With the new Reboot coming up, new leaders will be chosen. This election will last for a week but if one candidate gains at least five votes and three votes more than anyone else, that person wins.
If the candidates want to tell you why they should lead, they will do so down below in this thread.

As a notice whoever wins this vote will be the final elected leader, further leadership changes will occur due to IC events.

The staff of TFG would like to remind the community that a person may only vote upon these polls if they have a character in the respective faction.

Hey guys. Vating here, I have worked on a series of mini-plans all built into one larger plan to help run the faction if I get elected in. Decided that seeing as no one else has given any constructive feedback on Discord, that it's fine as is, so here is my Prime Plan (Pun intended). If you ask about a backup plan, it's called the classic RP method of play it by ear. Vating's Prime Plan I. Keep the faction unified with minimal infighting - Pre-Reboot, the Autobots seemed to kill each other more than the Cons did to the Bots. I plan on coming up with a way to minimize Autobot's going after each other rather than the enemy. II. Train, train, train - The Autobots in the last iteration of the site had umm... Combat issues... This is with the intent of making the faction a stronger force in battle in high numbers. This isn't an excuse to dodge attacks randomly, but more of a means of getting people to encourage good RP battle, rather than a mess like a lot of battles turn into (Ex. Kalahari Desert) III. Develop an actual, functioning, pyramid command structure - A Pyramid Command Structure is one where orders a passed though the ranks down to the soldier who needs it. Prime passes commands down to a higher ranking soldier, then said solder passes orders down until it meets a person they think is good for the task. Anyone above you can still give you commands, but you prioritize you immediate path over others. IV. Minimize neutral/civilian casualties, they aren't a part of this war - This should be self-explanatory, Neutrals and Civilians shouldn't be our targets. We should avoid contact and combat with them as much as possible as they're not a threat to the Autobots, exceptions are Neutrals working with the decepticons. If you see these kind of people, fill them up with holes for me please. V. Hold positive relations with neutral factions to further our support against the Decepticon cause - Some neutral factions with fighting power could be useful in the war effort. Holding positive relations is key to having allies to battle the decepticons with. You can do this by: going off of Plan IV, engaging is diplomatic talks with them, trading, showing respect to them, etc. VI. Keep BS to a minimum - In the previous iteration of the site, a lot of thing that can only be described as "total bullScrap" have happened. This is less of a plan and more of a promise to either keep it to a minimum, or eliminate these kinds of things entirely from future plans. I'll send it multiple people's way so that people can tell me if they see something wrong or BS that I don't. VII. Keep our soldiers safe, don't take too many risks - Our soldiers are in fact people. Even the non-sentient ones are valuable resources in the fight. We should treat them as such and not throw resources away because we can. Risks are not completely gone, but we won't be blindly throwing people into danger without any insight. VIII. Parade inspections (Thanks Wheelspin) - Basically what the title says. Occasionally I will call certain Autobots up for an inspection and make sure that our force is still in tip-top shape. By doing this, it will make people aware that we do in fact care for each other and build each other up. Punishments for one person failing will result in a punishment for his entire group currently with him at the inspection. If they don't have the mental capacity to help each other pass, then they'll have the physical capacity to survive a battle. IX. Remain an open book for everything needed to know - I will divulge any and all information someone needs to know before their mission, any new info will be sent at a safe time. There will be procedures for obtaining new information so that our soldiers on missions can be kept up to date in a safe way. X. Don't even withhold information that would likely devastate morale - This is going off the last plan, but basically if we get beaten badly... Let everyone know, morale will likely take a dive, obviously, but then we use it to rebuild it. Get everyone back up and make them stronger than before.

UPDATE
Sparkflare has chosen to withdraw from the election, meaning he's no longer running. This means those who voted for him can pick a new candidate to vote for. Due to mobile posting being crap right now, the poll was deleted and then readded because I couldn't edit. Unfortunately this meant Vating also lost a vote. I apologize for that.

In the middle of writing my "Vote for me" description, I decided to withdraw from the vote. What I want for the Autobots is different to what Dashside IC'ly wants, so I've selected that it's best to step down.
Good luck to Diamond and Vating, I know the Autobots are in safe hands with both of them as leaders.

Vating has reached the needed amount of vites. Unless this changes in the next few hours, he has won the election.
