Black Sun's Quarters Exterior
The entrance to Black Sun's quarters stands out from most doors in the hallway. The security is more light, and the door has large cuts in it. There are two ways to get into the quarters. One of these methods is an optical scan. The optic required is either Black Sun's or Shockwave's, and no others. The other way, a keypad, requires ten digits.
Interior
The interior of the quarters is very simple, yet holds many traits. The most eye popping future is a large armory wall. Since it hasn't been touched since the Cybertron was days, most of the weapons are dusty. Apart from the weapons, a few gadgets and items hang. To the left, a matt-like berth lays in the corner, which is elevated off from a built-in block. A fold back wall can divide the berth section from the rest of the room, which can also provide privacy. A large table rests in the center of the room, which a holographic 3-4 model of Cybertron hovers. If you press the right commands on a holopad, which is built into the table, you can pull up a computer setting, hologram setting, and video setting. Besides the more visual perks of the room, there are many places to hide things of all shapes and sizes. It's the perfect place to hold or hide secrets as well, since the walls are extra thick, with that the door and security systems. Whatever happens in the room, stay in the room.

The door closed behind Black Sun, which the femme turned her helm to the hinges hitting the lock. Once the door was locked, she spun around and darted her optics along the walls, cabinets, and anything else in the room. I only have one chance at this.. she thought. Better make it good and swift. He won't expect it.
Now wasn't exactly a time to start thinking about Shockwave, who ended up being her killer in a past life, which she thought was false. Black Sun rushed over to the weapons wall, then yanked open one of the drawers next to the gadgets. She stumbled around in her thoughts, not exactly sure how she could maneuver so well in the room. Maybe as Nightfall, this had been my quarters. Not the exact layout, but pretty close.. she thought. Yanking out a few pieces of tripwire, and some goofy objects that seemed quite dangerous, she turned to the large table in the center of the room and began setting up a door trap. It took her a few seconds to set up the main section, which she rushed to the door and mounted the sticky concrete side on the wall. It hung over the door, which she then began to set up the wires. Hiding them around the frame, she made the end of the wire connect into the keypad, which opened and closed the door. She then dragged a chair over the mount a few more wires along the ceiling, which she made it connect in between the light sources and ceiling speakers.
Hopping down and moving the chair back to it's designed spot, Black Sun searched the room for possible escape routes. She discovered two ways. Both were maintenance shafts which were bolted down loosely. The first, which was behind a large cabinet, was easy to kick open. The other one, which was in the ceiling, was a bit harder. But like everything, she managed to get it open. She then looked around the room for hiding places, which she found more than she could ever need. While searching, she had found a small recorder stashed in between two cabinets. She had been hesitant at first, which she eventually picked it up and examined it.
It didn't take long to find the play button, which she pressed. Coming out of the small speaker was a voice similar to hers. Only this one was much more serious than she could EVER sound like. But it also had it's thrown back side. It was a femme, which she assumed at that second that it was Nightfall.
"Reference Recording 15, 3 hours before the Fight of Leadership. This is Nightfall, no doubt. I'm not sure how it's gonna' go down today, to be honest. I just recieved words that I have to report to my prep bay in 2 hours. I don't like the sound of having only an hour to get ready. Maybe it's the fact that I'm facing Shockwave, rather than that maniac Backbeat, or Starscream. Neither of them would have a chance.. In my opinion at least. I don't like Shockwave. Primus, nobody's heard from him since explosion of his laboratory on Cybertron. He was reported missing not to long after Megatron's demise. Here's my question, was he actually dead? Did he keep tabs on everything that was happening on the Decepticon Ranks. He has the knowledge to sustain such a low profile. After all my digging and research, Cut-up told me that the fight's supposedly rigged. I don't believe him, otherwise that would be treason. They'd basically be plotting to kill the commander.
Now that the time is coming around, I actually think Cut-up was right. What if it is rigged? What will happen to me? Primus, the idea of dying in that arena on a live broadcast is just depressing. But that's not what I'm afraid of, I'm worried about what will happen afterwards? I can only hope to win, so I can avoid the results."
