Swindle yelled in pain as the bigger bot slammed him against the window. "No, wait! I can give you anything you want! We can make a deal - don't do this!" Swindle's shoulder bled out, but that was the least of his worries. Swindle yelled as the windows were bashed open, him grabbing hold of the bottom of the window for dear life as the outside tried forcing him out. "I can't... hold on for longer..!" He yelled through the sheer pain. "Slag..." He wheezed, glancing at Skyspray in terror. The shutters of the window closed on both hands, giving a swift slice to all of Swindle's fingers. With that, there was a shriek of pain as Swindle's voice grew distant, then gone. Swindle found himself flying off into darkness, the sounds of laserfire fading.
For a moment, he chuckled as he saw the two ships shrink in the distance, and as he saw Cybertron grow larger. He gained speed in the air. Grabbing hold of his wounded shoulder, he sighed. How stupid did he have to be to board the Autobot ship for some loot?
Swindle closed his optics and let the atmosphere of his home planet take him in. It wouldn't be long now.

Bluewing gave it another thought.Splitting was a very good idea. "What about we get a couple of extra armoured shuttles, you get in with half of Sigma squad, I do the same in the other one with the rest of Sigma squad. More efficient, once we're there, under the regenesis, we get out and start destroying their cannons by throwing the bombs inside them. we'll escort team Sigma and assist them. I can carry a couple of them in my cloaked mode to avoid detection."
The seeker proposed, signaling towards the armoured shuttles.

Windtalker stared blankly at Dashside, his green optics conveying a very puzzling message. There was pride, yet also fear. It mattered not, as his emotions would not effect his performance. The minicon fluttered over and established a private comm on Dash's shoulder. ::Are you ready?:: Three words can mean a lot in times of crisis, what meant more, however, was the answer. Dashside didn't seem like one to yield or give up, and Windtalker was prepared to give his life to complete the mission. No matter what, he'd make sure Dash lived. Patiently, the minicon awaited a response.

::Harbinger, I want you to go to the Regensis' bridge with the armoured Zeta squad. Eliminate Skyspray, and anyone else unlucky enough to be there.:: He knew he wouldn't be strong enough to face off the behemoth that was Skyspray. But Harbinger had a good chance. And the Autobots would be helpless if their Prime was too busy dying to give out orders. Speaking of communications, he had an idea for that. ::Soundwave, take down their communications systems. Only our comm. links shall fill the air. Take the Iota squad.::
"It will be done."
Soundwave took his position at the coms system. He immediately began sorting through the tangled web of radio signals filling the air, searching for the Autobot's messages. One by one he began to find the signals of weaker encryption. Soon those com links were being flooded with garbage information, incorrect orders, or simply packets of worthless data.

Vatimus looked around at the battlefield. He looked over his command console and finally found the button he was looking for. Well, it wasn't a button, it was a lever. He grabbed onto the lever and pulled until it was all the way down. With that, the Regenesis began to shake as parts were converting itself. With each movement, the bridge slowly began to lower itself into the actual ship. It was converting into siege mode, or what Vatimus was officially renaming it to: "I don't want to die mode."
He then opened up comms again, only to here all these junk orders that don't make any sense. He slammed his fist into the command console, knowing that they just got DDOS attacked. To counter, he just muted it and opened the intercom, :All Autobot forces, limit communication to direct-line one-on-one and word of mouth. Disable your open Autobot lines for now. We are currently being attacked via that method. I repeat, limit communication to direct-line one-on-one and word of mouth. Dashside, Shadowzone, Windtalker. Begin the operation.:
The Autotroopers were all confused for all of a few minutes until the intercom went off, they all shut off the open Autobot communications and transferred the information to remaining soldiers through word of mouth. They sent out a few fliers to inform the entire force. Within the next few minutes, The entire Autobot military was now using word of mouth, direct-line comms, and the intercom to transfer orders around. With that, Vatimus sent out another order over the intercom, :All turrets near the bridge, focus on point-defense as we lower ourselves into siege mode. Myla, go over to the flight deck and make sure no one takes it over or down. Keep our fliers able to enter and exit. Blackjack, get to the Maneuvering thrusters and protect those. They'll be a priority target.:

