Scaag shivered a little and tried to hold on to the wall but ultimately had to let go when he was grabbed and brought to the floor. He did his best not to panic but that didn't work very well. He whimpered and transformed into his grenade mode as soon as he touched the ground. The grenade beeped and rolled away to Chiro's pede and stayed there, too scared to do anything else. He didn't even thank the one who had brought him down, that was how startled he was.

Chiro was glad that she hadn't started working on Taggon's eye yet when Scaag called out. She then had been trying to figure out the best and safest way to get the little mech down when she watched another walk in and help him down. Seconds later she felt Scaag bump lightly into her pede and remained there. She thought about picking the little guy up, but she figured that it would only serve to startle him more.
Chiro looked over at the rotor-type mech and smiled. "Thank you for helping little Scaag down. I'm Doctor Chiro. And you are?"
Chiro listened for the mech's response as she began inspecting Taggon's wound more closely. She didn't have much anesthetic left before she needed to make a new batch, but she calculated that she had just enough to numb his eye.

Taggon just kept his optics glued to the ceiling after Scaag was taken care of. When Scaage had called for help, Taggon could have moved to get him, but he had been in the middle of a surgery, and he wasn't sure if he should move until Chiro gave him permission to do so. Taggon proceeded to wait for the operation to be done, hoping the face-fix would be brief. He knew it wouldn't be too brief, since his topic injury was a bit old, but he disliked keeping his mask off for too long.
As for Scaag, he didn't feel too much of a pang of pity for the small one. He decided he would talk to Skyspray later about the small mech's design. Making the Autobot base dependent on keeping just a small little boy from exploding and killing everyone sounded foolish to Taggon, then again, Skyspray had a history from being reckless. Taggon knew how reckless people worked. They got into trouble, they usually improvised, and they thought they knew everything there was to know when it came to combat. Usually reckless types were a pain in the neck, even if they were your friend. Skyspray fit the description in many ways, not that Taggon knew it all. No, everyone was always learning, or should be ready to, but still.
Creating someone irresponsible who held everyone's life in their hands was foolery in one of it's strongest forms. In the Decepticon ranks, Shockwave had always devices or things stroll out of his lab that shouldn't have, but at least he kept his office at a distance from the Decepticon base in the old days of war. Taggon converted his thoughts to the mech who had saved Scaag. The mech had done everyone a favor. Taggon just stayed silent however, not wanting any unnecessary attention drawn to himself.

Shatterbeam heard the small mech he saved roll over to a medic's foot and then stayed put. Shatter walked over near the medic, but not close enough to hinder the operation.
"My name is Shatterbeam, pleasure to meet you Doctor."
Shattervbeam stood with his feet together and his right servo resting on his cane. He wouldn't tap it to sense the room, as it might hinder the procedure. Instead he got a faint sense from the quiet sounds of the room.

((I apologize for the long wait. It's been a terrible and busy week for me...))
"It is a pleasure to meet you as well, Shatterbeam."
With that, Chiro then carefully applied what little anesthetic she had to the area around Taggon's optic and let it take effect before beginning to work on repairs. She clamped the energon lines that ran to his optic before cleanly and carefully reopening the scars with a small scalpel. She then began to repair the damage that resided deeper.
Chiro very gently cleaned the old, dried energon residue off the lens and made sure that it wasn't damaged in anyway. Satisfied that the lens and the photosensors underneath were in tact and operational, she set the thermo blade of her scalpel to it's hottest setting, using it as a very precise welder to repair the severed wires and energon lines that ran through the optic. She double checked that everything was repaired properly before she welded and cleanly sealed the wounds closed. Finally, she unclamped the energon lines and watched as the life-giving substance flowed back into the newly repaired optic, making sure that nothing leaked or that she somehow missed something.
The optic seemed to work properly and now needed to be calibrated. She pulled up a calibration sheet on her data pad and held it up for Taggon to see.
"Alright, Taggon, cover your good optic and read the fifth line for me."