The recording ended, which it was only one of three. The next one came up kinda scratchy.
:Reference Recording 16, Day one of the Fight for Leadership. Ugh, he was right, that damn vehicon was right! It's all a friggin' set up. At the start, some dumb medic tried sticking me with a syringe with god knows what. I entered the Groundbridge before he could get that sharp thing near me. I'm glad as primus that I didn't punch him. It's 24 hours from that point, and I'm held up in a tall tower. Shockwave isn't far away, I can see him through the scope of my sniper rifle. I don't want to confront him head on, because that would be plain predictable. After all my years as commander, I've learned one thing when it comes to enemies. You can't beat them with Swords and Guns, you can only beat them at their own game. And in this case, I have to beat Shockwave in wits and strategy. I'm gonna' wait another day or two, and see what he's up to. Then, I'm gonna attack the following Night.
And- uh- whoever's listening, I have one statement to say. No matter how much you want to believe otherwise, you can't trust Shockwave. It's that glare or glaze on his red optic that makes him so convincing, so trustworthy. But he's only trying to calculate how he'll get you wrapped around his finger. I don't want anyone to turn into one of his puppets, whether I die or not. But if I do live, and so does Shockwave, I'll do anything in my power to kill him. I really will. He's one of those cybertronians that Hunger for more war. Unlike myself, who wants to end it, he wants to see it go on. But it's not because of any of those demented things, it's because he had no soul. He practically lives for science. The war is the only excuse for him to practice his barbaric techniques.
Besides, he'd rather be in the history books, not me. Apparently, according to science, it's unethical to have a femme lead and end a war. Imagine that. I think it's absurd."
So I've never had any sort of liking for Shockwave. Imagine that.. She thought. So she had followed her instinct to not give herself up. Nightfall seemed to have this everlasting warrior in her. Well, she did seem like a bad aft, but not by swords or guns. She had some sort of witty logic that made her always fight for what she believes in. Determined not to loose. Was that what got her killed? she thought.
The last recording clicked, which the loud racket in the background made Black Sun jump. This recording seemed much different than the others she had listened to. It was almost as if it took place in mid battle...
"get off of me you stupid fat Hexhead!" Nightfall's voice seemed tense, pained, and angered. Her short comment didn't last to long, which a loud slam filled the recording, followed by tossing and turning. They were falling down some sort of hill. After a few more clanks, Black Sun flinched at the sound of bending metal, and the shrieks of agony coming from Nightfall. Even the sounds were gorey, which she could hear the energon hitting the ground.
There was another set of falling, and a small break in the constant moving indicated that someone was stuck under someone else. The, followed by all the racket, was the noise her Nightfall's killer.
"You have denied me for to far, Nightfall. The result in your struggles is your extermination."
Then, the sound of being ripped off someone's chassis fell very close to the recording. Nightfall shrieked at first, then began to speak out of both anger and pain. She was pissed.
"Extermination or not, this will not be the end of my fighting!" Nightfall had yelled. "Even if I'm dead, I will struggle to fight you. Hell, maybe this will bite you in the ass one day! I can promise you this, Shockwave. This will NOT be the last you see of me-"
An odd gurgle had interrupted Nightfall's anger filled speech. The sound of ripping had stopped, which the sound of someone grabbing something could be heard. Energon could be heard hitting the ground by now, which the slightest snap could be heard. Black Sun remembered the small video clip of Shockwave pulling out Nightfall's spark, which she nearly gasped. This recording took place during her final seconds alive. As Nightfall at least. Black Sun immediately felt a large amount of rage will within her. Motivation, reasoning, an objective to what she was scheming. She wanted to know who Nightfall really was, and she would die again to figure it out.
Stashing the recording back into it's hiding spot, Black Sun turned to finish prepping her trap. once it was completed, Black Sun turned to a cabinet a few paces near the entrance. Grabbing a small device from the table, she slipped into the cabinet and closed the door behind her. This was the beginning of her master plan, so to say.
In all serious, she was pulling a 'Nightfall'