Dashside eyed Windtalker as the bird landed on her shoulder, giving him a nod in response to his message. With everyone inside, and Shadowzone ready to provide air support, the femme engaged the launch procedures. The tube in which the pod was located began powering up, the rings forming it's tube-like structure generating magnetic energy as they charged up. Within seconds, the launch mechanism was at full power, and the first ring attracted the pod towards it, then repelled it away towards the next. This process repeated until the pod had exited the tube, now travelling at incredible speed. The breaching pod hurtled towards the Victory - but it's target was far more precise than just anywhere on the ship. It had been precisely aimed at one of the Decepticon tow cables, and now the pod had crashed directly into it, colliding with such force that the links of cable feeding towards the Regenesis shattered as the shockwave hit it, spewing vehicons into the void of space. What did remain of the cable was a path directly into the Victory, with the pod firmly embedded within it. The pod door blasted off of it's fixings, flying down the cable and splattering a poor vehicon, who had been frozen in fear by the sudden arrival of the pod. Wasting no time, Dashside disembarked from the pod swinging her pairblade and greatsword alike as she charged down the tow cable, cleaving through any vehicons that got in her way. The squad of autotroopers followed, opening fire on any stragglers. After some fighting and minimal damage, the femme and the autotroopers had fought their way out of the tow cable and into the loading bay. Securing the area and once again killing off any stragglers, Dashside began to search for a way to reach her target - the maneuvering engines. Her optics fell upon a console, that could likely give her the schematics. So it was fortunate for her that her minicon companion was skilled in hacking. "::Windtalker.::" She stated into their private comm, making sure she wasn't overheard by any cameras or other Decepticon tricks. "::Hack that console, we'll keep you covered.::" True to her word, Dashside and the Autotroopers began to cover any and all entrances to the room, preparing for a counter-attack. (( Shatterbeam ShadowZone Highwire | Livewire ))
Rising out of the elevator that had lead from her quarters to the flight deck, the 48 foot tall Dinobot certainly wasn't happy. After what seemed like centuries of not being able to fight whilst on Earth, there was now a massive fight going on around her, and Myla's energon almost boiled at the fact she was on guard duty. Stomping off of the platform and into flight deck, she drew her giant club from her back, igniting the thermo-energon core within it as flames bursted from the cracks. Simultaneously, a large shield formed on her left arm, as the Dinobot prepared to defend. "Me Myla hate this! Me Myla want to smash puny Decepticons!" She roared, her tone both angry but also much like a sulking child throwing a tantrum.

Panting hard, the femme took turns through the ship as to try and get through without the little one being harmed. Dia clutched her and Sky's son close to her form, scythe in the other servo. The sparkling weighed her down immensely, but her promise to care for him was that of until death. Skyspray was no doubt out fighting at this point, there was no reason to go and look for him.
"Ugh, where is the damn Prime!?" She hissed, stopping at a T-section and taking a right. Unfortunately, there was a platoon of Vehicons waiting for her, and opened fire upon spotting the femme. She didn't hesitate so send a shocking blast their way, and disabled the closest, and stunned the farthest. It gave her time to run past them, taking another turn to a dead end.
Dia looked at Aquahaze and hugged him for a moment, "Be strong mijo... I'm not letting anyone hurt you. Be strong for your papa.... Wherever he may be." She cooed softly, before sprinting off again.

Once Skyspray had locked down, Sideswipe's light smirk turned into a full grin. Shouting in delight, the shuttle doubled its speed and barreled for the Victory, swinging around to strafe beside it. Sky could easily used his powerful weaponry to shred any cannons, or even the hull itself, as Sideswipe dodged cannon fire. One of the most powerful guns coupled with one of the most skilled pilots. This would be a wild ride. ::Hey boss, I'm dropping you off here, alright? Go get 'em.:: They were somewhere between Dashside and the bridge, yet they were going too fast to predict where Sky would land. Sideswipe's tone was one full of enthusiasm and excitement, not to mention recklessness. It was well founded, however, as he hadn't gotten shot yet, and likely wouldn't.

The shaking of the bridge seemed to startle the old mech, as he fell, his chakrams falling off and spreading all over the bridge. His health was getting worse, he could barely stand, let alone throw his weapons. He slammed his fist into the ground as if cursing his age. The translator started to try and pick them up, but was stopped by an angry sentence. The translator turned to Vatimus, and spoke with a shattered calmness. "He says that it would be a waste of time helping a useless old-timer. He highly recommends you prepare for the fight that's undoubtedly coming." In the commotion, not even the others could have noticed what Methuselah did.

A low groaning sound emitted from Wallplug's vocoder as he looked down at the femme stood in front of him. Slowly, he tried to angle himself to attack Scatterbeam, though he had weapons left - instead, he took to threatening her. "Fool! Do you know who you are dealing with?! I am the immortal Planetron!" His threats however, were twofold, as he was attempting to buy himself time. For one the other side of the wall, was his commander, Skywarp. "I will crush you with the strength of a thousand suns autobot, fear my wraaaaaaaaaath!" Wallplug's speech was drawn out as he was suddenly warped out of his place in the wall, screaming loudly at the unfamiliar sensation. "What is happeni--- Oh, Skywarp! You saved me! I didn't need saving!" He exclaimed, only to be left in space without his wings, unable to get anywhere, instead reduced to trying to "swim through space" by flapping his glorious thigh highs and the stubs that remained of his arms. "Curse you Skywarp, you buffoon! Curse you!"(( Skywarp @rollerjade )

Blackjack had orders. Might as well follow them. The Autobot transformed and flew out of the ship, heading to the Manoeuvring Thrusters. He would transform along the way and pull his scout rifle, blasting a few Decepticon drones along the way. He dodged gunfire coming his way and returned fire, moving gracefully with the help of his own thrusters. Eventually he had made his way to the designated position. He opened a direct comm to the Prime. ::"Prime. It's Blackjack. I'm at the thrusters. Standing guard.":: He reloaded his Scout Rifle and began a watch.

