In response to our community, the Staff of TFG will begin the following policy.
Transparency of what we -the Staff- are doing in general that the community holds a stake in as a whole will be conducted. This includes posting updates such as this one. In addition, discussions will occur that involve feedback from the community. These discussions will mostly include the creation of events for the main universe RP, but will also include the introduction of new rules and new site layouts.
The discussion of an individual's actions resulting in the breaking of rules and the subsequent punishment that will be handed down will NOT be discussed publicly. However, we request that information may be submitted in private (via PM to a staff member through TFG or on Skype) on the condition that all staff may be allowed to discuss said information to come to a conclusion. Information brought up and shared with the community to give "proof" for any decision made in such a case will remain anonymous unless permission is granted.
