Hearing the familiar nasally 'you' coming from a shifting chunk of metal below, the grounder looked down to spot the coloration of the single Decepticon that made him twitch each time he ran across him. Jazz had hoped to never need to face off with Starscream again, and seeing him like this? Well, this was a little uncomfortable to say the least. To have a Seeker infront of him was one thing, but to have him BELOW him? Well, that was just a whole set of implications and irritation that the four-wheeler didn't need. He didn't have much time to react before Starscream did, shoved off the Seeker and straight into the wall behind them. He hit it kind of hard, grunting as the metal hood of his alt mode bumped the metallic wall. Jazz was prepared to get to his pedes but found himself locked in a crouch when hurried movement came to his audials. As suspected, he was staring down the barrel of one of Starscream's weapons, the Seeker having readied the aggression before Jazz had even been able to pull his own blaster.
"Well... I wasn't really plannin' on leavin' without sayin' goodbye anyway, but I suppose we can do it this way too." Jazz got to his pedes, holding his servos up in mock surrender. "Though I suppose I should say thanks for breakin' my fall but I doubt manners are your forte. So, neither should mine."
Jazz twisted around and leaned down slightly, just enough to move out of the direct pathway of the weapon. He moved into a full round-house, servo fisted at the ready to- not strike Starscream in the face, but rather to knock his arm back. Jazz didn't stop moving, knowing that every little possible moment counted and he followed through with the movement by going around the immediate corner and started to transform. It was a long corridor with nowhere to hide, so he would need to hurry...

"Shut up. I don't want to hear it. If you're so anxious on going down, allow me to do the favor for you. You would be lucky to even end up in capture once I'm finished with you."
The Seeker's arm was knocked back, causing him to grunt out once again. He swung his opposite limb, pointing his null-ray to Jazz, letting this one charge up a powerful electric blast. He knew he couldn't fire out any explosive missiles, or he'd risk on causing some unnecessary damage to the ship, so his options were likely to lead to a melee fight. His optics focused on his movements, observing how he started to transform in his vehicle mode. This wasn't good, he couldn't let him escape from him. He fired several bursts of the null ray blast, hoping to hit him and disrupt the electronic devices attached to him. It wasn't soon after he started to run after him, prepping for his jet boosters below his pedes to allow himself to hover off of the ground.

Jazz heard the blasts from Starscream's weapon as he fired after him. Having managed to fully transform, he took off as quickly as his little Porsche wheels could get him, tires squealing as the gas was slammed down. The Seeker was firing rapidly, almost too quickly for his visor's field to pick up everything and, as much as Jazz would never dare admit it out loud, Starscream wasn't completely stupid. Seekers knew how to track just as well as he did and no matter the amount of side to side swerving he did, it would only be a matter of time before the restrictions of the narrow corridor limited him further. But, there was a turn up ahead and, though it wasn't confining for him, surely for a more massive frame like Starscream's it would be more difficult to turn ( especially now that he was hovering ). Just a little further and then---
Systems started to go haywire and Jazz's pain receptors lit up. His alt mode came to a screeching halt, but not before he was forced out of transformation and skidded across the floor a good few feet, right at the turn in the corridor. That could have been his freedom but instead he was on his side, propping himself up on his forearms the best he could, unable to even so much as see correctly. His visor was flickering on and off and without useable optics below, if it went out he would be entirely blind. No, this wasn't the most grueling pain he had endured, but this was still a dangerous situation. Slowly he fought his circuits, trying to get his frame to work with his processor as he attempted to climb to his feet but only managed to hands and knees. He heard Starscream approach and lifted his helm slightly. It would have been clear that he was blind at this point by the way he turned his head, trying to pinpoint which direction he was in.
Not even his damn sound system or lights were responding. Yeah, this was bad...