Whiteflier said goodby- no, it wasn't a goodbye, it was a see you later, to his conjunx Bluewing before both of the seekers parted ways. Once he was pinged by Compass, he made sure to collect everything they would need for their missioms, besides picking up the squad that had been assigned to them, perfectly fit for stealth.
The mech didn't take long to join Compass on the outside. "I'm here. Lets discuss our plans for once we're inside, Compass"
"Agreed," said the arialbot. Had he the ability to nod, he would. "From what my scans revealed, there's three separate hatches that lead into the flight deck. Our guns will be ineffective against their armor... But they're in the line of fire from the external turrets... Perhaps we could use that?"
"Yeah, it's our best option. By the way, once we're inside... you can keep your invisibility, and so can the rest of the team. But i can't do it on robot mode. So i think we should separate. I create a distraction inside the flight deck, you lead the team and jam all the doors you can. We need to be quick"
"Don't you think you might need at least one or two backup buddies? Depending on how much opposition you encounter."
"I don't want to do anything serious, but yeah i'll take a couple of vehicons just in case. Just perhaps throw some smoke or flash bombs, cause some damage, keep them occupied. Then we get in, jam the major entrances to the outside, throw in the REAL bombs the vehicons will be carrying, and us too, i've got them here. And we'll have to get out as soon as possible, my friend. otherwise we're dead"
"Yes, of course," Compass replied, swaying back and forth slightly as they approached the other ship. "I have a thermo-mine that will track its targets. We'll trade?"
"We'll trade as soon as we get there" ::Attention, turret 44-E. We need assistance. focus your fire on one of the hatches we're moving towards, we need to get into the regenesis:: They'd have to wait, invisible and avoiding fire from both of their ships. Whiteflier was quicker, he went ahead and watched as teh turret concentrated its fire in the regenesis Hatch. "From now on, speak only through comm. to avoid detection" He told their team and Compass.

Flying uncontrollable through space, unable to find his bearings to gain balance, all he could do was watch as the chaos reigned between the Regenesis and the Victory. Starscream slowly drifted further and further away from his home, from his men and his enemy, the sound of gunfire gradually lowering to a halt the only source of sound left being the comm link he still had established with the warship. He listened in intently hearing the voice of Livewire issue orders his followers, in the mad mind of Starscream saw it as a simple death sentence, he has not and will not ever trust or respect his leader, the Decepticon Seeker swore it. That was until he could feel a collision with another transformer, causing his speed to increase drastically he did not know who it was but it defiantly caused Starscream some serious damage knocking him briefly offline as he hurdled towards Cybertron
Finally the swaying ceased, the optics of the old mech sparked to life as he observed his surroundings. He watched upon the battle ahead hearing hundreds of distress signals from Veichons that were blasted into oblivion on someone else's orders. On the other side he could see his home, for once not in a war riddled state but with the Autobots intrusion it could certainly become it once again. Such death and destruction would never have came to pass if he could lead, and to do that he must show them why he is still the Air commander of the Decepticon battle fleet! Gritting his teeth ushering a soft growl he quickly transforms into his Jet mode bursting his engines as he shoots off back to the battle at such speeds that he surpasses the sound barrier, the pressure on his wings was intense as retraced his steps, attacking the Autobot warship, the Regenesis.
"Thundercracker, Skywarp! This is Starscream, find a way to destroy them from the inside! Take the Seekers and infiltrate their ship, we're nothing but easy targets if we do not destroy their aerial defences!"

Sky was thankful that Sideswipe did as ordered and took him to Victory, quite literally too. Standing on the shuttle was a bit wobbly, even with his pedes locked in. He did however see a function to it, and that was his turret mode. That would actually be a very useful mode right now, as he could use that to cover them as they flew over. His upper body began to shift and his lower body shrank to provide a more balanced base. The cannons all formed in the middle of the body and two new guns extended from the base. The turret was now fully formed and began to swivel around on the top of the ship, starting to fire on the enemy fighters engaging them. Needless to say, they were not prepared for the onslaught of bullets that came their way. Con after con fell down, burning and broken from the impact of all the shells. Soon they were in range of the actual ship, Victory, and now as when the fun began. Sky began to focus fire on the closest of the cannons on the ground, letting the 400mm tank shells rain down upon them, like bombs but with much higher armor penetration. The 50mm minigun bullets also rained down, letting them know, Sky had arrived. The immense firepower raining down unpon the cannons was more than enough to take out the two 15ft cannons which were there, making the beating Regenesis recieved a bit less damaging. It was around now that Sideswipe instructed him to jump, which was what he did. He retracted his spikes and thus flew straight off the ship, firing straight up to blast himself downwards to add extra momentum. He was already going fast from the ship releasing him and now it wnet even faster. He was not too happy with it, but it has to suffice for now. He headed straight for one of the larger ones in the area, a dual 35ft cannon. Smaller than theirs, but firing faster. There was no way to avoid hitting it, so Sky didn't try to either. he just focused all his firepower on the middle section, using his rockets, tank shells, regular guns andminigun to blast a hole into it and hit the ammunition compartment, creating a big explosion once the turret came apart. He kept falling through the open hole, hitting the walls and floor, breaking through a few layers before coming to a stop when his speed had slowed down enough. He slowly rose up and inspected himself. He had taken quite the fall earlier, and wasn't entirely whole. His left tesla coil was torn off, as well as most armor around that shoulder. His right machinegun on the outer part of his shoulder was broken too, not to mention his legs and chest area had some nasty cuts. It hadn't gone fully though the armor, except for one metal shard which Sky pulled out from his leg. A small stream of Energon poured out from the hole, but it was nothing he could deal with now. His mask was dented, making it look like a grotesque parody of an autobot insignia, which was ironically what is kinda was now. Sky grunted as his weapons began to cool down so they could be used later, taking out his battlehammer instead, slowly strolling throught the decepticon warship before starting to move faster and faster. He was not happy at all. A door closed in front of him, a door which he promptly bashed down with the hammer. He left the mess behind him, rage burning in his optics. TARN! STOP HIDING BEHIND YOUR VEHICONS! I AM HERE NOW!This was surely enough to alert at least someone in this blasted ship, maybe even the son of a glitch himself. -- Aquahaze was safely in his mother's arms, looking around at the commoton outside. He didn't understand why everyone was so loud, what was the need for that? his mother was comfy though, so he didn't mind too much. He found it funny with all the lights flashing. It looked pretty. He pinted at another flash of light that went by mommy's helm. There! there!(( RedOptics ))

