die", she told him in a tone that sounded disappointed and unimpressed as her servo relaxed and released it from its previous position of the upcoming assault. "When will you ever tell me that you need me out there? We reunite, we separate. I turn my back and what happens? You come back here beaten to a pulp", she said to him as she used her digits to make numbers of all the things she said. "You do know that you have a partner here", she said as a matter-of-fact. "Can you explain to me?"

((I know you have your reasons. I am glad that you've been able to get to it tonight though. It is definitely a pleasant surprise. I do hope that you can find a good way to ex-vent some of your stress--if you haven't already. )) Airwatcher smile would quickly fade as Silvershot spoke. Her slap had totally been something he'd seen coming, and he would have taken it nice and easy, and listened to her through and through--but now, when she spoke, she spoke with some anger towards him. He'd definitely own it this time.
"Well--" Airwatcher scratched the back of his helm, glancing at the ground, before sighing. "Okay. You deserve the truth, and since we're need to trust one another, I'm going to tell you some truth." Airwatcher lowered his hand, though he was still seeming to chew on her words. Silvershot wanted him online, but he wanted her online as well--seeing her fight every time gave him a fragging heart-attack. What could he say? He didn't doubt her capabilities. He just..
"Look. Whenever I fight, I'm fighting because there's a reason to, or have a plan. Most of the time. When I call for back-up--I feel like I'm only putting my back up in danger of something that is my own responsibility. I know you're a great fighter Silv'. But what I was fighting today was, as I said before, a succubus. Every move, every thought of mine was used against in in some way, and though I won, I did not win by much. Whatever she was, she was fast, and personally, I didn't want you within a one-foot-mile radius of that thing." Airwatcher held up a servo,
"Alright, I know that sounded real daddy-like, but it's like when someone slaps some Nitro in a vile on the counter, and you are told to handle it. When someone walks behind you to help you hold it and carry it, the risk of stumbling, falling, and dying is greater. So what do you do? You do it yourself, and then there's less of a chance of everyone getting hurt. Especially the one you care about most."

Silvershot stopped staring him down as she heard him explain. She did, though, cross her arms and listen. His voice showed many of his emotions. He was cautious, concerned, selfless and somewhat overly-protective. She kneeled on her knees, so her arms were crossed still while leaning on the berth, like a child listening to a story from a parent. Feeling her faceplate crack, she placed a comforting servo on his arm. "I know that you are concerned and getting a little protective of me. What happened to me in the past isn't what you wanted. Just leaving you like that", she sighed with her tone of voice finally coming down softly. "So you want me to be out of harm's way", she concluded before looking down. "I don't want it either. It would considered clearly obvious that I don't want you to die before me. But, I don't want you to become my shield for everything. Be at least selfless and put me in that path of a fight. If I were to die fighting, I would rather die with you", she sighed sadly. It sounded desperate, and she wanted him to think this through.

Airwatcher was still sitting down upon the berth, as he took his turn listening to Silvershot. Perhaps Taggon had tried to avoid these sort of relationships because things got so complicated. Airwatcher shoved the thought to the back of his head, gazing upon Silvershot with his emerald optics, unwavering as she finished. As it turned out, she didn't want to live without him. Very simply put, she didn't want him to protect her from everything, and wanted to plunge into battle with him whenever she could. All this was built of course, on the foundation of her wanting to be with him period.
"Okay. Next time I go out fighting I'll let you know." Airwatcher agreed, "But," Airwatcher laced his servo digits together, save form his pointer fingers and thumb. The seeker would lean forward as he paused for a second more, "Eversince we decided that we'd be together, I feel like it's my personal responsibility to make sure you stay online and in good condition. I won't do something crazy like locking you in a tower, but I do always want you to not have to face the threats I have to as I've said. If you want to go in, then--well--go ahead. I'm just going to have to be a bit more careful." Airwatcher stated. He wasn't going to stop her from going onto combat. She had full liberty as far as he was concerned, to go out and join him, and he had known that from the start, it was just he hadn't wanted her to. Not previously anyways.
Other times when some kind of unnatural force wasn't being fought? Sure. They'd faced giants before.
"Anything else you need me to say?" Airwatcher asked, cocking his helm patiently.