Outside of the door, She would bump into something. Chaff uncloaked, with his arms folded and his helm cocked. His vertical visor regarded her with a monotonous yellow glow, and then he spoke to her as if he had just stopped by to say hello.
"Well, if it isn't the SiC. You read the files on Starscream and Shockwave I reckon? After the little debate in the halls.." Chaff mused, and then gave a whistle as he glanced up at the ceiling. There was a hole in it, and it was directly above him, as if he had popped out of it, or broken his way into where he was. Chaff dusted himself off, and then readjusted his voice so that he could speak to the femme with Graph's voice, instead of Breakdown's, which he and previously used.
"Well, before you ask why I'm here, or rush away, I thought I'd offer a little something for you. If you've read about the soldier designated 'Night-Fall' then I'd like to say; I can arrange for a few extra things to be told and done, and even possibly provide some memories." Chaff said in a low voice. If Night-Fall had indeed been studied, then Chaff's plan was to restore those memories, and then allow for Black Sun to play out the rest of her plan. If all went well, Chaff would have some fun.

((She's hiding in the closet XD okay, I'll act like she's outside Then she's going back into the closet!)) Confusion lingered around in Black Sun's processor, not to sure what to come of the offer. She had strucken out twice with trusting people. And the fact that she also read Chaff's, she didn't want to make that another strike. "I don't need of your arrangements." Black Sun said. "Now I have some things to get back to.."((Annnd this is where things get difficult ))

((Thank you...
Get difficult? Quite.))
Chaff rolled his optics behind his helmet. Of course she would be having some trust issues. If only he was Cut-Up. That guy was downright convincing, and he was also able to seemingly stay one step ahead of everyone, whenever it came to anything. Sometimes even a fight. Using Cut-Up's voice probably wouldn't help much.
"Okay, so you don't trust me. Well, what can I say? I told you of Starscreams' scheme. I lead you to the archive. I told you to learn who to trust. Now, you probably read my file. Tell me precisely what it said. I know for a fact that I have not done any sort of backstabbing or trickery--" Chaff said, and then shrugged once after he recalled a little event at the start of Shockwave's rule.
"Alright, so the disco ball and the rock music and the party balloons were my idea at Shockwave's inauguration. But let's face it; that day was Megatron's birthday, and someone had to remember." Chaff sighed, and then lifted his helm once agin to look at Black Sun. "Anyways, what did you learn about me?"

"It said you were unpredictable." Black Sun said, placing a large amount of attitude in her statement. She didn't trust anyone, and she was bound to stay with her instinct. So what if he led her to the archives, so what if he was nice! He could stab her in the back any second. His 'arrangement' is probably a syringe to the bloody neck. she thought. Yup, NOT interested.
Something told her that she was acting to much like Nightfall, or what she would have acted like.

((Oh. I know I will still have to persuade Black Sun, but Shockwave gave me the green flag on giving her her memories back, incase you were concerned.))
'It said you were unpredictable.'
Normally, Chaff would have been like, 'Really? Sweeeeet. Wanna fist pump over that?' and then he'd throw himself back into whatever strange thing he would do just because he could. Like knitting a sweater, or juggling coconuts, or pulling out a picture book on butterflies that he had collected from a school. The fact was, butterflies were cool. They flew around, and they were cool. The straws for mouths and all that? Yeah, he totally digged the way that worked.
Chaff had to shake his helm slightly, as to get mentally back on-topic. Having some additional Graph personality in him often made it tricky to stay focused on anything. "Can't deny that fact." Chaff patted his chest, as if there was a medal right where he patted it. Chaff then folded his arms behind his back, and then cocked his helm at her. "Um, you probably won't be too persuaded if I say I genuinely wouldn't mind helping you restoring your memories? I am a walking recorder if you haven't noticed, and me and several other vehicons were your supporters. Particularly Cut-Up..." Chaff trailed off, his voice was a bit clueless, in the sense he felt like he didn't have a lot of cards to play when it came to persuasion. He could always just pull out his EMP grenade, and try to make her black out, but he had a feeling that she would be a pain in the aft if he tried to play his hand forcefully.
"Honestly, I really don't blame you for not trusting me. All I can really say is that I used to support you back in the run for command, and that I still would be up for some supporting--" Chaff tried, though really, he was kind of bad at this with Graph. In fact, Grapoh really sucked when it came to persuasive speaking, and it didn't help that Chaff usually chose Graph to play as when he was in a good or neutral mood. Playing as Shokcwave wouldn't have helped though, or Starscream for that matter. Both twisted facts with their own logic, but since Black Sun probably hated them at this point, it would be foolish to use them. Frag, everyone persuasive in general on the Nemesis was so dang manipulative...