((No worries.))
Taggon held as still as a statue throughout the entire operation--but he was holding extremely still. His other optic seemed focused not eh ceiling, and within he made small, silent calculations. While 'dormant' the war machine spent his time thinking of strategies, challenging himself through own well thought out scenarios. he also sent a few com-link transmissions to a few protectobots here and there, managing a few patrols and a mining mission as he waited. He was quiet, occupying his mind with various things--anything but the fact that he had his helmet off. He felt extremely uncomfortable with his mask off, and he hated the feeling of being so exposed.
At last, Taggon felt something click inside him, and his sight returned to him in the other optic. He arched the same optic ridge, surprised he could see out of the optic again. He was given a set of orders from Chiro shortly afterwards, a sheet of script was put before him. He blinked both optics before he shut his good one, only putting to use his now restored turquoise optic.
"201771514."
Taggon said slowly, and blinked his restored optic again. he could see with it. He waited for the doctors response, even though he knew his optic was functional now. The longing to conceal it behind his battle mask was strong. he could repair the mask perfectly himself, it was just that at the moment, he felt that his face had been shown long enough.

Chiro smiled at the vehicon and nodded. She was pleased with his response time and accuracy.
"Good. You're free to go, Taggon. Take care out there."
Chiro spoke with another nod. The last part was said more out of habit, as Taggon had shown that he was more than capable of taking care of others along with himself, however she still meant it. She then quickly cleaned her tools and the work area before going over to the patently waiting Watchman. However, she looked over to Shatterbeam, addressing him with slight curiosity.
"Is there something you need? You seem to be healthy."

Shatter turned to the doctor addressing him, and reached up to stroke Windtalker's feathers while he responded.
I am a new medic, I was wondering where I could help, if I could at all. And I'm perfectly healthy, aside from my optics, but I don't want those to be fixed.
Shatter walked closer to the doctor and smiled. Underneath the smile he was sending signals to Windtalker telling him to scan the doctor to store data about her for future use and so he could recognize her later.

Chiro turned to Shatterbeam upon hearing his response and blinked her optics a moment in momentary confusion, registering the fact that he didn't want his optics fixed. However, if the mech knew what he was doing, they could always use more help in the medbay.
"I presume you have other ways of 'seeing' the wounds of those you are attending to?"
Chiro asked curiously, though the details of how were less important to her than the actual ability to reliably assess and treat wounds.

Of course. Tell me doctor, have you heard of echolocation?
Shatter tapped his cane twice on the ground as if to strengthen his point while he waited for a response.

Chiro almost laughed at the absurd question, but she simply smiled.
"Yes, I know about echolocation. And you must have excellent audio receptors then. Well, let me welcome you to the medical team, Shatterbeam. As for where you could help..."
Chiro paused a moment, thinking of what Shatterbeam would be able to do. She had received a message from Wildfire on Skyspray's behalf while she was repairing Taggon. However, a quick scan of the logs showed that Sky had left shortly after that message had come in. Then it dawned on her as she received Aerojet's message.
"Would you be willing to make a new batch of anesthetic while I get to work repairing Watchman Prime? With so many patients lately, we've run out. And we're going to need it with a new round of patients coming in soon."