Silvershot stood up from her kneeling position so she stood before him, still holding onto his servo, not wanting to let go. She kept her gaze upon his own as he asked her that last question. "No", she sighed before a smirk came on her face. "Actually, yes...", she added. "Can I be happy?", she pulled an innocent face at him to play with him. She liked to tease him, and she admited that she can manipulate other cybertronains, including Airwatcher. She was good at it. This made her bite her lower lip before her body leaned forward while leaning her face close to him, but then stopped only inches away from him. "Do you still love me?", she whispered to him in a seductive manner, clearly trying to amuse him.

'No'. There was a brief moment of silence before Silvershot gave him her enticing smirk. She would proceed to come nearer and nearer to him--her faceplate but a small amount of space from his. Airwatcher managed to keep a straight face, aside from his optics gleaming a playful hue,
"It sure doesn't look like you needed my permission to be." Airwatcher casually answered her first question. He felt it was a rhetorical question, and yet, a different question altogether: 'can I have you for a moment?' To polish it off with her professional flirtatious behavior Silvershot had pulled a perfectly innocent faceplate, as if what she was doing was something involuntary. Additionally, she was acting slightly embarrassed by biting her lip, like she was so unsure of her own actions. He was really starting to feel it in his chest about now. So his straight face would be broken with his own smile,
"I don't know. We've been running around, 'uniting and then separating' for a while, so perhaps we should discuss our terms in my quarters." Airwatcher cocked his helm. While other femmes occasionally tried to flirt with him, he was able to zone them out--since he didn't know them personally. He would slowly rise, not letting go of Silvershot's servo at all, before leading them both to his quarters. They hadn't had a small relaxing moment in about forever, so they deserved the break as far as Airwatcher was concerned. If Silvershot was cooperative with the movement, Airwatcher would gently guide her into his private quarters, the door shutting and opening behind them.
"Okay--for starters, I do love you. Your input?"

((Sorry for the lack of posting again. It was Thanksgiving You know those holidays just can't be skipped))
Silvershot kept her best innocent faceplate on as she heard Airwatcher say that she didn't need his permission to be happy. On the inside, she was chuckling with mischief. She had him now. That playful face of hers was consuming him every time she made a face that said that she wanted alone time with her soon-to-be sparkmate.
"I can only be happy if you would allow me to be", she said with that playful smirk still on her face while he guided her to his private quarters. She made a small guffaw as he asked her about her input, or her side of terms. "You know me too well, my love. I don't want to lose you, at all. I won't be able to live without you. Like last time", she paused when her playful face fell from her. "I just can't do it like last time", she looked to the side in worry or guilt. Could be both. She said this with softness in her voice rather than her defiant one.

((Yeah--we haven't celebrated it yet over here, but we're still doing a ton of work. But hey, at least it'll be a feast.))
Airwatcher couldn't help but crack a grin back at Silvershot as she let out a laugh. I guess with you asking me all those seductive questions I did a good job humoring you on the matters. Airwatcher thought to her playfully as he listened. He would just have to enjoy his own clever little pun. Silvershot then slowly slipped into a slightly sadder mood as she recalled when he had left her—for his spy mission. Those must have been tough days for her.
'I just can't do it like last time'
“You won’t have to. Because I’m right here.“ Airwatcher said, rubbing his thumb over her hand that he still held in a small circle, “How about this; when I’m going too fast, and you can’t catch up, just tell me to slow down and turn around.” Airwatcher said the words earnestly, yet even then, he still sounded nonchalant enough to be himself, but it was clear it was not a jest. It was actually something that no one else could get Airwatcher to do: ‘Slow down’. Airwatcher was one of the fastest fliers around, and those words were often times something he rolled his optics at. But if Silvershot spoke them—Airwatcher would be sure to heed her, as he said. "And I'll do it."
