Gearchange intercepted Blackgate's blow, his optics glowing bright as he put all his strength into pushing blackgate backwards. Determined to overpower the mech.
There were six on that shuttle and numerous Autobots died as that ship crashed and burned. You were the reason Sherma Bridge was a failure.

You flatter me too much.
He said with a smirk. He backed off and pressed a button on his forearm. The box would beep once then explode, more than likely sending Gearchange flying forward. If the mech did fly forward, then he would be met by Blackgate's axe blade swinging towards the hole in his mid-section.

(I can hardly read blackgate's font xD)
Gearchange is blasted forwards however with swift reactions, his power armor's flight tech kicks in, the turbines on his back force him further forwards until he launches himself upwards. Cutting the power to the thrusters and then pulling out another axe formed from his twin 80mm shotguns, the mech descends wielding two large battle axes one glowing bright red with heat from the chainsaw edge and one double edged axe glowing blue. An energon axe, he unleashes hell on Blackgate, swinging round in a frenzied assault on the taller mech.

((Any lighter and you get gray, and his name is Blackgate, not Graygate xD))
He growled and used his large battle-axe to try and defend against Gearchange's assault. He frantically blocked blow after blow, splitting his axe back into their two individual forms to help him defend. He backhanded one of Gear's axes away, but one caught him in the side. He groaned and felt energon trickling out from the wound.
Tell me, have you ever truly recovered from the incident? Does it still haunt you in your darkest moments?
He locked his blades against Gearchange's and pressed forward as he stared into the orange lens of the autobot's armor.
A pawn like you, a worthless autobot Wrecker, sent to fight a warlord like me. Your superiors don't care one lick about you Gearchange, I hope you realize that. That's why only those with power truly live, free from any control. Free to bend others to serve you. The feeling is... liberating. Freedom is truly gained from tyranny, as long as you are in control.
Blackgate grinned as he dropped his right axe, continuing the blade lock with only his left axe. He pulled out his chain-gun from a holster on his back and fired at point-blank into the hole in Gear's armor.

Gearchange breaks from their fight and clutches at his midrift, where his exo-suit had been torn through. His own armor peppered with bullets. Gearchange clutches onto his chain-axe whilst the energon axe drops to the floor fizzling out some blue particles as it hits the floor.
I didn't come here just because I'm a wrecker Blackgate... I've become more than that. I was appointed Maximus in the Autobots, I've become a commander...
Peace isn't earned through tyranny, freedom is worth fighting for but one person with all the power cannot rule... which is why Decepticons will never truly rule over all.
Its something you'd never understand blackgate... your spark's too corrupted to see.
The mech drops his servo from his wound.
Light will conquer darkness!
With that, Gearchange begins another assault on blackgate this time unleashing a hellfire of flares. Phase one of his assault. Phase two was to move as fast as his thrusters could allow him. A bright light illuminates their surroundings as a lumination orb shines and then shuts off. Gearchange charging at the mech full pelt with his chain-axe in hand.

Outside in the parking lot of The Griffith Observatory, A white Hypersports cars sits in the parking lot that views the Los Angeles Basin. Upon closer inspection, diminutive robotic bugs can be seen flying off the car. They fly off into the city gathering intelligence and possible Decepticon Activity.

A ground bridge opened, but not above the city, nor on the city, or really in the city. Below it. Out walked a vehicon, with a pitch-black secondary colour, and a white-silver first colour. Both were worn for his paint job, the only bit of him glowing his visor, which was the only source of light in the huge sewers beneath the city. So. A vehicon calls in a ground bridge to get into a city, and they let him walk through the waste disposal system of the humans. Just my luck. Taggon thought to himself, not appreciating the looks of where he was at all. There was some slight luck, however. Instead of actual waste products drifting towards him in the water ways, the pumps in the system were pushing ocean water out and in, providing a not too smelly region to be in at all.
Taggon knew his steps would echo, but the ones up on the surface would not hear. Still, he had to be careful. Taggon began to navigate the huge sewer system, having to be half submerged in water up to his waist. Taggon had at least made his first layer of armour immune to rusting, so he was safe when it came to that. It was still the unnerving feeling of getting wet that made the vehicon clench his fists, since he hated water as much as he did the DJD.
It was gross, it slipped through the tightest spots effortlessly, and it was--well, fluid. Taggon stayed true to his scanners built in his helmet however, boldly venturing onwards so that he would be nearing Autobot life signatures. He had been tracking down Gearchange for quite some time now, and he found it his duty to keep to his mission. It was for his faction, and others he cared about that helped fuel him go through the water, despite the fact that it was no heroic act. Maybe it just seems a bit dangerous for me since I have no idea how to swim, and I loathe this liquid's touch. Taggon reminded himself. Gearchanges life signature was not far off, so Taggon was grate flu for that. It was another life signature belonging to an Autobot, and one a Decepticon that bothered Taggon some.
The Decepticon was too close to Gearchange for them to be having a peaceful chat, that was for sure.
As for the other mech? He seemed to be---sitting where he was. Taggon just shrugged at the thought, and kept wading. At last, he was below the nearest manhole to Gearchanges position. Taggon knew he would not be able to fit through the hole at all, but that did not mean he could not blow his way through. The thought of losing his stealth did make him hesitate however. Taggon made up his mind to just make the explosion extra smokey with a few smoke grenades, so that he could come up quickly to address the situation with some temporary cover. Taggon pulled out two smoke grenades he had picked up earlier, and one of his explosive daggers. He took a breath, pressed the knob on the end of the knife, and sent it flying upwards, digging into the ceiling. It flashed red, and Taggon threw up the smoke bombs as well so that as the street gave in, smoke would plume out all over the place on the surface, in a massive cloud, which would last about five minutes at the max.