[jusitfy]((Because I DON'T know where to friggin' post XD))
A groundbridge opened in the nearby console, which a the infamous green portal opened and charged with life. Not only seconds later, a small blue femme came stumbling out, and eventually hitting the floor with a spark retching smack. In an instant, Energon was everywhere from a five foot radius of the femme, whether it was pool from her wounds, or sprinkles from the fall. The femme- who had previously been broadcasted on decepticon TV- layed there motionless. Five seconds passed, ten, fifteen, but there few seconds felt like minutes.
Stormgear couldn't move. Her reserve were practically out, and she could feel her spark beat stumbling to a hault. Not suddenly, but very slowly, and painfully. Whatever was happening to her, Stormgear's faceplate rested on the ground, one of her cheeks pressed into the metal floor, while the other scrapped and bruised cheek faced upward. Her grenade wound, which had closed up somewhat, was now open and leaking. Stormgear was pratically choking on her own life blood, not that she had much left.
((Doctor Chiro: Boy do I have a list of wounds for ya'.
Stormgear suffers from [cosmetically] - destroyed armor around the neck, torso, wrists, and ankles. Ontop of that, various nice wounds, most likely from open surgery and never closed. - A cut up chassis, probably from a knife. It broke the windshield and most of the armor on her chestplate. - Various [and very deep] knife wounds from a knife. - Two long knives imbedded in the upper arms, coated in acid. - a servo with no digits, primarily the right servo. - various sniper shots, found in the hip, side, and knee regions. A stray shot can be found in the left shoulder. - a few knife scratches.
wounds [internally] - most of the wires used to sensor pain are fried, thanks to an injection of acid. - T-Cog has been removed - Skyspray's ped is shoved into her chassis, between to vital pipes, which are bent. - vital wires ripped in the wrist regions.
Have fun! XD ))

Shatter beamed, as he was always happy when he could help. I'll get right on it! Windtalker, be a dear and identify the chemicals in the room. When you are finished, filter results for receptor dampening chemicals. After that, take the pre filtered data and look for chemicals that are not reactive to the filtered results, yet slowly counter the effects. Windtalker did as told, flying about the room and searching the chemicals. The anesthesia needed to deaden the pain receptors but beaded the affect to be temporary. Windtalker brought a few containers of liquid over as Shatter began the tedious process of mixing the anesthesia. He made sure there wasn't any cracks on his chemical resistant armored servos and got to work. Shatter poured a small blue colored chemical into a beaker, then poured a green chemical into the blue one. The green would counter the effects of the anesthesia slowly, and only began when in contact with Cybertronian tissue. The blue chemical deadened the Cybertronian pain receptors while the operation took place. He opened the end of his cane and removed a small, needle-like piece of metal. He gently stirred the new chemical until Windtalker sent him a signal telling him it was ready.
Doctor, will this do?
Shatter lifted the anesthesia to show the doctor, for it would need to be confirmed before he could start making great amounts of it. Before a response could be given, a femme came in via groundbridge and collapsed to the ground. Shatter was paralyzed in shock and looked to the doctor before lifting the femme to her feet and dragging her to a table

Immediately after Stormgear stumbled out of the bridge, another mech came through. Aerojet shook a his helm a bit as he tried to recover from the bridge travel. There was quite a turbulence in the bridge, that's why he likes flying more than bridging. Then he noticed the femme that used him as a support was laying on the ground... His optics widened as he saw this. The femme must be so weak that the turbulence had thrown her off balance. Seeing that Doctor Chiro, probably the only one he knew here, he frantically called out as he saw the energon began to leak profusely again, "Doctor Chiro!"
He then saw another mech lifted the femme to the table. He guessed he was a medic... Aero was distraught by the wounds of the femme and lost his words for a while. Hopefully Doctor Chiro and the other medic could help her. Thinking of this, he suddenly remembered that he should perhaps state the previous treatment before the femme arrived here.
He said tentatively, "Er... The femme is having a large energon loss... Err... You can see that, of course. And ermm.. Before we arrived here, I used the heal beam emitter to try to stable her conditions and Lead Sulfide Crystal Serum to act as temporary energon substitute."
He then transformed his right arm into the heal beam emitter to show the model of the emitter. The StarStream model should be a well-known one, and he guessed the medics would know its functions and limitations. Normally these kind of first aid tool is compatible to other treating methods, but he thought it might be a good idea to state it.

