Now it's time to actually vote. The poll will be open all the way until New Years. This means that forum members will be able to vote for a 1st, 2nd and 3rd in command (2nd and 3rd position will be based on who comes 2nd and 3rd in the poll). These votes are done through poll so there's no point in posting your vote.
In terms of poll rules APPLICANT'S CANNOT ADD THERE VOTE THROUGH POLL this is to ensure they do not vote for themselves, if your an applicant and found to be participating through the poll then you will be removed. However if an applicant messages me then I or another mod will use an alternative account to apply the vote. (You of course cannot vote for yourself through this method.)
Mentioning Alternative accounts, ALTERNATIVE ACCOUNTS CANNOT BE USED TO VOTE, ONE VOTE PER PERSON. This is of course to ensure that users only get one vote, if you are found to be using more than one account to vote your account will received a warning and a request to only vote with one account. Further abuse will eventually result in a ban till after the voting is done.
Now that that's out of the way I also want to state this thread can also be used to ask questions of a respective candidate. If you have a general question then all you need to do is post the question, if you want to ask a specific user be sure to mention them by name.

To all the candidates I have a few questions.
1. What will you do to improve the retrieval of fallen pods that with some probability may carry Decepticons or if not those, reinforcements for the enemy?
2. What are your policies on prisoners? Here I ask both about what intend on doing with prisoners you obtain (Autobots), or those of your affiliation, that have fallen into enemy hands (Decepticons).
3. Do you allow DJD to dictate your decisions? Do you work with the DJD, assist them when possible or do you keep a distance from them. Would you go against their demands for one of your own?
4. Your policy on rewarding 'wanted behavour' in other words, on rewarding Decepticons that have done well, be it on the field, fighting, or doing whatever else serves the cause well.
5. What do you think about the one who has started it all, Megatron?
6. Who comes first. The Cybertronians or drones?
7. If you win the war, how will your followers be rewarded?
8. What are your views on organics in particularly the human organics?
9. What is your view on mnemosurgery?

1. What will you do to improve the retrieval of fallen pods that with some probability may carry Decepticons or if not those, reinforcements for the enemy?
A. We need to better organize those kinds of missions and missions in general. If re-elected I will be specifically appointing someone to manage and assign missions. If someone does not complete their missions then punishments will be given to those who fail the Decepticon Empire.
2. What are your policies on prisoners? Here I ask both about what intend on doing with prisoners you obtain (Autobots), or those of your affiliation, that have fallen into enemy hands (Decepticons).
A. Autobot prisoners must be handled with haste. I have learned from the Whirl debacle that all matters involving a prisoner must be handled within a week and then he must either be used as bait or disposed of within that week. Decepticons who get captured will be handled on a case by case basis. If it advantages us to rescue them we shall, but harsh punishments will be paid by those who dare waste our time by getting captured.
3. Do you allow DJD to dictate your decisions? Do you work with the DJD, assist them when possible or do you keep a distance from them. Would you go against their demands for one of your own?
A. The DJD works for the Empire and that is it. They will either learn to follow the orders of the Empire or be desposed of. I helped reassemble the DJD, and I will be happy to dismantle it again if they disobey.
4. Your policy on rewarding 'wanted behavour' in other words, on rewarding Decepticons that have done well, be it on the field, fighting, or doing whatever else serves the cause well.
A. Those who do well get higher rank and added responsibility. I plan on instituting a system where once a month soldiers will reapply for rank and possible promotion. If deemed worthy they will get promoted. In addition, I am working on ways of giving advantages to higher ranking members to reward them for their service, this will primarily be reflected in governing of cities.
5. What do you think about the one who has started it all, Megatron?
A. Megatron is the Lord and master of the Decepticons. If he returns he automatically gains command and I hope he will be pleased by the work we have done in conquering Earth and keeping the Decepticons affairs in order.
6. Who comes first. The Cybertronians or drones?
A. The only life that truly matters is Cybertronian plain and simple.
7. If you win the war, how will your followers be rewarded?
A. The followers of the Decepticon Empire will be rewarded with governing positions and high ranking positions within the Empire. This is something I will look to institute as the Empire continues to expand across this planet.
8. What are your views on organics in particularly the human organics?
They can be useful to provide labor for us. We can use them to quickly build uppn this planet. In addition, I am working with top scientists on a cyberforming process to repopulate this planet with Cybertronian life.
9. What is your view on mnemosurgery?
A. It can be used as an interrogation tool and I will be more than willing to employ the technique if I deem it necessary.

