Upon activating Lockdown mode Harbinger activates heavy armour plating in his legs which root to the ground immobilizing the mech as his entire frame stiffens. This of course makes him a vulnerable target as he is unable to move except for making a 270 degree turn in either direction. On the other hand once activated his body is adjusted to provide maximum power to his weapon systems as well as his external shielding. Due to this Harbinger effectively becomes a stationary turret with all the benefits and negatives expected.

Armor Description :
- Harbinger's armour is built around ensuring he has access to his wide assortment of weaponry including handheld, integrated and mounted weaponry. This results in Harbinger's heavy armour plating being easily manipulated by an advanced transformation sequence what increases the draw time of integrated weaponry.
- His armour is extremely bulky restricting movement at the advantage of providing increased protection, in particular his legs are heavily armoured with shifter plating on top. The technology allowing him to activate Lockdown mode and embed himself in the ground at a moments notice.

Primary Weapon : 80mm Repeater Assault Cannon
Description: The 80mm Repeater Assault Cannon is a fully automatic high-powered cannon capable of firing 80mm shells.
Secondary Weapon : SMXCM - 24 Chaingun
Description: The SMXCM - 24 Chaingun is a fast firing, belt fed, fully automatic weapon. Possessing a considerable rate of fire coupled with high precision and low recoil, very rarely will Harbinger be unable to hit his target multiple times under the hail of 40mm rounds.

Description : Frag Reaper - A multi-round grenade launcher capable of semi-automatic fire. The long barrel allows suppression of an area from distance through the use of available grenade types.
Plasma Railgun - The Plasma Railgun fires a travelling plasma pulse with high accuracy out to long range. The charge of weapon can be held for long periods of time once charged before naturally losing it's deadliness over a number of days.
Thermo Rocket Swarm Launcher - The Thermo Rocket Swarm Launcher is a multi-shot rocket launcher with laser designating and lock on capabilities. The standard salvo or swarm is eight thermo-energon rockets.
Plasma Accumulator Cannon - The Plasma Accumulator Cannon is a semi-automatic energy canon that has two potential fire modes. In both occasions the projectiles fired explode on impact. The first fire mode allows the user to fire repeated shots without charging at the sacrifice of weaker shots in general. In contrast the second fire mode must be charged up in which case a single large plasma bolt will be fired proving a massive blast radius as well as a addition emp effect in the nearby proximity. This weapon is integrated to Harbinger's arm.
Pits Breath - A flamethrower with a heat capability higher than what would be the recommended temperature for a cybertronian. Those branded by the weapon claim it's fires burn warmer than that of the pits.

Triple Barrel Mauler - The Triple Barrel Mauler is a fully-automatic shotgun capable of shredding enemies at close range in only a few miliseconds. It is capable of firing different types of ammunition as after a quick weapons systems change it can differentiate between ballistic or directed energy rounds.
Cryocannon - His final weapon of note Harbinger's cryocannon fires a mass of super-cooled subatomic particles capable of snap-freezing impacted objects reducing the mobility of targets and reducing armours structural integrity.
Gadgets : Over Shield - These energon shields deploy a barrier over the users body that last for a limited time, depending on the punishment taken against them. Traditionally these shields suck up excessive supplies of energon from the user. In Lockdown mode Harbinger's energon supplies are primarily diverted to these shields and his weapon systems.
Melee : Thermo-Energon Halberd
Melee Weapon Description (Optional): Designed specifically for Harbinger his personal thermo-energon Halberd is a 36ft polearm with a axe-blade and spike combination at the top of the weapon. The weapon is capable of providing Harbinger a long range melee opportunity as it's impressive length negates the fact that Harbinger is an excruciatingly slow moving mech. The axe-blade in particular has a hook on the back of the weapon allowing Harbinger to grab hold of much quicker cybertronians negating their natural advantages. Will the polearm is coated in a rare metal alloy that negates the effects of thermo-energon momentarily ensuring that his weapon can be held by him will not being easily destroyed in melee combat.

Personality : A tactical strategist Harbinger is proud of his own accomplishments without reaching the point of being egotistical or vain. Harbinger's career as a strategist has also meant that he is ruthless willing to make hard decisions if he believes it will provide the desired effect. This attitude has received the criticism of others and created many enemies for Harbinger, despite this Harbinger doesn't care of their opinion as he made the choice they where too scared to make. When in control of an operation Harbinger leads with an iron fist and insurmountable determination to succeed no matter the cost. A former Decepticon prison warden Harbinger learned to rule with fear, as both prisoners and guards alike where subject to punishment including torture where Harbinger gained a reputation as a sadistic mech due to his personal involvement.

