The doors to the armory open up and Gearchange enters followed by Feenix, the wrecker missing parts to his shoulder and chest armor, the workshop begins to light up as he walks down the ailes.
You know, its good to be back.
He summons a holographic data pad to his servo and begins activating the necessary facilities inside the workshop. Armor replacement and Spraybooth, scanners and weapons prep.
I always thought this place as my second home.

*Feenix follows behind him in her bird mode, feeling more comfortable in this mode right now. She looks around and says.*
"I know, it's hard to drag you out of here some days."

A giant hangar door begins to open up as a claw moved a storage container into the workshop from the armory. Gearchange begins settting his weapons down on a table.
Just there please.
Gearchange gestures to a location and the container would then drop down.
Property of Galaxy Squad and Squadron X
The workbench begins to scan each of his weapons, finding his battle axes to have been modified.
We had assests across Cybertron, now what's left of them remain in here and in my own private reserve.
The container opens up and reveals numerous weapons and ammunition, then smaller containers inside, Gearchange pulls one out marked with his name in cybertronian writing.

*Feenix stomped over to a prebuilt nest and sits down in it, watching Gear like a hawk as he got back to his old self.*
"Is that seriously all we have left of that time in the squads?"

There's a few pieces scattered about, I guess. Most wreckers from the squadron took their own equipment.
Gearchange begins refitting the axeheads and checking if they still transformed into their shotgun counterparts. The purple bladed axeheads were to be kept as a replacement.
Your jetboots are in there somewhere, the ones I made for you... early prototype I guess, before the City Commander line, Those suits are in the warehouse. I saved all the holograms and memorabilia in a different container.

*Femme like footsteps and humming could be heard as Afterburner skipped into the Workshop, a huge grin on her face and burn marks and gashes on her armor, she stops and looks around to see if there was anyone who could help her.*

Gearchange was fixing up his weapons whilst he waited for some new sets of armor to be forged, he looks over to the femme who had just entered.
You must be Afterburner, Burnout's Friend right?

Yeah, Afterburner Mavrix. You look like the mech I saw Targix with sometime ago. Has the lil' scamp been 'Mr. Curious' on you?
*Afterburner says, smiling at Gearchange in a friendly manner.*

He was fine, I'm used to having sparklings around the base, raised two during one of the most defining moments of our lives on Cybertron but they turned out fine. Burnout was hatched here some time ago, kind of reminds me how quickly kids grow up these days.
Gearchange pauses and sets down his bolter gun.
I take it you've just beaten one of Feenix's tests? She's over in the corner, she likes to just watch me build and work here. My office so to speak.
So what can I do for you Afterburner, new weapons. Armor?

I have this schematic that I developed with an old friend during my space travels before my arrival on Earth, which was during the time Targix was growing up. Simply put, I hung out with the crew that rescued me from Kaon.
Anywho, Turbocharger developed an idea for a weapon based on similar, if not the same tech as Megatron's Fusion Cannon, just more on the lines of an assault rifle. We begun speculating and thanks to a few inputs by me. We were able to get its bullets and ammo types to adapt to work with the powers of Elementals and some forms of Conduits, like Neon or Energy.

Megatron's weapon is powered by a source which equals the power of a sun, to have elementals and conduits channel their powers into the ammunition would be pretty interesting to say the least.
Gearchange picks up his Gauss Bolter and spins it round in his servo.

While Turbo did want to create something as destructive as that. Despite my past with the cons, I steered him off it. So I decided to piece together a final version while he was out finding some energon with his brother and wife. Six shot burst, some can produce a variant that requires a charge up time. But the weapon itself is adaptable to suit anyone's needs.
*She says, finally producing the schematic. It looked like the Fusion Rifle from 'Destiny'.*

A good design.
You thought of how its powered? Does it harness a conduit or elemental's power or is this one going to be a mechanical design with a battery life?

It will harness their power rather than battery life. Turbocharger wanted the weapon to be apart of them as if though it felt natural, not to see that the battery life was a bad idea.

It could work, I'm just not sure if it would be able to withstand the power one would put into it to allow it to power up.
Its still really early days for elementals and conduits, your powers were never fully documented because people kept them a secret... almost.

True, it wouldn't be able to withstand alot of energy that the bearer could put in, but I assume we have workarounds for that. If only Turbo were alive, the fella could've probably figured out a way around this little obstacle to prevent the weapon from possibly taking an arm off.
*She pauses.*
I'm assuming some information about us got leaked?

Conduits have been known to exist for some time, elementals are extremely rare however. It was the gaze of the tryptich mask which began the mutation and gave some cybertronians and predacons these rare gifts.
Fire elementals are predacons. Water elementals come from a planet inhabited by aquatronians. Air elementals were mainly flyers, male dragon predacons could also inhibit this ability and Earth or Metal elementals. Pretty rare.
That's what the Iacon data banks said and from what Feenixfire told me.
You're not a subspecies, just gifted individuals... some don't even know they have this power.
Gearchange sets a workbench to scan the blueprints and begins to form a 3D map of the weapon.
Materials and systems will need to be configured to work by a conduit or elemental's own inner energies, I guess a gauge or a meter can be applied to show how much power is charging it before it overloads.
It will take some time to research this kind of weapon, but anything's possible.
Gearchange turns round to the container which had been placed a while back, sliding his own chest of ammunition and munitions back into it.

Yes, something similar among the things my mother taught me when growing up.
*She examines the 3D map of the weapon and smiles.*
I have time. I could probably use one of the weapons stored in her to replace my Slag Spitter, rather odd for me to have a flamethrower when I'm a fire elemental.

Doesn't mean you don't have to stop using it just because you're a fire elemental, I'm pretty sure it has its uses.
