A groundbridge opened in the main lobby and if everything went as it should, Dashside would fall out and with her, The crying Scag would follow. He was still scared and kept his face burrowed in her armor and didn't let go of her at all.

Dashside exited the groundbridge with the small form of Scaag in her arms. She wasted no time ripping Scaag off of her frame and placing him down on a small bench, the bridge closing behind them both. Gently placing the crying mech on the bench, wiping a tear away from his optic, she stood up, and looked at him. "Stay here Scaag." She told him, but knew that she would need something to make him stay, a deal in some form. "If you do, I'll let you paint me when I come back." It was a pretty one-sided deal, but who it benefited the most was up for debate. She had made a decent bargain, but Scaag wasn't getting a chance to disagree or alter the deal... because she had already left for the groundbridge control room.

Scaag desperately tried to hold onto her but as the size and strength between them was such a huge difference, he had no chance of doing so. The small sparkling didn't want to be left alone, not now. What if there came another one ith guns and started shooting? That would be very bad. When he was put on the bench, he curled up in the back left corner of it. His sister told him to stay, like if he would want to go anywhere. The outside was scary, at least he was familiar with this place. He continued listening and smiled a little. That she let him paint her was really something extra. When he tried that before, he got punted. He was immediately beginning to speculate on her new colorscheme and was so caught up by it that he didn't notice that she went away. He also made sure to paint the bench and walls around him with his ideas so that he wouldnt lose them or forget about them. Because forgetting about ideas, that was the worst.

Magnoblade stood there for a moment before another mech had just skipped over the area. Magnoblade raised an optical ridge at this.
"Hmm maybe their isn't a line to get to the repair area" Mags said.
Since magnoblade didn't know his way around he decided to follow the mech

Chiro led Stormcutter from the Storage room and out to the lobby where they continued on towards the living quarters. She did, however, note the new paint job on the walls and made a mental note to ask Scaag about it as soon as she found him again. And that was next on her list of things to do. As soon as she got Stormcutter set up so he could repair his own armor, she was going to go try and find Scaag ASAP.

Rangefinder walks into the waiting room, aware that they were clearly lost.
Don't think this is the right way..."

Maybe we can just leave them at the morgue or something. I know this is a medical place, but that's about it.

WheelSpinBaellfire: "Well... if I'm not taking up too much of your time, I could use a few fixes of my own." She slowly lowered him down into a seat before she got to work. She first started working on WheelSpin's knee. There was no major damage and everything should go smoothly since he wasn't leaking energon. Baellfire: "So, what kind of modifications are you thinking of?"

Wheelspin observed Baellfire at work although he did insist that his leg was straightened over several seats. Since the plating over the knee had been rather good deal, the glass was surprisingly not in that bad of a state, and must have been made of a similarly tough material as the windows on his doors. The tyre took though was fully flat and torn at places. The mechanism around it, keeping it contained and ready for a transformation was also damaged, while the knee joint was misaligned and twisted. The bot made no sound even when the repairs would take place. The thigh plating was mostly scratched, with a few dents in, the bigger ones where the leg connected with the hip. There it was much clearer that indeed not all was where it was supposed to be. That needed aligning as well. There was some energon leakage here and there, with a few connector cables split or torn. A few of those at the hip but luckily not any of the major lines or else the Bot might have been looking more energon. "Well.. since you are a medic, having a few tools for the profession, pop up in place of your servo when you need them, would be a pretty good idea. Something for precision cutting perhaps, clippers of some sort for cables, bigger ones for when you need to cut your way through tougher material. It really depends on what you need and what you could make a use of."He observed and would assist with the repairs if needed, only sitting rather awkwardly and a bit to the non damaged side, as the misaligned hip grated on itself when leaning forward, causing more pain. "Now we'd need to see your weapons and thickness of that armour of yours. It can't be too heavy, as your alt form does require speed over strength and too heavy might sap more energy from you without providing that much of a benefit." He paused. "I'd suggest something that would trigger a current, should somebody touch you without your permission. Processor operated obviously, as you don't want to accidentally shock your patients. With a fail safe system so that, if you are injured, it does not start triggering itself and shocking medics trying to help you." He studied her arms as if contemplating what could be done to them. "Well you do lack in a punch and that could be improved with some boosters. Small, but triggered when you throw a punch. I'd not work too much on that though." It would just take too much effort and still remain not comparable to someone as large as the tank. It could however pack enough of a punch to topple over someone unsuspecting. It was a thought anyway. He studied his tyre, not even sure if he'd need a wholly new one, and whether there was one to be got in the medbay. Two of them were busted. One on his shoulder, where the rim had been shot through along with the tyre. One in his pedes. Of the roof wings one had been in part torn off and bent out of shape and the other was just twisted. He evaluated his chassis and decided that he could work on it, to have it regain its shape, even while Baellfire worked on his leg. He reached out for one of the tools she had brought with her and willed the bottom part to detach itself, so that he could work on the other side. It all ached and hurt really, but he couldn't go on to complain about it. Things would be better once repaired. "You can think on what you'd like and we can talk together as well, to come up with a few of the alterations you might need most. After that,.." He glanced towards the repair room. "....well I need access to a few things to shape the plating armour we would be using on you and obviously to obtain the materials." Ultra Nitron