He felt confident this little running game was to bound to end soon, but using his jet boosters to fly in these tight corridors, he had to focus on his coordination and especially his balance. If he was to loose focus, he'd risk on colliding his chassis against the turn of the next hallway. His null ray weapon had been successful on striking its target in which caused for Starscream to form a sinister smirk. He couldn't waste this moment of opportunity to strike the Autobot while he was in a vulnerable position. The seeker accelerated in his movement, hovering straight forwards to the Autobot, moving his right leg back, before he swung it forward to try and perform a powerful kick into Jazz's faceplate. He had also hoped the powerful hot contrail exhaust coming out from below his pede might leave a burn mark as well.

Jazz could hear the thrusters from the Seeker coming closer but without the ability to pinpoint the direct location, he was without a way to fight back. There were minor communications with his processor picking back up since the effects weren't too severe; temporary, but enough to stir everything up a bit. It hadn't been a direct hit or else Jazz would have found himself completely down for the count. This way? Oh, at least he could function on some level. And the moment that Starscream made physical contact, Jazz used that opening to find where the Seeker was hiding off in the blind spots of his visor. When the connection was made, Jazz started to fall tot he side but not before reaching out and grabbing the foot of the Seeker to yank him down right along for the ride.
"Take this, ya Deception wash out!" He had only one shot but he made it count and, after sending all that he could muster power wise to his headlights, he blasted Starscream with a dazzling light show he wouldn't soon forget. That was it, however. Spent, Jazz fell back against the metal flooring as his lights died down. He couldn't move for now, but given a moment or two more maybe he would have the strength to at least support drag himself to a place of hiding.

"Really? You honestly believe grabbing me by the foot is going to help you in your situation?" In an effort to break loose, Starscream fired the jet booster beneath his foot at maximum, likely exhausting enough searing heat to burn through the tips of Jazz's digits. Things changed however the moment the headlights were flickered on to a very bright flash of light. He shut his optics, swinging one of his servos to cover his faceplate to try and deflect the powerful flash from reaching his optic circuits. When the headlights dimmed down, the Seeker was able to loosen and free his pede from his servo's grasp. Opening his pair of optics, he blinked repeatedly, attempting to have the sight return as fast as possible. At the moment, everything was blurry, but he could clearly see the Autobot right in front of him. He could have guessed by his movements he was dragging himself. It appeared he still had his chance. Confident that he'd be able to finish him off, he raised one of his arms, preparing to fire at him. Letting out a small chuckle, Starscream shot out a missile straight to Jazz, using his jet boosters at the same time to slide himself away to escape the blast.

Jazz couldn't make it to safety at the moment, but he could at least get out of the way of Starscream's destructive path. He couldn't get to his feet completely but he could at least find himself somewhere to hide out until the effects of the null ray died off. He heard movement behind him and right away looked around for somewhere to...
There!
While Starscream was trying to clear his own vision, Jazz slid off to the side and wrapped his digits around the vent leading to the lower ducts. He yanked, jimmied, pulled, tried everything. It was starting to loosen but it wasn't quite...
Hearing the blast behind him, Jazz yanked as hard as he could. The metal gave way, bending some in his grasp as he pulled it from its solid chamber in the wall. Jazz rolled, being the only movement he could actually pull off at the moment, and slid into the opening. But he was not without injury, for as the blast touched down where he had been dragging himself only moments before, blew, sending the richoet of the attack right into his framework. The shock from the missel's impact caused him to hit the wall of the vents he had rolled into, knocking clear through and down the shaft to the floor below. Through that ceiling he went, hitting the floor hard. There he laid on the lower level, unmoving, knocked out cold from the blast and the ride down.

Starscream formed a devious smirk on his faceplate, satisfied with the results. Of course somebody with as much talent as the Air commander himself, there had been no doubt he'd complete the battle as the victorious one. He was happy he'd finally be able to fulfill his pay back to the no styled four wheeler. Kneeing down, he crawled through the scorched shaft, not giving the slightest concern of cleaning it up, being as it was already outdated compared to the rest of the upgraded ventilation shafts. He jumped down to land onto the lower level of the Living Quarter corridors, continuing to smile as he approached the fallen Autobot. "How do you feel Jazz?"
Knowing he was already unconscious from the blast, the Seeker swung his leg and kicked him in the helm, before bending down to punch him in the faceplate. Oh, it was just so tempting to snuff his spark, but he wanted to take him in as prisoner just to show all of the Decepticons that their future leader had captured the infamous Autobot. Grabbing him by the legs, he started to drag him across the floor, stepping through the hallway as he set a direction to go to the maximum security brig.