Before to reply all, all those questions that can be replied IC and OCC, it will be marked, sbut some of them re replied ICly since the kind of the answer. To all the candidates I have a few questions. 1. What will you do to improve the retrieval of fallen pods that with some probability may carry Decepticons or if not those, reinforcements for the enemy? IC: I'll improve the radar system to locate the newcomer's, that will mean that our radar will aoutamically detect they arrving of new objects before to proceed with the rescue of our members.OOC: First I'd suggest to the player if them wan to apear in the Nemeis, or if they want to arrive via landing pod. in the second case I'd used NPC to simply taks like 'pick and take, but not to battle purposes since I'm planing to have a better interaction with other members of the site. if after a determined lapse of time, I will personally send NPCs only to bring the soldier to the Nemesis. 2. What are your policies on prisoners? Here I ask both about what intend on doing with prisoners you obtain (Autobots), or those of your affiliation, that have fallen into enemy hands (Decepticons). To those prisioners which has informtion of high relevance, or thatplay a vital role in their faction, the best is to keep them captive in the name to alterate their plans with the auscense of our prisioner. Negotiating with them would be kinda hard since it is like to give them the adventage above us. Once the prisioner stops being useful, the aniquilation would proced.
To those who are captured but dont have vital information, they could be used to negotiate with the enemy, but if they dont demand or try to rescue their mates,it would be a sing that the faction doesn't care fo the prisioner. In that case, in there can be a chance to join to the deception, in the case to find a negative naswer. I can't do anything else than shadowplay or aniquilate them, but I'd chose the second option to offer them a better life.
In the case to have our soldiers captured by enemy forces, a rescate oparation will be planned, not only to get hte soldeirs back, offenbsive actions will be implemented to make the operation worth, if they took our people, we are gonna take the twice as the minimun allowed. The enemy can't just take our people or dare to touch them withoutpay for it. And if for some reason the soldier can't be taken back, I can asure I will personally make their short existence a hell.
OCC:Honestly, about what I would do with prisioners would be discused withthe player with OOC chats, and I'll try to get plots that can be enjoyable inmatters of character development, or plots where it involves more players if desired. 3. Do you allow DJD to dictate your decisions? Do you work with the DJD, assist them when possible or do you keep a distance from them. Would you go against their demands for one of your own? The DJD hasn't shown operations lately, so, why I should let them to control my decisions? They could make some suggestions as everybody can, but they dont have any authority to for me to take decitions. I'll work along them as long as they can be useful to my purposes,in the contray, I dont have another option than do what they do to the decepticons who betray the decepticon cause. The leader owns the DJD division, not the oposite, but I wont go against they demand if that brings benefits to all the faction, not only tome.
4. Your policy on rewarding 'wanted behavour' in other words, on rewarding Decepticons that have done well, be it on the field, fighting, or doing whatever else serves the cause well.
IC: My soldier will get more benefits like upgrades and access to better equipment to acomplish their mission in a more effective way. The best of the best will be to those who are of confidence! I can add somepersonal thinsg, but it would be under discussion.OOC:My policy wil consist in give them only the acurate ranks that they deserve acording to what they have done. I can't get ranks if they haven't done anything lately, With high ranks being blak, they would have the chance to win the desired position. Also, ranks would be important to give them a bit of control when some DHC members are absent due RP cirmcustances, or things related IRL. I want to make the faction being independient, even when the higher ranks are absent. This will require (probably) a small list of things that every rank has access, like weapons, locations, or thing they can do, but without being restrictive at the moment to Roleplay. 5. What do you think about the one who has started it all, Megatron? I C:Megatron, he has been one of the less understood heroes of the history. Fighting against the cast system established by the higher status bots, Megatron brought the first flame of a fight byt the equality between all statuses and cybertronian species. he basiacaly along with the people, for the people, and I haven't been updated with the recent events, but I can figure his actionshas been justified, especially in times of crisis after the lost of our planet Cybertron.6. Who comes first. The Cybertronians or drones? None of them, Decepticons are the same under my comand and everyone is vital to acomplish our goals. If any drone of decepticon disobey my orders or injures another decepticon of mine, being soldier or drone, they will have the same punishment. The edge of my swords hits at the same way to boith of them.
OOC: well, I have intended to make my characters thread them in the same way, but this keeps open to more small and medium plots, especially with the people wich RP vehicons or drones in both factions. Getting into an scenario where the NPC has the same value of cybertronians wil be mostly to 'make them be more important', but instead to send them in battles, they can be used to more aisstant jobs in lack of decepticon players. Still, I'mopen to more suggestions and ideas about another uses of those NPCs. 7. If you win the war, how will your followers be rewarded? IC: Its to diferent to win a a battle than win the war, War can't be won, but if you meant as victory the fact of overrule above the other political and militar groups, they will be rewarded, first with the basics (better equipment, security, and another cybertronian basics needs) but aparently nobody have asked what the soldier wants. Above ranks, territories and all the energont hat can be found, in there are more aspirations that our soldiers have. I can't reply wich aspirations they have exactly, we only need topay atention to our soldiers.8. What are your views on organics in particularly the human organics? IC: I find organics facinating, all the forms of life found in the planet have characteristics unseen in cybertronian species. I wont mind charing the planet as we have the chance to study them. But the only exceptions are the humans, They have shown a sigular and destructive behaivor against their planet. They dont deserve to overrule the Earth. Maybe their levels of intelect can be sighly superior than the rest of the especies, but they as basically lead to their own extinction in the way they 'progress'. So, I find more useful at getitng the humans away as we make better use of the planet, though, I'd accept the humans existence as long as they dont intervine with our actions, and get agree to our terms. 9. What is your view on mnemosurgery? IC: Not a desired tool, but sometimes necessary, specially when it implies the safety of my people. If I ahve to 'brainwash' someone to the cybertronians, decepticons, and even cybertron/Earth sake, I will alow it.
Well, that is all ATM. Sosmething else? (:

Bit slow on this but that's the Christmas season for you. Gonna highlight my responses in Orange for this, and Green if it's IC
1. What will you do to improve the retrieval of fallen pods that with some probability may carry Decepticons or if not those, reinforcements for the enemy?
Well, when I entered, first thing I noticed was how tricky it was to get quick responses, so first order of business, acknowledge these characters better. First impressions are the most important impressions, and people are gonna stay if they feel like they're being acknowledged, even a little bit. Send a person out to ascertain the faction of the pod, and rescue or capture as necessary, which neatly leads me to the next question.
2. What are your policies on prisoners? Here I ask both about what intend on doing with prisoners you obtain (Autobots), or those of your affiliation, that have fallen into enemy hands (Decepticons).
What's the number one problem of being a prisoner? How restricted you are. Every leader so far has tried to capture people and when they do, they just leave them there, forget about them, get on with their moustache-twirling schemes. First thing I wanna do is make being captured a good thing for your activity. I wanna encourage interrogations of Autobot prisoners by Con staff, and leave it open as to how they do so. Do they sit and ask questions, torture physically or mentally? Just shout at them or stare at them until they're spilling their secrets? It's all good, let the prisoners actually have something to do beyond just squatting in a cell until they can just leave.
3. Do you allow DJD to dictate your decisions? Do you work with the DJD, assist them when possible or do you keep a distance from them. Would you go against their demands for one of your own?
The DJD has felt about as terrifying as a man in a mask on the other end of a brightly lit room going "ABLOOGY WOOGY WOO!" and throwing a T-bone steak at you (The Dead Space type of fear that goes away instantly and leaves you bored and annoyed). Personally, I think the DJD had been swapped between so many people so often as to lose all sense of being a threat, not to mention how many have defected to the Autobots (do need to sort that at some point...). Far as Quaketread is concerned, the DJD's glory days are long over. 4. Your policy on rewarding 'wanted behavour' in other words, on rewarding Decepticons that have done well, be it on the field, fighting, or doing whatever else serves the cause well.
More active, creative members are gonna be rewarded by being the first ones considered for important tasks and missions. The ones who perform well and regularly can also be the first considered for rank increases, more opportunities, all that good stuff. Actual rewards I can give are limited, so this is what really any leader can offer. 5. What do you think about the one who has started it all, Megatron?
"The one who should be leading us, but so long as he is not here, we should be led by the next best thing..." 6. Who comes first. The Cybertronians or drones?
"The Drones are barely living automatons we made to aid us in securing our home. Whether they live or die in the line of duty, is a secondary concern." 7. If you win the war, how will your followers be rewarded?
"The Decepticons will take our long-deserved place, as the conquerors of this world, and all others in our path. Their reward will be to have the entire galaxy trembling at the very mention of our name.
8. What are your views on organics in particularly the human organics?
"Many call them vermin, but I disagree. Vermin don't choose sides. Their decision to support the Autobots is evidence of their gutlessness, after all, suicide is the coward's way out..."
9. What is your view on mnemosurgery?
"Good for making sure prisoners co-operate."