Post by Harbinger on Jul 23, 2017 20:49:21 GMT
[Wrote with Vating. Highwire | Livewire , Vatimus Prime , @rollerjade , Methuselah ]
The HK-S Interceptor was one of the Decepticon's finest ever ships created for fighter sized combat. It's unique design resembled a curved arrowhead, with the pilot's cockpit at the tip with the curved glass allowing an even wider range of view to identify incoming threats. Along with the advanced sensor technology held within the ships inner workings, sneaking up on the vessel was nearly impossible. For those capable however even an ambush could be quickly turned with high powered thrusters capable of chasing after even scout class ships, and shielding that was more traditional of a heavy fighter, all backed up by a state of the art armament. Such a ship was simply better than almost all that came within it's size class, but there was a reason for that.
In simple terms the HK-S Interceptor was expensive, with costly resources and lengthy productions times that allowed for dozens of inferior models to be made in a similar time. Even then one could argue one ship was worth those dozen other models, but once additional units ranging into the hundreds where taking into consideration luck and superior numbers would win such a battle. As such this ship was not designed as a primary fighter, rather it had became a common feature of the elite carrying ace pilots and commando squads that simply needed to reach a position.
Today that squad was the armored squadron known as Zeta, and the Decepticon tactician Harbinger as their ship hurtled towards the Regenesis.
::Harbinger, change of plans. Secure the Regensis' bridge, but disregard Skyspray. Disrupting the distribution of commands is more important.::
::Orders received, commander. Adjusting course now.:: Harbinger confirmed from his position in the cockpit, his maganlocks allowing him to stand while the pilot known as Slingshot worked the controls from his seat with the help of his co-pilot Trace. Ahead of them the once empty space was a startling display of laser fire and explosions that from their position looked more like an extravagant firework display than the life or death battle it was as fighters of all shapes and sizes battle for control. "Slingshot, change of plans we're to reach the enemy bridge."
"What's the plan then?" The pilot asked even as his visor lit up with a hundred different signals which sent the interceptor into a sudden barrel roll which would have sent the crew spinning like clothes in the inside of a washing machine if not for the supports that kept them still. Less than a second later the area the ship had been moving into was brightened by passing laser fire that continued on harmlessly, only succeeded in highlighting the Autobot fighter that suddenly found itself burst into shrapnel from the might of two repeating plasma cannons on the interceptors wings.
"Assault the bridge... ::Attention all fighters, this is Harbinger. I am requisitioning the use of scout squadrons Vel and Incision, alongside fighter squads 43 through to 47, bomber squadron's Strafe and Blitz are also required. I am highlighting the rendezvous points on your maps.::... I'm sure you can reach that point Slingshot."
"Won't even break a sweat sir." He announced even as thrusters sent the ship curving around into position more than a mile above the central battle.
The AA turrets began to turn and open fire towards the seeming large gathering of squadrons. The cloud made them have an easier time to pick off hostiles, hence why people were aiming to take shots at them. As the bolts and shells began zipping into the cloud, the raised bridge seemed to begin to lower itself down into the ship. They were going into siege mode.
This would make things significantly harder if the windows, a very weak point, were to go under. They were only getting a few shots at that now. All the anti-air turrets around the bridge began to start turning as if they were prioritizing defense of the bridge above all else. On top of that, a few fighters have no seen the gather of fighters and rush in, launching unguided rockets and pulling out, hopeully before the Decepticon gathering had a chance to recover.
As the gathering of forces became clear, enemy fire began to assault their position, tearing into the few unlucky fighters that founds themselves unable to escape as ships quickly began exploding one after another. Aside the Interceptor one such ship was turned into a raging fireball with it's shrapnel left to disintegrate harmlessly against Harbinger's ship, before it buckled out of the way of a lethal shot. Such losses where not useless however as the AA guns continued to force their focus on the mass of ships one thing became blatant. The horde consisted entirely of fighters.
Elsewhere untouched by the battle raging above the two squadrons of bombers charged forward, the few attempts to disable them coming face to face with the quick reactions of the scout squadrons. With the focus of the battle shifted above them, the straight path to their target was easy to follow.
::Anti-Air defenses identified.:: confirmed one of the groups even as missile bays began to open up across the wings of every single ship in the attack run.
While up above Harbinger's ship began to turn, twisting a hundred and eighty degrees with the rest of the remaining fighters as they found themselves facing the Regenesis directly below them. ::Fire.::
So they did, as dozens of bombers unleashed their deadly payloads towards the Regenesis ship, the capital ship found itself covered in the blinding light as forty three different bombardiers fired at each and every AA emplacement that had been identified throughout the battle. All while Harbinger watched, his smirk hidden under the battlemask he wore.
The anti-missile point defense systems began to get to work, taking down seventy-five percent of the bombs coming in, focusing on protecting the AA guns near the bridge in particular. Out of the ten outer guns that were blasted, only two survived the impact with any functionality. The AA guns lit up the bombers on approach as targetting them as they approached, rather while they're being evasive.
The Autobot fliers who were previously targetting the cloud now saw the massive swarm of decepticon bombers flying towards the AA guns and all took towards focusing solely those targets, hoping to pick off as many as possible. They were shouting out warcrys as they began to pick off bombers on their escape.
As soon as the bombers got evasive again, the turrets let the Fliers handle them and turned back to the fighters, opening fire at the gathering once more. Their sole intention was to protect the bridge at all costs at the moment. The bridge was about halfway down and they needed to make sure the Prime was secure within the ship.
With the anti-missile point defense systems working the bombing run on the Regenesis was less than perfect, though still noticeable as the remaining AA guns turned to fire on the bombers that remained. In seconds their position was covered with ballistic fire that attacked all in it's area indiscriminately uncaring off how many shots where fired only that the enemy was destroyed as they struck at the morale of the pilots as well as their numbers. Within the next five seconds such an attack proved debilitating as eleven bombers found themselves gone while the rest wavered preparing to rush away from the ship even as they where now almost ontop of it. Before they could make such a choice though one ship was clipped on the side sending it spinning uncontrollably, not away from the Regenesis but rather towards it as it exploded with the remaining ammunition within. The force of the detonation creating a deep crevice on the edge of the bridge and claiming two AA guns as one was simply ripped to shreds on impact while another found it's supports crumbling until the barrel found itself aimed at the hull of the same ship it was designed to defend.
Above them Harbinger began to move, turning to the blast door of the cockpit as he spoke his voice holding neither sympathy or disappointment for the bombers as he continued to order them. ::Do not retreat, proceed with certainty and we shall succeed. Failure will cost more than you own life.::
With those words morale shifted, the last bombers failure in their minds as common sense was overridden, the bombers failed to retreat. The most obvious path of escape being forsaken as rather than pull up they lowered further and thirty two bombers found their bays opening with the closest only meters from the hull of the enemy ship. Only seconds away from the bridge that was even now lowering.
All of that was ignored by the fighters above however as they began to move, charging forward as a swarm their laser fire combined into an endless wall catching any Autobot fighters that tried to rise to face them from their position. Even then Harbinger only gave the glance of fading dots both ally and enemy alike a glance as he reached the Interceptors bay, where the members of Zeta squad, a fourteen man team sat overlooking their gear before they where deployed. "Charger, are your men ready?" He asked the leader of Zeta, the same mech who'd greeted him before he entered the ship.
"Whenever it's time to deploy."
"Good, that time is near." Harbinger confirmed to the group even as he ignored how out of the original ninety six fighters that had quickly moved into position more than half had been destroyed, though they where now travelling at full speeds only twenty seconds away from smashing into the Regenesis hull. While below the bombers now reduced to twenty four after eight more had fell, only one exploding harmlessly too high above the Regenesis will the rest found their explosives inside detonating to pocketmark the ships hull.
Now though they'd reached the point of no return... they where above the bridge and it's defenses as the remaining nine bombers exploded their cargo too close to it's destination to escape. They died in all consuming light.
Six of the nine kamikaze bombers slammed into the nearby AA guns. Sending each of the six guns hit into balls of firey death. There were no survivors there. Out of the remaining three, one slammed just under the bridge as it was lowering into it. The corpse of the mech was crushed under the bridge coming down on it. The next one slammed right on top of the bridge, leaving a massive dent in it. The final bomber hit a nearby point and tore open the roof.
Multiple members of the bridge crew were sucked into space to become easy pickings for the fighters if the Arielbots couldn't save them in time. However, no one too important seemed to fly out the hole. The bridge completed the task of lowering it's position into siege mode and the hole was eventually covered up the hole with extra armor. The bridge had survived the attack, but had taken multiple big hits. The lighting had been disabled and some of the viewscreens don't actually work now, they were probably gonna be running on the emergency lights.
::Well what do you know, those crazy clankers actually did it. Bridge anti-air defenses are out:: Slingshot shouted over the comms, a smile surely on his face as the vacuum of space did it's part in silencing what would have been a deafening blast of sound. At the news though Harbinger's only response was another command as he spoke again, calm radiating off his frame. ::Fighter's proceed with current trajectory, increase spread of our formation to reduce enemy counterattack and distribution of our strike. Prepare your missiles for launch.::
In response the formation of thirty seven fighters began to adjust their positions, their battered forms pulling apart even as the wall of blaster fire became thinner the gaps in their formation allowing for ace pilots to slip into place if they where lucky and willing to place themselves in such an exceptionally risky position. As the Decepticon fighters charged forward another critical fact became clear as they peppered the few ships that had survived their original volleys and continued onwards to claim numerous bridge crew unlucky enough to be sucked out into the vacuum of space.
Now in position, the fighters fire could only continue downwards like a honed blade ready to slice through all in it's path towards the crippled capital ship, and without the AA defences or a swarm of fighters they faced little resistance towards the vessel sapped of shields in it's voyage through the spacebridges.
The turrets lit up at the swarm of fighters approaching and began to tear apart the swarm approaching. It was clear the defenses weren't as weakened as they originally thought. Most fighters won't actually make it to the bridge. Not to mention the swarm of Autobot fighters turning back around and coming at the Decepticon force again. They were picking off as many as they could, though while turning around, many of them were picked off by other Decepticon fighters not aiming for the bridge. They're now too focused on their task and just unload on the crowd with about half strength when they're finally on target with the Decepticon swarm.
Most of the fighters wouldn't make it to actually hit the bridge, but the ones that did hit it and hit it hard. The dents in the hull of the ship would be just enough to allow Harbinger and his team to tear straight through.
Such was the cost of war though as one by one the attack run was decimated, their sacrifice costing the Autobot's numerous of their own fighters as they where wiped out by forces from the main battle or found themselves being cut down by the falling attack squadrons. Still though they continued onwards aware to do anything else would be an insult to their fallen brethren as they reached missile range and unleashed a cluster of torpedo's that found itself obliterating the already heavily crippled AA defenses even as the Interceptor at the center of the attack aimed for the bridge. It's missiles thrusting forward to pierce the siege armour before it detonated in a blast of shrapnel that created a gaping hole in it's roof.
Almost in response to the successful strike the air-lock of the Interceptor began to open up, exposing Zeta squad and Harbinger to the vacuum of space even as their mag-locks ensured they weren't sucked out into space. By the time they where moving, heading towards the opening however the Interceptor was almost in range to connect with the Regenesis, but found itself instead suddenly pulling up as it was sent into a dangerous curve which caused the ship's underside to skim the surface of the enemy flagship as a light on the inside of the Interceptor's hull glowed green for the entire group to see. In response they jumped, deactivating their mag-locks as the gravitation forces of the massive titan underneath them took grip and sent them downwards.
Their timing causing them to land not on the roof of the hull, but rather to fall through the gaping rift as the command crew of the Autobot ship came in view many of them caught off guard by the Decepticon's appearance. Already firing the twelve man squad found themselves cutting through bridge squad even as they committed to unleashing suppressing fire that allowed them to land relatively safely. In the center of them stood Harbinger, his form landing with a forceful crash that dented the floor underneath him even as he rose to his full height the 37ft mech's frame was transforming.
Around his legs the armored plating began to shift, enormous struts that possessed titanic strength being revealed, if for only a moment as feet worth of metal alloys moved angling outwards into a wedge before the edges that left his pede's exposed pushed downwards anchoring into the floor with a ear rattling thump even as the rest of his form continued to twist and form. From his left shoulder a hulking pauldron peeled back retreating down towards his bicep even as the form of an SMXCM - 24 Chaingun was revealed locking in place miliseconds before it began firing with a sound similar to a chainsaw meeting a metal wall. While in a similar manner a 80mm Repeater Assault Cannon popped from a gap in his right shoulder to begin firing in a display which caused 80mm explosive shells to send a particularly unlucky Autobot in all directions as the projectile penetrated armour and then imploded inside him. That was only the beginning however as lockdown mode began to slot into place, his sturdy position allowing the fire of dozens of weapons as they where revealed.
From his central chest piece, a single hatch opened releasing a swarm of missiles that fired forward smashing into a console controlling the ships main controls and exploded in hellacious fire that consumed the lives of three pilots. In response to the attack one recovering Autobot charged Harbinger from behind trying to catch him off guard with only their cloaking systems betrayed by the orange glow of their charging plasma cannon, before they could fire though they where confused by the hellfire of a pits breath that melted their frame even as their internals liquefied. Instead of run at the site of their teammates death another Autobot broke through, their blades cutting off one of the Zeta soldiers form the neck only to receive a hailstorm of pellets from a Triple Barrel Mauler that popped out from the outside of Harbinger's left leg.
Behind his mask Harbinger looked on emotionless, and uncaring even as he saw two retreating Autobot's that had reached the exit of the bridge be cut down by a recently deployed plasma railgun that pierced one and then continued onwards to the next before it punctured the armour of the ship. Even the gradual drain of his overshield felt unimportant as it flared from the connection of retaliating fire that was cut down a moment later by an arc volter that sent searching spears of electricity that on connection left two Autobot's as overloaded scraps, the electricity still rushing through their system even as they fell dead. As similar courage was rectified with a cryocannon that caused it's victim to fall backwards and shattered into a thousand pieces.
On either side of his helm the mounted shoulder weapons of his SMXCM - 24 Chaingun and 80mm Repeater Assault Cannon began to shoot at Methuselah and Scatterbeam respectively, forcing them to move or be destroyed. Only the Plasma Accumulator Cannon on his right arm remained unused as it was raised to align with Vating's chest plating. It's barrel lightening with a sickening purple even as a mirage of heat began to form from around it's opening.
[Summary: Decepticon forces assault the bridge destroying almost all of it's AA defences and bursting the roof. Harbinger and Zeta squad arrive in the bridge and begin firing, Harbinger activates Lockdown mode and shoots at Methuselah and Scatterbeam while preparing to shoot at Vating.]