Whirl entered the lobby, looking like a smacked dog with his shoulders hunched up as they were. He looked up at the two mechs.
"I think he looks fine the way he is," he told Wheelspin, "Not everybody feels a desperate, gnawing need for upgrades, Ground-Pounder."

Baellfire continued her work on WheelSpin's leg as he listed off different upgrades he thought would be useful. Some of them did sound useful but others sounded like too much, especially for her frame and occupation. Right after he asked for supplies from the medbay, she finished up with putting everything back together and realigning his leg. The tire would have to be looked at separately especially if it needed a replacement. She was about to move up to his hips but he had already started working on it himself, so she worked on his arm instead.
Baellfire: "I'll need to think about it. I don't know if I need ALL of them but I think they're good ideas."

"Oh get over yourself, Periscope. She asked what I would suggest, so it wasn't as if she did not want to get some advice." He rolled his optics at the bot with the claws for digits. "You know, the things that don't mean I'll suddenly start chopping you up to implement them, but rather ideas that can be up for consideration, and if acceptable, implementation."
He kept his arm motionless, while he the medic worked on it. Some of the plating would need to be newly modelled and he hoped that the base had a place where he could fabricate some of his new parts rather than have to deal with the old ones only being welded shut. With the roof wings it was clear a new piece was needed for one, while the other could still be fixed and bent into place. The paintjob clearly needed the most work and he already hated the trouble he would need to go through to have everything finished to perfection.
"You think about it, there's no rush. We can adapt them to your needs or construct something entirely different, allright?" He grinned and Baellfire and then glanced towards Whirl. "And you, Airborne Lawnmower... do kindly refrain from swinging those hooks around my face. I'm not going to fix them, alter them, or change them. And before you jump at me again, at best you might get the paint reapplied... if I feel like it."
And at the moment he really did not feel like doing any favours for that bot!
"...Just out of curiosity. This place does have a sort of ..fabrication room or something of the sort? Somewhere, outside of medibay, that new parts can be constructed? Any idea where it might be?" He hoped that the first answer would be affirmative because he really had a want to shape a few new pieces, rather than try to make do with the old. There was the issue of improving and strengthening some of the armour too.

"Hey, there are dozens of mechs who would just soil themselves for a chance to repaint this shapely frame," Whirl told Wheelspin. He wiggled his hips meaningfully, "They're just itchin' to paint all over me."
He looked around, "I dunno where the fabrication room is. Who cares? I don't need new parts. Neither do you, askin' me."

Baellfire: "Hey... just because we aren't in the medbay doesn't mean you can start snapping at each other again."
She continued her work on his arms. The repairs were going rather quickly. She would hopefully finish everything up quickly. Then, she and wheelspin can go get the parts he needed to finish his repairs.

"How adorable. If that's your way of trying to get me to paint you, you might want to try harder after that stunt you pulled." With his free servo he reached up to his helm, feeling the dents at the back and side of it. While it was the damage he could fix himself, he still felt sour about it. He lowered his servo back to the part he had begun working on straightening, and evened out a few more of the smaller dents.
"You might have missed a large chunk of my plating missing up here.." He indicated the general direction over his shoulder where the roof 'wing' had been blown and twisted. "..and I'm not about to want to become a cabriolet just because of it." He paused. "But keep up with the 'compliments' and you might earn yourself a basic paintjob." It wasn't even clear whether he was serious or joking.
He looked at Baellfire and grinned. "Don't go all Pratchet on us, please. At least we aren't fighting." Once she was finished working on the one arm, he tested it out and nodded appreciatively. There were a few minor fixes but his leg had really been the worst of it, that and his two tyres, which would need to be made again anyway. "How's it looking Doc? Will I live?" He asked teasingly, though he would have really felt better when he was again a beautiful, shiny self.
The black paint on his frame was slowly returning to its much brighter, oilspil variant. It was really more visible now, as he had been all black alt form frame earlier in the repair room, but with the time that had taken since, the black was fading in parts to a much more colourful variant.