History ( Optional as some like to make it up as they go along ) : Sparked in the well of all sparks Harbinger's spark was then transported to Praxus before his protoform was imbued with the spark energy. From there his chosen alternative mode was a tank, as the caste system of the time meant that due to his alternative mode he was to become a soldier. It was however his processor that lead to his rise to power, as he was born in a peaceful time it meant he was forced to show his intelligence rather than his physical might. This meant that Harbinger had a much easier time of quickly rising through the ranks in comparison to some of his less intelligent brethren. By the beginning of the Decepticon uprising Harbinger had rose to the rank of General.
From there Harbinger became one of the many generals designated to over watching the Decepticon uprising and ensuring it was snuffed out if it became a threat. Instead however it enthralled him as the words of Megatron encouraged Harbinger to see the errors of the political caste system. He had personally never agreed with the politicians having all the power and rather desired it was shared between those who showed both strength and intelligence. The fact that Megatron desired to take over other planets and populations further encouraged him. He believed the cybertronian army was more than capable enough to take over the planets of largely primitive lifeforms. So when the war broke out Harbinger turned ship declaring his allegiance to the Decepticons alongside a number of other generals will many others where eliminated.
That is what Harbinger remembers at least. The mech known as Harbinger however was known before the civil war as Leadstream and although he was one of the generals assigned to over watch the Decepticon uprising, he was ultimately one of the few that stayed loyal to the Autobots. This meant that rather than being one of the ones that turned ship Leadstream instead was betrayed and grievously damaged. Due to his loyalty to the Autobots he became too large a threat to exist but at the same time he was considered an important asset if he could be turned. It wasn't till Shockwave supposed the testing of an institute experiment known as the cortical psychic patch that Leadstream's fate was decided.
Reborn as Harbinger and with his memories altered at the hand of Shockwave the mech known as Harbinger became a useful asset, as his military experience resulted in a number of high publicity victories for the Decepticon including involvement in the capture of Vos. From there he was moved to a temporary post as the warden of Darkmount an infamous Decepticon prison. His iron fist resulted in a number of radical changes what increased the brutality of prisoner treatment as the mech claimed 'a mech without legs is incapable of escaping' as a relevant reason to cripple prisoners. Those found assisting prisoners in any form such as repair jobs without direct permission from Harbinger where considered traitors and either imprisoned to rot for life or executed on the spot. In the occasion that one femme medic's foolish sympathy lead to the escape of a prisoner, she received a life long imprisonment with daily torture under his command.
After a few million years Harbinger was then transferred to the Praxus campaign in the later segments of the war. His position made him a commander of the 502nd Decepticon Heavy Armoured Battalion. Under his command over 500 Decepticon soldiers lost their lives in the fighting which drove the Autobot's back. For their resistance any Autobot survivors who where captured where taken to the Autobot Command Centre in Praxus, from there Harbinger personally executed every mech, femme and sparkling associated with the defenders as his actions where captured live on the holonet. It gained him the title 'butcher of Parxus' but his brutality undeniably worked as it shattered Autobot morale and only a few months later the deadlock was broken. From there Harbinger spent his time mopping up Autobot survivors before the exodus occurred forcing him to evacuate the planet.
Strengths :

-Wielding some of the largest weaponry available to Decepticon Infantry Harbinger is capable of clearing battlefields with the sheer amount of damage output.
- Harbinger's armour is extremely durable and with the addition of a overshield generator he is effectively a walking tank.
- Despite his reprogramming Harbinger is still a highly intelligent military strategist.
- Harbinger's heavy armour also makes him extremely hard to knock over and when in Lockdown mode it becomes almost impossible.
Weaknesses :

- Shaped like a mobile weapons platform Harbinger has the expected mobility of one, moving excruciatingly slow he's never expected to catch up with an escaping target.
- During his reprogramming a number of processor faults occurred reducing his resistance to EMP blasts.
- His large size and slow mobility makes Harbinger a walking target for anyone with sub-par accuracy.
- Harbinger is slow to adapt to changing scenario's, as although highly capable of creating strategic plans when off the battlefield, when in battle his processor may use invaluable time to create complicated plans when simpler plans would have been quicker and more effective.

Space was endless, a wide open area with millions of possibilities and yet almost every Cybertronian seemed to be heading towards some pathetic piece of land and water known as Earth. Including Harbinger the mech that was currently drifting through space in his transition form. The large comet like shape had been floating along for years after having left some barren wasteland of metal and death. It had been another world that he had came across claimed by the technological evolution of organics. Their actions only cemented Harbinger's ancient belief that they would have been better off if the Cybertronians had brought order to their world. Now he was headed towards another planet he expected to be exactly the same, the only difference this time was that the natives where primitive. Not truly capable of destroying their own world the same way the cybertronians had.
Nearing closer the mech could see the planet in it's entirety now as he passed the moon narrowly missing it's gravitational field as he continued towards Earth. His frame sucked in by the much greater gravitation force of Earth which made the comet like object began to plummet. Gravity dragging him down as minutes later Harbinger crash landed on a small island in the Caribbean. He was already sending for a groundbridge signal as armour began to reform around his body replacing his transition form with his standard alternative mode. The mech was a large cybertronian armoured tank carrier and he didn't even consider the idea of replacing such a form with an inferior Earth mode.
Now that he was on the planet Harbinger had much to do as he walked into the illuminating light of the newly arrived groundbridge.