The Microbugs detect the explosion, they immediately relay the intel back to Light Striker. Seeing the potential threat, Striker speeds off from the observatory. Activating his Chameleon Coating Light Striker melts into his surroundings while he swerves through traffic to find the location of the explosion. Keeping his Coating on, Striker transforms in a nearby alley and begins scaling the building to begin surveying the situation.

The autobots must be desperate if they made you into a commander. Heh, what a fool you are. If the light is put out, the darkness once again rules. And I'm about to put out the light... agh!
He stepped backwards as the flares went off. Then smoke filled the area. He growled and switched to EM vision, seeing Gearchange charging at him full speed with his chain blade. Blackgate threw his remaining axe at him, hoping that the smoke would give it extra cover and more of a chance of hitting him. His rail-gun then slid out his his right shoulder and extended. It gave out a low hum as it began to charge up. He was going to give the Maximus a surprise.

With the plume of smoke blanketing the area, Light Striker could not get a clear view of the situation from his perch. He switches to his Thermal Scanner to get a better view. He sees two signature one friendly and one unknown. He sees the friendly charging at the enemy, but he notices the his ally is charging right into path of a gun. Responding quickly as he could, Light Striker pulls out his Cyber-Bow and takes aim and unleashes an arrow hoping the alter the guns intended target.

The axe lodges itself into Gearchange's shoulder as he attacks, making a nice cut right through the power suit's shoulder plating over his spiked guards. The thick smoke threw him off his attack.
Frag!
The mech lands on the floor dislodging the axe, a few systems sparked from the crack. He tosses the axe to the side... observing the fog until he looked down to see the road had cracks in it and chunks of tarmac missing... Someone had attacked from below and made their way upwards.
Great timing.

Taggon climbed from the large plumes of smoke, slowly and stealthily, and once he arose to the surface and was on two peds, he quietly navigated his way through the smoke using his visor, which saw right through the plumes and highlighted the Decepticon in red, and the two Autobots in a blue hue. Taggon made his was around so that he would be behind the Decepticon, being as quiet as he could. Taggon never made a sound until he was diagonally behind the mech, and he uncapped one of his heavy pistols from its holster and aimed the weapon's barrel at the Decepticon. He pulled his trigger aiming for the back of the helm, even if the mech had armor behind his back, or simply dodged, the point of Taggon's shot was to draw his attention to him. Taggon held down the trigger so that the pistol would continually fire, bringing a stream of shots aimed for the Decepticon.
This had better work. Taggon thought to himself, addressing his situation, his plans in mind, and a few other things which he kept to himself. He was surprised to see a third Autobot on the field, but that encouraged him all the more, since he knew the Decepticon would be receiving an attack from three fronts with him, the other mech, and Gearchange here. Taggon fixed his visor on the mech so that he would be able tot icus on the mechs movement, and prepare himself should the mech make any counter maneuvers against him.

Far above the city, a Sky Bridge opened and a femme stepped through gracefully. She dropped instantly, but transformed on her way down, completing the transformation about 30 feet off the ground.
"Right... find high-ranking 'bot, bring him back. Easy," Hotwire told herself cheerfully.
She could hear fighting in the distance. How kind of them to advertise their presence.

Nighthawk lands on top of a building in cyber-hawk form, letting out a caw just because. Bloodlust drives through a groundbridge in tank mode, crumpling any cars in front of him.
