4- She usually relies on her speed, and how fast she can shoot down an enemy. That means when she gets it, it hurts. A lot.

5- Her firepower is fairly weak, but she's accurate with it.

8- Those blades on her arms are powerful, but she just needs to get really close to use them. When she does, her skill with them are deadly accurate.

Personality :
Arcee is a quick, witty, and deadly fighter. She usually isn't phased by much, and would much rather make a snide remark at the threat of death, rather than cower in fear. She has a deep, undying respect for her comrades, and treats them as family, quickly forming bonds with them. When she's annoyed, she will show it, no matter the consequence, even if her life depends on it.

8- She's isn't one to run from a battle, and sticks in a impossible situation until the end. She isn't a fool however, and will retreat if possible, if the going gets too tough.

Arcee was a scout on Cybertron, fighting in the war as one of Optimus's soldiers. Of course, while this happened, she lost a partner, which usually isn't a good start. She invaded several based, and stopped many Decepticon missions and plans. During this, she and fellow Autobot Cliffjumper became close partners, and two useful Autobots to the cause. She's now traveling to Earth, in search of Decepticons.

Arcee stepped off the Ark, looking around. So this was Earth, huh? Greener than Cybertron, but it could be a good home. The pink Cybertronian ducked out of sight. Her presence probably wouldn't be treated positively, and her Alternate Mode could attract unwanted attention.
"Okay Arcee, If I were a Earth Vehicle, what would I be..." She said, before coming across a deserted stretch of road. This would be a good place to scan an oncoming vehicle, give her a new form, and blend in. She stood patiently, hidden, before a motorcycle revved across the highway. That would be interesting. The cybertronian looked out, before green light streamed from her eyes, engulfing the motorcycle. Her body began to shift, becoming a darker blue, and becoming slimmer.
"This is more like it. Okay Decepticreeps, if you're here, you better be ready!" She said, jumping onto the road, transforming, and setting forth on this new planet.