The name Cut-up seemed familiar, since it was a name that had been mentioned in Nightfall's recordings. She mentally shook her helm. No, don't fall for that crap. "Look, I don't care if you did or didn't support me, I can't trust you. I've been stabbed in the back twice, I can't risk it a third time." She would have created a cold shoulder, but she thought otherwise. "I'm sorry if I'm being a party pooper, but it's gonna' take more than your words, names, and different voices to fool me."

Chaff sighed at Black Sun's response. So much for persuasion, and what a kink in his day. Well, she was right in front of him, so plan B wouldn't be able to work just yet...attacking her now had a bad chance of working, she was the Second in command, and had fought Shockwave. She had failed, but she had put up a fight. He needed a Surprise attack if he was going to do these things. Chaff remained in a normal formation.
"Well, what the frag are you planning to do? You don't trust anyone, and you hate Shockwave, Starscream, and probably a few other dudes if you read their files." Chaff mused, as something began to shift on his back. He was facing her head on, so she wouldn't be able to notice, just like him, that something began to move on his back, taking the form of a small, insectiod being. Chaff went on,
"Or are you just going to stare at me, and then send me off?"

"I want you to leave the premises, now." Black Sun said rudely. "before I throw you into the same room with Shockwave, and tell him that you committed high treason." It was just like that, which Black Sun winked one of her red optics. "Do the wise thing and don't cross me" Black Sun's voice had changed both tone and attitude with her last comment, before she turned and entered her quarters. The door slammed behind her.

Chaff shrugged. So things weren't playing out as he'd thought. Big deal. He had a back up plan. As usual, but whatever Black Sun was up to, if made Chaff smirk for some reason.
"You're ventilation shaft was repaired." Chaff said plainly, and then took his leave as he had been told. He applied his cloak, she had a point. Whatever she was up to, Chaff had a feeling it was going to be one of those things you sat back and watched. The vehicon had other matters to attend to, like repairing a few other rooms anyways, and solving a bit of a mystery. The vehicon was thusly gone.

Trundling through the hallway, Shockwave took a right as he approached into the pathway that lead to Black Sun's quarters. Stepping forwards to the door, the purple mech proceeds on following through the optic scan to gain access inside her room. With granted access permission, he entered inside to see if the femme had complied with remaining inside her room like he had ordered for her to do for the reprogramming operation sequence.

Not even a few seconds after Shockwave enters, the rigged device upon the doors would spark, sending a pulse and frying the door controls inside the room. This would prevent anyone from using the holopad remote from inside the quarters. The ones outside were still functional. The wire connecting to the overhead lights would also cause a series of smashing sounds, and the lights going out. The only source of life emitted through the entire room was the 3-d hologram computer, which left the room hardly- to nearly pitch black. The room was abnormally clean, practically cleaned of all traces of dust. Everything was organized to the very detail, and the floors were clean enough to leave the slightest speck of dust. These details were only visible from five feet within the quarters, which left the rest of the room unclear. But one detail of the room's state proved that someone was indeed home. It was deathly silent. ((Let Black Sun's game begin ))

Shockwave was immediately confronted with his suspicions. The fact the doors have just all but started to spark and send out a pulse to trigger the strange sounds to shut the lights off made him aware that perhaps Black Sun wasn't going to cooperate with the reprogram. He had indeed first doubted she actually would follow with this procedure, Nightfall after all wasn't one to listen to his authority. As he took several steps in with his heavy peds, the purple mech's lone crimson optic glowed through the pitch black darkness inside. Their had been no sign of the femme as of yet. This could all very well be in her attempt in trying to ambush him.
"Black Sun, I presume that the entrance has short circuited due to perhaps outdated electrical currents in your quarters. I require that you follow me to my laboratory immediately. It is time for the procedure to commence."