Skywarp popped into the room, looking about. Scream had gotten a prisoner. Not to mention he was back. Skywarp strolled over to the body, throwing a powerful kick at the bot's shoulder, before hefting up the end opposite Starscream to help his commander.
So, how'd this happen? I mean I'm jealous, you got to scrap a bot already.

While he dragged the helpless bot to his new cell, the Air commander heard the familiar voice. It had been Skywarp. Last time he had seen him it was about one earth month ago when they were both participating in that energon mission in the jungles of the area known as the Congo. His tone hadn't changed the slightest even after all these long cycles. "Please, Skywarp. This is the second victim whose been unlucky enough to cross paths with me ever since I returned on this vessel. Just don't start your baffling right now. We're transporting this piece of scrap to the brig."
With the black purple seeker's assistance, Starscream started to walk faster, directing them over to another hallway, going straight ahead over to the prison cell location block.

Deatheye walked through the dimly lit halls, studying the area in a some what nostalgic way that made her feel strange. Growling softly, the femme shook that off her mind and co tinued to walk. Of course there was no room for her yet, but she wanted to get familiar with the ship since she had spent 50 years asleep and on Mars. The story that Sir told her seemed to fit her well, and she didn't question one bit of it. So she was deemed dead eh? And no records on her existed anymore? Well isn't that a rush of judgement. Oh well, she'll just have to build up her profile again then.

As Daska left the Med Bay, he managed to accidentally stumble into the hallways. He put his servo up to the wall as he walked through the narrow halls, looking at all the room doors he passed.

Splashbug walks around the hallways, but now he doesn't have his huge exosuit. The small mech would look at one of his sides. His circled red optics wouls shine in middle of the purple light of the place.

As Daska walked, he saw the shiny red light. He stopped walking.
Great.
He said quietly.
Now some idiot will want to talk to me, or shoot me, or throw me out this forsaken place.
He sighed and continued to walk.

Splash Bug moves his pedes faster, trying to reach Daska. Hey, I have a long time without see your presence around. He smiles a little, but it looks eveil, even he he's in hisn't. I've considering to work into a proyect, but I haven't find an asistant, would you like to help me? He tries to don't look suspicious, after all, he reminds the reason reason for bringing Daska to the Nemesis. Even if he is a bot or a con, he would try to investigate those 'anomalies' that his exosuit detected. His small size makes him look funny when he is not using his exosuit. But Splash would be serious when he talks.

He nods and tyransforms into his metalic green bettle alt mode. His wings hum. The sound expands along the hallways, leading towards the multipurpouse laboratory..

Daska had a small scowl on his face-plate and followed him.
So what project do you want to do?
He asked, with actual intrigue.

"Backbeat isn't going to be much help, far too busy concocting his own schemes. We'll need to figure this out ourselves."
The four Apocalypticons walked through the hallways, their heavy footsteps rhythmically thudding on the floor, the group talking between themselves as they discussed the plan to locate Kick-Start.
"Perhaps not by ourselves."
"You have a plan Deathgrip? I doubt we can call on many others to pull aid away from Backbeat."
"The Vee-Twos."
"Those wackos? How are they gonna help? They're already in tatters now Mummy has gone, hehe."
"No, he may have a point Meltdown. The Vee-Twos adore Kick-Start over anyone, even Backbeat. We don't need all of their help, maybe, we just need a couple."
"Didn't two Vee-Twos take over duties in the Medbay? You suggesting that they might help us?"
"No, I'm suggesting they will help us. I will speak with them. Come, we should hurry."
The group went on their way, heading towards the Medical Bay calmly, only their numbers giving away some sense of purpose to their movements. Each set of glowing red optics bathing their faceplates in red light whenever they passed a darkened area of corridor.