[ Highwire | Livewire ] "As you command then." Shadow-Strike acknowledged with a dip of his helm that could have almost been considered a bow before he pivoted on his heel and began moving towards the exit, every motion flowing together perfectly as he passed through the blast doors to find himself followed by five soldiers. Each of them possessed a scout build, allowing them to keep up even if only slightly as he slowed down till they stood only a single step behind him at every time. "Epsilon?" He asked without stopping.
"Yes, we've been supplied with information to identify the rough location of most of the Regenesis primary systems."
"I assume we have a target then?" The assassin asked even as he leaped forward, his helm facing forward as his body began to transform. His chest plating rising up as a small gap opened up to claim his helm while the bumpers aligned with the edges of the front bumper causing the arms to form into the sides of his alternative mode, while down below his legs twisted folding up and connecting to form the back bumper as well as the hood of his muscle car form. All of this occurred in less than the time it took for gravity to take back control causing all tires to hit the floor of the Victory, ready to burst forward an instant later. As five other cars followed him through the twisting corridors towards one of the boarding cables.
"You are correct. Our current target is the engineering section of the ship." confirmed the same Decepticon who'd originally answered Shadow-Strike as they passed a number of vehicons on the way alongside the other Decepticon troops. "Sending a list of potential points of interest in the area."
"Excellent." Shadow-Strike acknowledged as they turned a corridor into one of the firing chambers, where one of the boarding cables was currently open with only a small force covering this end. With their urgency and Decepticon insignias on his allies glowing they passed quickly, blitzing through security as they began their journey down the pipe. On the hood of his form Shadow-Strike's pathblasters began to rise, their barrels aimed towards the space ahead in preparation for resistance on the other side.
A few seconds later at speeds exceeding three hundred miles per hour the exit became clear, alongside the Autobot troopers guarding the location. At the front stood a single mech, roughly 28ft and noticeably bulkier than the rest of his team which included a 14ft femme and another mech who stood at 22ft. With his weapons ready though Shadow-Strike was already firing before they spotted him, two shot ramming into the largest target and sending him falling backwards with a hole in his chest before a third and fourth shot flew past him, the first connecting with the femme's chest and killing her instantly as it pierced through her light armour while the other received a headshot before the muscle car blasted past knocking the still falling body to the side. Behind him the rest rode over the 28ft mech as they took the fastest route and found themselves chasing after Shadow-Strike.
A few minutes later though running through little more than two unprepared Autobot squads the team began to slow down, reversing their transformations as Shadow-Strike turned to face them. "We're close, you possess explosives correct."
"We where assigned suitable tools for our task, yes."
"I have a plan... Take this." Shadow-Strike commanded as he handed the main speaker of the group a small orb like creation. "Place it on your shoulder."
"Is this necessary, we've slowed down." He asked, even as the Decepticon began to attach the device.
In response to the question Shadow-Strike nodded. "It shall assist in our task, but no their is very little that I would consider necessary for this task."
"That was not what I meant."
"Irrelevant." Shadow-Strike told the mech as he began to transform again. ::Keep up, we'll be at the engine soon::
Then without another word he accelerated again, the rest of his squad moving forward unaware or uncaring of the haze of air that followed them.