Chiro watched as a groundbridge opened up nearby and Stormgear stumbled through and then promptly hit the floor. Seeing the shape Stormgear was in, she made a shift in her priorities.
"Watchman, sir, I apologize, but you're going to have to wait a little while longer."
Chiro then immediately rushed over to where Shatterbeam took the femme and quickly scanned her, making note of all the injuries. She then quickly hooked up Stormgear to life support as she addressed Shatter.
"That is perfect, Shatterbeam. And I'm going to need more as soon as you can make it."
Then she turned to Aerojet and scanned his emitter. Taking into account the materials used in the temporary repairs and adjusting the planned treatment accordingly. She smiled at the young mech.
"Good thinking, Aerojet, and thank you for telling me. Now, I'm going to need these materials. Please get them for me from the storage room."
Chiro then brought up a list on her datapad and handed it to Aerojet. She then proceeded to start addressing Stormgear's neck wound.

Shatter nodded frantically and let out a shrill whistle, to which Windtalker began to fly about and gather they chemicals needed for the anesthesia. Shatter got the string time down to the hundredth of a cycle so he wouldn't need Windtalker to tell him when it was ready. The bird himself flew completed anesthesia to a small table near the doctor and he damaged femme. It began to get to the point that Shatter couldn't make the anesthesia fast enough and Windtalker had to stir and mix as well, managing to run batches to the doctor whenever available. Shatter turned to the mech that had entered after the femm and gave a hurried salute, then got back to work. He slowed himself down, as he couldn't afford to make a mistake in the production of the anesthesia, as that might be damaging.

Aerojet took the datapad and nodded at Chiro, before heading out to the Storage room. He had almost tripped himself before he remembered his leg joints were deformed because of the very hard landing back then. So he couldn't really move his pedes. But that wasn't important when compared to that femme's wounds. He just shrugged a bit before transforming his wing at the back and fire his engines. He glided out of the room gracefully, before he smashed loudly into the wall opposite. He got up and shook his helm a few times, seemingly fine, and continued to the storage room.

Chiro had been preoccupied with Stormgear that she didn't notice Aerojet's struggle to move until she heard him hit the wall outside. She didn't look up or stop what she was doing, but she made a mental note to both thank him and apologize for not realizing it before giving him the task. Seeing the arrival of more anesthetic, Chiro quickly took the fresh substance and applied it to Stormgear in the appropriate amount given her state. She couldn't put too much, or else she'd shock the femme's systems, but it would be enough to help ease the pain, at least a little bit.
Chiro then continued repairing the neck wound, sealing the broken energon lines and cleaning out the wound and surrounding area of the spilled energon, in particular the piping from the femme's intake down to her vents. The last thing she needed was for Stormgear's systems to suffer from a lack of proper ventilation mid surgery. When she finished and sealed the neck wound, she moved on to removing a familiar pede from her chassis. She saw how it was done on the broadcast and that was the key to being able to safely remove it as Chiro would reverse engineer what the DJD had done to the poor femme. Their arrogant broadcast would, in fact, be her lifeline.

Shatter didn't need to turn around to see the doctor pull a pede out of the femme. He winced as he stirred his concoction but ultimately could do nothing at the moment other than make the anesthesia. He wondered if the femme was alright.
Doctor, how is she looking?
Shatter knew that asking was trivial, as he could see through his echolocation just how deep the wounds were. But there could be unknown chemicals, so asking couldn't hurt.

Aerojet returned with a box of materials Chiro listed in the datapad. He gently put the box and the datapad on the table just beside where Chiro's working.
He said to Chiro, "Doctor, I get the materials on the list. All of them should be in the storage box."
He's not a qualified medic, and he doubted that he could do much here with only the most basic medical knowledge. Besides, Vaqus, Diamond, Ms. Feenixfire Magnus is still at Newtok. They were also injured and he thought that he should help them get back as soon as possible. Thinking of this, he wondered where Diamond go. He thought she entered the bridge before him.
Anyway, he said to the two medics presented, "I need to get back to Newtok, there are still some patients there. I think there are three more bots that needed medical treatment now, and I hope there won't be more. See you later."
After that, he would travel back through the groundbridge to Newtok, if Chiro and the other medic didn't need his presence or had something to tell him.