More silence would greet Shockwave, which the room remained still. The room was so quiet, Black Sun could hear Shockwave's sparkbeat. Well, not that he had one- or so it seems. Black Sun stood silently in a tall cabinet to the right of the door, peering through the bars that crossed through the top half of the doors. With her night vision visor, she could see Shockwave. Her question was, could he see her? The chances were awfully slim by now, since he had already looked her way a moment ago. The way he stood, and the way he entered the room, he was thinking. Calcuating do doubt. He's already picking up on the ambush part.
This was no ambush. She thought.

"Black Sun, I advise that you terminate this futile attempt of hiding from your fate. I have already checked the data scan prints. Your energon signature is inside your quarters, I am fully aware that you are present here."
Shockwave no longer needed anything to be confirmed any longer, he knew Black Sun wasn't going to cooperate with him and have a reprogram sequence to her processor module. The purple mech took several more ped steps deeper inside the room, pumping his plasma cannon gunarm, allowing for a violet colored aura to appear around the weapon's barrel. If he had to, he'd result this into a violent confrontation in forcing the femme into his laboratory. Grabbing something from his waist with his right servo, he took out a datapad, one that was able to detect energon presence signs. He would have her exact location inside the room just as he turned it on and began to scan where she was hiding.

Seeing Shockwave pull out what appeared to be a datapad, Black Sun silently grumbled a few words. Scrap. Black Sun had rigged the room with traps, and distractions. Grabbing a string coming out of the bars, Black Sun yanked the string. Across the room, more towards the wall of weapons, a drawer would open. A few moments of sound emitted from the racket, which gave Black Sun the few seconds to escape the cabinet and silently trot underneath the table, which had a curtain-like cover along the sides. Taking a blow gun off her belt she placed a certain dart into the shooting end and prepared herself. She could hear the mech walking. All she had to do was get out at the right time, and make her swift move. As far as she knew, she had the element of stealth in the darkness.

After spending years in the sea of rust, Shockwave's prime senses like his optic and audio receptors had dramatically advanced, because of the fact it was really difficult to see through the giant cloud of spinning dust and the always risk of danger of a predators that would have been creeping in the dark to try and ambush him silently. His audio receptor antennas adjusted upwards as a reaction to the sound emitted from the racket. He immediately turned to face that direction of the room, raising his plasma cannon gunarm. Since it had been charging for several seconds, it had reached a 100% concentration of energy, meaning that it would allow for a large plasma beam to erupt and spread out an explosive blast radius. Backing away so that he wouldn't accidentally be caught inside the blast, the purple mech fired his cannon at the area he had heard the sound.

The cause of the racket was nearly a few weapons, which were scorched and destroyed due to Shockwave's Plasma Cannon. From underneath the table, Black Sun heard the metal hit the ground, which she grimaced silently. His reflexes have- increased. she thought. But remember what he said- 'equal in intelligence and power'.
Hearing Shockwave's peds stop, Black Sun immediately took effect, preparing to exit the opposite side of the table and dashing for the wall, which a maintenance shaft stood. The shaft opening remained open, almost as if someone had crawled out.

He had to alert his Decepticons, they now had a possible hostile roaming aboard the ship. With the visibility being this blackened, he didn't have a choice but to aim and fire his plasma cannon at all possible directions. Charging his gunarm, Shockwave begun to fire from his left and right and then started to circle around, firing out non stop particle beams at all of the objects inside the room. He realized that the more shots fired, the more damage would be brought inside of her quarters and the more likely probability that she could possibly be struck by his weapon.
