With the two additional nominations that've been made since our last update, Taggon and Doctor Chiro have pulled out ahead of Gearchange, giving us three currently distinct fan-favorite nominees. Will these be the three to move onto the debates round of our new Autobot High Command election? or do this site's members have more surprises in store for us yet?
Bruiser (Bruiser Maximus): 3 nominations Taggon (Taggon): 2 nominations Chiro (Doctor Chiro): 2 nominations Gearchange (Gearchange): 1 nomination

I would kinda like to Nominate Taggon, He is a real inspiration for me, To me he has A lot of potential more than I can see, his combat seems Flawless and his Characters Seem a lot Interesting..
Note:Sorry Bruiser, I would've nominated you and or Chiro, but..We kinda need a bit more of someone to handle the Stress.

It looks like we have three clear winners of the nomination round. Though it's somewhat disheartening that more people haven't taken this opportunity to nominate a 'bot for A'Bot High Command, in order to keep the flow of things moving right along, we should move onto the debate round of this decision process soon. I'm giving this thread forty-eight hours from now, and then it'll be closed for good, and the three most popular nominees can present their arguments for consideration, followed by a vote on which of the three should be made a candidate. Here's how the nominees are looking right now:
Bruiser (Bruiser Maximus): 3 nominations Taggon (Taggon): 3 nominations Chiro (Doctor Chiro): 2 nominations Gearchange (Gearchange): 1 nomination Sydrone (Sydrone): 1 nomination

First off thanks to everyone who has nominated me to be either the next Magnus or Maximum. As a lot of you know I have been here a long time, since the Spring of 2013 and have been on consistently since. Now a lot of that has been perseverance and the commitment to this community.
I have had a lot of ideas of how things should be run within the Autobots, to bring us back into this war. For the last few months Backbeat has basically whooped us and that is unacceptable. The Autobots have to coordinate our efforts better. Bruiser having an engineering background he will talk with SECT to see what they believe is necessary for the Autobots to be a threat again.
Along with that, I want to talk with the Prime about setting up a new Elite Guard that acts as more of a secret service for the Prime.
Now you may ask yourself what qualifications I have, well Bruiser has been Head of Engineering (which had to take part leadership for a time). I was an Elite Guard, and I have held the Hughes rank one can have without being a division head, or core leader.
Ladies and Gentlemen I want to work with the Prime to bring about a new Autobot age. So let's go! 'Til all are one!

When I first came to TFU, I started out just like most of you guys: Pretty much a newbie who was no where near the Lime light. Additionally, when we all start out, it takes a while to get noticed and used to the community. I was blessed with a small handful of rpers--and as TFU came and went, those rpers who noticed and actually acknowledged me expanded. Now I am here, and it is nothing short of a shock and immense pleasure to be here. I will thank you all who have thought of me and nominated me here, and all the friends I have made here in the past. It has been nothing but a grand adventure for me to rp with you all.
Like Deathwish, I have several plans for the Autobots, though if the Autobots are to take any action at all, organization is going to be essential. We (the Autobots) are going to have to execute mining missions more often, and clean up after ourselves. If we do more mining missions, it opens new possibilities for battles, as for cleaning up after ourselves, it is what we ought to do after battles. If we are to counter MECH, KSI, and others, we need to show them Autobots help fight and repair the damage.
I do not only wish to accomplish that—but I wish to help any of you who need training or advice on how to rp fighting or just rping in general better. The Autobots are lacking in some of the skill departments, down to the fact that we only averagely have one or two experienced warriors online at a time, and we need Autobot rpers who know how to counter some of the Decepticon’s more powerful attacks. I have grown to know such tactics, and can tell some of you how to fight like that.
With organization and training, we can stand more of a chance against our opponents, and not only this: if we can integrate organization, then initiative will sprout, and perhaps more plot boards can happen. Though there is another method to making them happen:
In my experience, Plot boards don’t happen. I have ideas, and the way I’d like to make them happen, should I or should I not win this, is via spreading my idea via PM, and then making it occur by simply doing it. These would be small or large things, like organizing groups of Autobots for mining or cleaning up, like I said. I have never been an extremely high rank before, but I have been able to successfully carry out almost every mission I’m given or tackle. The side lines are a place that a lot of us are, but despite the fact that I have never been a rank higher than sub-lieutenant, I have been able to lead mining missions and carry out operations with good results.
There are many things to assess, many goals to accomplish, but if we take it one step at a time, we can do it.