The tow cables attached to the Regenesis shuddered, sending vibrations along the Victory itself. Livewire watched unfazed as the Regensis shifted into siege mode, his wings twitching ever so slightly. As the bridge's tower sank back into the Regensis, and it strengthened its armour, he reached for his own command console. He thought back to the designing of the Victory, and a comment his sister had made. "All you people care about is gun these days. What happened to good ol' fashioned stabbing?"At the time, he dismissed it as one of Highwire's many nuisances. But now? He was glad he considered it. There were three metal spikes on either side, though he only focused on right side's spikes. He dragged a slider down on the command console, and another, and another, until half of the slider switches were at the bottom. For the duration of the battle, the Victory's iconic jagged spikes had pointed upwards. The hinges at the base of each spike having been concealed with a dark paintjob.::Decepticons, steady yourselves.::A tremor wracked the Victory, the metal spikes creaking as they began to lower themselves. It was a slow but steady movement. The ship juddered as the spikes made first contact with the now more armoured hull of the Regenesis, and began to tear through the metal. Glancing to the knobs on his command console, he dialed up the thrusters on the left of the Victory. This propelled it towards the Regenesis, effectively ramming the ships together, and forcing the spikes deeper into the Regenesis. This was not an easy feat with it's reinforced armour, and would take more time. Meanwhile, he typed something onto the console, and the computer informed him that the primary weapon was charging. His attention switched to the pre-opened cameras again in an instant. After all, he had to keep track of what was going on. There was a newly opened breach, but this one was different. It had taken out some of their tow cables. It was co-ordinated, not just landing wherever it could on the hull. This pod wanted in. He knew the point of the pod, but he didn't know where the passengers had gone to. He needed to find them. Speaking of his sister, he supposed she would be getting antsy by now.::Highwire, stop complaining that you have nothing 'special' to do. I need you to go to a breach and investigate. Bring the Pet.:: Highwire was currently having some fun with their sudden, and admittedly unwelcomed, Autobot guests. She had chosen to stay indoors, slipping through hallways and attacking from behind. While Autotroopers weren't exactly challenging opponents, there was still a certain sort of thrill from rendering them into lifeless husks. However, it would be nothing compared to her dear brother Livvy's order.::I get to take the Pet for a walk?:: Her grin was slightly crazed, and her optics lit up at the command. She sliced the throat of the Autotrooper she had wrestled into a headlock, and dropped its frame, spinning her dagger in her digits. ::On my way, sir!:: The formality (and the salute that proceeded) was more of a tease than anything. As if she actually respected her twin. She made her way to the bridge with a bounce in her step, not engaging with any other Autotroopers. She weaved through them, as fast on her pedes as she was in her alt. No, she wouldn't delay with this very special mission.
She made her way to the bridge, where the Pet was waiting, chained to a post. It was specially for the turbo fox. "You're coming with me." She cooed, unhooking the chain and wrapping it around her hand. She gripped it tightly as she checked the co-ordinates Livvy had sent her. Nothing specific, but a hunt added to the fun. She headed for the breach, hoping that maybe the Pet could pick up the Autobot's scent in the chaos or something.