1. What will you do to improve the retrieval of fallen pods that with some probability may carry Decepticons or if not those, reinforcements for the enemy?
' Unless there is something big in the pod... Like oh a superweapon, I say we leave it! If who ever the hell was in there is tough and smart enough to find their way to us... Then they're the kind of troops we need! Don't want and losers now do we? '
2. What are your policies on prisoners? Here I ask both about what intend on doing with prisoners you obtain (Autobots), or those of your affiliation, that have fallen into enemy hands (Decepticons).
' Elaborate deathtraps... Give them one chance to join or spill the info... Then WHAM, hang 'em over a sharkicon pit like old laundry. '
3. Do you allow DJD to dictate your decisions? Do you work with the DJD, assist them when possible or do you keep a distance from them. Would you go against their demands for one of your own?
' Those nutcases? Bah! If they don't smarten up and follow my commands I'll launch them into the sun! You know I'd do it too... They, like everyone else can do what ever they want so long as they don't interfere with my fun... '
4. Your policy on rewarding 'wanted behavour' in other words, on rewarding Decepticons that have done well, be it on the field, fighting, or doing whatever else serves the cause well.
' Simple... I reward those who are either loyal or entertaining... '
5. What do you think about the one who has started it all, Megatron?
' History... '
6. Who comes first. The Cybertronians or drones?
' Who ever is more important to my schemes at the moment... '
7. If you win the war, how will your followers be rewarded?
' Absolute freedom... You can do anything. Imagine the universe as one big never ending party! '
8. What are your views on organics in particularly the human organics?
' Fun... Televison and the internet... Good stuff... '
9. What is your view on mnemosurgery?
' Bah... Cheating... A real Decepticon doesn't need fancy tech to spill someone's guts. And mind control has such a dubious history... '

Alright questions from Dynamite here.
Strength is a concept I value highly. If you're not strong enough to fight your own battles, you have no place in the Decepticons. So i ask you these questions: What makes you strong enough to lead the Decepticons?, What makes you stronger than the rest?, What plans do you have to eliminate the Autobots and make us stronger?, What plans do you have to strengthen the Decepticon cause and what plans do you have to do with the Earth. That is all.

What makes you strong enough to lead the Decepticons?
The strenght to lead people can't be compared with muscular or any kind of Physical strengt, the stronger ones are the ones who can face the adversity and face the worst of the worst withgout never give up. In matter of brutal force, in there is always the weapons are another methods than can be used in any given moment, but iof a leader isn't mentally strong enough to lead his people and guide them for the right way, they are lost. Even when the Nemesis and the decepticon faction is laying at debris, I am doing everything to stand up and continue with the rest of the plans, no matter what happens.
What plans do you have to eliminate the Autobots and make us stronger?
The first thing that everybody will reply about a way to exterminate the autobots would be weapons of another ways to exterminate their lifes. I think diferent. The best way to make them colapse if altering their control from the deepest part of the autobots, Playing with the heads of such faction we can alterate their control, and weapons can be used later to make our job sucefull. Fragmenting While we spend our times in better things to restore Cybertron. humans have showed us they dont agree with the latests events around the world, if we make a pact with them, we can get the sources and use them to our purposes and restore cybertron, and as something to give back will be the security against the bots and knowledge, something they would use. Basically, turning humans against our enemies. Maybe their are weak, but after all, twe can't ignore numbers, so, why to figh against them if they can be part of our plans and have a win-win deal? We are civilized, and getting races as our allies sounds more reasonable than just make the use of the brutal force. We have honour, and killing challengers that aren't in our same level isn't honourable at all.
What plans do you have to strengthen the Decepticon cause and what plans do you have to do with the Earth.
As I mentioned, earth will be used into our way to bring the GLory of Cybertron back, and to expand our empire, Earth means our first step at conquering another planets, so Earth basically will be the prototype of Newer empires outside cybertron. Gettin races as allies can be seen and experimented here. I dont have plans to destroy it since it is like take sources to the trash
Well OOCly I plan to take more atention to the decepticon players and dont just forget them. Even at having a high rank position, it doesn't mean I don't have to pay atention to the regular players, after all, they are the ones who makes the faction stronger, a leader only helps them to reach their full potential. I want to recongnizetehm for their goals, but especially I want to make goof expriences with the user and go further the RP enviroment. I want the users feel excited to get new posts and being part not only of the cons, but the full site.

That is all.Strength in leadership truly is more than muscle, it's about being able to get a group behind your vision and goals. I have done that, and it shows in our conquests and the new Empire. People united behind me to get back to Decepticon values and to take action and we have done that well. I believe I can beat my opponents 1v1 if necessary, but even more so, I believe I can better strategize and better unite an army, faction, and government. In short I believe I am the only leader with the capabilities to conquer this planer. I will sum up the last three questions with one answer. We are starting by using Moscow to rebuild our army, as well as other territories to gain a better military presence on Earth, so that we can conquer it and start a new Cybertronian civilization here. This means we have to stay organized and united under one cause, the cause of Megatron and those who stay loyal will be rewarded in the Empire. Now as for the Autobots, not only do we have territory, growing armies, but we also have a special weapon thanks to Backbeat, that I can't reveal just yet.