ShadowZone provided cover for the pod as it descended towards its destination. Following it's fall, only to shoot straight up to bring down the first of the aerial vehicons that wanted to try their luck. He remained fully invisible as he attacked the next cluster of targets. one of them suddenly veered of to the right smashing directly into the second. He pulled off to the right, firing his machine gun right into the belly of it just as he made the sharp turn. Heading into the next dive, his machine gun tore into the wings of two more of the enemy fliers, making them swerve off and away from the pod. Yet again he pulled up sharply, went into a barrel roll, then a spiral only to fire at the next few. Again there was a shot , that whizzed past only to eliminate the target before he had a chance to do so as well. Somebody else was providing the cover, albeit more erratically as he did. The pod found its target and once stuck, it opened up. Mission accomplished there. He chased off two more of the enemy, who could not see him, and then Dashside was covered by the hull of the ship and could no longer be sniped from those flying outside. He pulled up, his long range scanner was momentarily engaged while he swerved past the enemy turrets. He located the sniper that had shot a few of the fliers moments ago. But as he did, he caught on to another scheme. He turned towards the seekers, in close proximity to Regenesis. Invisible to the optic, they were as clear as day on his radar image. ::Hostiles at these coordinates. :: He sent the data directly to the sniper above. All of it, the speed, the altitude, the exact location and the direction that they were going, which could help alter the aim to hit even if the enemy remained invisible. Dashside Vatimus Prime

If Harbinger's plan had gone exactly as hoped, it would have ended right then and here. The battle would have been lost. But despite Harbinger's magnificent efforts, all bets were off once he hit the bridge floor. The old mech that had not two moments before looked frail and weak, now looked proud and strong. Harbinger barely had time to transform, and the only fire that happened was that which happened when they landed. Methuselah's head turned to glare sideways at Harbinger, and he spoke in such a way that, without looking, one might think he was a young warrior. Methuselah didn't know if Harbinger could undertand his language, but it didn't matter. The messagewould travel just the same You damned fool.It became strikingly obvious what had just happened, as E.M.P.'s exploded around Harbinger and his team. They had know hope of stopping it, they didn't know what caused it, and they couldn't run. Integrated weaponry, H.U.D., and the big man himself, Harbinger, were all likely disabled. Methuselah didn't know, of course, that Harbinger was especially weak to E.M.P., but it certainly worked in his favor. Undoubtedly the Prime and the more tactically sensitive in the room had picked up on how this happened. When Methuselah fell and his chakrams flew to the room, it wasn't because he was old or because he was careles. He deliberately spread them, as a means of preparation for an attack. When he slammed his fist, he embedded a normal Chakram in the ground, that he had slid his pede into when he stood to keep him from being sucked into the void. Methuselah seemed disappointed. He's expected something a little more. He drew more chakrams, and began throwing them at the helpless teammates of Harbinger. Chances are, with the E.M.P. And Methuselah's accuracy, they would hit their mark. One might wonder exactly how Methuselah's comrades weren't affected, but the answer was obvious. He spread the chakrams in sectors, and had a detonator for each sector. He simply blew the one that they landed on. By now the shutters had closed and the atmosphere was normal once more. The bearded mech did not laugh, nor flaunt his all but guaranteed victory. He merely held a blank expression. Moving now closer to the team, he placed chakrams around the necks of each of them, save Harbinger. Harbinger looked sturdy, so Methuselah instead stuck chakrams at any point where it seemed the armor was weak, namely the back. Methuselah's battlemask flipped up, and he pressed a detonator. Assuming the plan went well every chakram but Harbinger's exploded, killing the rest of the team. Methuselah now allowed his comrades to make their move.Shatterbeam Harbinger Vatimus Prime

Wheelspin received an incoming ping. Hostiles? He diverted his attention in the direction the Jet frame had told him. Nothing. He could not see, wait, there was something. A glimmer? His sniper rifle was aimed in the direction. Listening to the incoming data as it was supplied by ShadowZone in an almost drone like tone. The coordinates shifted. He aimed at the first of the targets of which the data he was supplied. What he did not know was, that it would be Whiteflier that he was going to shoot at. :: Got that. :: Was sent back to ShadowZone and then the trigger was pulled. He adjusted the data that he was given to the average length and size provided, the speed was accounted for it as well of course, and then the manner in which the Decepticon had been descending. He shot at Whiteflier's engines, a second shot fired, aimed for his middle/back. A third shot was higher but past the first flier and into the second - Compass. No, he did not see him, but ShadowZone had become his 'eyes' for him. He adjusted his grip as he yet again took aim. The jet broke away from Victory, and had taken a sharp turn towards the two. Four missiles were shot at the cluster of invisible jets before ShadowZone broke away heading back towards Victory. The missiles were self guided, heat seeking, locked on their targets. Whiteflier
